Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bukti akurat yang mendukung dugaan bahwa adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai besar indusrti hasil perkebunan.Methods: Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil sebanyak 45 orang dibagian fungsional tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Metode deskriptif yang digunakan adalah program komputer SPSS versi 22.Hasil: membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y, Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transfomasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada balai besar industri hasil perkebunan. Hal ini di tunjukkan oleh nilai signifikan dengan ketentuan yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect of the Promotion cost at PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa. This research is quantitative research which is explain that highlights the influence between the variables of research with the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. Data collected through observation interview, and documentation, while data analysis using simple linear regression. The results shows that the promotion cost contained in the PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa Makassar between other banner ads / banners, stickers, billboards, sponsorship, exhibition (rent, stationery), promotional stricken areas, congratulations etc. Proving that the promotional costs incurred by the company influence on home sales, based on the results of the determination coefficient is 0,573 or 57,3% mean changes in house sales (Y), is 57,3% influenced by promotional costs (X), while the remaining 42,7% is influenced by proposed that acceptable

Abstract

The splendor of Freedom of Learning in the educational environment and Indonesian society is visible, among the various programs there is one program that is relevant to students and industry, namely the Teaching Practitioner program. This research aims to analyze the perceptions of lecturers and students regarding implementing the Teaching Practitioner Program in Higher Education in the city of Makassar. Students, as the nation's successors who are expected to be agents of change, are required to have the ability to compete in the world of work in the future. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a random sampling technique based on cluster areas, to select lecturers and students who have participated in the program. Of the 200 questionnaires distributed, 150 respondents responded, consisting of 25 lecturers and 125 students. The research results show that the Teaching Practitioner Program at Makassar City University has positive aspects in improving the quality of learning for students and graduates, reducing the potential for unemployment, providing a dynamic learning experience, encouraging collaboration with industry, and ensuring the suitability of competencies to the needs of the world of work. This research contributes to understanding the importance of integrating education and the world of work through the Teaching Practitioner Program in higher education

Abstract

Reward and punishment on work productivity, this study aims to identify the impact of reward and punishment on work productivity at CV Jajanan Premium Nusantara. This research method is quantitative, using questionnaires, interviews, and observations as data collection tools. the population numbered 158 and the sample participating in this study were 83 people, and were selected using the probability sampling method. The data used includes primary and secondary data, and data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of the study show that giving rewards has a positive effect on work productivity at CV Jajanan Premium Nusantara, as well as the application of punishment. In addition, giving rewards and punishments together also has a positive influence on work productivity at CV Jajanan Premium Nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BRI Kcp Boulevard. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini yaitu; 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BRI Kcp Boulevard, 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BRI Kcp Boulevard, 3). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BRI Kcp Boulevard. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner/angket, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas sebagai uji prasyarat pada uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda,dengan uji t, uji f, dan uji r. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, begitupun secara simultan atau bersama-sama kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi literasi digital dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris semakin populer dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, efektivitas aplikasi ini dalam meningkatkan literasi bahasa Inggris di kalangan siswa di sekolah Islam di Indonesia Khususnya Di Mota Makassar, masih kurang diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak aplikasi HelloTalk terhadap kemampuan literasi bahasa Inggris siswa di SMP 3 Muhammadiyah Bontoala Makassar. Desain eksperimen semu dengan kelompok kontrol pre-test/post-test digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner survei yang diberikan kepada 50 siswa yang dipilih melalui convenience sampling. Pelaksaanaaan kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada skor kemahiran bahasa Inggris siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi HelloTalk. Pelatihan literasi digital melalui aplikasi HelloTalk dapat meningkatkan kemahiran bahasa Inggris. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan literasi digital melalui aplikasi HelloTalk dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi bahasa Inggris di kalangan siswa di SMP 3 Muhammadiyah Bontoala. Namun, penelitian ini terbatas pada konteks tertentu. Penelitian di masa depan harus mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang dari pelatihan literasi digital melalui aplikasi HelloTalk terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dan menyelidiki efektivitas berbagai aplikasi HelloTalk dan aplikasi Pembelajaran lainnya.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi membuat pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan meningkat karna dapat berkontribusi bagi pengembangan bisnis UMKM terutama dari aspek keuangan. Para pegiat UMKM sejatinya bisa mempergunakan kemajuan teknologi keuangan untuk pembiayaan dan penguatan modal bisnis. Akan tetapi minimnya literasi keuangan membuat para pegiat UMKM terutama berbasis digital tidak bisa mempergunakan layanan keuangan digital dengan baik. Rendahnya literasi keuangan dapat berdampak negatif bagi UMKM. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar, Tim pengabdian telah memberikan pendampingan tentang Penguatan literasi keuangan bagi pegiat UMKM dan masyarakat di Kecamatan Manggala. Dari hasil kegiatan ini diketahui bahwa program ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka tentang konsep dan prinsip keuangan, kemampuan mengelola keuangan usaha dengan baik, akses terhadap produk dan layanan keuangan, serta profitabilitas dan daya saing usaha. Bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Manggala dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan, memperkuat ekonomi lokal, dan meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Sementara itu, bagi perekonomian, program ini juga dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru, dan meningkatkan stabilitas sistem keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of profitability on firm value in the mining sector and to evaluate whether CSR disclosure moderates this relationship. This research uses a quantitative method with a causal approach, Secondary data used in this study were obtained from financial reports of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The study population consists of 28 companies in the Metal and Components sub-sector listed on the IDX. From this population, 18 companies were selected as samples, with data taken from the period 2016 to 2022. Data analysis shows that ROA has a significant positive impact on firm value, with a coefficient of 4.502 and a significance value of 0.003, confirming that profitability is an important factor in increasing firm value. However, CSR produced results contrary to the initial hypothesis. This indicates that CSR does not strengthen the positive effect of ROA on firm value but rather reduces it. The findings of this study provide new insights into the complexity of the relationship between profitability and firm value in the context of CSR and challenge the common understanding that CSR always enhances the positive impact of profitability on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Self Efficacy on Online Shopping Behavior in Makassar City (Case Study: Cash On Delivery among Shopee e-commerce users). This research is research that uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Shopee users who used COD payments more than once. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents using the formula Hair et al. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity and reliability tests, as well as normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests as prerequisites for classical assumption tests. And the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the R2 test, t test, and F test. It is then processed using computer equipment via the IBM SPSS version 23.0 program. The results of this research show that financial literacy has an influence on online shopping behavior. Financial self-efficacy has no influence on online shopping behavior. And financial literacy and financial self-efficacy simultaneously or together have a significant effect on online shopping behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at CV. Premium Indonesian Snacks. The informants in this research were all CV employees. Premium Nusantara snacks with a sample of 49 people. In determining the sample the author uses a saturated sample, that is, if all members are included as a sample. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and interviews. The analytical assistance method used is simple linear regression with SPSS 20. The results of this research show that Reward and Punishment together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Premium Indonesian Snacks.
