Abstract

Irrigation channels are an important component or system in improving the quality of production in agriculture. Planning for the construction of irrigation canals is needed to serve as a reference or also provide an overview of the work situation, the items to be worked on, the method of implementation, the technical specifications as well, the budget plan according to the working drawings and the stages of the work implementation so that it is in accordance with the standards. The method of implementing the work carried out to achieve the success of the objectives of this activity is through mapping indicators and data elements, field surveys, dashboard designs, focus group discussions. The location for the discussion and trial of the irrigation development planning database was carried out in Ngringinrejo Village, Kalitidu District. The result of this plan is to show that the management of irrigation development planning in the regions has functioned well.

Abstract

omestic wastewater in Pendem villages, especially Randusari and Belik hamlets, is still not treated properly. Waste water, especially greywater, is immediately disposed of in ditches that lead to rivers. This activity can damage the river environment and pollute residents' clean water sources. The purpose of this planning is to plan the SPAL and IPAL for the residents of Dukuh Belik and Randusari so that good and proper environmental sanitation conditions are created. The results of this planning for the waste water distribution system (SPAL) are that the length of the waste water distribution pipe in Randusari Hamlet reaches 2,861.40 m while in Belik Hamlet it is 3,028.70 m, equipped with a manhole building with a diameter of 60 cm and a control tank of 50 x 50 cm. In the wastewater treatment installation, 3 units of manufactured Biofilter IPAL are used, in Hamlet Randusari, 3 RCO-100 type IPALs with a capacity of 100 m3 are used, and 2 RCO-60 type IPALs with a capacity of 60 m3 are used in Dukuh Belik. From this plan, a budget for the construction of the SPAL and IPAL Dukuh Randusari is required in the amount of Rp. 4,141,427,000.00. And for hamlet buying Rp. 2,586,384,000.00.

Abstract

Pembangunan jalan terus berkembang seiring dengan tuntutan zaman, hal ini terjadi di kampus Unisnu Jepara yang kepadatan lalu lintasnya semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa setiap tahun. Akses jalan yang hanya tersedia satu, membuat lalu lintas bertabrakan. Kebutuhan jalan alternatif sangat diperlukan guna mengatasi kemacetan dan ketidak teraturan lalu lintas. Penulis mengevaluasi permasalahan tersebut dengan merencanakan perbandingan perkerasan jalan (kaku, lentur, paving), sebagai bahan pertimbangan. Dalam perbandingan perencanaan ini metode yang digunakan untuk perkerasan kaku dan lentur menggunakan Metode Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga 2017 dan perkerasan paving menggunakan Metode Analisa Komponen 2002. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan pertumbuhan lalu lintas (i) 1% dan umur rencana 20 tahun diperoleh hasil pertama perkerasan kaku tebal pelat beton 175 mm (dapat diakses oleh truk), lapis pondasi atas (kelas A) 125 mm dan lapis pondasi bawah (kelas B) 160 mm. Kedua perkerasan lentur tebal lapis AC WC 40 mm, AC BC 60 mm, AC Base 80 mm dan LPA Kelas A 300 mm. Ketiga perkerasan paving tebal perkerasan paving 80 mm (dengan frekuensi terbatas pada pick up, truk dan bus), lapis pondasi awal 100 mm, lapis pondasi akhir 236 mm. Sedangkan berdasarkan rekapitulasi hasil analisa didapat biaya struktur perkerasan kaku senilai Rp 2.718.646.898, biaya struktur perkerasan Lentur senilai Rp 2.112.631.770 dan biaya struktur perkerasan Paving senilai Rp. 902.412.387. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa perkerasan paving blok lebih hemat, namun struktur perkerasan paving blok sangat tidak nyaman untuk kendaraan dengan kecepatan tinggi dan kendaraan berat.

Abstract

Soft soil is caused by cohesion, a low internal friction angle and high compressibility. If not recognized and investigated it can cause instability and long-term decline that cannot be tolerated. One of the treatments that occurs in soft soil is light backfilling with foam mortar. The aim of this research is to carry out an analysis of the stability of embankments using lightweight materials at the location of bridge embankments in order to predict how much of an impact there will be in reducing settlement and increasing embankment stability. Analysis was carried out using the Finite Element Method with the help of the Plaxis 2D program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely research by collecting primary and secondary data from the parameters and variables studied and then analyzing them to draw conclusions. In the results of the analysis using Plaxis Softwere using foam mortar treatment with an embankment slope of 1: 1.5, the results showed that the decline in 1 year was 4 cm (meeting the design criteria), the decline in 10 years was 2.8 cm (meeting the design criteria), apart from that the safety factor using foam mortar was also greater than the design criteria, which means the stability of the slope is safe.

Abstract

Bencana banjir yang sering terjadi di Kecamatan Juwana, Kabupaten Pati, memerlukan upaya mitigasi yang efektif untuk mengurangi risiko dan dampaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi debit banjir rencana, menganalisis implementasi perangkat lunak HEC-RAS dalam pemodelan hidraulik, serta mengintegrasikan hasilnya dengan GIS untuk visualisasi zona rawan banjir. Analisis hidrologi dilakukan untuk menghitung debit banjir rencana menggunakan metode Rasional, Der Weduwen, Haspers, dan HSS Nakayasu. Simulasi hidraulik menggunakan HEC-RAS memberikan informasi mendalam mengenai profil muka air, kedalaman genangan, dan kecepatan aliran sungai pada berbagai titik sepanjang Sungai Silugonggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan debit banjir rencana mencapai puncak metode Rasional 2903,2192 m3/s, Der Weduwen 2291,861827 m3/s, Haspers 4433,007922 m3/s, dan Nakayasu 6114,1573 m3/s. Simulasi HEC-RAS berhasil memodelkan aliran sub-kritis (angka Froude < 1) dengan kedalaman genangan hingga 3 meter pada beberapa titik kritis. Integrasi dengan GIS menghasilkan peta risiko banjir yang memvisualisasikan area terdampak secara akurat, yang sangat berguna untuk perencanaan mitigasi bencana. Hasil integrasi ini menghasilkan peta risiko yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penanggulangan bencana banjir​. Metode yang lebih komperhesif yaitu Metode Nakayasu karena memiliki keunggulan dalam perhitungan hidrograf aliran dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi HEC-RAS dan GIS merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam penanggulangan banjir, baik untuk identifikasi risiko maupun perencanaan infrastruktur pengendalian banjir. Penerapan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mengurangi dampak bencana banjir di Kecamatan Juwana.
