Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of work-family benefits, work-family conflict, and work-family enrichment on job satisfaction and turnover intention among female employees at Yayasan Al Abidin Surakarta. A quantitative cross-sectional approach was applied to 318 respondents and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that work-family conflict negatively affects job satisfaction and positively affects turnover intention, while work-family enrichment improves job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction reduces turnover intention. The study implies that educational organizations should strengthen work-family balance policies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover intention. Abstract

This study examines the effects of principal transformational leadership, teacher self-efficacy, and bureaucratic expectations on elementary school effectiveness in Borong Sub-district, East Manggarai Regency. Using a quantitative ex post facto design, data were collected from 331 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that principal transformational leadership, teacher self-efficacy, and bureaucratic expectations each have a positive and significant effect on school effectiveness. Simultaneously, these variables explain 62.9% of the variance in school effectiveness (R² = 0.629). The findings highlight the importance of leadership, teacher confidence, and bureaucratic support in improving school effectiveness.

Abstract

Employee productivity is essential for achieving organizational goals, especially in the automotive industry, which faces intense competition and rapid technological change. This study analyzes the effects of knowledge sharing behavior and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Kalla Toyota Martadinata. Using a quantitative survey, data was collected from all 48 employees through saturated sampling and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 31. The results show that both variables simultaneously and significantly affect productivity. Work discipline has the dominant positive effect, while knowledge sharing behavior contributes significantly but more modestly. The model explains 69.9% productivity variation. Abstract

This study examines the effect of product quality and price perception on purchase decisions through customer trust and customer satisfaction among vape users in Malang City. A quantitative approach was applied using purposive sampling, involving 385 respondents, and the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings show that product quality and price perception have positive and significant effects on customer trust, customer satisfaction, and purchase decisions. Customer satisfaction significantly mediates the effects of product quality and price perception on purchase decisions, while customer trust does not. These results confirm that customer satisfaction is the key driver of vaping consumers’ purchase decisions. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of local wisdom-based storytelling marketing and perceived value on purchase decisions for Sambas Lunggi woven fabric, with consumer trust as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 consumers and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that storytelling marketing and perceived value significantly enhance consumer trust. Perceived value and trust positively affect purchase decisions, whereas storytelling marketing has no significant direct effect. Trust mediates the relationships between storytelling marketing, perceived value, and purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of trust in strengthening the competitiveness of local cultural products.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of EWOM, social media marketing, and perceived quality on purchase intention through brand image among consumers in Purwokerto. Using a quantitative approach and SmartPLS analysis, data was collected from 150 respondents. The results show that EWOM, social media marketing, and perceived quality significantly influence both brand image and purchase intention, while brand image also has a significant positive effect on purchase intetion and mediates these relationships. These findings demonstrate the importance of strengthening digital marketing strategies and improving perceived quality to build a strong brand image and increase consumer purchase intention. Abstract

This study examines the effects of profitability, tangibility, Tobin’s Q, and firm size on the capital structure of Sharia and non-Sharia food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2025. Using purposive sampling, the study analyzed 240 observations through panel data regression with the Random Effects Model. The results show that profitability negatively affects capital structure, while tangibility and Tobin’s Q have positive effects. Firm size has no significant effect. In Sharia companies, profitability and Tobin’s Q are significant, whereas in non-Sharia companies, only tangibility significantly affects capital structure. Abstract

This systematic literature review examines how customer trust shapes skincare repurchase intention among female consumers, particularly in relation to misleading claims, greenwashing, digital credibility, product safety, and sustainability communication. Using the PRISMA approach, this study synthesized 41 studies from Scopus and related indexed sources published within the last ten years. The findings show that repurchase intention is influenced by e-WOM credibility, source credibility, brand image, perceived value, satisfaction, perceived risk, online community trust, product transparency, and ethical marketing. This review positions customer trust as a key mechanism linking misleading claims, perceived safety, and repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on business performance through the mediating role of competitive advantage among halal culinary MSEs in Malang City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 266 respondents selected via proportional purposive sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that both orientations exert a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage and business performance, with market orientation emerging as the most dominant driver. Competitive advantage partially mediates both relationships. Halal product certification oriented toward consumer needs serves as a critical determinant of market competitiveness.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial health of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. during 2019–2024 by comparing the modified Altman Z-Score and Springate S-Score models. Using annual financial statements, this study applies a quantitative descriptive-comparative approach to calculate financial ratios and bankruptcy prediction scores. The findings show improved financial performance since late 2021, reflected in stronger working capital, operating profit, and equity. However, both models produce different signals regarding financial distress risk. These results highlight the importance of using multiple analytical tools as an early warning system and suggest improving profitability, asset efficiency, and capital strength.
