Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Recommendation Quality and Website Quality in order to increase Customer Trust in developing Customer Satisfaction in the LinkAja application. Many people use e-wallet applications in their daily activities. In Indonesia, there are many e-wallet applications, for example LinkAja. This research will discuss how satisfied customers are in using LinkAja. There are three variables that affect customer satisfaction in this study. The three variables are recommendation quality, website quality, and customer trust. The research results show that website quality and customer trust variables have an influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) aims to accelerate the process of registering land parcels throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. This is also applied by Dr. Kelurahan. Soetomo City of Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of the PTSL policy in Dr. Soetomo City of Surabaya, taking into account the theory of public policy implementation according to George C. Edward III, there are 4 (four) indicators, namely communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structure. This research method is to apply a type of qualitative approach. Data comes from both primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and data trackingonline. Data analysis was carried out using reduction, triangulation, and concluding as well as verification methods. The results of the study show that communication in the PTSL program has not been realized properly, as a result of the socialization delivery that has not been maximized. The resources in the PTSL program have been maximally realized, starting from people, budget, as well as facilities and infrastructure. Disposition has also been maximized, with good employee attitudes. The bureaucratic structure is good with a neat flow, but it is not strong enough because some employees are not placed according to their expertise. Implementation of PTSL policy in Kelurahan Dr. Soetomo City of Surabaya has thus been implemented well, but not optimally. due to communication factors and bureaucratic structures that are not running according to goals and plans.

Abstract

Komunikasi organisasi adalah subkategori pengembangan interpersonal yang mencakup komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal mengenai pengiriman pesan melalui jaringan tautan atau organisasi. Akibatnya, komunikasi korporat sangat penting dalam menentukan jumlah pertumbuhan organisasi atau korporasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi organisasi karyawan di PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara Region Batam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi organisasi dan teori efektivitas komunikasi. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan pengumpulan data sekunder yang dilengkapi dengan prosedur observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan temuan, komunikasi organisasi karyawan di PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara Region Batam memiliki struktur yang egaliter. Pemimpin perusahaan, manajemen, dan karyawan dapat secara efektif melakukan komunikasi lintas struktur tanpa batas feodalistik, yang berperan penting dalam bentuk upaya penyampaian ide dan gagasan melalui komunikasi langsung atau komunikasi tidak langsung melalui media sosial, yang berdampak positif pada kelangsungan operasional dan kemajuan perusahaan. Komunikasi organisasi karyawan di PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara Wilayah Batam dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti wilayah, latar belakang pendidikan, budaya, dan lain-lain, serta faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan kerja, siklus pertemanan, penguasaan media sosial, dan lain-lain. Kondisi ini berdampak struktural pada komunikasi organisasi, baik secara vertikal (komunikasi antar strata atau peran) maupun horizontal (komunikasi antar orang dalam posisi pekerjaan yang sama). PT Proxi Jaringan Nusantara Region Batam, dampak dan pencapaian komunikasi organisasi karyawan adalah tercapainya komunikasi yang efektif, yang ditandai dengan loyalitas karyawan dan perusahaan yang berkembang baik dari segi cakupan operasional, keuntungan perusahaan, maupun turnover perusahaan yang telah melampaui target yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The aim of this thorough is to clarification the impact of human relations, working environment and employee behavior on society on Kantor Camat Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batang Hari. A comprehensive analysis method uses a number of background analysis tools. Measurement of the variable Human Relations (X1), Working Environment (X2) and Employee Behavior (Y) as dependent variable was carried out using t- and F-test. The aim of partial thorough (t test) is that the t-value of human relations 8,670 from the t table number 1,649. This through explain that human relations have an impact to employee behavior on society at batin XXIV District Head Office. Working Environmental Conditions, result of t-count value 3,321. The t-table number is 1,649. With an impact on employee’s behavior on District Camat Batin XXIV Batang Hari Regency. Training, inter-human relations, work environment conditions simultaneously (F Test) obtained Fcount 78.533 > Ftable is 2.90, which means that Human Relations (X1), Working Environment (X2) have a positive impact simultaneously to Employee Behavior on Camat Batin XXIV Batang Hari Regency.The resulting adjust R squere is equal to 83.3 %. Therefore, we can confirm that the percentage change between Human Relationship, Working Environment and employee Behavior on District Camat Batin XXIV Batang Hari Regency.

Abstract

Inhibition episodes in young children can occur due to many factors, one of which is the choice of breast milk, family financial status, and health services. Providing nutrition does not completely depend on the mother's selective breastfeeding and the family's financial status. This research is a logical observational research with a cross sectional methodology conducted at the Tanjung Pinang Community Group Welfare Center, with a sample size of 57 respondents. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between selective breastfeeding, financial status, and welfare services and the frequency of obstacles in young children aged 1-5 years at the Tanjung Pinang Community Group Welfare Center, East Jambi.

Abstract

The ah d hadith is often contradicted with the mutaw tir hadith, so in terms of its definition it is also mentioned that the ah d hadith is a hadith whose number of narrators does not reach the number of mutaw tir hadith narrators. The mutaw tir hadith status is qat'iy al-wur d, while the ah d hadith is zanniy, because in the process of narration there may be errors or errors from the narrators, therefore, not all ah d hadiths can be accepted or can be used as a hujjah.

Abstract

Early childhood's lack of understanding about sexual abuse means they don't want to talk and tell their parents when they experience abuse from other people, even those closest to them. Education about sex has a very good role, one of which is that it is useful as self-protection for children from the threat of sexual harassment. The function of this research is knowledge about sexual prevention which can reduce the incidence of sexual abuse in early childhood. Therefore, education regarding appropriate and good sexual prevention for early childhood is very important so that children have adequate provisions from an early age. The aim of this research is to determine the role of teachers as educators to provide education on the prevention of sexual harassment to young children at Aisyiyah Kindergarten. The method in this research is qualitative research, observation methods such as data collection, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and verifying data. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation techniques. This research obtained results where the role of teachers in introducing sex education to early childhood at Aisyiyah Kindergarten in sexual prevention was considered to be good, this can be known through teachers who act as teachers, educators and as facilitators for early childhood. The teacher displays the video Kuga I as the main asset for children in preventing sexual harassment, as well as facilitating education on preventing sexual harassment with pictures or posters to make it easier for children to remember.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in science learning and heat transfer materials through the use of experimental methods. The research consisted of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II with the subject being class V students consisting of 15 students. By looking at the acquisition data and findings, it can be seen that the teacher has implemented learning improvement activities. Using the Experimental Method can improve student learning outcomes, this can be seen by increasing the percentage of student completion in each cycle. Pre-Cycle with a percentage of students completing (27%) Cycle II (70%) and Cycle II (87%). There was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after using the Experimental Method in class V science subjects on heat transfer material at UPTD SDN 4 Adirejo

Abstract

The purpose of this research is first to find out how the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of the crime of circulating counterfeit currency is? and secondly, what are the judges' legal considerations in deciding cases of criminal acts of circulating counterfeit currency? In order to answer these problems, normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches are used. Data collection was carried out by means of literature and field studies, then the data were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the research and discussion it was concluded that the defendant's form of criminal responsibility against the defendant Hendi Setio who was proven to have committed the crime of counterfeiting currency was imprisonment for 2 years and 6 months and a fine of IDR 100,000,000. In deciding the case the judge has considered the juridical, sociological, and philosophical aspects. Based on these conclusions, it is hoped and suggested that socialization or counseling be carried out on the characteristics of genuine rupiah currency to the public so that it is hoped that the circulation of counterfeit money will decrease. In addition, the judge in imposing a sentence must always pay attention to the purpose of punishment by fulfilling a sense of justice for both the convict, the victim and the wider community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how financial risk management actually is in the implementation of educational programs at SMA Dharmawangsa Medan, especially regarding the costs of Educational Development Contributions (SPP), which are classified as expensive/high. The main target of risk implementation is to protect Dharmawangsa schools/high schools from losses that may arise in the process of implementing educational programs in terms of determining the amount of student educational development contribution (SPP) fees. In its management, a balance is carried out between management management strategies and implementation of education with risk management so that SMA Dharmawangsa Medan will get optimal results from its operations.
