The dedication to the community aims to provide training to all teachers at SMK Dar-el Hikmah Pekanbaru on the utilization of Google Apps for Education (GAFE) as a instructional medium in schools. The service method was conducted with training and evaluated regularly with the guidance of instructors from the Informatics Education Lecturer Team. As a result, all trainees get new knowledge about GAFE content such as Google Classroom, Google Form, Google Calendar and Google Drive. And also the school, hopes that there will be further training on developing the interactive instructional media.

The field mastery of technology, especially in the field of Information and Communication Technology, is one of the obligations for teachers to improve their competence. But at this time the teachers are still applying the conventional teaching model, for example when the teacher stands in front of the class then explains about the subject. This is good for students who pay attention what the material explained by teacher, but if there is the student who can not attend that class they will be missed the lesson. One of some ways to overcome this problem needs for an additional mechanism as an additional learning media as teacher assistants, especially for vocational teachers in SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. The additional learning media is a Learning Management System (LMS) based learning. LMS is a form of web-based computer software, by uploading it to the internet, the e-learning system will be accessible anywhere and anytime. This training is based on LMS where the teachers will use the Edmodo application. By using Edmodo, the teachers have more rights to regulate who can join the group that is created, can control the activities of their students, and can directly assess the tasks. It is expected that LMS-based learning with Edmodo application to be able to improve teachers professionalism and make the learning process in the classroom more efficient than before

Assessment of the learning process and assessment of learning outcomes are two very important things in education. Assessment of processes and results is a part that blends with the learning process activities. Assessment of learning processes and results is used as a reference to improve the overall learning process. One part of the assessment of learning outcomes is a test. Schools still use multiple choice tests as a measure to determine the success of students. However, schools in this case the teachers have not been able to determine the quality and feasibility of the questions that are used well. Moreover, not many teachers understand how to analyze items in a computerized manner. Supposedly, before a double question is used as a measure of a learning process, the thing to do is analyze the problem. So that it can be determined questions that have good quality, questions that must be corrected, and which questions should be discarded. The training activity analyzed the items with computerization for the teachers at Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Senior High School to run well and smoothly. This training provides knowledge and understanding of the importance of conducting item analysis at this time. Thus this activity is important, because the school in this case the teacher gets the knowledge and skills in analyzing question items through computarization, namely using the software Quest. So that in the future teachers will easily make improvements to the problems at school.

Investing is the best option for maintaining financial security in the future. For most people especially beginners, investing is a very complicated thing and will make it confused to take the right investment decision. All types of investments contain elements of risk. Investor decisions are based on consideration of risk factors and expected gains. The purpose of this activity is to socialize the investment measures for beginners who are teachers and learners. Acquire the right knowledge of trends to buy stocks in the capital market for beginners i.e. teachers and students through live practice in the field. This method of community dedication uses lecture methods, direct demonstrations by the speaker, and questions and answers. The lecture method is used to convey knowledge on how to invest stocks for beginners. Demonstrations are used to provide direct examples of how to buy stocks on the capital markets. The result of this activity shows the participants very enthusiastic during the activities until the training is completed. Participants hope the next year can be given the opportunity to get similar training. Therefore, the investment will not be enough if done once. Keywords: Investing, stocks and beginners

Higher Education other than as an educational institution that has the main task of carrying out the process of education and teaching, also has other tasks namely carrying out research and community service. Quality improvement of human resources of a nation means encouraging the improvement of the quality of the nation itself so that it has the ability to compete with countries in the world. The education world is one of the spearheads in the effort to improve the quality of human resources. So improving the quality of human resources must be supported by improving the quality of educators (teachers), because qualified teachers will be able to produce students who are also qualified. Efforts to improve the quality of human resources can be implemented jointly in the world of education. Lecturer of Development Economics Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business UMRI tries to help increase teacher competency in Pekanbaru City PGRI Vocational School, through training in the use of SPSS software as a teacher data processing research tool. After conducting data processing training with SPSS software, it is expected that the teacher assemblies can produce quality research to support education and teaching activities at Vocational High School level. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is research conducted by teachers in their own class by planning, implementing and reflecting actions collaboratively and participatively with the aim of improving performance as a teacher so that student learning outcomes can improve. Thus PTK can facilitate teachers to develop an understanding of pedagogy in order to improve their learning. This training also invites teacher friends to step into various records that after being processed can manifest into a quality study. Carry out research on what is done daily by a teacher who can finally produce a work called PTK. This can happen if a general sequence of procedures, which starts from the identification of research problems encountered until the final report is recorded. So, it is very important that this procedure is understood and adhered to by the teacher who is researching. The overall service activities are quite good in terms of the target number of participants and enthusiasm in receiving the material provided.

Scientific writing training was one of the efforts to develop the profession of high school teachers N 7 Pekanbaru. The training aims to equip high school teachers of N 7 Pekanbaru in terms of strategizing the scientific papers correctly according to the writing guidelines, and equip the teachers in the scientific writing publication procedures in the journal. The training method is the percentage of resources, discussion and simulation of papers that have been prepared by the trainees. The lecture method is necessary to explain the procedures of scientific writing, including how to arrange class action research into a scientific work. The exercise/practice method is required to give participants a scientific writing for the journal article. This scientific writing training activity in its entirety can be said to be seen from the achievement of the target participants, the achievement of training objectives, the achievement of planned target material, and the ability of participants in Material. The supporting factors in this community service activities are the availability of experts who are imported to the training in SMA N 7 Pekanbaru, participant enthusiasm, the support of the school principal, and the supporting fund of the university . The Output of this activity is expected to have several teacher papers (participants) in the form of journals and proceeding that are ready to be submitted to the relevant journal. Bullying behaviour in a school environment can create a less supportive environment for students self-development, bullying behavior can hurt students, so they feel unwanted and rejected by their environment. This will certainly bring effect to the various activities of the students in the school. Causes of bullying due to family factors, environmental factor, school factors and social environmental factors. Bullying is a student who has a physical or social strength that is more appealing to another friend, has a high temperament, and a sense of empathy is low. Victims of bullying often fight against the perpetrators but some of them are subject to the command of the perpetrator and do not dare to fear. To cope with the well-programed bullying, the current countermeasures only include individual approaches by Walikelas, teacher of study field, as well as BK teachers. Website pada awal penemuannya digunakan hanya sebagai sarana untuk bertukar informasi antar peneliti, namun saat ini sudah berkembang menjadi media penyebaran informasi yang digunakan oleh hampir semua bidang kehidupan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan skill kepada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Bina Insan tentang teknologi website dan bagaimana membangun website sebagai sarana untuk menyebarkan informasi, publikasi dan menjadikan sebagai media promosi. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode proyek dan workshop. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 25 orang siswa SMK Bina Insan yang terdiri dari 15 siswa berasal dari jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak(RPL) dan 10 orang dari jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan(TKJ). Kegiatan ini juga diikuti oleh 2 orang guru pendamping siswa. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berupa kemampuan atau skill siswa dalam membangun sebuah website. Pengukuran keberhasilan dilakukan dengan melihat hasil contoh proyek yang di berikan kepada peserta. The trend of Muslim tourism continues to increase along with the awareness of Muslims to apply the Muslim lifestyle. The Muslim lifestyle affected the demands of halal tourism packages — one of the attractions that are trying to hold a halal tour package, namely Stone Garden. Several obstacles are found related to the realization of Stone Garden into halal tourist destinations, namely the limited human resources, infrastructure, facilities, and coaching patterns from the manager. To foster human resources in the activities of tourism services and tourism promotion needs to be improved through the implementation of Marketing Public Relations training for tourism destination managers in facing the challenges of the increasingly globalized tourism market. The training held at the Stone Garden Tourism Awareness Group secretariat with participants from tourism agents, tourist managers, and tour guides. The training methods used are discussion, lecture, and case simulation. The results of the training showed that the knowledge and communication skills of Marketing Public Relations communication among the actors, managers, and tour guides in the Stone Garden area experienced a considerable increase which was shown by participants understanding the importance of communication in community-based tourism management.
