Abstract

Indonesia is the third-largest country that utilizes ad-blockers, despite online advertising there expanding quickly. In addition to consumers generally viewing internet use as common. This study aimed to examine how prior bad experiences and perceived goal impediments affect online advertisement avoidance. Students who used the internet the most during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 were chosen as research participants. The F-test demonstrated that perceived aim hindrance, advertisement clutter, and prior terrible experience all impacted advertisement avoidance simultaneously using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results are anticipated to guide marketing professionals and businesses in choosing how to develop and arrange adverts that are precisely on target without upsetting internet users. The results of this study should help policymakers assess how to create a welcoming and secure online environment.

Abstract

Implementing green logistics involves using environmentally friendly practices and technologies in the management of supply chains and transportation of goods. The potential benefits gained in implementing green logistics include, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, energy, and resource efficiency, reduced operational costs, reputation, and regulatory compliance. This research aims to create a strategy for developing the use of green energy towards green logistics at Benoa Port. The research methodology using a systematic literature review hybrid type then present several development strategy schemes that will be implemented. The results of the research conclude that the sea side and land side strategies can be applied to Benoa Port, the initial development strategy that has the greatest potential to be implemented is wind energy and solar energy on the land side to support the implementation of green logistics in fulfilling the Port area's electrical energy, the implications of this research will have an impact on the development of green energy for other ports in Indonesia in accordance with the government's national energy policy.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain how social media marketing (such as Instagram) and ease of use affect consumer decisions, as well as how trust functions as a mediating factor in the relationship between social media marketing and ease of use and consumer decisions. There are two types of data that are used; primary data are gathered through questionnaires, and secondary data are gathered from books and journals. This study used probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method, namely with 170 respondents. The analysis method in this study uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square). This study's findings indicate that trust has a major impact on purchase decisions, simplicity of use has a large impact on decisions, and social media marketing has no significant impact on decisions. Ease of use and social media marketing's influence on purchase decisions might be mitigated by the trust factor. If respondents trust online travel brokers, social media marketing will have an impact on their purchase decisions.

Abstract

The Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) is a trade agreement that aims to facilitate market access and considers aspects of economic cooperation and development initiatives between the two countries. The trade agreement between Indonesia and Japan is Indonesia's first bilateral trade agreement covering trade in goods, services, and investment, and entered into force in 2008. The development of the service sector is an important factor in supporting economic growth. This study uses panel data regression with the estimation method used by the gravity model with Difference in Difference (DiD) to see the impact of the IJEPA. The study results show that the interest variable is not significant to the dependent variable, illustrating that the existence of the IJEPA agreement is statistically unable to explain the relationship that occurs with the value of exports and imports of the Indonesian service sector. Implementing IJEPA in Indonesia still does not have an impact and has not provided benefits, especially for service trade.

Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling Method (PLS-SEM). This research involved hotel employee respondents from various big cities in Indonesia. Data was collected through an online survey that used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the PLS-SEM analysis show that job effort has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Job insecurity is proven to have a negative and significant effect on job performance. Meanwhile, job effort and task-oriented leadership are proven to have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. However, job insecurity is not proven to have a significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study can be used as a guide for managers and organizational leaders in designing strategies to improve employee performance and commitment amid the recovery situation from the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction, with the research focusing on Perum Pegadaian in Malang City, East Java. The sampling technique employed involves multiple sampling using accidental and purposive sampling methods, resulting in a sample size of 100 pawnshop customers. The analysis method utilized is multiple linear regression. The t-test results for each service quality dimension reveal the following outcomes: (1) Physical evidence (tangible) does not have a significant effect on satisfaction, (2) Reliability does not significantly impact satisfaction, (3) Responsiveness does not have a significant effect on satisfaction, (4) Assurance significantly influences satisfaction, and (5) Attention also has a significant effect on satisfaction. Based on the F-test, it is concluded that all dimensions of service quality significantly affect satisfaction.
