Abstract

One of the Dayak cultures of Kalimantan Island, Indonesia is a traditional house called Lamin where each wall is decorated according to tribal characteristics. This study aims to identify the image on the Lamin wall using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method based on the eccentricity and metric parameter values. The data of this study consisted of 50 types of images of the Lamin wall motifs of the Dayak Kenyah tribe consisting of tebengaang, dragon, crocodile, tiger, and arch which were taken from the tourist village, Pampang, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Based on the experiment, the shape feature extraction method has produced the highest value of the eccentricity parameter which is 0.6979 and the metric parameter is 0.9953 on the image of the arch. Motif identification using the SVM method using linear, Gaussian/RBF, and polynomial kernel parameters has resulted in the highest accuracy with 80% image composition of kernel polynomial at 85%, Gaussian/RBF at 80%, and linear at 78%.

Abstract

Four times, in 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002, amendments to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia) were made. With the amendments to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Indonesian constitutional system, particularly the institution of the MPR-RI, has undergone substantial alterations. Based on the 1945 Constitution and the Fourth Amendment, the Indonesian parliament might be composed of three chambers or institutions simultaneously. This is justifiable due to the MPR's establishment as a separate organization from the DPR and DPD. The 1945 Constitution continues to grant the MPR independent authority from the DPR and DPD. The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of the MPR after the 1945 Constitution was amended in accordance with the Indonesian Constitution. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. In our constitutional system, the Indonesian legislative institution does not correspond to the concept of bicameralism as conceptualized by experts; rather, it adheres to the concept of tricameralism. This is proven by the existence of the MPR, DPR, and DPD, which each possess equal authority but are still superior to one another. Due of this, some refer to the Indonesian parliamentary system as a half-hearted tricameral

Abstract

Background: Patient satisfaction is very important in health services in hospitals. A decrease in patient satisfaction will have an impact on a decrease in the number of patients in the hospital. Caring and communication behavior are examples of attitudes that must be considered in nursing care for patients.Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of caring behavior and nurse communication on inpatient satisfaction. Methods: This cross-sectional study involved 125 inpatients at Puri Asih Hospital Salatiga, Indonesia. Patients who fit the inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken by purposive sampling method. The caring behavior questionnaire used the Caring Dimension Inventory (CDI) instrument, nurse communication was assessed by the Nurse Quality of Communication with Patient Questionnaire (NQCPQ), and patient satisfaction by the La Monica Oberst patient satisfaction scale (LOPSS) in the Indonesian version. The Chi-square test and logistic regression were used in this study. Results: Caring behavior and nurse communication significantly affect patient satisfaction (p < 0.001). Caring behavior and good nurse communication can protect against low patient satisfaction by 69% each (OR = 0.31, 95% CI: 0.134-0.721).Conclusion: Good caring behavior and communication can prevent patient dissatisfaction. Caring behavior and nurse communication must be continuously improved to increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence organizational citizenship behavior, competence, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior, competence and organizational culture on employee performance, analyze job satisfaction on employee performance and analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior, competence, and organizational culture on performance through employee job satisfaction. The research was carried out in Makassar City, precisely at PT. Bank Mandiri with a population of 782 employees and a sample of 265 people as respondents based on the Slovin formula. Questionnaire results data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 20. The results of the study found that organizational citizenship behavior had a negative and not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The cause of the OCB variable has a negative effect because all organizational citizenship behavior indicators are not easy or difficult to apply by employees which cause employees to not behave comparatively and innovatively in dealing with and carrying out their work, while the causes of organizational citizenship behavior have no significant effect on job satisfaction, because employees do not have the orientation and satisfactory job prospects in developing good work behavior. The behavior of organizational members has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance because all indicators do not support employees being able to develop their behavior to achieve optimal work results. The behavior of organizational members has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through employee job satisfaction. This is because variable indicators are difficult for employees to apply. After all, the demands for services carried out by employees must be by the systems, procedures, policies, and provisions that apply within an organization, making it difficult to develop behavior that is following the wishes and interests of customers. And this is what causes employee performance to be difficult to increase and through job satisfaction employees feel dissatisfied with what they are doing

Abstract

Product quality must remain good to consumers and expand market segmentation to increase income and improve farmers' welfare, post-harvest handling needs to be done. One of the post-harvest handlings of fresh oyster mushroom products is grading. The grading process is carried out based on the quality of the oyster mushroom harvest which is classified into three, namely Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. Computer technology with digital image processing segmentation and image classification using canny edge detection can be the first step in the process of grading fresh oyster mushrooms. so that the image can be processed for canny detection, it is necessary to do image segmentation. From the results of thresholding on the oyster mushroom image, the threshold value of T is obtained, namely with T1 below 50 and T2 above 150. The T threshold value is a classification for the canny detection process. Of the six oyster mushroom datasets, five datasets of oyster mushrooms were obtained accurately, while one mushroom had broken lines and noise.
