Abstract

The comfort, learning effectiveness, and general contentment of students within higher education contexts are greatly influenced by the availability and quality of campus amenities. In this study, we want to investigate how students at PPG UIN Jakarta have used and rated the campus amenities throughout their time here. Over the course of two months, this research used a case study strategy to gather qualitative data via in-depth interviews, field observations, and recording. Researchers and participants engaged in casual, open conversation to get information from students who were purposefully chosen to be informants and who made frequent use of university resources. To guarantee the correctness and trustworthiness of the results, data validity was reinforced by triangulation, member verification, and peer debriefing. Data analysis comprised reduction, presentation, and conclusion drafting. The main results indicate that although campus facilities are relatively comprehensive, students continue to encounter technical obstacles such as malfunctioning air conditioners, elevators, projectors, and unstable internet connectivity, which significantly diminish the quality of their user experience. The primary conclusion reveals that the effectiveness of facility management remains suboptimal due to weak preventive maintenance, slow responses to complaints, and improper user behavior in facility utilization. This study contributes to enriching the discourse on student experience–based facility management by emphasizing the need for responsive, transparent, and student-inclusive facility governance to enhance satisfaction, learning efficiency, and institutional quality.

Abstract

Education in simple terms is a learning process carried out in schools, one of which is learning Natural Sciences or Natural Sciences, in the learning process it requires learning media to achieve learning objectives and solutions to problems such as students' lack of interest, lack of motivation to learn, a presumption that learning is difficult, and the media used is irrelevant. This study discusses the development of biogam learning media on Human Organs in grade V elementary school. The aim of the research was to develop biogam media in science learning on Human Organs in grade V as a solution to problems, find out the feasibility of biogam media, and produce biogam learning media. This type of research uses development research with the research model used is the 4-D model. This model consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The limitation of doing research is that the research is carried out until the Develop stage only, namely into 3-D. The object in the research is bioorganism learning media. The media developed in the study were validated by 2 validators. The results of the two validators on biogam learning media produce a calculation of 97.414% with a very valid category and suitable for use in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis game edukasi pada materi “Sumber Energi dalam Kehidupan Sehari-hari” di kelas IV SDN 6 Metro Pusat dengan jumlah siswa 17 orang (8 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan) menggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Studi ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif guna mengeksplorasi proses belajar yang melibatkan game edukatif sebagai sarana untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam membangun pemahaman konsep. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SDN 6 Metro Pusat. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan Game Based Learning meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar, mendorong kerja sama, serta memperkuat pemahaman konseptual melalui pengalaman belajar yang nyata. Dari hasil penyajian data melalui Observasi menunjukan 65% atau kriteria skor A sangat baik dan wawancara menunjukan sebanyak 87% siswa dengan jawaban setuju terhadap model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis game edukasi atau dikatakan sangat kuat. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbasis game edukasi terbukti mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan merangsang motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa penerapan Game edukatif yang terintegrasi dengan model Discovery Learning berpotensi menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of Transformational Leadership (TL) among leaders of Private Universities (PTS) in East Kalimantan on Lecturer Performance (LP), with Curriculum Innovation (CI) serving as a mediating variable. Private universities in East Kalimantan face significant challenges in adapting to the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy and increasing regional competitiveness, making TL a critical factor. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with a sample of lecturers from private universities in East Kalimantan. Preliminary findings indicate that TL significantly and positively drives CI, and CI strongly correlates with LP. The study concludes that inspirational and motivational TL is a key prerequisite for fostering creative curriculum adaptation and enhancing lecturer productivity. TL influences LP not only directly but also indirectly through creating an environment that supports CI. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam Tradisi Gunung-Gunungan Api di Desa Teratai, Kabupaten Batanghari, serta relevansinya sebagai media pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar. Tradisi ini mengandung nilai religius, gotong royong, tanggung jawab, musyawarah, dan kecintaan terhadap budaya lokal. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan tokoh adat, guru, orang tua murid, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa simbol-simbol tradisi seperti obor, daun kelapa, tanduk kambing, kapal miniatur, dan pudak daun memiliki makna filosofis yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai sumber pembelajaran karakter. Selain itu, siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan berbasis budaya menunjukkan peningkatan sikap positif seperti kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan apresiasi terhadap budaya lokal. Dengan demikian, Gunung-Gunungan Api memiliki nilai edukatif yang kuat serta dapat dijadikan media pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Education is an important element in human life. Character education is laid as the foundation for creating a society with noble, ethical, moral, civilized and civilized character based on the Pancasila philosophy. The use of degrading language and words is widespread and popular among students at all levels of education. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data is processed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the integration of character education and language ethics in class VI Indonesian language learning at MIS Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan Madura teachers make lesson plans first. The core part of the RPP includes: The teacher selects texts or reading materials that contain values that shape students' good character. After reading, students are invited to discuss the values contained in it, the teacher guides students to reflect on how the values that shape student character and language ethics are reflected, and finally, students are asked to write reflectively about their experiences in applying these values. -values in stories and language ethics in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi gaya mengajar guru Generasi Z dalam mengembangkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas rendah sekolah dasar. Rendahnya pencapaian literasi di Indonesia, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam asesmen nasional dan studi internasional, menegaskan perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif, khususnya dalam pengajaran membaca tingkat pemula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana seorang guru Gen Z menerapkan gaya mengajarnya dalam memfasilitasi permulaan membaca dan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang muncul selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini dilakukan di SDN 2 Mangkalaya dengan satu guru kelas I sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi pembelajaran, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Gen Z menerapkan gaya mengajar yang kreatif, interaktif, dan adaptif dengan mengintegrasikan media digital—seperti Smart TV, flashcard digital, dan video edukatif—bersama metode konvensional seperti kartu huruf, lagu fonik, membaca kelompok, dan permainan kata. Guru membangun suasana kelas yang suportif dan menyenangkan melalui penguatan positif dan aktivitas pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Tantangan yang diidentifikasi meliputi variasi kemampuan membaca siswa, gangguan digital, dan berkurangnya fokus akibat kebiasaan bermain gawai di rumah. Guru mengatasi tantangan tersebut melalui bimbingan individu, penyesuaian pembelajaran yang fleksibel, dan strategi yang berpusat pada siswa. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa guru Generasi Z memiliki potensi yang kuat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui kombinasi teknologi, kreativitas, dan pendekatan humanistik di kelas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan psikologi spiritual dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan berdasarkan perspektif al-Qur’an. Pendekatan ini dipandang sebagai respons terhadap keterbatasan psikologi material yang selama ini lebih menekankan pemenuhan kebutuhan fisik, insentif, dan aspek organisasi, namun belum mampu menyentuh dimensi batin dan kesehatan spiritual karyawan. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan teknik penafsiran tematik, penelitian ini menelusuri ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan penguatan jiwa dan peningkatan etos kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur’an menekankan pengasahan ego spiritual (al-nafs al-rūḥiyyah), pembentukan kedamaian batin (al-nafs al-muṭma’innah), kesehatan mental (qalbun salīm), dan terapi kognitif spiritual (tazkiyatun nafs). Selain itu, al-Qur’an juga memberikan pedoman strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui keterampilan (al-‘amal), kebajikan sosial (iḥsān), kekuatan intrinsik (quwwah), ketekunan (itqān), efektivitas kerja (al-sa’yu), kreativitas produktif (al-kasb), dan solidaritas kolektif (mu‘āwanah). Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendekatan psikologi spiritual menawarkan solusi holistik terhadap problem kinerja, dibandingkan teori-teori Barat seperti Taylor dan Maslow. Dengan demikian, nilai-nilai Qur’ani dapat menjadi paradigma alternatif yang relevan dalam membangun sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, sehat secara spiritual, dan produktif di lingkungan kerja modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam kesulitan membaca permulaan yang dialami seorang siswa kelas II di SD Negeri 03 Leumbur Sawah serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami hambatan yang cukup berat, mulai dari ketidakmampuan mengenal huruf, belum memahami hubungan huruf dan bunyi, hingga kesulitan dalam menggabungkan huruf menjadi suku kata maupun kata sederhana. Siswa tampak kebingungan ketika diminta membacakan huruf atau suku kata dan belum mampu membedakan huruf-huruf yang memiliki bentuk serupa. Hambatan kognitif ini diperparah oleh kondisi emosional yang tidak stabil, ditandai dengan rasa takut, cemas, dan sering menangis saat kegiatan membaca sehingga proses pembelajaran sering terhenti. Faktor eksternal seperti jarang hadir di sekolah dan minimnya pendampingan membaca di rumah turut memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap lambatnya perkembangan kemampuan membaca permulaan. Ketidakhadiran yang cukup sering membuat siswa kehilangan kesempatan mendapatkan latihan membaca yang seharusnya berlangsung berulang dan terstruktur. Meskipun guru telah melakukan berbagai upaya seperti bimbingan individual, penggunaan kartu huruf, pengulangan materi, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menenangkan, perkembangan siswa tetap lambat karena hambatan berasal dari aspek kognitif, emosional, dan lingkungan secara bersamaan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pendekatan intervensi yang lebih komprehensif dan berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah agar siswa dapat berkembang sesuai tahap kemampuan literasi dasarnya.

Abstract

The development of knowledge often leads the public to view Indonesian Language and Indonesian Literature as two similar concepts, even though both have different meanings and interpretations when examined in depth. This study aims to analyze the differences in the fundamental concepts between Indonesian Language and Indonesian Literature, as well as how both are implemented within Indonesian society, particularly in the context of educational institutions. Conceptually, Indonesian Language is defined as the national and official language of the country, functioning as the primary tool of communication, a marker of national identity, and a medium for the development of science and technology. Meanwhile, Indonesian Literature refers to human expressions (in the form of poetry, prose, and drama) that combine experience and imagination into an aesthetic and meaningful linguistic form, functioning as a medium for social reflection, cultural expression, and moral education. Both are interconnected in shaping the cultural and intellectual identity of the nation. Implementation in society shows that Indonesian Language serves as a unifying tool among ethnic groups and as a medium of formal and informal communication, reinforced through policies, curricula, and literacy initiatives. Indonesian Literature is implemented as a medium for character education, a reflection of social and cultural values, and a component of cultural literacy. Despite challenges such as linguistic diversity and the dominance of informal or colloquial language, there are significant opportunities to strengthen implementation through character education, technological integration, and inclusive policies. The conclusion of this study is that understanding the conceptual and functional differences between Indonesian Language and Indonesian Literature is essential to minimize public misconceptions. Strengthening Indonesian language literacy and connecting Indonesian Literature with community life and popular culture are key recommendations for reaching all levels of society, including the younger generation in the digital sphere.
