<![CDATA[< sup>Abstrak < strong>< p> Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Partsipasi Anggota Koperasi Citra Karya Abadi untuk mengetahui Pengetahuan Anggota Tentang Kopera Terhadap Partsipasi Anggota Koperasi Citra Karya Abadi untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Pengetahuan Anggota Tentang Koperasi Terhadap Partsipasi Anggota Koperasi Citra Karya Abadi Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dibahas pada bab empat maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota Artinya jika kualitas pelayanan meningkat menjadi lebih baik maka partiasipasi anggota Koperasi Citra Karya Abadi Di Kelurahaan Koya akan menigkat menjadi lebih baik Pengetahuan anggota tetang koperasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi Artinya jika pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi bertambah maka partiasipasi anggota Koperasi Citra Karya Abadi Di Kelurahaan Koya akan menigkat menjadi lebih baik Kualitas pelayanan dan Pengetahuan anggota tetang koperasi berpengaruh bersama sama secara positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota koperasi Artinya jika kualitas pelayanan dan pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi bertambah mejadi lebih baik secara bersamaan maka partiasipasi anggota Koperasi Citra Karya Abadi Di Kelurahaan Koya akan menigkat menjadi lebih baik < p> Kata kunci :< strong> Kualitas Pelayanan Pengetahuan Partisipasi < strong> dan k< strong>operasi< strong>< p> < strong>< p> < p> Abstract< strong>< p> The aims of this study are: To determine the effect of service quality on the participation of members of the Citra Karya Abadi cooperative to determine the knowledge of members about cooperatives on the participation of members of the Citra Karya Abadi cooperative to determine the influence of service quality and knowledge of members about cooperatives on the participation of members of the Citra Karya Abadi cooperative As for this study researchers used quantitative research methods Based on the research results that have been discussed in chapter four it can be concluded as follows: Service quality has a positive and significant effect on member participation That is if the quality of service improves for the better the participation of members of the Citra Karya Abadi Cooperative in Koya Village will increase for the better Knowledge of cooperative members has a positive and significant effect on the participation of cooperative members That is if members knowledge about cooperatives increases the participation of members of the Citra Karya Abadi Cooperative in Koya Village will increase for the better Quality of service and knowledge of cooperative members have a positive and significant impact on the participation of cooperative members That is if the quality of service and knowledge of members about cooperatives increases to be better simultaneously the participation of members of the Citra Karya Abadi Cooperative in Koya Village will increase to be better < p> Keywords: Service Quality Knowledge Participation and cooperatives< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak < p> Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan Bagaimana tingkat self efficacy siswa serta jumlah dukungan yang mereka dapatkan dari keluarga mereka mempengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk mengejar karir sebagai guru ekonomi? Sebuah survei digunakan sebagai metodologi untuk penyelidikan ini Kecamatan Tondano Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan penelitian Sampel penelitian ini berasal dari SMA Negeri 2 Tondano dan terdiri dari tiga puluh murid Untuk mengumpulkan informasi kuesioner dikirim ke responden Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah apa yang digunakan saat melihat data Menurut hasil baik motivasi keluarga dan self efficacy berdampak pada minat dalam mengajar ekonomi dan kedua sifat mempengaruhi minat mengajar dengan cara yang saling melengkapi Selain itu efikasi diri dan motivasi keluarga keduanya mempengaruhi minat mengajar secara umum < p> Kata nbsp;kunci: Motivasi Keluarga Efeksi diri minat menjadi guru< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> Abstract< p> This research seeks to answer the question How does a student s level of self efficacy as well as the amount of support they get from their family affect their decision to pursue a career as an economics teacher? <![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X jurusan akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 20 siswa Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi setelah data terkumpul dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 29 Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1 terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan; 2 terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan 3 terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Motivasi Belajar Hasil Belajar< p> AbstractThis research aims to find out how learning media and learning motivation influence the accounting learning outcomes of class X students majoring in accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a sample of 20 students The data collection method uses questionnaires and documentation after the data is collected it is continued with multiple linear regression analysis simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis using SPSS 29 The results of this research show: 1 there is a significant influence between learning media on accounting learning outcomes class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan; 2 there is a significant influence between learning motivation on the accounting learning outcomes of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan 3 there is a significant influence between learning media and learning motivation on the accounting learning outcomes of class Keywords: Learning Media Learning Motivation Learning Outcomes< p>]]>

<![CDATA[nbsp;< p> ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Tujuan dari penelitian adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Ekonomi Maritim dan Agrikultur melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning< em> Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri Persiapan Kaptel pada semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2022 2023 Adapun subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A yang berjumlah 15 siswa terdiri 8 perempuan dan 7 laki laki Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas PTK yang terdiri dari 2 Siklus Siklus I dan Siklus II setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan Adapun tahapan penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan pelaksanaan pengamatan dan refleksi Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan tes hasil belajar Analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif Berdasarkan hasil analisis setelah penelitian dilakukan diperoleh persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I saat pretest dilakukan yaitu sebesar 00 0 dengan nilai rata ratanya 9 33 dan pada saat posttest persentase ketuntasan sebesar 80 dengan nilai rata ratanya 67 33 Persentase ketuntasan pada siklus II saat pretest dilakukan yaitu sebesar 00 0 dengan nilai rata ratanya sebesar 20 0 Saat posttest persentasi ketuntasan sebesar 86 67 dengan nilai rata ratanya 71 67 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS pada Materi mengenai ekonomi maritim dan agrikultur Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning < em>dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS < p> nbsp;Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning < em> Hasil Belajar IPS < strong>\< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> The aim of the research is to improve student learning outcomes in Maritime Economics and Agriculture material through the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model This research was carried out at Kaptel Preparatory Middle School in the Even Semester of the 2022 2023 Academic Year The subjects of this research were 15 students in class VIII A consisting of 8 girls and 7 boys This research is classroom action research PTK which consists of 2 cycles Cycle I and Cycle II each cycle consisting of two meetings The stages of this research include planning implementation observation and reflection stages Data collection techniques include observation and learning outcomes tests Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive data analysis Based on the results of the analysis after the research was carried out the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I when the pretest was carried out was 00 0 with an average value of 9 33 and during the posttest the percentage of completeness was 80 with an average value of 67 33 The percentage of completion in cycle II when the pretest was carried out was 00 0 with an average value of 20 0 During the posttest the percentage of completion was 86 67 with an average score of 71 67 Based on the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning PBL learning model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning on material regarding maritime economics and agriculture The conclusion in this research is that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes < p> nbsp; Keywords: : Problem Based Learning Model Social Sciences Learning Outcomes < strong>< p>]]>

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Halmahera Timur pada siswa kelas XI Asisten Keperawatan yang terdiri dari 12 orang siswa Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran model Think Pair Share < em>dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pruduk Kreatif dan kewirauasahaan Prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus Teknik pengumpulan data difokuskan melalui observasi guru dan siswa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas 10 orang 80 sedangkan hasil pada siklus II 12 orang yang telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal 100 Ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajarn kooperatif model think pair share dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa < p> Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran kooperatif model Think Pair Share hasil belajar dampak polusi terhadap kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan < em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;ABSTRACT< strong>< p> The problem in this research is whether cooperative learning with the Think Pair Share model can improve the learning outcomes of class XI Nursing Assistant students at SMK Negeri 2 East Halmahera in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship? <![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Penelitian ini dilandasi dari hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kabila yang rendah Kurangnya daya tarik siswa dalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu yang menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa rendah Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning< em> PBL untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kabila Adapun manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini antara lain : manfaat praktis yakni dapat menjadi referensi bagi para pembaca dan menjadi sarana penulis dalam mendalami teori teori kependidikan sedangkan manfaat teoritis menjadi masukan bagi Dinas Pendidikan dan masukan bagi guru guru Mata Pelajaran Produktif dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi mengajar < p> Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang di peroleh melalui perbandingan hasil yang diperoleh siswa di siklus 1 dan siklus 2 Yang menjadi populasi adalah semua siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Kabila sebanyak 36 siswa sampelnya diambil dari keseluruhan populasi < p> Kata Kunci : Problem Based Lerning< em> PBL Hasi Belajar IPS< strong>< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This research is based on the low learning outcomes of social studies subjects in class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Kabila Lack of student interest in learning is one of the causes of low student learning outcomes The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning PBL learning model to improve the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Kabila The expected benefits of this research include: practical benefits namely that it can serve as a reference for readers and become a means for writers to explore educational theories while the theoretical benefits provide input for the Education Department and input for Productive Subject teachers in order to improve teaching competency < p> This research uses the Classroom Action Research Method data collection is carried out after teaching and learning activities are carried out while analyzing the data obtained through calculating the results obtained by students in cycle 1 and cycle 2 The population is all class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Kabila as many as 36 students the sample was taken from the entire population < p> Keywords: Problem Based Learning PBL Learning Results Social Sciences< strong>< p> nbsp;< p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< h2> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Minat belajar Peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS materi upaya meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif melalui model problem based learning pada Siswa kelas IXA SMP Negeri 1 Tinangkung Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan Sulawesi Tengah tahun pelajaran 2022 2023 Subjek penelitian Tindakan kelas ini adalah peserta didik kelas IXA SMP Negeri 1 Tinangkung tahun pelajaran 2022 2023 sebanyak 29 Orang siswa sebagai subjek penerima tindakan sedangkan untuk subjek pelaku tindakan adalah guru IPS kelas IX Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes observasi dan dokumentasi Penelitian Tindakan ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus tiap tiap siklus terdiri dari: perencanaan tindakan pengamatan dan refleksi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar IPS materi upaya meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif pada siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 1 Tinangkung semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2022 2023 Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai rata rata hasil belajar IPS siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebelum Tindakan sebesar 62 75 pada siklus I sebesar 73 10 dan pada siklus II sebesar 83 44 Selain itu presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 34 48 pada siklus I sebesar 72 41 dan pada siklus II sebesar 93 10 < p> Kata Kunci: Problem based learning dan minat belajar IPS siswa< strong>< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; ABSTRAK< h2> This study aims to improve the students learning interest in social studies especially in improving creative economic material through a problem based learning model for class IXA students of SMP Negeri 1 Tinangkung Banggai Kepulauan Regency Central Sulawesi for the 2022 2023 academic year nbsp; The subjects of this nbsp;classroom action research are class IXA students of SMP Negeri 1 Tinangkung in the 2022 2023 academic year as many as 29 students as subjects receiving action while for the subject of the action actors is the social studies teacher of ninth grade Methods of data collection are carried out through test techniques observation and documentation This action research was conducted in two cycles each cycle consists of: planning acting observing and reflecting The results of this study indicate that the use of a problem based learning model can improve the students learning interest in social studies of class IXA students of SMPN 1 Tinangkung in the 2022 2023 academic year This can be seen from the average value of student social studies learning outcomes also increased namely before the action is about 62 75 in the first cycle reaches to 73 10 and nbsp;in the second cycle is about 83 44 In addition the percentage of student learning completeness namely before the action is 34 48 in 1st< sup> cycle is about 72 41 nbsp;and in 2nd< sup> cycle reaches to 93 10 < p> Keywords: Problem based learning and student social studies learning interest< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Dalam penilitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran based learning PBL pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial IPS kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Ambon pada tahun pelajaran 2023 2024 semester ganjil penilitian yang dilakukan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas penelitian ini dilakukan dengan adanya kerjasama atau kolaborasi antara peneliti dengan siswa Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII nbsp; berjumlah 23 siswa yang terdiri dari perempuan = 12 dan laki laki = 11 orang di SMP Negeri 3 Ambon teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket sederhana adapun prosedur penelitian yaitu dimulai dari perencanaan tindakan pelaksanaan tindakan observasi dan interprestasi analisis dan refleksi dengan penggunaan model PBL ini motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 10 23 pada siklus I sebesar 70 62 dan di siklus ke II mengalami peningkatan ketika menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning PBL sebesar 92 16 siswa begitu aktif dalam pembelajaran < p> Kata kunci : Motivasi Belajar Model pembelajaran Problem Based learning< strong>< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This research aims to increase students learning motivation through the application of the based learning PBL learning model in class VII Social Sciences IPS subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Ambon in the 2023 2024 odd semester academic year the research carried out is Classroom Action Research This research was carried out with cooperation or collaboration between researchers and students The research subjects were 23 class VII students consisting of 12 girls and 11 boys at SMP Negeri 3 Ambon Data collection techniques use simple observation and questionnaires The research procedures start from action planning action implementation observation and interpretation analysis and reflection by using this PBL model student learning motivation was 10 23 in the first cycle it was 70 62 and in the second cycle it increased when using the Problem Based Learning PBL learning model 92 16 of students were very active in learning < p> Keywords: Learning Motivation Problem Based learning model< strong>< p>]]>
