The study's data sources were one manager, five educators, and two accompanying teachers. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation techniques through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results and findings showed that effective playground environment management improves the quality of services implemented at was through several stages, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The planning stage determines business opportunities, meeting facilities and infrastructure standards, learning strategies, the quality of educators for education staff, and service programs. The implementation stage is done by implementing an integrated service program through holistic services. Furthermore, the evaluation stage is done by reporting the implementation and evaluation of activities in the teacher council and foundation meeting forums held in monthly meetings. Institutions, teachers, and students have the flexibility to organize their learning activities when they have the freedom to learn. For PAUD teachers, the problem of learning independence is a matter of the ability to communicate and adapt to changes in the world of education. This study aimed to analyze the concept of an independent learning curriculum. This study uses qualitative methods, data sources from journals, research reports, scientific articles, etc. The data collection technique in this study uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique in this study used SWOT analysis. The author's study results in the concept of Independent learning in PAUD is Freedom to Play. The idea is child-centered, and so far, learning is mostly teacher-centered. The characteristics of the curriculum are children. Teachers can develop their learning themes that will be implemented and efforts to increase creativity in learning based on their relationship with independent learning. Therefore, the learning process can provide free space for educators and students to be more creative in learning. This study found that independent learning gives schools the flexibility to determine learning materials that aim to develop better students.

Abstract

Reading ability affects children's success in understanding learning material. Teachers who are less creative in carrying out reading activities and the lack of use of learning media have an impact on children so that children have difficulty saying words with good and fluent intonation. This study aims to produce effective, efficient, and interesting alphabet maze media for reading skills. In this research and development, the researcher uses the ADDIE development model. This model uses a five-step development procedure: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection instruments used in this research and development are questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used in the research and development of the alphabet maze media is in the form of quantitative data and qualitative data. The results shown from the analysis of product development of alphabet maze media have the achievement of eligibility or validity in the form of very valid, in terms of effectiveness very effective, aspects of efficiency are very efficient, attractiveness aspect is very interesting. Based on these percentages, the researchers can conclude that alphabet maze media for early reading skills is said to be very valid in terms of aspects of effectiveness, aspects of efficiency, and aspects of attractiveness. Applying this media also makes it easier for teachers to adjust teaching to children. In addition, the success of using the alphabet maze media was shown in the attitude of the children, who were enthusiastic and more enthusiastic about learning to read at the beginning.

Abstract

Teachers' productivity can't be separated from how the school principal's leadership acts in leading institutions. The lack of communication between the principal and the teachers in implementing emergency learning during the pandemic becomes the background of the study. This article aims to determine the correlation between the school principal's leadership and teachers' productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ten teachers became the respondents of the study. The type of research is correlational research using rank-order formula. The method used in this study was quantitative data analysis. The result showed a good relationship between the school principal's leadership and teachers' productivity. The manual calculation showed that rcount was 0.745, higher than rtable (0.576). In percentage, the value obtained was 55.5%, and 44.5% of the value was affected by other factors. The criterion used was n=10 with rtable = 0.576 at a 95% significant level. The study found that the principal's control was very influential in maintaining the quality of education during a pandemic.

Abstract

So far, separating science and religion has brought the world into chaos. In contrast, science and religion do not need to be a dichotomy because they can be integrated constructively to solve problems in human life. This study aims to analyze the validity, practicality, and readability of Islamic Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) Activities for Early Childhood (AUD), which is part of design research. The research approach uses quantitative methods with a design that refers to the Plomp model. The results of the validity test show that the resulting product is very valid with improvements in standard and non-standard language, use of fonts, enlargement of font sizes, and improvements in Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions. After going through the improvement of the prototype, readability, and practicality tests, the results were very good and suitable for use. The results and steps of this study can be used as a reference for other researchers who want to test the validity, practicality, and readability of reading product development for early childhood. In this STEAM Storybook product, more emphasis is placed on integrating Islamic content and activities with the Engineering Design Process.

This learning media has a novelty because it focuses on developing media based on children's coping skills that did not exist before. This research is quantitative. This research conducted expert validation to obtain validation and then analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The researcher calculated the validation results with Aiken's V formula. Based on the assessment results from experts, it can be concluded that the learning media for coping skills to manage negative emotions for children aged 4-6 years is declared valid. All items are considered valid because Vtable is 5% greater than Vcount. Guidebooks and supporting products for coping skills to manage children's negative emotions were declared valid and worthy of use for field trials
