Abstract

This study presents the design and development of the SIGAB Application based on the Android Mobile Geographic Information System to support the Banjarmasin City Police in maintaining security, order, and public services. By utilizing Android mobile technology and basic maps using Google Maps. The SIGAB Application can be easily and quickly accessed by field officers. This allows them to respond to incidents more quickly and efficiently. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) was chosen as the appropriate methodology for the development of the SIGAB Application. The EAP process involves seven blocks, each constructed through four stages: the Planning Initialization stage, the current condition assessment stage (business and system modeling, and current technology), the Future Enterprise Plan review stage (data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture), and finally, the Implementation Plan stage, resulting in a Blueprint that can be used as a reference. The design of the SIGAB Application resulted in 9 database designs and 8 user interfaces for public access, 6 user interfaces for field personnel access, and 6 user interfaces for operator access at the Banjarmasin City Police. As of August 2023, the SIGAB Application has been used by 598 users with public access rights in Banjarmasin City and 774 users with access rights for members of the Banjarmasin City Police. The role of the SIGAB Application can optimize the operations of the Banjarmasin City Police and enhance the security of the Banjarmasin City area.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) telah menjadi komponen integral dalam lingkungan bisnis modern untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu aplikasi yang krusial dalam bisnis pembiayaan adalah pengelolaan pembiayaan kenderaan. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembiayaan Kenderaan dengan memadukan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Studi kasus dilakukan di PT. ITC Multi Finance, sebuah perusahaan pembiayaan yang berkonsentrasi pada pembiayaan kenderaan. Pendekatan gabungan SAW dan TOPSIS dipilih untuk mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan pembiayaan kenderaan, mengingat kompleksitas faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan seperti suku bunga, tenor, nilai kendaraan, dan risiko kredit. Metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan bobot pada setiap faktor yang relevan dan menghasilkan skor untuk setiap alternatif pembiayaan. Di sisi lain, metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk menghitung jarak relatif dari setiap alternatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif, menghasilkan urutan preferensi.Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sepuluh konsumen yang mengajukan pembiayaan kenderaan, terdapat tiga konsumen yang ditolak dikarenakan nilainya dibawah 0,5 dan tujuh konsumen yang layak mendapatkan pembiayaan kenderaan karena mendapatkan nilai lebih besar dari 0,5 dan  juga mendapatkan respons positif  dari konsumennyaKata Kunci: Pembiayaan, SAW, TOPSIS, SPK.

Abstract

This study investigates how to implement the Rational Unified Process (RUP) model in the web-based operational management application of PDAM Kapuas. The aim of this research is to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and enhance customer satisfaction. The research method involves collecting relevant data, analyzing system requirements, designing software architecture, developing prototypes, and evaluating the implementation of the Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP employs an iterative approach and allows for diverse roles among team members and resource optimization. Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition are the stages of RUP development. The results of this research include the analysis of business processes, creation of use case diagrams, design of class diagrams, and development of 27 application interfaces that facilitate access to each menu. Abstract

This research explores the use of Quantum GIS (QGIS) in developing 3D maps for the Bakunjangan tourism application in Banjarmasin City. The integration of spatial data, sensors, and open data sources such as OpenStreetMap (OSM) aims to improve accuracy, consistency, and visitor experience. The development of 3D maps follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which outlines strategies and processes for developing, designing, and maintaining software projects, ensuring that all goals, objectives, functionalities, and user needs are met. The urgency of this research lies in its ability to support the Banjarmasin City government in managing and developing local tourism, especially with the increase in tourist visits from 2,487 in 2022 to 3,895 in 2023. The 3D map feature in the Bakunjangan Application is expected to provide accurate information and a more satisfying experience for tourists, as well as enhance the competitiveness of tourism at the national level. The development of the 3D maps was conducted after a survey of 55 Ground Control Points (GCP) in various tourist areas. The QGIS application, with the help of the Qgis2threejs plugin, facilitates the creation of 3D map animations, although five tourist attractions could not be animated. To optimally display the 3D maps, an internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps is required. As a result, the Bakunjangan Application produced 65 interactive user interfaces and 50 3D animations of tourist attractions, with an application feasibility rating of 89%, placing it in the excellent category.

Abstract

The digital economy training organized for Sehati MSMEs in Hulu Banyu Kandangan, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, aims to empower MSME players to utilize digital technology to grow their businesses. The training consisted of two main sessions conducted over two weeks. In the first session, participants learned digital marketing strategies, while the second session focused on creating promotional media in the marketplace using the Canva application. Evaluation showed significant improvements in participants' technological knowledge and skills. A total of 20 participants successfully created digital content, managed social media accounts, and opened e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. In addition, the service team also provided the UMKM Sehati website, two training modules, and a POS application to support daily business activities. Questionnaire results showed that 70% of participants felt more confident in using digital technology, and 65% rated the training facilities as very adequate. This training is expected to improve the competitiveness of local products and community welfare through digital technology-based MSME empowerment. Thus, this activity not only strengthens the local economy but also preserves local wisdom through technological innovation.

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) telah menjadi solusi pembayaran digital yang efisien bagi masyarakat dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Meskipun demikian, penggunaannya juga membawa sejumlah risiko keamanan, termasuk penipuan digital, pencurian data, dan manipulasi kode QR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko tersebut melalui metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan survei terhadap pengguna QRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran pengguna mengenai keamanan masih tergolong rendah, khususnya di kalangan UMKM dan generasi Z, yang cenderung lebih rentan terhadap kejahatan siber. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan penerapan kebijakan perlindungan data untuk meminimalkan risiko dalam transaksi yang menggunakan QRIS.

Abstract

The development of a villa marketing website in Ungasan, Bali, aims to utilize digital technology to enhance tourism and local economic potential. The website is designed to facilitate villa owners in promoting their properties widely by providing features such as booking systems, online payments, and villa data management. The implementation results are expected to enable the website to provide easy access for potential renters and increase the efficiency of property management. This development is expected to contribute to the digitalization of marketing in the local tourism sector.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that organizes formal education levels, either in the form of public schools, which are managed by the government or the private sector. In carrying out teaching and learning activities, schools aim to educate students under the supervision of teachers. School data processing is still done manually, so there are still many discrepancies in data management. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the school in managing academic data using a website that can be accessed easily. The research method used is the prototype method. And the design of this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP Framework Laravel and MySQL database. So that in this study the academic management system to process data from SDN 012 Langgini becomes more efficient.

Abstract

Sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web telah banyak dikembangkan untuk mendukung pengelolaan layanan perpustakaan di lingkungan pendidikan. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya masih berfokus pada pengembangan sistem dan pengujian fungsional, tanpa mengevaluasi tingkat usability dari sudut pandang pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat usability sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian ini melibatkan 15 responden, terdiri dari 2 admin perpustakaan, 5 guru, dan 8 siswa, sebagai pengguna sistem. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner SUS dengan 10 pernyataan standar yang dianalisis untuk memperoleh skor usability. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memperoleh skor SUS sebesar 78, yang termasuk dalam kategori Good dan Acceptable, sehingga sistem dinilai mudah digunakan dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam evaluasi kualitas sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengembangan sistem serupa di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Conventional tea aroma quality assessment is subjective and slow. This study aims to design and implement an Arduino Uno-based automatic Electronic Nose (e-nose) system with a TGS sensor array (880, 826, 822, 825) combined with a Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) for tea aroma classification. The method includes signal acquisition, normalization, feature extraction, and sensor correlation analysis to form a chemical fingerprint before modeling. Testing with a confusion matrix on three types of tea (black, green, and jasmine) showed performance with an accuracy of 0.71, precision of 0.71, recall of 0.72, and f-measure of 0.71. The results of this study provide an objective, fast, economical, and non-destructive aroma evaluation method and contribute to the development of smart sensor technology to support the competitiveness of Indonesian tea products. The main novelty of this study is the integration of sensor correlation analysis into the modeling pipeline with an end-to-end classification system that combines sensor correlation analysis to optimize the performance of the BPNN model on the tea aroma dataset.Keywords: Arduino; Tea Aroma; Backpropagation; Electronic Nose; TGS Sensor AbstrakPenilaian mutu aroma teh secara konvensional bersifat subjektif dan lambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Electronic Nose (e-nose) otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dengan array sensor TGS (880, 826, 822, 825) yang dikombinasikan Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) untuk klasifikasi aroma teh. Metode mencakup akuisisi sinyal, normalisasi, ekstraksi fitur, dan analisis korelasi sensor untuk membentuk chemical fingerprint sebelum pemodelan. Pengujian dengan confusion matrix pada tiga jenis teh (hitam, hijau, wangi melati) menunjukkan performa dengan akurasi 0,71, presisi 0,71, recall 0,72, dan f-measure 0,71. Hasil penelitian memberikan metode evaluasi aroma yang objektif, cepat, ekonomis, dan non destruktif, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi sensor cerdas untuk mendukung daya saing produk teh Indonesia. Kebaruan utama penelitian ini adalah pada integrasi analisis korelasi sensor ke dalam pipeline pemodelan dengan sistem klasifikasi end-to-end yang menggabungkan analisis korelasi sensor untuk mengoptimalkan performa model BPNN pada dataset aroma teh.Kata kunci: Arduino; Aroma Teh; Backpropagation; Electronic Nose; Sensor TGS
