Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of excessive product packaging on greenwashing, environmental, green confusion. Greenwashing, environmental concern, green confusion on green brand equity. Greenwashing, environmental concern, green confusion mediated the effect of excessive product packaging on green brand equity. And brand credibility moderates the effect of greenwashing, environmental concern, green confusion on green brand equity. The sample used amounted to 357 which was obtained through a questionnaire on google form which was distributed online, sampling using purposive sampling with the criteria that respondents had purchased ACER, ASUS, LENOVO, and HP laptop brands in the last 2 years. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results found that excessive product packaging has a positive effect on greenwashing, and environmental concern. And has a negative effect on green confusion. Greenwashing and green confusion have a positive effect, then environmental concern has a negative effect on green brand equity. Brand credibility as moderating strengthens the positive impact of greenwashing, and green confusion, then weakens the negative impact on green brand equity. Finally, greenwashing and green confusion as mediating variables weaken the negative impact of excessive product packaging, and environmental concern strengthens the impact of excessive product packaging on green brand equity.

Abstract

The more rapid development of the Sumatra Institute of Technology will have an impact on the demand for student housing needs. The residential rental business in the form of rented houses and boarding houses is increasing. However, there are no rental housing for students with the concept of apartments around the Sumatra Institute of Technology built by developers. Even though the target market is clear, namely students, it is necessary to do a detailed market analysis. This study aims to analyze the market for student apartment development around the Sumatra Institute of Technology. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques. Data on aspects of market analysis were explored through website searches, literature studies, interviews, questionnaires, site surveys and documentation. This study found that from the market analysis aspects that have been analyzed, the Sumatra Institute of Technology student apartments have the potential to be built.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a teaching module by combining Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) to increase the knowledge domain of fourth grade elementary school students and to determine the feasibility of a teaching module by combining Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) to increase the knowledge domain of fourth grade elementary school students . The development model used in this research is the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate) development model. The results of this research show that the development of teaching modules by combining Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) to improve the overall knowledge domain of fourth grade elementary school students can be used during the learning process at school.

Abstract

Providing breast milk (ASI) is very important for optimal growth and development of babies. One of the efforts that can be made to increase breast milk production is with herbs such as katuk extract (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr.) Knowledge about the use of plants as medicinal ingredients used in various ethnic groups in Indonesia has not been utilized properly. Ethnomedicine studies are a scientific way to document the use of plants as medicinal ingredients in various tribes. The aim of this research is to find out the form of the herb, how to process it, how to use it and the factors behind people using katuk leaves (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr) as a breast milk booster in the Sampara sub-district. The research method used was qualitative descriptive observational. The sampling technique is purposive sampling through observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of the research showed that participants said that the shape of the katuk leaf concoction was made like a clear vegetable with leaves shaped like Moringa, they did not know the taste of katuk leaves, received support and the cooking method used by the participants stated that before boiling, boil water, wash katuk leaves, add flavoring, then cooked for 3-5 minutes and then consumed during breastfeeding but the problem is that katuk leaves are difficult to buy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the relationship between work motivation and employee work discipline; and to ensure the significance of the relationship between work motivation and compensation in terms of mediating the relationship between these influences in the Financial Agency and Regional Assets of Kupang City. This research uses quantitative techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that motivating employees in the workplace is influenced positively and significantly by leadership, rewards and punishment. Discipline in the workplace is significantly and beneficially influenced by leadership, rewards, and punishment. Work motivation influences work discipline positively but not significantly. Workplace motivation is not a moderator of how leadership, rewards, and punishment influence workplace discipline.

Abstract

Batik waste is waste produced from batik producing activities which can have a negative impact. In general, the process of making batik will channel wastewater into the surrounding air which causes various pollution, including color changes, increased pH, COD, BOD, TSS, odors, changes in the taste of the air, soil and ground air pollution, and the influence of chemicals on the bodies of plants, animals and humans. Craft perceptions relate to batik waste management, including knowledge, awareness and economic limitations. The research method approach applied is to use a quantitative descriptive approach. The research location is in the center of the small and medium batik industry (IKM) in Bojonegoro Regency. There are 10 batik SMEs as a complete sample of the population. The method used to measure craftsmen's perceptions is the Likert Scale. As many as 100% of the community felt the benefits in the form of a source of income, opening up employment opportunities, preserving local culture and so on. The level of public perception regarding the benefits of batik wastewater management was obtained: 80% agreed that wastewater management could reduce surface air, soil, groundwater and air pollution, 70% could expand the product market, and 100% strongly agreed that it could reduce the cost of purchasing candles. The community agrees that managing IPAL requires expensive investment and maintenance costs, as well as skilled human resources. Changes in air color, odor and causing cancer, decreased DO, air surface quality, ground water and soil are also threats if batik wastewater is not managed. The community quite agrees that there will be a decrease in soil fertility, and the killing of air and soil organisms can occur if wastewater pollution occurs. The level of public perception reaches 100%, the need to carry out socialization and training for IPAL operators and inadequate human resources are challenges in managing batik waste. Another aspect to consider is inadequate economic conditions and low awareness of craftsmen.

Abstract

Junior high school students are entering a transitional age or puberty which causes them to be in a state of needing recognition and searching for identity so that they are very vulnerable to environmental influences. This causes the risk of juvenile delinquency. PAI (islamic religion) teachers have a very important role to provide religious and spiritual guidance for students to build character and morals. This research was conducted at SMPN 5 Sidoarjo. The method used is qualitative with a naturalistic positivistic approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and literature review. The results of this study are that the form of juvenile delinquency in SMPN 5 Sidoarjo students is classified as low delinquency. PAI teachers have contributed and played a major role in handling student delinquency, namely carrying out spiritual guidance programs on a scheduled basis. The supporting factors are students with Islamic religion being the majority and the inhibiting factors are carelessness in supervision and differences in student character.

Abstract

The atmosphere in a restaurant is not just a detail, but a key factor in building and maintaining customer loyalty. This research aims to determine the influence of restaurant atmosphere on customers' desire to return to Taman Makan Rumah Kayu in Bandar Lampung. Simple linear analysis method. The results of this research indicate that the restaurant atmosphere has a significant influence on customers' interest in returning. These findings confirm that the restaurant atmosphere not only influences customers' interest in returning, but also directly influences the level of customer satisfaction at Taman Santap Rumah Kayu in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This research is a pre-experiment research with a one class pre test and post test design, in order to have an impact of class education for pregnant women on increasing maternal knowledge in one subject group of pregnant women in the Kotabaru Health Center work area, Riau. The secondary data for this research is data about the number of pregnant women at the Kotabaru Riau health center. The sample was 60 respondents. Data analysis used paired -t-test. The results of this study reveal that there is a correlation between the impact of class education for pregnant women on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women. The conclusion produced in this research is that there is a correlation between the educational impact of the Pregnant Mother Class application on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women in the work area of the Kota Baru Health Center, Riau in 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate patient perceptions of aspects of health services at RST TK III Wirasakti Kupang, including reliability, guarantee, direct evidence, empathy, and responsiveness. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The research results show that staff response, physical appearance, empathy, and consistency in service have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. However, warranties have a negative influence on patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction was then identified as a mediator that influences patient loyalty. Staff response, physical appearance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty through satisfaction. On the other hand, reliability and guarantee have a negative but insignificant effect on patient loyalty through satisfaction.
