Abstract

ABSTRAK Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan posisi strategis usaha shuttlecock di Kota Tegal. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha shutlecock di Kota Tegal..Untuk menentukan posisi strategis digunakan General Electrics (GE) analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa posisi strategis usaha shuttlecock adalah memiliki daya tarik menengah dan kekuatan persaingan rata-rata, sehingga strategi pengembangan yang cocok adalah melakukan identifikasi segmen pertumbuhan, melakukan spesialisasi dan melakukan investasi secara selektif. Kata kunci: Shuttlecock, Analisis SWOT, Analisis General Electric (GE) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine strategy position of shuttlecock business in Tegal Respondents in this research are entrepreneuh of shutlecock in Tegal. To determine General determine strategy position of shuttlecock business in Tegal was uses Electrics (GE) analysis. Research show that strategy position of shuttlecock business in Tegal acquired a strategic position information shuttlecock business is having a mid-appeal and the average strength of competition, so that a suitable development strategy is to identify growth segments, to specialize and invest selectively. Abstract

Abstract: Neonatal sepsis is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in neonates. Early diagnostic and appropriate treatment can reduce the mortality and morbidity rate. Immature neutrophil ratio tand total neutrophil (I/T ratio) can be used as one of early diagnostic tool of neonatal sepsis. The purpose of this research was to find difference of I/T ratio between normal neonates and neonates with sepsis risk factor at Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin on April – June 2016. It was an analytic observational study and collected by accidental sampling. From 39 neonates, there was 23 normal neonates and 16 neonates with sepsis risk factor who diagnosed by competence pediatrics based on mayor and minor risk factor. Mean I/T ratio from normal neonates is 0,06 and neonates with sepsis risk factor is 0,16. From statistical test with independent T-test, there is significant difference p=0,000 (p<0,05). In conclusion, there is a difference of I/T Ratio between normal neonates and neonates with sepsis risk factor. Keywords: neonatal sepsis, I/T ratio, risk factor, neonates

Abstract

Abstract: Malnutrition because of protein deficiency on diet caused antioxidant deficiency state and oxidative stress on brain that marked by increased MDA level. The aim of this study was to analyze the antioxidant effects of saluang (Rasbora spp.) on brain MDA level in malnourished rats. This was an experimental study with a Posttest Only with Control Group Design, consisted of malnutrition control group (M), group that feed with saluang (S), group that given standard feeding (P), and group that given standard feeding added with DHA supplement (D). Brain MDA level measured with TBARS method in spectrophotometer. Mean brain MDA level for each group in a row is M = 210,750 μΜ, S = 194,125 μΜ, P = 202,625 μΜ, and D = 200,875 μΜ. Kruskal-Wallis and Mann Whitney test showed that there were significant differences between the group that feed with saluang and the other groups (p<0.05). Based on this research, concluded that the administration of saluang (Rasbora spp.) significantly affects the decrease of brain MDA level in malnourished rats. Keywords: antioxidant, saluang fish, MDA, malnutrition Abstrak: Malnutrisi karena defisiensi protein akan menimbulkan keadaan kekurangan antioksidan dan menimbulkan stres oksidatif pada otak yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar MDA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efek antioksidan ikan saluang terhadap kadar MDA otak tikus putih malnutrisi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan Posttest Only with Control Group Design, terdiri dari kelompok kontrol malnutrisi (M), kelompok pemberian pakan saluang (S), kelompok pemberian pakan standar (P), dan kelompok pemberian pakan standar yang ditambah suplemen DHA (D). Kadar MDA otak diukur dengan menggunakan metode TBARS secara spektrofotometer. Rerata kadar MDA otak masing-masing kelompok perlakuan berturut-turut adalah M = 210,750 μΜ, S = 194,125 μΜ, P = 202,625 μΜ, dan D = 200,875 μΜ. Uji Kruskal-Wallis dan uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok yang diberi pakan saluang dengan kelompok lainnya (p<0,05). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemberian ikan saluang (Rasbora spp.) berpengaruh secara bermakna terhadap penurunan kadar MDA otak tikus putih malnutrisi. Kata-kata kunci: antioksidan, ikan saluang, MDA, malnutrisi

Abstract

Abstract: Effect of giving saluang fish (rasbora spp.) on bone calcium of malnutried rat’s (rattus norvegicus). Malnutrition due to lack of calcium is vital especially in young age because it can damage body’s function. Calcium is source of bone’s development and play some role in motoric function. This research aims on analyzing the difference of calcium level in malnutrition rats and rats feeded with saluang fish. This is an experimental study with posttest only with control group design, consist of malnutrition (M) group, standard feeding (P) group, and saluang (S) group. The bone’s calcium level is measured using titrimetry method. The average result of bone’s calcium level are M=1,00 mg/gram, P=1,68 mg/gram, and S=1,23 mg/gram respectively. Kruskal-Wallis test shows a significant result (p<0,05). Mann-Whitney test shows the standard feeding group have the highest calcium level among other groups. This research concludes that giving saluang fish (Rasbora spp.) for 4 weeks can not repair the bone’s calcium level due to malnutrition if compared to standard feeding.Keywords : saluang fish, bone’s calcium level, malnutrition. Abstrak: Efek pemberian ikan saluang (rasbora spp.) terhadap kadar kalsium tulang tikus putih (rattus norvegicus) malnutrisi. Malnutrisi akibat kurangnya asupan kalsium yang sangat dibutuhkan terutama usia dini dapat mengganggu berbagai fungsi tubuh. Fungsi kalsium bagi tubuh adalah sebagai nutrisi untuk pertumbuhan tulang, serta menunjang perkembangan fungsi motorik agar lebih optimal dan berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbedaan kadar kalsium tulang tikus putih malnutrisi yang diberi ikan saluang dan yang tidak diberi ikan saluang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan posttest-only with control group design, terdiri dari kelompok malnutrisi (M), kelompok pemberian ikan saluang (S), kelompok pemberian pakan standar (P) yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode titrimetri. Rerata kadar kalsium tulang masing-masing kelompok adalah 1,00 mg/gram tulang, 1,23 mg/gram tulang, dan 1,68 mg/gram tulang. Uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan perbedan signifikan (p<0,05). Uji Mann Withney menunjukkan pada kelompok pakan standar memiliki kadar kalsium tulang yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan saat malnutrisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemberian ikan saluang (Rasbora spp.) selama 4 minggu tidak berpengaruh secara bermakna terhadap peningkatan kadar kalsium tulang tikus putih malnutrisi dibandingkan dengan pakan standar. Kata-kata kunci: ikan saluang, kalsium tulang, malnutrisi

Employee statifaction at the moment assumed less enough for organization to subsidize employee performance. for that's need employee engagement. employee engagement are some involvement, commitment, willing and sense of belonging towards job and organization. This research need to found degree employee engagement at Ekonomi Faculty of University Jenderal Soedirman. This research use survey method to measures level employee engagement, with three three dimensions engagement which are, organization dimension, job dimension, opportunity and growth dimension. This research have result total Employee engagement is 3.15, with with the highest level degree is employee engagement Job dimension, then followed with dimension employee engagement opportunity and growth, and employee engagement organization dimension level has lower degree. &nbsp;

Abstract

Economic activities and social survey of drinking water services to customers-households in the District of Wonosobo regency Kaliwiro aims to provide information on household characteristics, water resources and usage, the desire to become a customer PDAM and level of ability to pay, as well as socioeconomic households, especially who have not become a customer of PDAM Kabupaten Wonosobo. Based on the results of the analysis Kaliwiro District 120 respondents, aspects of the desire to become a customer of PDAM and the ability to pay, especially regarding the desire to be customerPDAM, the overall 53% or 64 respondents who said "yes", 12% or 14 respondents said "no", and the remaining 35% or 42 respondents said "do not know. Household socio-economic circumstances of respondents is largely complete primary school (84.14%), most respondents worked as cultivators (68.33%), spending over a month less than Rp 700,000 (98.33%), Average average each month can not save Rp 0 (80.83%) and revenue during the first months of below Rp 700,000 (91.66%). Average number of residents of the respondents during the last three months as many as four people. Average water use by a family / respondent which amounted to 120 respondents was 971.74 liters / day / family. This means that in one day a family spends an average of 972 liters of water. Average water usage for 29152.23 liters / month / family. This means that one find in one month the average family spends as much as 29.152 liters of water. Average level of ability to pay within one month intervals are in USD. 30 000 to Rp. 50 000 with an estimated average of Rp. 40 500. Average customer spending levels in the area of non respondents who considered the potential for development of pipeline taps for USD 358 342. Average income level per month in local communities that are considered potential for development of pipeline taps Rp. 398 375.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the program of internationalization of UMKM Creative Industries in Purbalingga . Respondents in this study are the SMEs Creative Industries business people who are considered to have knowledge about the Creative Industry in Purbalingga. Data collection using in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the analysis concluded that several factors lead to non-optimal of Creative Industry MSEs internationalization programs sequences was lack of financial, managerial capabilities, lack of information, government support, and the international environment. In order to optimal, Creative Industry of MSMEs internationalization programs should be conducted to use counseling and sustainable facilitation, in which the government and successful entrepreneurs in the international market help entrepreneurs MSMEs creative industries in Purbalingga to succeed in the international market.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bagi pengembangan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Banyumas, serta untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi pembangunan paviliun  Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Banyumas. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis ketepatan strategi adalah analisis SWOT dan analisis matriks space, sedangkan analisis kelayakan investasi menggunakan analisis Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitabilitas Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa strategi pengembangan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Banyumas adalah agresif, dan pembangunan paviliun Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Banyumas layak untuk dijalankan.
