Abstract

This research aims to analyze the evaluation of the odoj community-based tahfizh quran program. This research uses Systematic Literature Review, which is indexed in Scopus using the Zotero, Publish or Perish application, publications from international journals such as Eric, Taylor, and Francis, and Google Scholar using the PRISMA technique. After going through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion phases 482 articles, making 46 articles selected as research data. This research shows that 1) The odoj phenomenon is an interesting movement in the Indonesian Islamic world, with its large number of communities spread both at home and abroad. They also come from various circles, including students, students, the general public, and artists. Odoj has recruited more than 140,000 followers ranging from children as young to adults as old. 2) There are several evaluation models that can be applied in the field of education of Tahfizh Quraan, namely the CIPP model, STAKE model, Self-Assessment, Formative and Summative Evaluation,Group Decision Support System (GDSS), Gamification Learning for Al-Quran Memorizing (GLAM-Q. 3) If you see the limitations of the CIPP model, it is necessary to innovate a new evaluation model, namely: how to integrate the CIPP model evaluation with the odoj community in the Quran tahfizh program. Especially in the aspects of context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation which are carried out together (community). This study provides an important contribution in developing a more effective and contextual evaluation model for community-based Quran memorization programs, which can improve the quality of memorization education in Indonesia.

Abstract

ChatGPT This research aims to implement Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to raise awareness of Islamic law regarding unregistered marriages in the Kuantan Hilir District. Employing a qualitative method with a case study approach, primary data was gathered through in-depth interviews with 3 sources and direct observation of 12 perpetrators of serial marriages. Secondary data was collected from various related literature sources. The findings revealed 12 couples in the area engaging in unregistered marriages, predominantly due to pregnancy out of wedlock, with two cases involving arranged marriages. Understanding Islamic law underscores the significance of registering marriages at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to safeguard the legal rights of partners and children, particularly in instances of pregnancy out of wedlock. Knowledge of Islamic marriage procedures underscores the imperative of complete registration at the KUA, especially in cases of pregnancy out of wedlock. Awareness of the legal consequences emphasizes the curtailment of rights for children and wives from unregistered marriages, particularly in situations of out-of-wedlock pregnancy. Attitudes towards Islamic legal education stress its role in diminishing the incidence of unregistered marriages and underscore the importance of marriage registration, particularly in cases of out-of-wedlock pregnancy. The experience of addressing unregistered marriage cases underscores the significant legal issues faced by such couples, particularly concerning children born out of wedlock without registration. Overall, this research underscores the criticality of marriage registration and Islamic legal education in safeguarding the legal rights of spouses and children.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy of HRM development in modern Islamic boarding schools based on Islamic principles. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources such as the results of previous studies. The collected data will be analyzed thematically to identify patterns and main themes relevant to the research objectives. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of HRM based on Islamic principles can improve individual and organizational performance in Islamic boarding schools. The principles of fairness and transparency in recruitment and promotion, the welfare of teachers and staff, and the enforcement of ethics and integrity are key factors in the success of HRM. Cultural and traditional challenges can be overcome by aligning conventional values with modern management principles through education and dialogue. Limited resources can be overcome with creative and collaborative solutions, such as cooperation with non-profit organizations and the private sector. Adapting to technological change requires investment in infrastructure and training, as well as cultivating innovation throughout the organization. With the right strategy, Islamic boarding schools can implement effective human resource management that follows Islamic values, so that they can produce competent and noble graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of service learning on students' prosocial behaviour in boarding schools. A quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental research design was used in this study. Researchers chose to use a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design, which is a design that measures the behaviour of the experimental group and control group before and after treatment. The population in this study were Santri Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Ihsan Pamekasan with the characteristics of boarding students and following the study of Kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Total sampling was carried out because the population in the study was small, then grouped into experimental groups and control groups. The collected data were analyzed using analysis of covariance (ANOVA) with the SPSS 16 for Windows program. From the analysis that has been done, the results of this study indicate that (1) There are differences in the prosocial behaviour of boarding school students before and after the application of the service learning method in the experimental class. (2) The application of the service learning method is more effective than the bandongan method to improve the students' prosocial behaviour. The results found that service learning had a greater effect on the prosocial behaviour of boarding school students in the experimental group than the students in the control group. The application of service learning conducted in the experimental group was able to increase the prosocial behaviour of students with an effective contribution of 50.1 per cent.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the pattern of integrating knowledge in learning at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. It has become a core issue at State Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN), especially after the status change of several Islamic higher education institutions from STAIN or IAIN to UIN. This status change has had significant consequences on the shift in the fields of study at UIN, which were originally focused solely on Islamic sciences and have been expanded to include general sciences, both social and natural sciences. Many issues remain unresolved regarding the implementation of knowledge integration in the faculties at UIN Antasari, ranging from policies on knowledge integration in learning, the patterns of knowledge integration practiced by lecturers, and the extent to which lecturers respond to research on knowledge integration. The patterns of knowledge integration employed by some lecturers in the learning process include relating or presenting Quranic verses and Hadiths in the teaching of general subjects, and relating or presenting general knowledge in the teaching of Islamic studies. The integration models include informative and complementary approaches. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which involves capturing the state of institutions, communities, and other entities based on the facts found. The research findings indicate that the pattern of knowledge integration involves lecturers relating Quranic verses and Hadiths in the teaching of general subjects, and integrating general knowledge in the teaching of Islamic studies, as well as using informative and complementary models.
