Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the activities of Integrated Marketing Communications Mom Milk in maintaining marketing activities and consumer interest. Then the strategy could be an alternative strategy for the other businesses in the face of the ASEAN Economic Community. The basic method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The location of this study purposively taking case study in Mom Milk considering that Mom Milk is milk bar businesses that are already using some of the activities of integrated marketing communications. Sources of data in this study is a resource, and field observations. Researchers collected data were interviews, records and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using an interactive model that consists of three basic components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with the verification to know each Integrated Marketing Communication activities carried out by Mom Milk. The results showed that the marketing communication activities conducted by Mom Milk is linked activities and support each other to inform Mom Milk to consumers. Each activity has functionality ranging from building awareness through radio advertising and magazine advertising, advertising to persuade consumers via the Internet and social media, and to maintain customer loyalty through the provision of incentives andprom  otion to its customers. Barriers faced by Mom Milk is the number of competitorsand people's lifestyles are highly volatile change. However, through creativity and innovation Milk Mom both of products and marketing styles, Mom Milk was never afraid to face it.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi kegiatan IntegratedMarketing Communications kedai Susu Mom Milk dalam mempertahankan kegiatanpemasaran dan menarik minat konsumen. Kemudian strategi tersebut bisa menjadialternatif strategi bagi pelaku usaha lain dalam menghadapi ASEAN EconomicCommunity.Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodedeskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini secara purposive mengambil studi kasus diMom Milk dengan pertimbangan bahwa Mom Milk merupakan usaha kedai susu yangsudah menggunakan beberapa kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu. Sumber datapada penelitian ini adalah narasumber, dan observasi lapangan. Penelitimengumpulkan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, pencatatan, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif yangterdiri dari 3 komponen pokok yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulandengan verifikasinya untuk mengetahui masing-masing kegiatan Integrated MarketingCommunication yang dilakukan oleh Mom Milk.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakegiatan komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Mom Milk merupakan kegiatanyang saling berhubungan dan saling mendukung untuk menginformasikan Mom Milkkepada para konsumen. Setiap kegiatan memiliki fungsi mulai dari membangun kesadaran melalui iklan radio dan iklan majalah, membujuk konsumen melaluiperiklanan internet dan media social, dan untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen melaluipemberian insentif dan promosi kepada para konsumennya. Hambatan yang dihadapioleh Mom Milk adalah banyaknya pesaing dan gaya hidup masyarakat yang sangatmudah berubah ubah. Namun melalui kreatifitas dan inovasi Mom Milk baik itu dariproduk maupun gaya pemasaran, Mom Milk tidak pernah takut untuk menghadapinya.

Abstract

The  objectives  of  this  study  were:  (1)  to  understand  the  development  of domestic  rice  prices  at  the  national  level,  (2)  to  identify  factors  that  influence  the domestic rice prices at the national level, and (3) to determine the factors that affect the  availability  of  rice  at  the  national  level.  The  data  used  in  this  research  was secondary  data  obtained  from  the  BPS,  BULOG,  and  FAO  statistics.  The  data obtained were systematically recording in the form of a time series data since 1979 until 2008 at the national level. The model used in this research is simple regression equation or the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). This model was used to identify trends and  the  factors  affecting  the  price  and  availability  of  rice  nationwide. Regression equations  estimated  to  test  the  functionality  of  R2,  the  F-test,  t-test,  and  D-W.The results of this study indicate: (1) the rate of growth of retail rice prices at the national level has increased in the positive trend, (2) the domestic rice prices at the national level  is  influenced  by  the  base  price  of  grain  and  world  rice  prices,  and  (3)  the availability of long-term national from the year 1979-2008 rice prices was influenced by domestic supply, exchange rate farmers, the harvested area, and the availability of rice  before  and  after  the  moneter  crisis.  The  availability  of  rice  in  the  short  term before and after  the crisis were influenced significantly by harvested area, at the time of  pre-crisis  (1979-1997)  and  by  domestic  supply,  farmers  exchange  rate,  and  the harvested area, on the time after the crisis (1997-2008).

Abstract

This study aims  to analyze the  rubber  farm income  and  household welfare level  comparison  of  farmers  in  Desa  Sungai  Jalau  and  Desa  Teratak.  The  results showed  net  income  and  labor  income off  arm families  during the  one-year  analysis of rubber,  a  rubber  farmer  Desa  Sungai  Jalau  net  income  of  Rp11,253,051.5/ha  and labor  income  families  Rp17,833,933.8/ha,  while  the  net  income  per  farmer  Desa Teratak  year  amounted  to  USD11,316,228.1/ha  and  labor  income  families Rp18,352,591.7/ha, net income and income of farming families working rubber farmer Desa Teratak  is greater  than  Desa Sungai Jalau  respectively  0.56% and  2.91%.  The average    of  rubber farmers in  Desa Sungai Jalau  and  Desa Teratak  is  welfare,  based on the  test  there were  significant  differences in  the level of  well-being  that  significant in the community Desa Sungai Jalau with Desa Teratak.

Abstract

The  objectives  of  this  research  are  (1)  to  analyze  the  characteristics  of farmers  and the  performance  of shallot  farming and  (2) to  analyze the profitability of shallot  farming  in  production  centers  in  Java.  The  research  was  conducted  in Cirebon,  Brebes,  and  Tegal  regency  with  the  number  of  respondents  each  of  40 farmers. Farm profitability level indicated by R/C ratio in every season (rainy season, first  dry  season  and  second  dry  season)  during  2013/2014.  The results  showed  that shallot  farming in Cirebon, Brebes, and Tegal feasible and profitable  to cultivate in every season. Farmers in Cirebon had the biggest gain in the second dry season of Rp 47 million per hectare with R/C of 1.65. Farmers in Brebes had the biggest gain in the first  dry season amounted to Rp 23 million per hectare with R/C of 1.42. Farmers in Tegal had the biggest gain in the rainy season of Rp 31 million per hectare with R/C of 1.48.

Abstract

The most people in Indonesia depend of the live at agriculture sector. The vegetables are one of agriculture comodity can to give big contribute to economy if attemted optimally. The efforts of improvement the vegetable production influenced by factors  are  environment  (climate,  soil,  etc),  production  facility  (seed,  fertilizer, pesticide), capital and human resources. The research aim are to analyze influence  of production  factors  to  vegetable  produce  and  analyze  of  allocation  efficiency  of production  factors  using  to  mustard  farm.  This  research  was  conducted  in  the Maharatu Village Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict using the purposive sampling method with 40 mustard farmers. The results showed that production of mustard influenced by the seed, manure, urea, NPK, pesticide and labor with belief level 99 %. Score of MPP for  all  production  variable  showed  that  must  add  volume  of  production  factors  to increase mustard production.  NPM/px value for seed and urea manure is big than 1 that  mean the  farmers  can  be  add  volume  of  production  factors.  For  NPK  manure, pesticide and labor must not be increasing because value of NPM/px is small than 1 to reach efficient condition economically and get optimally benefit.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze factors that influence to employees’performance at Kerjo Factory on PTTPN IX in Batujamus Karanganyar regency.Likert scaling method is used to measure qualitative variables, then multiple linearregression used to analyse independent variables that consist of work motivation,work discipline, and job satisfaction as well as the dependent variable that consistingof employees’ performance.The results showed that R Square is 0,663, it means that66,3% of the variation dependent variable (employees’ performance) can be explainedby the independent variable which consist of work motivation, work discipline , andjob satisfaction. The remaining 33,7 % variable variation is explained by other factorsoutsides of the model such as work environment, work status ,workload, and other.The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction havejointly significant effect on employees’ performance, while individually only workmotivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employees’ performance atthe research location. Work discipline individually have no significant effect onemployees’ performance. The most dominant factor influence to employees’performance onresearch location is work motivation factor. An increase in theelements of motivation and job satisfaction are going to improve the performance ofemployees. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja, serta mengetahui variabel manakah yang pengaruhnya palingdominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan NusantaraIX Batujamus Karanganyar. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodepenelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Teknik analisis data menggunakanregresi linier berganda. Variabel bebas terdiri dari motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dankepuasan kerja. Variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa R Square sebesar 0,663 artinya 66,3% variasi variabel terikat (kinerjakaryawan) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yang terdiri dari motivasi kerja,disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Sisanya sebesar 33,7% variasi variabel dijelaskanoleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model seperti lingkungan kerja, status pekerjaan, bebankerja, dan lain-lain. Faktor motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secarabersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secaraindividu hanya faktor motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh nyataterhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IXBatujamus Karanganyar. Faktor disiplin kerja secara individu tidak berpengaruh nyataterhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IXBatujamus Karanganyar. Faktor motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominanberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pabrik Teknik Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian saran yang dapatdiajukan adalah peningkatan unsur-unsur motivasi dan kepuasan kerja gunameningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta pelaksanaan penelitian lebih lanjut untukmelengkapi/menyempurnakan penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the most effective strategy priority tobe applied in the developing oyster mushroom in Aneka Jamur Farmer Group Gondangmanis Village, Karangpandan Subdistrict, Karanganyar District. The method oflocation selection in this research is purposive method. The research stages including theidentification of internal and external factors that show the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats that is faced by the farmer groups. The input stage isimplemented by IFE matrix and EFE matrix. Phase matching by using SWOT matrix anddecision stage by using QSPM. The result of this research shows that the alternativestrategy are to maintain and improve the quality of seed product (F1), baglog and oystermushroom; to improve the quality of human resources of group members in post-harvesthandling; forming the partnerships with other groups or associations with baglog makersor mushroom cultivators to achieved the price agreement; cooperation with other groupsin the case of synchronization of time to make the baglog and mushroom cultivation sothat if there is pest or disease all baglog maker or oyster mushroom grower is notattacked all; increased production efficiency to improve the  competitiveness; and savingthrough cost efficiency. Priority of the strategy obtained in the development of oystermushroom to maintain and to  improve the quality of seed products (F1), baglog(planting medium) and oyster mushroom (STAS: 4.67). Abstrak :Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan prioritas strategi yang paling efektifuntuk diterapkan dalam mengembangkan jamur tiram di Kelompok Tani Aneka Jamur Desa Gondangmanis,  Kecamatan  Karangpandan,   Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metodepemilihan lokasi pada penelitian ini adalah secara purposive (sengaja). Tahapanpenelitian meliputi identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menunjukkan kekuatan,kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani. Tahap inputdilaksanakan dengan membuat matriks IFE dan matriks EFE. Tahap pencocokanmenggunakan matriks SWOT dan tahap keputusan menggunakan QSPM. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan alternatif strategi yang diperoleh yaitu mempertahankan dan meningkatkankualitas produk bibit (F1), baglog dan jamur tiram;  meningkatkan kualitas SDM anggotakelompok dalam penanganan pasca panen;  membentuk kemitraan dengan kelompok lainatau asosiasi dengan pembuat baglog atau pembudidaya jamur sehingga tercapaikesepakatan harga; kerjasama dengan kelompok lain dalam hal keserempakan waktuuntuk membuat baglog dan budidaya jamur sehingga apabila ada hama atau penyakitseluruh pembuat baglog atau pembudidaya jamur tiram tidak terserang semua;peningkatan efisiensi produksi untuk meningkatkan daya saing; dan penghematan melaluiefisiensi biaya. Prioritas strategi yang diperoleh dalam pengembangan jamur tiram dikelompok tani Aneka Jamur adalah mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas produkbibit (F1), baglog (media tanam) dan jamur tiram (STAS : 4,67)

Abstract

This  paper  studies  the  results  of  the  2012  field  survey  research  area targeted  is  the  location  of  plantations  owned  by  farmers  in  the  village  of  Coventry District Leuwi Booths Bogor Regency of West Java, to get  a general idea on the land through a pattern of oil palm plantations and the business of cattle through research studies with application of livestock on land that has not produced oil crops (TBM), coconut trees that produce (TM) and coconut trees that do  not produce or damaged (TTM  /  TR)  conservation-minded,  analissi  financial  economics.  Financial  analysis methods  is  used  to  determine  income  from  coconut  plantations  and  cattle  business. Primary data  were obtained directly from the farmers, the secondary data obtained from  the  relevant  authorities  and  research  results.  Primary  and  secondary  data collected are tabulated qualitative and quantitative analysis as well as the tables. The results  of  the  financial analysis  of the  plant  economically  immature  coconut  (TBM) gains  from  the  coconut  around  Rp-3.780.000/tahun/ha  because  immature  coconuts, which  means  the  cost  is  still  in  pemeliharana  coconut  plants,  of  cattle  around Rp5.143.000  /  year,  whereas  immature  (TBM)  benefits  of  coconut  around Rp6.750.000 / year / ha of cattle around Rp1.972.000/tahun and plants do not produce or  damaged  plants  (TTM  /  TR)  gains  from  the  coconut  around  Rp1.200.000  of livestock  around  Rp4.950.000/tahun.  It  means  that  utilization  of  vacant  land  in coconut plantations  damaged by cattle in financial analysis and profitable livestock farmers can maintain the existence of livestock.

Abstract

Farming  is  done  in  general  farmers  polyculture  with  the  aim  to  increase revenues  and  avoid  crop  failure.  Farming  is  carried  out  consisting  of  several commodities both crops and livestock. Generally farming is done  is still not provide sufficient revenues Living Needs. This study aims to determine the system of crop and cattle  farming  in  upland  South  Kalimantan,  and  to  determine  whether  the  income generated from farming to meet to the needs of decent living. This research is a case study in the village of Central Banua and Sumber Makmur, Takisung district, Tanah Laut regency. This study was conducted in 2012. Research was conducted by way of a survey approach Focus Group Discussion conducted with the involvement of several community leaders /key figures to describe the profile , potential and problems in the region or village level. The analysis used is analysis of revenue, contribution revenue, and contribution to the farm income Living Needs (KHL). The results showed  that the dominant  farming  by  farmers  in  the  study  site,  namely  rice,  sweet  corn  and  cattle. Mean scale paddy cultivation to 0.62 ha, 0.68 ha of sweet corn and cattle 5.15 Animal Unit. Farming is done generating the value of R/C is more than one viable means for cultivated. The revenue contribution of rice 24.52 %, 50.83 % sweet corn and cows 24.65 % . Contribution income from rice farming, sweet corn and beef cattle on Living Needs of 50.94 %.

Abstract

The  objective  of  this  study  is  to  determine  the  merchant  and  the  user preferences  to  the  specification  lubricating  grease  lubricants,  color  lubricants, package  sizes,  shape  packaging  labels,  distribution  of  lubricants,  promotion,  and price. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of data using friedman test  with  5%  error  level.  If  there  are  differences  then  test ed  further  by  LSD.  The results  of  this  research  note  that  lubricant  specifications  preferred  by  merchants, which is preferred by the user while the grease is food grade lubricants and general machinery lubrication; the color lubricant preferred by merchantsis natural and blue, which  is  preferred  by  the  user  while  the  grease  is  the  natural  color;  pack  sizespreferred by merchants is size 350 g and 150 g with packing cup and bulk, while users liked  the  size  of  350  g  with  packing  cup;  form  label  lubricants  are  preferred  by merchants grease a round shape that is labeled with red and green as well as a square shape label in red, while the grease is preferred by the user labels round and square shapes  in red;  lubricants  distribution  are  preferred by  merchants  grease ie grocery stores, retail stores, repair shops,  and peddlers, while the grease is preferred by the user  distribution  through  grocery  stores  and  workshops;  lubricants  promotion  are preferred by merchants grease is through internet media, banners, brochures, radio and posters, while users of grease liked  by  media promotion banners, brochures and posters;  the price lubricant grease favored by  merchants  as preferred by the user of grease that low price low quality, medium quality and medium price high price of high quality.
