Abstract

Pendidikan Islam merupakan sistem pendidikan yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai wahyu serta tradisi keilmuan Islam yang terus berkembang seiring perubahan zaman. Di era globalisasi dan modernisasi, pendidikan Islam dihadapkan pada tantangan yang kompleks, seperti derasnya arus informasi, penetrasi budaya Barat, meningkatnya individualisme, serta melemahnya moralitas sosial. Meskipun globalisasi memberikan kemudahan akses ilmu pengetahuan, ia juga berpotensi menggeser nilai-nilai spiritual masyarakat Muslim. Modernisasi, di sisi lain, menuntut pendidikan Islam untuk tampil lebih inovatif, rasional, dan relevan dengan tuntutan kehidupan kontemporer. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kebutuhan mendesak akan rekonstruksi pendidikan Islam yang mampu memperkuat identitas keislaman sekaligus meningkatkan daya saing global. Pendidikan Islam kontemporer dipahami sebagai model pendidikan yang berusaha mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan perkembangan teknologi, ilmu pengetahuan, dan kebutuhan masyarakat mutakhir. Pemikiran tokoh-tokoh seperti Hasan Langgulung, Al-Ghazali, serta Mohammad Hamid An-Nasyir menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara kekuatan spiritual dan kecerdasan intelektual dalam pembentukan generasi yang berakhlak mulia. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji konsep, landasan, serta implementasi pendidikan Islam kontemporer dalam merespons dinamika globalisasi dan modernisasi, sekaligus menawarkan perspektif pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang relevan, holistik, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki hubungan antara literasi digital dan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia di antara siswa kelas lima di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional kuantitatif (ex post facto) yang dilakukan di SDN 34 Pontianak dengan sampel 86 siswa yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner literasi digital skala Likert (enam dimensi yang diadaptasi dari kerangka kerja Kementerian Pendidikan) dan tes prestasi bahasa yang mencakup mendengarkan, membaca, menulis, dan berbicara. Analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif, normalitas (Kolmogorov–Smirnov), uji linearitas, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan skor rata-rata 75,5 untuk literasi digital dan 78,2 untuk prestasi bahasa; kedua distribusi normal dan hubungannya linear. Pearson r = 0,654 (p < 0,001) menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat, positif, dan signifikan secara statistik. Analisis regresi menghasilkan R² = 0,427 dan persamaan Y = 32,45 + 0,605X, yang menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital menyumbang 42,7% varians dalam hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital yang lebih tinggi berkaitan dengan pencapaian bahasa yang lebih baik, meskipun faktor-faktor lain (≈57,3%) juga memengaruhi kinerja siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of teacher motivation in realizing professional performance at SDN Dermo I Bangil and to understand the factors influencing teachers’ work enthusiasm and commitment within the context of elementary education. The phenomenon of declining teacher performance in several primary schools has become a crucial issue closely related to the quality of motivation and institutional support. This research employs a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, focusing on an in-depth understanding of teachers’ lived experiences within their real work environment. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, involving three key informants: a classroom teacher, an Islamic education teacher, and a physical education teacher, selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal three main themes: (1) motivation as a calling of service, where teachers are driven by spiritual values and moral responsibility; (2) motivation based on workplace support, including principal appreciation, peer collaboration, and harmonious social relationships; and (3) motivation transforming into professional performance, manifested through self-reflection, instructional innovation, and commitment to student development. The main inhibiting factors include administrative workload, limited facilities, and lack of professional recognition. The study provides a theoretical contribution by enriching the Self-Determination Theory within Indonesia’s elementary education context and a practical implication for policymakers to enhance teacher well-being and motivation through non-material rewards, organizational support, and reflective professional practices. Future studies are recommended to expand cross-school research and adopt a longitudinal approach to better understand the dynamics of teacher motivation over time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap perkembangan emosional dan prestasi akademik siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Uluiwoi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert kepada 33 siswa kelas IX serta 10 guru mata pelajaran sebagai penilain tambahan terhadap prestasi akademik. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier melalui SPSS Versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60,61% siswa memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, sedangkan 87,88% siswa memiliki perkembangan emosional yang baik. Analisis regresi mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan emosional (R = 0,612; p < 0,001) dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik (R = 0,431; p = 0,017). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa, semakin baik pengelolaan emosinya sehingga berdampak positif pada pencapaian akademik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan motivasi intrinsik dan stabilitas emosional dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran pada sekolah pedalaman seperti SMP Negeri 1 Uluiwoi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the collaborative learning model using Plotagon Story animated media in Arabic language learning, particularly in improving students’ speaking skills (maharah kalam). The research employed a (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The participants were 25 students at the MTs (Islamic Junior Secondary Level), selected through purposive sampling. The developed product was a collaborative based animated video adapted from the muhadatsah section of the textbook Arabiyah Linnasyi’in. The validation results indicate that the product is highly feasible, with a material expert score of 94% and a media expert score of 90%. The implementation stage involved applying the animated video in the learning process, followed by pre-test and post-test assessments. The paired sample t-test revealed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference between students’ scores before and after using the media. The N-Gain score of 0.72 falls within the high category, with an effectiveness percentage of 72.68%. Therefore, the collaborative learning–based animated video developed using Plotagon Story is effective in enhancing the speaking skills of MTs level students and is suitable for use as a learning medium in Arabic language education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cara sekolah mengelola proses integrasi Kurikulum Merdeka agar dapat membantu pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam di SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, sehingga peneliti dapat memahami bagaimana kebijakan tersebut diterapkan secara alami dan sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti melalui beberapa tahap yaitu mengurangi, menyajikan, melakukan triangulasi, dan menyimpulkan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini sesuai dengan model manajemen pendidikan POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling). Dalam fase perencanaan, pihak sekolah membuat kebijakan dan program berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan guru dan siswa. Fase pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan membentuk tim kurikulum dan koordinator Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) agar pelaksanaan berjalan dengan terarah. Pada fase pelaksanaan, para guru sudah menerapkan pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran mendalam melalui diskusi, menyelesaikan masalah, serta pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mendorong kemampuan berpikir tinggi serta nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pada fase pengawasan dilakukan melalui supervisi akademik yang bersifat pembinaan, sehingga bisa mendukung terus meningkatnya kemampuan para guru. Meski demikian, penelitian menemukan kendala dalam hal kesiapan para guru dalam membuat perangkat ajar dan melakukan asesmen autentik. Namun, sekolah telah memberikan respon berupa pelatihan serta bimbingan. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini dipengaruhi oleh manajemen yang efektif, kolaborasi para pendidik, serta komitmen terhadap pembelajaran yang berpihak pada peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Beautypreneurship model in enhancing digital entrepreneurship skills of third-semester Vocational Beauty students. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with experimental and control groups. The subjects consisted of 59 students, divided into an experimental group (30 students) and a control group (29 students). Data collection instruments included digital entrepreneurship skill tests (pretest and posttest), learning activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The results indicated that the implementation of Project-Based Beautypreneurship significantly improved students’ digital entrepreneurship skills. The experimental group’s mean pretest score was 56.8, which increased to 85.4 in the posttest, while the control group’s mean score increased from 55.9 to 72.1. The N-Gain analysis showed a high improvement in the experimental group (0.67) compared to the control group (0.38). Student learning activities in the experimental group reached 88 percent, higher than the control group at 74 percent. Student responses towards the learning model revealed an average score of 3.56 (very good), while the control group scored 2.98 (good). These findings suggest that the Project-Based Beautypreneurship model is effective in enhancing digital entrepreneurship competence, active engagement, creativity, and independent learning among Vocational Beauty students. This model provides authentic learning experiences that are highly relevant to the demands of the digital beauty industry. The study implies that this model can serve as an innovative alternative in vocational education, particularly in developing students’ entrepreneurial skills and digital competencies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of revitalizing traditional Minangkabau makeup as a collaborative learning medium in the digital era among Grade XI Beauty Department students at SMK Negeri 7 Padang. The research background stems from the low level of students’ mastery of traditional makeup techniques and the limited use of digital media in vocational learning. To address these issues, a collaborative learning model was developed that integrates Minangkabau local wisdom with digital technology through group projects, video-based work documentation, and e-portfolios. This study employed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 53 students. Data were collected through makeup skill tests, digital literacy questionnaires, and observations of collaborative learning activities. Data analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a significant improvement (p = 0.000 < 0.05) between pretest and posttest results. The average increase in skills was 16.3 points, covering mastery of makeup techniques, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy. Meanwhile, students’ digital literacy improved by an average of 22.4% across the aspects of learning application use, online collaboration, and digital ethics. The results indicate that the implementation of digital-based collaborative learning oriented toward local culture is effective in enhancing students’ vocational competence, digital literacy, and cultural awareness. This learning model also strengthens students’ sense of cooperation, communication, and appreciation of Minangkabau culture. Therefore, the revitalization of traditional Minangkabau makeup serves as a strategic innovation in vocational education that aligns with the Merdeka Belajar(Freedom to Learn) movement in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study explores Civic and Pancasila Education teachers’ perspectives on the opportunities and challenges in implementing 21st-century skill–oriented learning. Employing a qualitative literature review approach, this research synthesizes various sources from books, journals, and earlier studies. Findings reveal that teachers generally acknowledge the importance of PPKn in fostering critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity. Nevertheless, several challenges persist, including limited teacher readiness to apply technology, inadequate facilities, and teacher-centered instructional paradigms. The study highlights the need to enhance teachers’ pedagogical and digital skills, supported by school policies that encourage innovative learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal’s role as a change agent in improving organizational performance at SMAN 1 Siluq Ngurai, Kutai Barat Regency. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research explores the processes, strategies, and dynamics of change through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the principal implemented several key strategies, including administrative digitalization, regular teacher training, the establishment of a collaborative culture, and data-driven school governance. The results indicate significant improvements in administrative efficiency, enhanced teacher pedagogical competence, and strengthened instructional innovation. Furthermore, the school’s organizational performance scores increased consistently from 2021 to 2024, demonstrating the principal’s success in embedding change within the school’s culture and management system. This study confirms that visionary and adaptive change leadership is essential for successful educational transformation, particularly in schools located in resource-limited areas.
