Abstract

Distribution of Leadership in Higher Institution; A Case Study at Tribakti University, Kediri. This study focuses on the distribution of leadership in Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri City, to the scope of UIT Kediri. Charismatic leadership shows modern leadership, which certainly impacts the shift from the pesantren culture to the academic culture (campus). This study uses a qualitative-phenomenological method, extracting data from interviews with key informants and documenting studies according to focus and documentation. The data obtained were compiled and analyzed according to the research focus. The results of this study indicate that since the establishment of the Tribakti Islamic University (UIT), the practice of distribution of leadership at UIT Kediri is a reflection of the courage of PP Lirboyo's caregivers in carrying out leadership transformation. The impact is the creation of academic culture in the UIT Kediri environment by not eliminating the treasures of the pesantren. It can be concluded that the practice of leadership transformation and distribution of leadership at UIT Kediri is not total or total. For example, in developing and accepting human resources at UIT Kediri, the Lirboyo community must involve the Lirboyo community and determine the formation of leaders

Abstract

Learning Based on Multicultural Values in Forming Students' Tolerant Character Through Citizenship Education. Efforts to welcome a Golden Indonesia 2045 require the formation of good character from the young generation. Developing an attitude of religious moderation is one way that can be taken to create a generation that can compete on the world stage. Developing an attitude of religious moderation requires teachers' assistance, so teachers must be more innovative and creative in the learning process. This research aims to explain the role of teachers in fostering an attitude of religious moderation to face the challenges of an increasingly complex world. The research method used is a qualitative research approach that explores in-depth information. The location of this research was MI Manba'ul 'Ulum Buntaran. Data analysis was carried out using a data condensation model, which was carried out with data collection, data presentation, and conclusion. This research shows that MI Manba'ul 'Ulum students already know the concept of religious moderation in general. In practice, religious moderation has been implemented in this madrasah. Students carry out the application of an attitude of religious moderation through the habit of praying Duha, the habit of reading Surah Al-Waqi'ah every morning, P5 learning, personal approaches to students, studies delivered by preachers, the habit of always teaching an attitude of apology after making mistakes, and provide basic understandings of all religions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines the Ideology of Rohis Activities and Its Implications on Students’ Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu. The research questions are: 1) What is the concept of Islamic ideology in implementing Rohis religious activities at SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu? 2) How do Rohis religious activities affect students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu? Rohis activities are always carried out every Friday at 7:00 am, which consist of three programs: 1) Acceptance of Islamic Studies, 2) Recitation of Dzikir Rotibul Hadad and Asmaul Husna, and 3) Recitation of Quranic verses and Quranic reading improvement. This research uses a qualitative approach; data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection is used to obtain primary and secondary data, which are then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The study results show that 1) The Rohis activities at SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu use a multiculturalism ideology. This result is strongly supported by primary and secondary data obtained by the author. The primary data consists of direct interviews, survey results, and multiculturalism questionnaires given to key informants such as Rohis supervisors, Islamic Religious Education teachers, his leaders, and students. 2) The implications of Rohis activities at SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu Positively impact students’ cognitive abilities and exam results in Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 3 Kotamobagu. This result is also strongly supported by primary and secondary data. The primary data consists of direct interviews, survey results, and questionnaires given to respondents, including Rohis supervisors, Islamic Religious Education teachers, Rohis leaders, and students in grades X-XII

Abstract

Analysis of Qur'an Tahfidz House (RTQ) Management at Rumah Tahfidz Center Lampung. Qur'an Tahfidz House (RTQ) is one of the non-formal Islamic educational institutions that continues to maintain its existence amidst the hegemony of formal educational institutions. In its development, RTQ can be an alternative non-formal education that students can pursue to support their formal education. Using qualitative research methods, data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews; this research aims to discover management strategies at RTQ Al-Qur'any and RTQ Nurul Jannah. The research results found that: (1) curriculum management was carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation by RTQ administrators and caregivers; (2) student management is carried out by mapping student needs, recruiting all registrants, grouping them into three levels, as well as student evaluations conducted by halaqah administrators; (3) Management of educators and educational personnel is carried out by analyzing needs, recruitment, cadre formation, as well as the development of the Asatidz council and administrative staff.

Abstract

Management of Facilities and Infrastructure Development for Educators and Education Personnel at MTsN 11 Majalengka. This study aims to comprehend and assess facilities and infrastructure management at MTsN 11 Majalengka. Although management has been performing well, several issues must be addressed. These issues include a need for more papers from the principal and a need for computer facility maintenance. The learning process needs to be improved as a result of this mismatch. The study employs a qualitative technique as well as a descriptive strategy. The principal, staff, and subject teachers' data and management of educational facilities and infrastructure can yield benefits. The facility and infrastructure management of MTsN 11 Majalengka has been working smoothly. However, there are still some issues that need to be improved

Abstract

Implications of Tutors' Continuing Education in The Digital Age. This study uses the literature study method to describe the implications of tutors' continuing education in the digital age. The data collection technique is a literature study with relevant research subjects from journals, books, and previous research results. Data analysis of reduction, management, grouping, data interpretation, and conclusion are the focus of research data analysis. Literature study research shows that (1) Education is a place to educate the nation's life, which the 1945 Constitution protects. (2) Non-formal education becomes part of continuing education. (3) Tutor continuing education provides opportunities to improve the quality of knowledge, skills, behavior, and responsibilities of tutorial services in distance education. (4) Digitalization is essential for tutors to refine, understand, and practice online so that tasks and obligations can be carried out correctly and ignore students' interests.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the extracurricular learning activities of typical Malang dance. In art learning, of course, it is necessary to plan and implement teacher efforts so as to create teaching and learning activities carried out at Mojorejo 01 Batu public elementary school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the aim of knowing the extracurricular activities of typical unfortunate dance, Interviews were conducted in a relaxed and unscheduled manner, the aim was to dig deeper into reactions and responses that were more straightforward and natural. The results of this study are the teacher's efforts to improve typical unfortunate dance arts in extracurricular activities carried out at Mojorejo 01 Batu elementary school and the implementation that goes well given a lot of support from teachers as facilitators and educators, of course, has a good impact on KBM learning (Teaching and Learning Activities) also has a positive impact on students in learning activities carried out with dance movement activities and makes pride in the typical art of the region, namely the art of unfortunate dance.

Abstract

The need for differentiated learning is very urgent because students have various abilities. Therefore, the quality of learning can be improved by implementing differentiated learning. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis used is the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model. The results of this study are: Educators in MI Plus al-Istighotsah Panggungrejo carry out differentiated learning as an implementation of the independent curriculum. In differentiating learning in MI Plus al-Istighotsah Panggungrejo is carried out with modification and innovation even though it is a method of modification of the method of combining several learning methods so that they are able to understand students and also modification of learning media using varied learning media so as to reduce the boredom of students. Learning that varies and innovatively is able to increase student motivation as evidenced by the growth of students' enthusiasm to participate in learning in the classroom and even the growth of achievement motivation in students. Increasing students' motivation to learn will increase students' achievement, as proven by the increase in final semester grades in several subjects where differentiated learning was implemented. Learning that is differentiated can improve the quality of the learning process because the indicators of learning quality are fulfilled as a whole.

Abstract

The challenges of the ever-growing digital world require students to have digital literacy skills. However, this ability is not yet fully possessed by students, especially at the Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve digital literacy skills at the Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level. This research aims to find out whether giving HOTS questions based on CBT can improve students' digital literacy skills at MI Perwanida, Blitar City. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research or quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all class IV students at MI Perwanida, Blitar City. Samples were taken using a side random technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests, then analyzed using the independent t-test. Based on the research results, it shows that the experimental class that was taught using HOTS questions assisted by CBT had good digital literacy skills compared to the control class.

Abstract

In the Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology and human life, Islamic Education Institutions are faced with unique opportunities and challenges. This article reviews the opportunities and challenges of Islamic education institutions in the era of society 5.0. Then the roles and strategies carried out in overcoming this. Through a literature approach, this article presents an overview of the opportunities for Islamic educational institutions in the era of society 5.0. However, this article also identifies challenges that must be overcome by Islamic educational institutions in the era of society 5.0. By paying attention to these opportunities and challenges, Islamic Education Institutions can play a role and take strategic steps to remain existing and relevant to produce a generation that is able to compete in the era of society 5.0. The results of the first research are 5 opportunities that can be achieved by each Islamic education institution. First, providing wider access to education, second, relevant curriculum development, third, innovative learning, fourth, connection with the real world, and fifth, transformation of the role of educators. The results of the second research are 8 challenges for Islamic educational institutions in the era of society 5.0. Firstly, Islamic education must strictly adhere to educational norms and ethics that do not depart from the legal basis on which it is built, namely the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.Second, Islamic educational institutions adapt to the rise of the industrial market. Third, religious populism and identity politics, fourth, changes in roles and skills, and fifth, technology and accessibility gaps. Sixth, there are changes to the curriculum in learning, seventh, digital security and ethics. Finally, eighth, there is a change in the assessment evaluation.
