Abstract

The presence of educational technology is a necessity to overcome the problems of education in remote-lagging regions. Although initially only expected to be able to "reach" those left and behind as a consequence of the strategy of expanding and equitable access to education, but did not rule out in its development able to be a supporter of quality improvement and competitiveness. Ideally, the use of educational technology should not only cease the ability to "reach" those who are marginalized and left behind, and support the improvement of quality and competitiveness; more useful if educational technology is also capable of giving birth to generations that have personal independence. In this case is needed quality control of content and learning process pursued through the utilization of educational technology. In this case, Islamic education with the foundation of the teachings of the Qur'an, in principle has provided a high enough motivation for the people to come forward and able to become khalifah on earth, in order to achieve real prosperity. Thus, education should be truly responsive to the changes and demands of the times, especially related to the development of information-communication technology, as well as to be a strengthening of technology-based Islamic education, especially information-communication technology in order to really have great benefits for the masak world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeahui tentang Implementasi kompetensi pedagodik guru pembimbing khusus dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD Ibnu Sina Kecamatan Cimenyan Kabupaten Bandung. Pendidikan Inklusif salah satu cara dalam merealisasikan hak Pendidikan kepada seluruh anak bangsa. Sehingga anak berkebutuhan khusus mampu mendapatkan Pendidikan yang sesuai seperti anak reguler lainnya. Salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang terselenggaranya Pendidikan inklusif yakni adanya guru pendamping khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas. Untuk menciptakan Pendidikan berkualitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus maka diperlukan tenaga pendidik yang berkompeten. Guru kompeten adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini ditahap perencanaan dilakukan rapat kerja,observasi siswa, penyusunan jadwal dan asesmen siswa. Ditahap pelaksanaan in house training, workshop dan pelatihan vokasional bagi guru pendamping khusus. Kemudian faktor pendukung yang didapat yaitu dari Yayasan dan Dinas terkait. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana seperti ruang pelayanan anak inklusif, dan belum tersedia Pendidikan khusus pelayanan tuna rungu dan tuna netra. SD Ibnu Sina sebagai sekolah penyelenggara Pendidikan inklusif telah mengimplementasikan kompetensi pedagogik guru pembimbing khusus dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter mandiri pada anak usia dini, apa saja kendala yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan pendidikan karakter dan bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di TK Darul Jihad Kabupaten Bandung, sudah berjalan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi di TK Daarul Jihad. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala di Taman Kanak-Kanak Daarul Jihad dengan memberikan keteladanan secara intens dan memberikan bimbingan untuk melanjutkan kemandirian melati serta perlunya dukungan orang tua. Dari Hasil Penelitian dijelaskan bahwa Upaya yang dihadapi untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada di RA Daarul Jihad kabupaten Bandung yaitu dengan memberikan contoh secara terus menerus untuk melatih kemandirian dan juga perlu kerja sama dengan orang tua peserta didik, kemudian memberikan reward dan punishment bagi anak yang rajin dan tekun sehingga melatih kemandiriannya dan juga diharapkan kerjasama orangtua peserta didik dalam melatih kemandirian ini dengan memberikan kepercayaan sepenuhnya kepada guru dan pihak sekolah, sehingga tercapainya tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

حض الإسلام وشريعته على السعى من أجل الثراء المادي وتراكم الثروة. وكان الرسول نفسه مدير أعمال وتاجراً، إذ تزوج من امرأة مقتدرة كانت لها تجارتها الخاصة المعتبرة. ويُحل القرآن من جانبه التجارة والأعمال باعتبارهما أعمالاً مشروعة يمكن للإنسان السعي فيها بعد انقضاء واجب الصلاة. كما نجد في الشريعة قواعد وقوانين مفصلة خاصة بالبيع والعقود والتجارة . تتشبع كل المعاملات التعاقدية في الشريعة بصبغة القيم الأخلاقية، ويلزم أن تفترض العقود الرضا حت تكون صحيحة وبأن يعيش الإنسان بحسب فضائل الدين، حيث يكون للصدق والبساطة والاستقامة والإيمان والعدل في التعامل الأولوية الأولى والقيمة الأسمى

Abstract

The teachings of the Koran which are believed by ṣālih li kulli zamān wa makān are required to be able to provide solutions for every problem that arises in society. Meanwhile, Rasulullah saw. as an authoritative interpreter, does not interpret all the verses of the Qur'an. The existing interpretation methods, namely tafsīrbi al-ma'tsūr and interpretation bi al-ra'yi, are considered not fully able to answer various problems that arise in society. For this reason, modern scholars offer a method of interpretation as an alternative to the legal istinbāṭ method, the tafsīr maqāṣidī method. This study aims to further examine what and how tafsīr maqāṣidī is a method of interpretation as well as an alternative method of legal istinbāṭ. Using the library research method, various writings related to interpretation and ushul fiqh were studied and analyzed. The results of the study found that the maqāṣidī tafsīr is the interpretation of the Qur'an which uses maqāṣid al-syarī`ah as its interpretation approach. With the basis of al-maṣlaḥah as the core of maqāṣid al-syarī`ah, the maqāṣidī tafsīr method is expected to be more able to provide solutions to every problem that arises in society, so that Islamic teachings that are ṣālih li kulli zamān wa makān will be more widely felt.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a book that must be understood properly and correctly because of its position as a guide for human life. In the process of understanding it, it cannot only be fixed on textual things, but must look at the context that includes the Qur'an. This is so that the Qur'an can be used as a guide that is not limited by time and space, which is suitable in all ages. Some verses of the Qur'an if only understood textually, there will be divisions and acts of violence, for example in Qs. Al-Hajj verse 39 which is one of the legitimacy of radicals to commit acts of violence. Gadamer's hermeneutics with the four concepts offered became one of the blades used to interpret Qs. Al-Hajj verse 39. The author takes two concepts from the four offered, namely the melting of horizons (text, author, reader) and application. Departing from Qs. Al-Hajj verse 39 which is interpreted using Gadamer's Hermeneutics, the author assumes that the verse emphasizes the values of peace and freedom in religion.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the history of the change of government from the Amir to the Caliph during Abdurrahman III in Andalusia (929 AD). The method used in this research is historical research. The historical method here is the process of critically examining and analyzing past records and relics. This study concludes that the reason for Abdurrahman III proclaiming himself as a caliph with the title of Caliph al-Nashir Linillah in 929 AD was to counter the influence of the Caliphate of the Fatimid dynasty which was Shiite and restore the authority of the Sunnis due to the weakness of the Abbasid dynasty in Baghdad. With the emergence of Abdurrahman III as head of government with the title of caliph, the Islamic world has three caliphs in an unprecedented period. Abdurrahman III became the first person to assume the title of Amir al-Mu'minin in Andalusia. This title was used by the rulers after until the end of the reign of the Umayyads in Andalusia.

Abstract

The basis of this research aims to: First, to understand how learning planning uses the storytelling method with hand puppet media to improve children's discipline. Second, to understand how to implement the storytelling method using hand puppets in order to improve early childhood discipline. Third, to understand whether there is an increase in the development of children's discipline through the storytelling method using hand puppets. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) Kemmis Mc. Taggart. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data description, and conclusions) and uses averages to find out the results of actions that can lead to improvements, improvements, and changes in research. The results of the research are: First, learning planning through the storytelling method using hand puppet media which begins with determining the learning theme, making a Daily Learning Implementation Plan (RPPH), preparing learning media, carrying out activities, and carrying out assessments. Second, the implementation of learning is carried out in II cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 meetings with the theme of Nature Aemesta, Sub-Theme of Natural Objects, sub-theme of water, stone and fire, in accordance with the RPPH with opening, core and closing activities. . The three storytelling methods using hand puppet media have an impact on the development of student discipline in each cycle with an average cycle I meeting I 1.80 showing the Undeveloped category (BB), meeting II 2.00 showing the Starting to Develop category (MB), meeting III 2.31 shows the Start Developing category (MB). Followed by the second cycle, meeting I 2.71 showed the category of Starting to Develop (MB), meeting II 2.97 with the category Starting to Develop (MB), meeting III with a value of 3.14 in the category Developing According to Expectations (BSH).

Abstract

The development of Islamic literacy in Indonesia shows the capability of the nation in competing with other Muslim nations. However, copyright is often neglected by many parties. The study aims to assess the implementation and effectiveness of the copyright in law No. 24 of 2014 and MUI Fatwa No. 5 of 2005. A qualitative methodology has been conducted with the approach of literature and field study. The data was obtained through interviews and observations with 3 academic authors and 9 non-academic authors. The results of the study indicate that the  majority of the academic authors argue that there is a lack of enforcement and impact in the law and fatwa. Similarly, the other authors carry the same opinion with some highlights on its effectiveness. The paper suggests that policymakers intensify the implementation and effectiveness of copyright law and fatwa in Indonesia. The enforcement of the law and fatwa will lead to the prosperity of authors and lead to a knowledgeable society. The study keenly expects future studies in the field to cover more samples with different methodologies.

Abstract

Today, many people's understanding of the meaning of happiness is limited to what can be counted. So that the meaning of happiness according to ordinary people is when people have a lot of money, are healthy, and are successful in the world. While the meaning true happiness is when humans can reach the blessing of Allah SWT. In this study, we will explain the meaning of happiness according to classical and modern Sufism as well as explanations from several commentators. This study aims to find out the meaning and ways of obtaining true happiness in the perspective of classical and modern Sufi. This paper is a library research that uses documentary techniques to collect data sourced from books, journals and, encyclopedias, dictionaries. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. This research produces the main points, namely: classical and modern Sufis agree that pleasure, wealth, and other life achievements are not a goal, but merely a means to achieve spiritual happiness. The highest happiness is when you can get closer to Allah (ma'rifatullah) and reach His heaven.
