Abstract

Azzahra Kemojo Duri is one of the MSMEs located in Duri, Mandau sub-district, Bengkalis district, Riau province which is engaged in the culinary field, specifically producing Kemojo cakes. Along the way,  Azzahra Kemojo Duri’s MSME had difficulties in increasing its production value due to one of the factors regarding visual identity which was not well known to the public. Through needs analysis, it was found that so far Azzahra Kemojo Duri did not have a specific design concept, so consumers are more familiar with the owner's name than the visual brand name. Therefore, it is necessary to design a visual identity design by applying the design thinking method. The use of the design thinking method in this study aims to collect and manage data systematically to produce logos and packaging designs that are attractive and appropriate for use. The results of designing this visual identity are in accordance with what is needed by MSMEs, namely in the form of logos and product packaging. The result of further application of the logo design is that it can be applied in the form of stickers designs and also flyer

Abstract

MSMEs have an essential economic role and contribute significantly to a country's GDP. Over time technology can be used to promote MSMEs by using social media for digital marketing. This study uses De'Sate as its object and a qualitative descriptive approach as its research method. Visits and interviews were carried out with De'Sate owners to obtain the required data. However, it is known that social media hasn’t been utilized optimally. Therefore, this research aims to maximize its digital marketing. Based on the research results, it is known that the business risks are limited employees and less extensive areas. In addition, this study also made changes to the logo, as the font used in the previous logo was less attractive. Next, changes are made to the menu, Instagram feeds and landing page, Google Business, WhatsApp Business catalog and description, auto greeting, quick reply, and away messages on WhatsApp and Facebook Page. A month after the changes, Pak Suryadi was satisfied with the content, and based on the insight of Instagram, performance link, and Google Business, it is known that De'Sate's social media is visited by many users, so it can be concluded that these MSMEs are becoming better known than before.

Abstract

Globalization, industry 4.0 trends and economic volatility have compelled several firms to learn and adapt to enhance performance and maintain competitiveness. Several studies on organizational learning highlight companies' need to support learning to increase their sustainability and effectiveness (OL). Numerous empirical studies have looked at the connection between organizational learning's (OL) characteristics and the performance of non-profit organizations, although the number of these studies is still relatively small. In order to identify prospects for future study development, studies on this topic must be developed after thoroughly examining the prior literature. The study intends to close this gap by methodically analyzing the findings of earlier research on OL in non-profit organizations and recommending the course of its further development. According to the study's findings, OL is a vital skill for organizations if they want to endure and compete in the face of change. Although there has been very little research on this theory's use in non-profit organizations, some studies have examined the factors influencing OL. OL researchers have the chance to follow up on the proposed future research direction.

Abstract

Even though Indonesia has made significant gains in recent years to increase access to education, learning outcomes remain inadequate. However, the Edtech industry began to develop and increase educational output as a result of increasing access to education through technology. This growth, however, is in risk of becoming unsustainable because not every Edtech is profitable enough to thrive. This study aims to understand the buying interest factors of online course users by investigating the relationship between learning oriented related cues (perceive lecturer expertise, personal learning experience, personal trial experience), price value with purchase intention through customers trust and customers performance expectations. The data was gathered through an e-questionnaire issued to 414 respondents who had previously used a free trial of an online learning course, as well as through in-depth interviews with representatives of Edtech and content creator marketing. The result of this study shows significant and positive relationship between all variables in proposed model. The findings of this study are likely to assist marketers in increasing the number of free users who switch to paid users through content marketing that highlighted various indicators that matter to customers.
