Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Surya Gemilang Teknik yang berlokasi di Pertokoan Glodok Jaya Blok D Nomor 61, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 60 karyawan sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja memiliki koefisien sebesar 0.312 (t-hitung = 2.745; Sig. = 0.008), kepuasan kerja sebesar 0.287 (t-hitung = 2.531; Sig. = 0.014), dan kompetensi sebesar 0.451 (t-hitung = 4.118; Sig. = 0.000). Secara simultan, model penelitian signifikan dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 28·764 (Sig. = 0.000) dan koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 0.659, yang berarti 65.9% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kompetensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, di mana karyawan dengan motivasi tinggi cenderung lebih produktif, berinisiatif, dan menunjukkan komitmen kerja yang lebih baik. Kepuasan kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa kenyamanan, hubungan kerja yang baik, dan kepuasan terhadap kompensasi mendorong peningkatan kinerja. Kompetensi menjadi variabel paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja, yang menegaskan pentingnya keterampilan teknis dan kecakapan perilaku dalam pekerjaan berbasis teknik.Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan motivasi, peningkatan kepuasan kerja, dan pengembangan kompetensi dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan SDM yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The integration of metaverse technology in employee training has the potential to significantly enhance digital skills, collaboration, and overall learning outcomes in virtual workspaces. This study explores the effectiveness of metaverse-based training compared to traditional methods, focusing on participant engagement, learning retention, and practical application in immersive virtual environments. The results indicate that metaverse technology leads to increased participant engagement, offering real-time communication, interactive simulations, and realistic task scenarios that foster deeper involvement and better skill acquisition. Additionally, the immersive nature of metaverse platforms improves learning effectiveness, especially for high-risk tasks such as medical procedures and technical skills that benefit from hands-on experience. However, challenges such as technological barriers, infrastructure limitations, and initial resistance from employees were identified, requiring organizations to provide adequate support and training for smooth adoption. While the upfront costs of developing and maintaining metaverse training platforms are significant, the long-term benefits—such as scalability, reduced need for physical resources, and enhanced training outcomes—outweigh these initial investments. Organizations looking to implement metaverse-based training solutions should carefully consider the required technological infrastructure, support for employees, and privacy concerns. Future research should explore advancements in metaverse technology, including AI integration, and investigate the broader adoption of these technologies across various industries, focusing on overcoming adoption barriers and measuring their long-term impact on workforce development.

Abstract

The increase in the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate to 12% on non-essential products has the potential to affect people's consumption behavior. The change in fiscal policy encourages consumers to adjust their purchasing strategies to maintain the expected level of utility. This study aims to analyze consumer responses to the 12% VAT increase by focusing on value seeking and stock picking strategies, and examine the influence of these two strategies on changes in consumption behavior of non-essential products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents who are consumers of non-essential products. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that had met the validity and reliability tests, then analyzed using inferential statistical tests in the form of t-tests and F-tests. The results of the analysis showed that partially the value seeking strategy had a positive and significant effect on consumer response, with a t-table value of > and a significance level of < 0.05. This strategy is reflected in the increasing consumer behavior in comparing prices, looking for discounts, and choosing alternative products that have a higher benefit value· The stock piling strategy also shows a significant influence on consumer response, although its contribution is relatively smaller than that of value seeking. Simultaneous testing through the F test showed that the two independent variables together had a significant effect on consumer response to the 12% increase in VAT, with a Fcal value of > Ftable and a significance of < 0.05. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) indicates that the proportion of variation in consumer responses can be explained moderately by both strategies. These findings show that consumers are adaptive and rational in the face of VAT increase policies, not only by reducing consumption, but through adjustments to purchasing strategies. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the study of consumer behavior and practical implications for policymakers and business actors in responding to changes in fiscal policy.
