Abstract

This study aims at exploring the leadership style and efforts of the school principal in the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka at SMP Negeri 2 Wanasaba. A case study method with a qualitative approach was employed in this research. The subjects (informants) of this study consisted of 1 (one) school principal, 2 (two) teachers, 1 (one) administrative staff, and 3 (three) students. Data were collected by using three techniques those are: observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that the principal’s leadership style is transformational, as the principal consistently empowers and motivates teachers and staff. The leadership style also tends to be democratic, with the principal involving teachers and staff in designing and implementing school programs, particularly in the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka. Furthermore, several concrete efforts have been identified that the principal has undertaken to successfully implement Kurikulum Merdeka. These efforts include involving administrative staff in meeting the needs for teaching materials, conducting workshops/training at the end of the academic year, enrolling teachers in various training programs, observing the performance of teachers and administrative staff, engaging parents in socializing the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka, monitoring the utilization of learning communities established by educational units, and facilitating all necessary resources to support the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran al haya sebagai mediator pada kelelahan emosional dan konflik peran terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif (PKK). PKK merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan oleh individu secara sengaja yang bertentangan dengan tujuan, aturan, dan norma organisasi serta dapat memberikan efek negatif bagi organisasi dan anggota di dalamnya. Kelelahan emosional merujuk pada keadaan psikologis yang disebabkan oleh kelelahan fisik dan emosional seseorang. Konflik peran merupakan situasi di mana seorang karyawan mengalami ketidakcocokan peran antara pekerjaan dan keluarga. Al haya adalah kepekaan diri yang mendorong seseorang untuk meninggalkan perilaku buruk dan melaksanakan kewajiban yang ada. Penelitian ini melibatkan 381 partisipan yang bekerja sebagai tenaga pendidik tingkat TK, SD, SMP, SMA sederajat fullday school, boarding school dan pondok pesantren. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode path analysis dengan software Mplus 8.4 dan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan al haya tidak dapat berperan sebagai moderator pada kelelahan emosional dan konflik peran dengan PKK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di bidang pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang era Society 5.0. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep Society 5.0, karakteristik kepemimpinan transformasional dan dampaknya terhadap institusi pendidikan melalui metode kajian literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memainkan peran penting dalam mempersiapkan sekolah menghadapi era Society 5.0 dengan menetapkan visi yang jelas, memotivasi tim, mendorong inovasi dan memperkuat budaya belajar. Kepemimpinan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pendidik, motivasi, pengembangan profesional, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan sosial. Singkatnya, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah adalah kunci untuk mengoptimalkan peluang, mengatasi tantangan era Society 5.0, dan memastikan relevansi dan kualitas pendidikan di masa depan.

Abstract

Faktor terpenting dalam Pendidikan adalah adanya peran keluarga khususnya orang tua. Kurang nya perhatian orang tua kepada anak dapat memperhambat proses belajar anak, salah satu dampak yang terjadi adalah kurangnya motivasi belajar anak, hal penting dalam belajar adalah adanya motivasi, karena motivasi adalah sebagai penggerak dalam proses belajar. Rendahnya motivasi belajar dapat berdampak dalam proses pembelajaran, kurang semangat belajar, prestasi peserta didik dan juga melanggar peraturan yang ada di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya peran lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar dan apa saja kendala yang menyebabkan rendahnya motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif, Penentuan sumber data menggunakan teknik random sampling atau probability sampling dengan sumber informan yaitu wali murid SDN 1 Sidodadi dengan jumlah 35 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner dan annalisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa keluraga memiliki peran penting dalam motivasi belajar anak dan beberapa faktor dari lingkungan keluarga yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik seperti keadaan ekonomi, latar belakang pendidikan keluarga dan berbagai kendala yang dihadapi ketika belajar dirumah

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of Mulok teachers in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools, what inhibiting factors are experienced by Mulok teachers in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools, and how Mulok teachers try to overcome these factors. obstacles in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. The population of this study were teachers and students at SDN 1 Bungtiang, West Sakra District. The samples for this research were school principals, general teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the role of mulok teachers in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students had not been implemented optimally, they still experienced obstacles in planning activities such as compiling effective teaching modules due to the new curriculum. Lack of support from parents/guardians in project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. Limited facilities, infrastructure, time and resources mean that project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students cannot be carried out optimally.

Abstract

The use of audio-visual media in the learning process is one of the plans that a teacher has prepared to make the learning process more interesting and can motivate students to learn. Through audiovisual media, children have new experiences in improving their speaking skills. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using audio-visual media on the speaking abilities of fifth grade elementary school students at SDN 2 Teko. The design of this research is experimental research in the form of a Quasi Experimental Design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design where two groups of subjects are given different treatments for a certain period of time. The subjects of this research were 20 class V students at SDN 2 Teko as an experimental class who used audio visual media in the learning process and 24 class V students at SDN 2 Teko as a control class who did not use audio visual media in the learning process. The statistical analysis used is product moment correlation for validity testing and Cronbach's alpha for instrument reliability testing. Lilliefors method to test data normality, Levene method to test homogeneity and t test to test hypotheses. All calculations were processed using the SPSS version 16 program. The results of this research on students' speaking abilities show that the average initial test score in the experimental class is 5.9 and the control class is 6.1, while the average final test score in the experimental class is 7.9 and the control class is 6.9. As for the N-Gain results of speaking ability, the average gain or increase in learning outcomes from pre-test to post-test reached 0.6 in the medium category. These data show that learning using Audio Visual media influences the results of learning to speak by telling stories in Indonesian language subjects in class V elementary school.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of students who experience delays in beginning reading in class I of Selangit State Elementary School. The focus of the research in this thesis is: 1) Beginning reading ability using the Game Approach for participants. 2) Teacher strategies in improving beginning reading ability through letter card media using the Game Approach for students. 3) Teacher strategies in improving beginning reading ability through word card media using the Game Approach for students. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The location of the research is at Selangit State Elementary School. Data sources are obtained from two types, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data uses (1) extension of participation, (2) persistence, (3) triangulation. The results of the study: 1) The ability to read early using the Game Approach for students at SD Negeri Selangit, namely there are several students who are not yet fluent in reading, then the school has a policy or program to improve the reading ability of these students, namely by providing intensive guidance for reading the Literacy Program, reading corners in each class, 10 minutes of reading before learning begins and using the Game Approach used by grade I teachers because the application is easy and fun so that it helps children understand and master reading fluently. 2) The teacher's strategy in improving the ability to read early through letter card media using the Game Approach for students at SD Negeri Selangit, namely the letter card media is used to help develop children's memory at the early reading stage. With that, students will be able to explore finding new vocabulary and increasing their vocabulary. 3) The teacher's strategy in improving the ability to read early through word card media using the Game Approach for students at SD Negeri Selangit, namely the word card media is very suitable for grade 1 students because the word card media uses words.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Aikmel design different learning experiences to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students. The main focus of this research is on the implementation of differentiated learning, an approach that allows teachers to adapt teaching strategies to the diversity of student learning styles. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that this approach contributed positively to student understanding and engagement, although some students faced challenges in adapting learning methods. Thus, differentiated learning has proven to be effective in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting students' academic success and character development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the school principal in implementing clinical supervision which has an impact on teacher performance in carrying out teaching and learning activities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by studying the facts that occurred, data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with school principals and teaching staff. direct observation and documentation studies. Clinical supervision is really needed by teaching staff to improve professional teacher performance. Through clinical supervision, school principals can provide guidance related to increasing the competency of teaching staff in carrying out learning in the classroom. Clinical supervision carried out by the principal at SMP Negeri 3 Keruak is carried out in stages which globally consist of pre-observation meetings, classroom observations and feedback or post-observation meetings. As well as follow-up evaluation. This research is a type of descriptive research using a descriptive approach. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Keruak. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that clinical supervision can improve teachers' abilities in implementing the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Keruak. This can be seen from the results of observations which show the teacher's score is above 80 in the good category. From the results of interviews after carrying out clinical supervision, it shows that they feel happy after getting feedback from the school principal so that they can identify weaknesses in the learning process.

Abstract

This article discusses the strategy of the Teaching Campus program as an effort to increase literacy and numeracy in elementary school students. The main problem faced is the low level of literacy among students, which impacts their academic abilities and skill development. The aim of this research focuses on identifying the effectiveness of the Teaching Campus program in increasing student literacy and analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The method used is descriptive-quantitative, with data collection through a Minimum Competency Assessment consisting of a pre-test and post-test. The assessment was carried out on 7 grade V elementary school students. The findings show that there is a significant increase in literacy skills among students after participating in the program, with an average pretest score of 52.85 and an average posttest score of 87.14. In addition, factors such as the involvement of student teachers and support from the school play an important role in the success of the program. This research confirms that the Teaching Campus program is effective in increasing the literacy of elementary school students. Recommendations for further development include increased training for student teachers and an emphasis on interactive teaching methods.
