Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian education has regressed and fallen behind during the Covid-19 period, many children in Indonesia have problems with basics such as reading and arithmetic, which is why the government developed the Merdeka Curriculum as an important part of efforts to recover learning from the crisis that we have experienced for a long time. The purpose of this study is to examine how the independent curriculum policy has affected education in Indonesia, both positively and negatively. This research uses library research techniques (Library Research) The information used in this study comes from secondary sources including books, journals, articles, the web, and so on that have a relationship. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kebijakan kurikulum merdeka telah mempengaruhi pendidikan di Indonesia. Baik secara positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian Library Research informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari sumber sekunder antara lain: buku, artikel, web dan sebagainya yang memiliki keterkaitan. Dampak positif dilaksanakannya kurikulum merdeka: menciptakan ruang pembelajaran yang positif, mengubah sistem pendidikan menjadi lebih baik, menghasilkakan guru yang lebih kompetem, dampak negatif dilaksanakannya kurikulum merdeka: penghapusan UN dimulai dari tahun 2021 dan diganti dengan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum dan Survey Karakter (Askomi Suka), RPP dirancang menjadi satu lembar, kurikulum merdeka dinilai belum begitu matang dalam persiapan.Kata kunci: Kebijakan; Dampak Perubahan; Kurikulum

Abstract

Abstract: This research is oriented towards the problem of implementing the MBKM program which has not been fully and properly addressed by all students in Indonesia. Extra preparedness is the keyword for the successful implementation of the MBKM program. The purpose of this study was to look at the level of student readiness in participating in the MBKM program which was approached quantitatively. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive technique with the help of SPSS 24. The results showed that there was one MBKM program that had a very high level of student readiness, namely teaching assistance in educational units, four MBKM programs had a high level of student readiness, namely, student exchange, apprenticeship/work practice, entrepreneurial activities, and building a thematic real work village/college, three MBKM programs have a low level of student readiness namely research, humanitarian projects, and independent studies/projects. Keywords: student readiness, MBKM program, faculty of education Abstrak: Penelitian ini berorientasi pada problem penerapan program MBKM yang belum disikapi secara utuh dan baik oleh seluruh mahasiswa di Indonesia. Kesiapan ekstra menjadi kata kunci untuk keberhasilan penyelenggaraan program MBKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM yang didekati secara kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat satu program MBKM yang memiliki tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa sangat tinggi yakni asistensi mengajar di satuan pendidikan, empat program MBKM memiliki tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa tinggi yakni, pertukaran pelajar, magang/praktik kerja, kegiatan wirausaha, dan membangun desa/kuliah kerja nyata tematik, tiga program MBKM memiliki tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa rendah yakni penelitian/riset, proyek kemanusiaan, dan studi/proyek independen. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the level of quality of extracurricular activity services, the level of student satisfaction with the provision of extracurricular activity services, and explain the relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research type. The population in the study were students in class X and XI at Public Senior High School in Malang with a total population of 7206 students. The sample for this research was using simple random sampling and proportional random sampling. The research sample consisted of 379 students. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and pearson product moment correlation. The results showed (1) the quality level of extracurricular activity services was in the very good category; (2) the level of student satisfaction with extracurricular activity services is in the very satisfied category; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the quality of extracurricular activity services and student satisfaction at Public Senior High School in Malang.Keywords: service quality, extracurricular, student satisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas penyelenggaraan layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan menjelaskan hubungan kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri Kota Malang dengan jumlah populasi 7206 orang peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan simple random sampling dan proportional random sampling, diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 379 orang peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tingkat kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori sangat baik; (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik atas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berada pada kategori sangat puas; dan (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan kepuasan peserta didik di SMA Negeri Kota Malang.Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, ekstrakurikuler, kepuasan peserta didik

Abstract

Abstract: This study looked at the connection between job satisfaction and teacher organizational commitment and school leadership at a senior high school (SMA) in South Tangerang City. Quantitative correlational research is the research approach used here. Data were gathered using a questionnaire that was constructed using different variable indicators. A sample of 115 teachers was selected using the Slovin formula from a total of 161 populations across 5 secondary schools. The significance level for testing the null hypothesis, according to SPSS data analysis, is 0.05, and the resulting t number is higher than the t table. The principal's leadership factor, which accounts for 21.69% of the variation in job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, which accounts for 16.45%, are both revealed by the correlation coefficient data analysis. The level of job satisfaction is influenced by the client's organizational commitment and leadership abilities. The data gathered at Senior High School (SMA) South Tangerang City reveals a significant correlation between organizational engagement, principal leadership, and teacher job satisfaction.Keywords: Organizational Commitment; Principal leadership; Teacher Job Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi guru dan kepemimpinan sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional adalah pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan disini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibangun dengan menggunakan indikator variabel yang berbeda. Sampel 115 guru dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dari total 161 populasi di 5 sekolah menengah. Tingkat signifikansi pengujian hipotesis nol menurut analisis data SPSS adalah 0,05, dan angka t yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari t tabel. Faktor kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, yang menyumbang 21,69% dari variasi kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi, yang menyumbang 16,45%, keduanya diungkapkan oleh analisis data koefisien korelasi. Tingkat kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan klien. Data yang dikumpulkan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Kota Tangerang Selatan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara keterikatan organisasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan kepuasan kerja guru.Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi; Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah; Kepuasan Kerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI, as well as the obstacles to the independent curriculum at SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI. This research uses data collection methods using interviews, observations and documents. This research uses qualitative analysis techniques which focus on describing events and occurrences that have occurred at the time the research was conducted. The results of this research show that implementing the independent curriculum at SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI starts from grade 10. This is due to a lack of mastery of the material, as well as a lack of clarity in the implementation guidelines. Then the independent curriculum program was not achieved optimally due to inadequate facilities. Because of this, there are still many teachers who are still confused about the implementation of the independent curriculum, so the principal has implemented a policy that the implementation of the curriculum at SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI is only grade 10. The learning method used by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum is different from the K13 curriculum learning method. With an independent curriculum, teachers use jigsaw learning methods and individual methods, where this learning method adapts to the character and interests of each studentKeywords: Implementation, independent curriculum, insight Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di sekolah SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI, serta hambatan kurikulum merdeka di sekolah SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observaso dan dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode teknik analisi kualitatif yang berfokus pada mendeskrifsikan suatu peristiwa dan kejadian yang telah terjadi pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di sekolah SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI di mulai dari kelas 10. Dikarenakan kurangnya penguasaan materi, serta kurangnya kejelasan dalam pedoman pelaksanaannya.  Program kurikulum merdeka tidak tercapai dengan maxsimal dikarenakan sarana yang belum memadai. Karena itu, masih banyak guru yang masih bingung dengan penerapan kurikulum merdeka, sehingga kepala sekolah melakukan kebijakan bahwa penerapan kurikulum di sekolah SMA PAB 4 SAMPALI hanya kelas 10. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka berbeda dengan metode pembelajaran kurikulum K13. Dengan kurikulum merdeka guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran jigsaw dan metode individu yang dimana metode pembelajaran ini menyesuaikan dengan karakter dan minat setiap peserta didik.Kata kunci: Implementasi, kurikulum merdeka, wawasan

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the provision of entrepreneurial spirit character through online-based entrepreneurial practices in the entrepreneur-printing school program at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu, Tulungagung, East Java. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study design. The informants involved were the head of the program, deputy head of curriculum, teachers of Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects, and students. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentary studies techniques. Data analysis was carried out interactively starting from data collection, condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. The result is that school programs to equip students with the entrepreneurial spirit character are carried out by developing facilities, and direct practice of several types of business fields that produce products and goods by students. Program implementation is integrated into learning subjects in the form of materials, skills, entrepreneurial practices, and a sales turnover target. The debriefing strategy was chosen as an online-based entrepreneurial practice which was strengthened through training, YEC, and complete facilities. Teachers also provide rewards in the form of grades and giving entrepreneurial motivation. The impact of the results is shown in the form of character attitudes as seen from the ability to manage turnover and be able to market products and services through shopee, Instagram and WhatsApp.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Spirit Character, Online-Based Entrepreneurial Practices, Entrepreneurial Printing School Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mendeskripsikan terkait dengan pembekalan karakter jiwa wirausana melalui praktik wirausaha berbasis online pada program sekolah pencetak wirausaha di SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu, Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus. Informan yang terlibat yaitu ketua program, waka kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan, dan peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan dengan  teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif mulai dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi, penyajian dan penarikan simpulan. Hasilnya yaitu program sekolah untuk membekali karakter jiwa wirausaha peserta didik dilakukan dengan mengembangan fasilitas, dan praktik langsung beberapa jenis bidang usaha yang menghasilkan produk dan barang oleh peserta didik. Pelaksanaan program diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran berupa materi, keterampilan, praktik wirausaha, dan adanya target omzet penjualan. Strategi pembekalan dipilih praktik wirausaha yang berbasis online yang dikuatkan melalui pelatihan, YEC, dan kelengkapan fasilitas. Guru juga memberikan reward berupa nilai dan pemberian motivasi berwirausaha. Dampak hasilnya  ditunjukkan  dalam bentuk sikap karakter yang dilihat dari kemampuan mengelola omzet dan dapat memasarkan produk dan jasa melalui shopee, instagram, dan whatsapp.Kata kunci: Karakter Jiwa Wirausaha, Praktik Wirausaha Berbasis Online, Sekolah Pencetak Wirausaha

Abstract: The adoption of cashless transactions in Indonesia and other aspects of society 5.0, along with the advancement of digital technology, are still to identify the cashless payment system as a novel approach to the Islamic boarding school Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi's financial management. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Interview rules serve as a supporting instrument, and the researcher herself becomes an instrument (a human instrument). Data using methods such as documentation, interviewing, and observation. Data triangulation for data veracity. The investigation's findings are Four stages to establish the cashless payment system at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi: identifying the innovation of the cashless payment system and interacting with vendors in the permanent setting, calculating the budget for the cashless payment system within the student expenditure budget, At the Islamic boarding school, the cashless payment system program is being implemented gradually. The boarding school's financial management was surveyed to evaluate still to the cashless payment system at the Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode pembayaran cashless menjadi inovasi dalam bidang manajemen keuangan di pondok pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menjadi instrumen (human instrument) serta pendukung, seperti pedoman wawancara. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode triangulasi memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi menerapkan sistem cashless payment dengan empat proses yakni: Penentuan inovasi sistem cashless payment dengan adanya sosialisasi kepada para pedagang lingkungan pesantren, Penetapan anggaran sistem cashless payment dalam anggaran belanja bagi santri, Pelaksanaan program sistem cashless payment dilakukan secara bertahap di pesantren, Evaluasi pelaksanaan sistem cashless payment dengan survei oleh pengurus keuangan pondok mengenai pelaksanaan transaksi sistem cashless payment di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the intracurricular and extracurricular Islamic Center as a means of integrating the habituation of scientific attitudes and fostering piety of students at public SMA of 1 Kesamben, Blitar. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, and documentary studies. Data analysis was carried out interactively starting from data collection, condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) a form of scientific attitude that is habituated to students at school can be carried out through routine habituation activities and habituation during learning; (2) the values of taqwa that are fostered in students include a series of habituation activities, namely mandatory wearing of the hijab, praying before and after carrying out lessons, performing obligatory and sunnah prayers in congregation, and morning tadarus; (3) types of Islamic Center extracurricular activities developed in schools, namely routine training once a week, hadrah or al-banjari, thaharah by cleaning the mosque environment, Al-Quran Reading Arts (SBQ), Commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), attending MCRB (Majelis Cinta Rosul Blitar), competitions in the field of religion and compensation for orphans; (4) Islamic Center extracurriculars in integrating the habituation of scientific attitudes and fostering piety there are several habits; (5) the integration strategy of habituation of scientific attitudes and fostering piety through Islamic Center extracurricular activities includes habituation and exemplary activities by coaches in Islamic Center extracurricular activitiesKeywords: intracurricular; extracurriculars; scientific attitude; development of taqwa Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre sebagai wahana integrasi pembiasaan sikap ilmiah dan bina taqwa peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kesamben, Blitar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) bentuk sikap ilmiah yang dibiasakan pada diri peserta didik di sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan rutin dan dilakukan pembiasaan saat pembelajaran; (2) nilai-nilai taqwa yang dibina pada diri peserta didik meliputi rangkaian kegiatan pembiasaan, yakni peraturan wajib memakai hijab, berdoa sebelum dan sesudah melakukan pembelajaran, melakukan ibadah sholat wajib dan sunnah berjamaah, dan tadarus pagi; (3) jenis kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre yang dikembangkan di sekolah, yaitu latihan rutin satu minggu sekali, hadrah atau al-banjari, thaharah dengan membersihkan lingkungan mushola, Seni Baca Al-Quran (SBQ), Peringatan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI), mengikuti MCRB (Majelis Cinta Rosul Blitar), lomba bidang keagamaan dan santunan anak yatim; (4) ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre dalam mengintegrasikan pembiasaan sikap ilmiah dan bina taqwa terdapat beberapa pembiasaan; (5) strategi integrasi pembiasaan sikap ilmiah dan bina taqwa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre meliputi kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan oleh pembina dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre.Kata kunci: intrakurikuler; ekstrakurikuler; sikap ilmiah; bina taqwa

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum involves various activities such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and assessment. In the context of this research, the transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture play crucial roles in supporting teacher performance. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by the school principal and school culture on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This research adopts a descriptive correlational quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 119 teachers from seven schools. The data analysis is conducted using IBM SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership of the school principal has a positive but non-significant (non-influential) effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (2) school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum; (3) transformational leadership of the school principal and school culture collectively and significantly contribute 42.4% to teacher performance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, while the remaining 57.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the scope of this research.Keywords: Transformational leadership; school culture; teacher performance; merdeka curriculumAbstrak: Kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka merupakan aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar meliputi tahapan merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Pada konteks peneilitian ini, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk menunjang kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sejumlah 119 Guru (7 Sekolah). Untuk analisis data menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25 dan SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah secara positif tidak signifikan (tidak berpengaruh) terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka; (2) budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka; (3) kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh secara simultan dan bersamaan dengan menyumbang sebesar 42,4% terhadap kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka, sedangkan sisanya 57,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional; budaya sekolah; kinerja guru; kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of facilities, infrastructure, and the quality of educational services on student satisfaction in educational institutions. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population of the study consists of 3,018 students from madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City. The sample was obtained using proportional random sampling, resulting in a sample of 353 students. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show: (1) the level of facilities and infrastructure at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City is categorized as good; (2) the quality of educational services at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City is categorized as good; (3) the level of student satisfaction at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City is categorized as good; (4) there is a significant influence of facilities and infrastructure on the satisfaction of students at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City; (5) there is a significant influence of the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of students at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City; and (6) there is a significant and simultaneous influence of facilities, infrastructure, and the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of students at madrasah tsanawiyah in Blitar City. Keywords: infrastructure, quality of educational services, student satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh sarana dan prasarana serta mutu layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar dengan jumlah populasi 3018 siswa. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan proportional random sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 353 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat sarana dan prasarana di madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar termasuk dalam kategori baik; (2) tingkat mutu layanan pendidikan di madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar termasuk dalam kategori baik; (3) tingkat kepuasan siswa di madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar termasuk dalam kategori baik; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sarana prasarana dengan kepuasan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mutu layanan pendidikan dengan kepuasan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar; dan (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan simultan antara sarana prasarana dan mutu layanan pendidikan dengan kepuasan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah se-Kota Blitar.
