Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Denpasar Aki Warehouse Store. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased batteries at the Denpasar Battery Warehouse Store. The sample of this study was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was accindental sampling. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 25. The data collection procedures in this study used observation techniques, documentation study, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from statistical analysis showed that the magnitude of the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction in Denpasar Aki Warehouse Store was 62.5% while the remaining 37.5% was influenced by other variables which were not discussed in this study. by testing the hypothesis using the t-test, with the result that the product quality variable (X1) has a significant effect with the t-count of 1.703 and sig 0.030 on the consumer satisfaction variable (Y). The service quality variable (X2) has a significant effect with the t-count of 5,710 and sig 0,000 on the customer satisfaction variable (Y).Keywords : Product Quality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Gudang Aki Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian aki di Toko Gudang Aki Denpasar. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accindental sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS for Windows version 25. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari analisis statistik menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Toko Gudang Aki Denpasar adalah sebesar 62,5% sedangkan sisanya 37,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di bahas dalam penelitian ini. dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, dengan hasil bahwa variabel kualitas produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dengan hasil t-hitung sebesar 1,703 dan sig 0,030 terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y). Variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dengan hasil t-hitung sebesar 5,710 dan sig 0,000 terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled "The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Sales Volume at Warung Nyoman," aims to explain the effect of service quality and price on sales volume. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, documentation, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. And the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with a significance level of 5%. Meanwhile, to measure validity and reliability, Pearson's product moment and Cronbach's alpha are used. As well as to perform statistical analysis tests used tools, namely the SPSS program for windows version 25. The sample, in this study amounted to 60 people. The results of the study found that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the value of sig 0.000 < 0.005 indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is rejected. (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, obtained a Sig.t value of 0.017 <0.05 which indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Sales Volume together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous contribution or contribution of the Service Quality and Price variables to Sales Volume on purchasing decisions is 95% confidence or 5% error rate. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, and Sales Volume ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Pukis and Donut Tuban Bali,”, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Sedangkan untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan product moment Pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Serta untuk melakukan pengujian analisis statistik digunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS untuk windows versi 25. Sampel, dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai sig 0,000< α 0,005 mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan beli diperoleh nilai Sig.t sebesar 0,022< 0,05 yang mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) Kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh dengan nilai sig 000.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine how much influence Motivation and Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Global Litigation Nusantara East Lombok. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents and sampling is done by random sampling method, which is taking a random sample that is considered representative of all employees and analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study show that motivation and discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity at PT. Global Ligation Nusantara East Lombok. The results of the t test show the motivation variable t count (4,043) < t table (1,686) and sig. (0.000) < (0.05) has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. While the Discipline variable (X2) t count (6,937) < t table (1,686) and sig. (0.000) < (0.05). This means that the Discipline factor has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Global Litigation Nusantara East Lombok. So in this study motivation and discipline play an important role in influencing the work productivity of employees at PT. Litigasi Global Nusantara Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 responden dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak yang dianggap mewakili seluruh karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Ligasi Global Nusantara Lombok Timur. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel motivasi t hitung (4,043) < t tabel (1,686) dan sig. (0,000) < (0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel Disiplin (X2) t hitung (6,937) < t tabel (1,686) dan sig. (0,000) < (0,05). Artinya faktor Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Litigasi Global Nusantara Lombok Timur. Maka dalam penelitian ini motivasi dan disiplin memegang peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a descriptive analysis research using aquantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 89 people and used the data collection procedure in thid study used interview, documentation and questionare techniques using a likert scale. Thedata analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. The hypothesis testing were using F test and t test with a significance level of 5%. As for measuringthe validity and reliability this study using Pearson’s product moment and cronbach's alpha. And the tool to test the statistical analysis is SPSS for windows 25 version. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study,obtained the regression equation as follows: Y = 4,717 + 0,112 X1 + 0,073 X2 + 0,219 X3. (2) It discovered that the price variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty as dependent variables (Y). (3) It discovered that thepromotion variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty as dependent variables (Y). (4) It is known that the quality of product (X3) has a positive influence but not significant on customer loyalty as dependent variable (Y). Therefore, Serayu Pot & Teracotta is expected to maintain the factorof price, promotion and Quality of product to achieve a greater customer loyalty.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Quality of Product, Customer Loyalty ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh harga, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data, analisis regresi linier berganda,dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan tarafsignifikansi 5%. Pengukuran uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakanproduct moment Pearson dan cronbach’s alpha. Serta untuk melakukan pengujiananalisis statistik digunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS untuk windows versi 25.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analsis data yang telah dilakukan,ditemukan bahwa (1) pada hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang telahdilakukan pada penelitian ini, didapat persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y =0,352 X 1 + 0,043 X 2 + 0,536 X 3; (2) diketahui bahwa variabel harga (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitaspelanggan (Y); (3) diketahui bahwa variabel promosi (X2) memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan (Y); dan (4)diketahui bahwa kualitas produk (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan (Y). Oleh karena itu, diharapkanSerayu Pot & Teracotta tetap menjaga faktor harga, promosi dan kualitas produk agar pelanggan tetap royal menggunakan produk pot Serayu Pot & Teracotta.Kata Kunci : Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the prospects and strategies for future development of Silk Sari Segara Agrotourism, the obstacles faced. The method used was interviews with a purposive sampling approach to determine key informans, followed by the snowball method to obtain as much data and information as possible from other informants. From the results of the interview, it was then studied using a SWOT analysis and narrated in descriptive form. The results of this study revealed that the prospects and future development strategies of the Sari Segara silk agro tourism activity have the potential to be developed in the world of tourism in Bali which has a variety of businesses, especially in the process of quantity, quality of production and marketing which is carried out with traditional looms besides that it is very useful to use. Weaving processes that still use non-machine weaving tools (ATBM), namely in the form of traditional weaving tools as a superior activity of local wisdom. Thus, support from the government and the private sector are needed to help facilitate, market and support the surrounding communities. Signs are needed to prevent environmental damage and pollution. It needs to be socialized to silkworm breeders in order to maintain the balance of environment. Entrepreneurs/managers are expected to maintain harmony and culture in the community around the agro-tourism business site. The constraints faced in managing agro-tourism businesses today must be immediately addressed so that the quality of production can compete both nationally, regionally and internationally and sustainable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan Toya Medika Clinic Ubud. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskritif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang dan menggunakan metode sampel sensus.Uji validitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention diperoleh nilai Sig.t sebesar 0,046 < 0,05 mengidentifiikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention diperoleh nilai Sig.t sebesar 0,047 < 0,05 mengindikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) Komitmen dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifkan terhadap turnover intention. Kontribusi komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja untuk menjelaskan turnover intention adalah 85,3% sedangkan 14,7% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

In general, South Kuta District has agricultural land that is quite extensive and has the potential to be utilized as business development, in the field of dry land agriculture and processed agricultural products. One of the agricultural products in Kutuh Village is Bligo fruit. Bligo fruit is a vine that is grown because the fruit is edible and is considered a vegetable. Bligo fruit or often referred to as kundur fruit (Benincasa hispida Thunb Cogn) this fruit is often consumed by people in Kutuh Village processed as vegetables for their own consumption, this fruit is widely available in Kutuh Village. Therefore, this service activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in processing bligo fruit-based products. As well as to initiate and motivate the emergence of business ideas based on processed bligo fruit. Community service activities are carried out in Kutuh Village, South Kuta District, Badung. This activity was carried out on August 8 2023. A total of 24 (twenty four) participants attended this activity, each consisting of 16 (sixteen) members from the PKK of Kutuh Village, 4 (four) people from the KWT of Kutuh Village and 4 (four) people from the village apparatus. The method used to solve the problem is to carry out socialization activities, training and mentoring for the diversification of bligo fruit-based products, namely pie, sweets and chips as well as product packaging. The results of this dedication are that (1) bligo fruit can be processed into various products such as pies, sweets, and chips. (3) packaging and labeling. Participants stated that this activity was by the needs of partners, namely being able to empower the community, especially village women, to be able to motivate and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of program participants.

Abstract

Panjer village has 30 jaje offering business units (ceremonies). The objectives of the Beginner Community Empowerment activities are described as follows: (1) Availability of jaje uli & begine dryers as an effort to increase production; (2) Availability of slicing tools to increase jaje uli production; (3) Partners have knowledge and skills in product packaging; (4) Partners have knowledge and skills in product innovation; (5) Partners have knowledge and skills in using social media as promotional media. The methods used to increase production and marketing of the Jaje Uli and Begina businesses in Panjer Village are counseling, training and mentoring. Solutions to problems faced by partners are carried out through training and mentoring that uses science and technology according to the priorities and targets of Empowering Beginner Communities covering production and marketing aspects. During holidays, orders can reach 10,000 pieces in 2 days, due to limited production equipment, so only 5,000 can be fulfilled during the summer, but during the rainy season, they cannot fulfill them because there is no production. With a slicing machine, businesses produce 6 kg which takes 6-10 hours if they are not focused and with a slicing machine they can finish it in just 3 hours. 1kg produces 200pcs of jaje so 6kg will produce 1,200pcs. By carrying out technological innovations in production, product innovation and marketing content creation in order to be competitive, not only within the region but also outside the Panjer Village area.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas pentingnya bahasa dalam membentuk interaksi sosial dan identitas budaya. Bahasa atau sistem perlambangan manusia yang lisan maupun tertulis untuk berkomunikasi satu dengan yang lain dalam sebuah karangan etnografi, memberi deskripsi tentang ciri-ciri terpenting dari Bahasa yang diucapkan oleh suku bangsa yang bersangkutan, beserta variasi-variasi dari Bahasa itu. Metode yang digunakan dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya bahasa dalam membentuk interaksi sosial dan identitas budaya. Dari hasil kajian kemudian dinarasi dalam bentuk deskriptif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pentingnya bahasa dalam membentuk interaksi sosial dan identitas budaya meliputi Bahasa dan kebudayaan, Bahasa dan cara berpikir, pengaruh sikap budaya terhadap pesan verbal, variasi berbahasa antarbudaya, simbiosis antar budaya dan budaya. Saran, melindungi dan terus menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai identitas bangsa Indonesia adalah tanggung jawab bersama kita semua. Mulailah dengan cara yang sederhana: belajar berbicara dalam bahasa Indonesia di rumah kita. Bahasa Indonesia berfungsi sebagai sarana komunikasi antarbudaya dan antardaerah, sehingga jangan sampai kita kehilangan identitas nasional kita dengan mengikuti budaya barat dan berbahasa asing, tetapi lupa untuk belajar dan menguasai bahasa Indonesia sebagai kesempatan untuk belajar tentang Indonesia.Kata kunci: Bahasa, interaksi sosial, identitas budaya ABSTRACTThis paper discusses the importance of language in shaping social interaction and cultural identity. A language or system of human mining which is either oral or written to communicate with one another in an ethnographic narrative, describing the most important characteristics of the language spoken by the tribe concerned, as well as variations of that language. The method used is carried out with a qualitative library-based approach aimed at studying the importance of language in shaping social interaction and cultural identity. It can be concluded that the importance of language in shaping social interaction and cultural identity includes language and culture, language and way of thinking, the influence of cultural attitudes on verbal messages, inter-cultural language variations, intercultural symbiosis. Advising, protecting and continuing to use the Indonesian language as the identity of Indonesia is a shared responsibility of all of us. The Indonesian language serves as a means of inter-cultural and inter-country communication, so that we do not lose our national identity by following Western culture and foreign languages, but forget to learn and master the Indonesia language as an opportunity to learn about Indonesia.  Keywords: Language, social interaction, cultural identity

Abstract

This paper discusses the challenges of intercultural communication now and in the future in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach based on the literature which aims to examine the challenges of intercultural communication now and in the future in Indonesia. From the results of the study then narrated in descriptive form. It can be concluded that the current and future challenges of intercultural communication in Indonesia include globalization, international conflict and security, global competition for natural resources, global healthcare issues, and population change. It is hoped that the government and society can prevent and deal with the challenges of intercultural communication now and in the future in Indonesia, including globalization, international conflict and security, world competition for natural resources, world health care problems, and population change. Keywords:  challenges, communication, intercultural, now, in the future
