He purpose of this community service is to provide information about the use of plastic waste as alternative fuel for vocational students and Telkom Pekanbaru teachers and to help graduates of vocational students in facing the world of work. The method used is lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration. The benefits of this service are; a) Provide scientific contributions, namely theoretical contributions in the form of additional scientific repertoire in the field of engineering studies, especially in the field of studies on the utilization of plastic waste for students of Pekanbaru Telkom Vocational School b) Lecturers can carry out one of the three principles of Higher Education, c) Help the community in unemployment. The results of community service activities broadly include the following components; 1). The success of the target number of participants is more than the planned target. 2) Planning an environmentally friendly movement towards the prosperity and utilization of plastic waste as an alternative fuel in the Final Waste Management Site (TPSA) in Pekanbaru Telkom Vocational High School, 3) The achievement of material targets in this service activity is quite good, because extension materials can be delivered overall 4). Targeted counseling participants as planned before 20 people who majored in TKR and TSM. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 40 participants. Thus it can be said that the target of the participants is reached 100%. This service level has been published in print media (tribune). Keywords: Plastic Waste, Alternative fuel

Community service aims to provide training to the entire academic community of IT Fadillah High School, Pekanbaru, about the use of plastic waste into useful and feasible items. This aims to minimize the risk of plastic waste because plastic has properties that are non-biodegradable and take a long time to be decomposed naturally on the ground. The items to be made are handicrafts in the form of plastic trash cans (ToSAPlas). The implementation of the activity uses lecture, demonstration and discussion methods. The lecture was filled with training materials on making ToSAPlas covering preparation of raw materials for supporting tools and materials, plastic cleaning, plastic cutting, weaving, finishing. The demonstration method was carried out by the service team by dividing the participants into 6 groups. Each group was accompanied by one member of the service team and practiced directly how the process of making ToSAPlas. The target of this service program is to increase lecturers' awareness of the environment and society, while for the partners this activity is a forum for discussion in developing creative ideas in the field of recycling plastic waste and making business products that can be offered in the market. In today's digital era, teaching staff have many choices of interactive learning media that can support the learning process. One application that can help teachers realize effective communication between students and teachers is google classroom. The Google Classroom is a mixed learning platform that is intended for every educational scope that is intended to find a way out of the difficulties in making, sharing and classifying each paperless assignment. For this reason, there is a need for knowledge and skills about how effective communication can be done through innovative learning media based on Blended Learning (Google Classroom), so that the quality of teaching can be better. Therefore, dedication activities are carried out in MAN 2 Model on "Effective Communication Training through Blended-Learning (Google Classroom) Innovative Learning Media for Teachers in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru". Tax is the main source of state revenue. In 2018, the source of state revenues of 85,40% came from the tax sector. So large, state revenue from tax sector, encourage the government in increase taxpayer compliance. However, the realization of revenue from the tax sector in January-November has not yet reached the target. In 2018, the government issued a government regulation that was imposed on taxpayers who have certain gross income. So, with the issuance of government regulation it is hoped that the public can play an active role in economic activities. This service was carried out in Banjaran Hamlet, Sukoreno, Sentolo, Kulon Progo, Special Regional of Yogyakarta. This service is shown to MSME players. This service technique uses lecture, sharing and discussion methods. The result of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of MSME actors regarding the benefits of NPWP, the reason MSME actors must pay taxes, and tax benefits. In addition, this service also found the reason for MSME not to make NPWP, as well as the reason for MSME actors not to apply Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018. The Cadres who handling the” Posyandu lansia “are still not exposed in the use of their own blood sugar level gauges so that they cannot detect in the patient's condition hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia. The purpose of this activity is to train, practice and assist cadres in using blood sugar levels in detecting elderly people with hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia in the village of Donorojo Mertoyudan Magelang. The method used for implementation of this activity was the method of community empowerment with the Participatory Rural Appraisal model, which is an approach method in the process of empowerment and increasing community participation, which is sensitive to community involvement in the overall activities carried out. The results of this service activity were carried out for five months, namely through the stages of preparation, counseling, training and mentoring. The results obtained were cadres who were able to practice using blood sugar levels and were able to detect hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia conditions. The range of early activities will be published in several mass media and community service journals. The conclusion are activity was achieved in view of the increased understanding and skills in carrying out the activity of checking blood sugar levels during and efforts to manage the increase in blood sugar levels / early detection of diabetes mellitus

Age of child is a very prone age to the transmission of the disease tubercolosis. The rate of transmission and danger of high transmission is in the age of 0-6 years and the age of 7-14 years. The age of children is very prone to contracting tubercolosis when infected they are easily affected by the disease tubercolosis. Writing article is an absolute requirement for teachers who will rise in rank and certain classes. In the fact, there are so many teachers to retirees only in the IV / a. The main problem is about credit numbers from sub-elements of scientific publications and / or elements of innovative work. This workshop aims to provide an understanding for elementary school teachers in writing article. The method used is a workshop that was held for two days with a total of 32 hours of learning hours. The results obtained from this workshop were an increase in teacher understanding of writing article and producing article papers from the teacher.

PEGASUS (the application of technology using the Chemcollective’s Virtual Chemistry Laboratory) is a process of learning modern techniques by using computer simulations based on understanding chemistry. The purpose of this method is to understand a subject and solve the solution to the limitations or absence of laboratory equipment. The advantage of this simulation method is that access is easy, flexible, safe and does not require expensive fees. The results of the application of Vlab show that it is very helpful for students in understanding chemistry learning especially in lab analysis, this is evidenced from the post test results which are significantly higher than the pretest given at the beginning of the activity so it can be concluded that the application of Chemcollective’s Virtual Chemistry Laboratory is very good for introduced and studied further. Non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are the causes of death within nearly 75% in the world (WHO, 2018). In 2012, there were 29,546 cases of hypertension and 7,434 cases of diabetes happened in DIY. Based on Basic Health Research (Rikesdas), the prevalence of NCD increased from 2007 to 2013 and is expected to continuePeople with obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar level, high cholesterol, and a history of NCD in older people are at high risk of developing NCD.One of the effort in controlling NCD is prevention such as periodic health checking. NCD risk factors examination can be done through NCD Integrated Development Post (Posbindu) in the village. The results indicate that the average value before being educated is 44,17, while after being educated is 68,33. There was an increase of 24,16. These results indicate that the correlation between two variables yields 0.183 with probability value below 0.05, which states that the correlation between the previous and final values after educated is weak and there is obvious correlation. It is concluded that cadres’ knowledge and skill can be improved by training and continued by monitoring the cadre's skills observation field

Di era globalisasi seperti saat ini, semua guru dituntut untuk dapat mengoperasikan komputer. Karena salah satu kompetensi professional yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru adalah mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pada SD N 26 Pulakek, Kab. Solok Selatan pemanfaatan media Teknologi Informasi belum maksimal dilaksanakan dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahun sehingga proses pembelajaran masih dilaksanan dengan bantuan buku atau lebih tepatnya manual tanpa adanya media Teknologi. Hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa 30 Persen Menjawab Sangat Setuju dan 70 persen menjawab setuju dan memberikan manfaat terhadap peserta dalam kegiatan tersebut. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari pelatihan ini adalah 1. Menambah keterampilan guru dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi. 2. Membantu guru dalam membuat Modul Pelajaran dalam bentuk Ms. Power Point, sehingga terciptanya modul pembelajaran yang inovatif 3. Membantu guru dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi
