Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that adopt a dual banking system, where conventional banks and Islamic banks operate simultaneously. This causes competition between the two. When compared to conventional banks, the number of Islamic banks in Indonesia is still relatively small, but Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to increase. However, at Bank Aceh Syariah, the increase in the use of Islamic banks is not in line with the increase in the number of employees, where high employee turnover shows their low employee engagement so that it can affect company competition. The goal of this study was to see how disparities in the effect of Job Enrichment on employee engagement and competitive advantage at PT affected employee engagement and competitive advantage. Bank Aceh Syariah is viewed from both a traditional and Islamic standpoint. This study used a quantitative research method with a total sample size of 346 respondents. This study was split into two parts: (1) Model Suitability Testing and (2) Hypothesis Testing with SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The findings of this study show that the effect of job enrichment on employee engagement has a significant impact from both a conventional and Islamic perspective, as well as the effect of job enrichment on competitive advantage from both a conventional and Islamic perspective, which has a significant impact, and the effect of employee engagement. From both a conventional and an Islamic standpoint, competitive advantage has a tremendous impact. When the results of the influence of each variable seen in the Islamic perspective are compared to the influence of the variables seen in the conventional perspective, the results of the influence of each variable seen in the Islamic perspective have a higher value. This demonstrates that each of the employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah has a person who believes in and fears Allah SWT, and that Islamic values and sharia principles are observed in their work.

Abstract

Based on Law Number 48 of 2009, justice must be done quickly and cheaply. The embodiment of this law is carried out by implementing Electronic Courts. The State Administrative Court can implement Electronic Court (E-Court) by empowering the already owned resources. This study aims to look at the application of digitization through the implementation of Electronic Courts as a renewal of the State Administration procedural law. The method used in this study is the statute approach and the conceptual approach. The data used in this study comes from the results of previous research and existing legislation in Indonesia. The results of this study found that information technology greatly supports the implementation of E-Court. Partial E-Court can be carried out electronically by issuing a Supreme Court Regulation. As for the full implementation of E-Court, we still have to wait for changes to the procedural law through changes to the State Administrative Court Law

Abstract

This study examines and proves whether there is an effect of Dividend Per Share (DPS) in moderating the relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. This data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method, namely descriptive statistical method used to analyze data for more than two research variables. To test the regression with moderating variables using the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) Test. Hypothesis testing used is t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). This study produced four findings as stated in the research hypothesis. First, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. Second, Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices. Third, the interaction variable Earning Per Share (EPS) with Dividend Per Share (DPS) is a moderating variable, so that DPS can strengthen the relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices. Fourth, the interaction variable Return On Equity (ROE) with Dividend Per Share (DPS) cannot strengthen the relationship of Return On Equity (ROE) to stock prices.

This research was conducted for 3 (three) months, starting from March 2022 to May 2022. This study used the proportional random sampling method. The respondents of this study were all cashiers at PT. The Maju Bersama Supermarket in Medan with a total of 120 (one hundred and twenty) employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire to collect data from human resource planning variables, quality of work life variables, compensation variables and employee performance variables. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The results of descriptive analysis for human resource planning variables are in the good category, for the quality of work life and compensation variables are in the fairly good category, and for the employee performance variable in the good category, at PT. Supermarkets Forward Together with Medan. Based on the partial analysis, human resource planning, quality of work life and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Supermarkets Forward Together with Medan. Simultaneously human resource planning, quality of work life and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Supermarkets Forward Together with Medan. The contribution of human resource planning variables, quality of work life and compensation to the increase in employee performance variables is 0.737 or 73.7%, while the remaining 0.263 or 26.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as work. ethics, competence, leadership and others. like work. ethics, competence, leadership and others. like work. ethics, competence, leadership and others.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of a study on the behavior of domestic chicken agribusiness development in South Sulawesi province. The analysis model in this study uses a structural equation model to examine the relationship between variables in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. The variables studied in this study consist of exogenous variables including: production, marketing, and financial management capabilities; intermediate variables in this study are sales development; and variables of increasing business profits as endogenous variables. The three types of variables are built based on a theoretical approach that forms a constellation of relationships between variables, where each variable has dimensions and indicators. The respondents in this study were 250 managers of domestic chicken farms in Maros and Gowa districts. The results of the study found that generally respondents of domestic chicken farmers in Gowa and Maros districts have the ability of production, marketing, and financial management in increasing sales development and its impact on increasing profits. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the chicken farming business in both districts can develop through the role of the government and related parties, so as to improve the standard of living of the community and increase the source of regional income
