Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 001 Samarinda Utara Tahun Pembelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Maret – 02 April 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 001 Samarinda Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas V-A dan V-B SDN 001 Samarinda Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 001 Samarinda Utara, hal ini dibuktikan dengan ditolaknya H0 dan diterimanya Ha yang diajukan karena nilai rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0.325 > 0.268 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan jumlah responden (N) sebanyak 54. (2) berdasarkan nilai R Square yang diperoleh, maka besarnya pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 001 Samarinda Utara yaitu sebesar 0,106 atau 10,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of discipline character education for students in elementary schools. Discipline character is one of the character values that are in the core competencies of social attitudes that must be developed in both students. This study uses a qualitative research approach. This type of research is descriptive research. This research was carried out in Teratai Muara Bulian Elementary School 187/1. This research was conducted in a period of two months (August - September). Data and data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data sources taken in this study are 1) observation data, 2) school principal data, 3) teacher data, 4) student data. The technique of sample collection in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques, namely 1) observation, observation used is non-participant observation. 2) interview, the interview used is a structured interview. Interviews were conducted with the school principal and class teacher. Data analysis using military and Huberman analysis techniques. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display (data presentation), and data conslusion (drawing conclusions). This research instrument is based on two sources, according to the Ministry of National Education (2010: 26) indicators of the value of discipline are: "1) getting used to being present on time; 2) getting used to obey the rules; and 3) using clothes in accordance with the provisions "and according to Syafrudin (Muhammad Khafid and Suroso, 2007: 91) are:" 1) observance of study time; 2) observance of lesson assignments; 3) obedience using the time of coming and going home ". The results showed that the implementation of discipline character education in SD N 187/1 Lotus lotus estuary was carried out adequately. The results obtained are related to the discipline value indicator.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the lecturer professional development program strategies. The data was collected by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were the member of university senate, rector, vice rector, the head and secretary of quality assurance institutions, the head and secretary of research and community service institution. The data analysis was done through a single case data analysis. The result of this study showed that the strategies used by state university in lecturer development program focusing on the noble values of the university's long-term strategic plans. There were authorized institutions, established groups of expertise field, guidebooks for lecturers’ management, and the development philosophy. The strategies in developing the lecturer professionalism on education and teaching were done by sending them for further study a doctoral degree, giving assistance, conducting pedagogical workshop, foreign language workshop, in-service training, and integrated workshop. On the research field, qualitative and quantitative research workshop were conducted. Creating orientation on research development, research scheme, classification and funding. On the community service field, lecturer professional development program was done by debriefing and forming a community-based service.

Abstract

This study intended to improve students learning outcomes on force and motion material using the bingo game. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles. The subjects of the study were 26 children, consisting of 16 male students and 10 female students. Data collection techniques with observation and documentation and test learning outcomes.The results showed in the first cycle with an average value of 66, the second cycle an average value of 80.76, and the third cycle an average value of 90.38. The level of completeness in the first cycle was 38.46%, in the second cycle was 76.92%, and the third cycle increased to 92.30%. Thus, the level of completeness from cycle I to cycle II rose 30.77%, and cycle II to cycle III growth to 22.98%. Using the bingo game can increase student activity from cycle I to cycle III. In cycle I, there are aspects of attention 61.5%, activeness 38.4% and participation 46.1% have increased in cycle II on aspects of attention 73%, activeness 57.6%, 61.5% participation and increased in cycle III, namely in the aspect of attention to 92.3% activeness to 84.6% and participation aspects to 80.75%.In the assessment, there are two namely the spiritual attitude and social attitude. There are 3 aspects of spiritual attitude, namely thankful behavior, praying before and after doing activities, and saying hello when entering and leaving the room. And there are 5 aspects of social attitude, namely discipline, care, confidence, courtesy, and responsibility. It was seen that from cycle I to cycle III has increased in both good and very good categories. In the first cycle skills assessment with a percentage of 42.30%, cycle II with a percentage of 73.07%, and cycle III with a percentage of 92.30.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Cognitive Behavior Therapy terhadap Kecemasan dalam Komunikasi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda, yaitu pada angkatan 2015. Pada pelaksanaan penelitian, terdapat penurunan subjek dari 10 orang menjadi 4 orang dikarenakan alasan pribadi. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24) dari McCroskey. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan bentuk one group pretest-postest design, yaitu desain kelompok tunggal tanpa kelompok pembanding. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan uji Wilcoxon t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan Cognitive Behavior Therapy tidak mengurangi kecemasan dalam komunikasi secara signifikan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir (z=-1.604, p=0.109). Namun demikian, CBT cukup mampu menjalankan fungsinya untuk menurunkan kadar kecemasan dalam komunikasi, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan turunnya skor skala Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24) subjek penelitian.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade III students at SDN 015 Samarinda Ulu learning year 2018/2019. The problem formulation in this research is how to improve the results of the study of IPA by using the reward in grade III students at SDN 015 Samarinda Ulu learning year 2018/2019. This study uses the Peneltitan class action. The research subject is a grade III student at SDN 015 Samarinda Ulu totalling 30 students. This study carried out as many as two cycles. The implementation stage of each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, interviews, and documentation.The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes. This is seen from the value of the pre-cycle with an average value of 65.5 with a 14.2% submission and an incomplete percentage of 85.8% later on the I cycle of student learning results with an average test value of 69.5 with a percentage of 60% and incomplete percentage is 40% while in the cycle II student learning results with an average test value of 81.3 increases with a percentage of the submission of 86.7% and the percentage is not complete by 13.3%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the reward strategy can increase the results of SCIENCE study in grade III students at SDN 015-Ulu learning 2018/2019.

Abstract

This study intended to improve learning outcomes of events in life themes using make a match method for fifth grade students at SDN 020 Samarinda Utara in 2018/2019 academic year. The type of research used is CAR that is carried out in II cycles and each cycle consists of 3 meetings. The results showed that (1) The application of the make a match method in learning can increase the activities of teachers and students. The results reveal from the observations of teacher activity in the first cycle scored 58.8 to 78.8 in the second cycle. It was also proved by the results which getting a value of 60 in cycle I, increasing in cycle II with a value of 86.6. (2) The learning outcomes on theme 7 of the social studies subject matter have increased after taking action. It can be seen from the average class in the first cycle of 71.33 with a percentage of completeness that is 33.3%, in the second cycle to 80.83 with a percentage of completeness of 83.3%. (3) students' skills in making mind maps increased in cycle I gained an average value of 68.8, p and in cycle II scored 80.2.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and feasibility of using Appsgeysers Media website against the enhancement of student learning motivation. This research was done in SD Muhammadiyah 2 Full Day education North Sangatta because the teaching and learning activities conducted in the school especially in thematic lessons have used multimethods and multimedia, only still limited to the use of Microsoft Power point Medi so still impressed less effective. This type of research uses research and development methods or commonly called research and development. Samples use Lee and Owens development design methods. While the samples are taken in the class V (five) students, by using the pattern of one group Pretes and postest design. The Data used is a daily replay value before and after treatment, and then analyzed using test t. The results showed that interactive learning media based on website Appsgeysers used has a high level of effectiveness and feasibility. The high interest and motivation to learn that is high in the students ' interest also in teaching and learning activities. These findings are supported by the fact of the field where the average daily replay value of students increased 13.59% from 69.96 to 82.90.

Abstract

This research aims to know how teachers understand and awareness about the importance of utilizing the environment as a learning resource and to know how the teacher's strategy in implementing the environment as a medium and learning resources for the children in the Kindergarten Alifia. This study uses a qualitative method approach with a type of case study study. Case study research, concentrating intensively on one particular object that learns it as a case. From the results of the study get that: 1) teacher understanding of the importance of using the environment as a source of learning in early childhood is good enough. 2) before implementing the learning process that utilizes the environment as a learning resource, teachers need to prepare from the stage of activity planning, implementation of activities and follow up as an evaluation of the activities undertaken. 3) The constraints most often experienced by teachers during the implementation of learning by utilizing the environment as a learning resource is the time it takes to be longer and companion children who sometimes do not compare to the number of children.

Abstract

Sociodrama method is a method that is used to give understanding about social problems and also to develop students’ ability to solve the problems (Sanjaya, 2012). The writer intended to to this research to encourage students of SMPN 7 PPU to play roles some Indonesian National heroes hence they can understand how is the Indonesian Proclamation moment. The design of this study is Classroom Action research (CAR) that was conducted in SMPN 7 PPU. The subject in this study are the Eight grade students of SMPN 7 PPU. According to the result of the research, it can be concluded that conducting sociodrama method can enhance SMPN 7 PPU students’ PPKn learning result. It can be seen by the increasing of the mean score of the students from cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3, which was 64.4% to 71.1% and 78%, which is above the standard, 71. This method can be considered as successful if 75% or more students pass the minimum score. In cycle 1, the students only watche their friends doing sociodrama, only 12.5% of students can pass the test. In cycle 2, half of students got involved in sociodrama and 50% of them got more than minimum score. The last, in the cycle 3, all of the students got involved in sociodrama and the percentage of students who passed the test is 87.5%.
