Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi statistik pada materi statistika ditinjau dari gaya belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Mataram tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Mataram dengan subjek penelitian adalah 87 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas VIII-A dan VIII-C yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, tes tertulis dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa siswa memiliki gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda dan gaya belajar visual sebagai gaya belajar terbanyak yaitu 47 dari 87 siswa memiliki gaya belajar visual. Selanjutnya, hasil skor kemampuan literasi statistik siswa berada pada kategori rendah yaitu 52 dari 87 siswa dan rata-rata skor seluruh siswa yaitu 47,19. Posisi bangku siswa setiap gaya belajar menghasilkan kategori kemampuan literasi statistik yang berbeda khususnya pada siswa dengan gaya belajar visual dan auditorial, namun siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik tidak memiliki perbedaan pada kategori kemampuan literasi statistik berdasarkan posisi bangku siswa.

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing sangat bergantung pada pendidikan. Sekolah menengah memainkan peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran karena menjalankan fungsi utama dalam dunia pendidikan. Tindakan yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan guru mencapai tujuan pendidikan untuk siswanya dikenal sebagai supervisi akademik. Dengan bantuan supervisi akademik, diharapkan kualitas guru akademik akan meningkat. Untuk memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas, guru harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogik. Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) merupakan sarana meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian mengunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berdasarkan sumber pustaka yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi supervisi akademik melalaui PMM dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik melalui PMM dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Supervisi akademik terdiri dari 3 fase, fase 1 pra observasi, fase 2 observasi dan fase 3 pasca observasi. Tindak lanjut dari supervisi akademik dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan seperti workshop, seminar, komunitas belajar.

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan prioritas utama dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memegang peran strategis sebagai penggerak utama dalam pengelolaan institusi pendidikan, terutama dalam memotivasi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Mlonggo, Kabupaten Jepara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah secara konsisten menerapkan tiga dimensi utama kepemimpinan transformasional: motivasi inspiratif, kesadaran individu, dan stimulasi intelektual. Melalui motivasi inspiratif, kepala sekolah mampu menginspirasi guru untuk mencapai visi bersama. Kesadaran individu diwujudkan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan personal dan profesional guru, sedangkan stimulasi intelektual diberikan melalui pelibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan penyelesaian masalah. Pendekatan ini terbukti meningkatkan komitmen, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja guru secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inovatif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model kepemimpinan pendidikan yang relevan di era modern.

The introduction of professions to children helps children recognize professions that are around, develop thinking skills, and help children prepare for their future. The introduction of professions can be done using Pop Up Book media because of its unique and interesting shape when opened. The type of research is development research using the ADDIE development model.. Data collection used in this research is observation and questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study are based on validity tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The results of the media validator analysis obtained a score of 100% with a very valid category, the material expert scored 94% with a very valid category, and the linguist validator obtained 89% with a very valid category. Practicality test with 1 teacher scored 88% with a very practical category. effectiveness test tested 15 children with a score of 93% with a practical category with an average achievement in the emerging category. Thus pop up book media for the introduction of professions is effective and can be used by teachers and children in Bakti 53 Koto Salak Islamic Kindergarten, Dharmasraya Regency.

This study examines the synergy between leadership and entrepreneurship from the perspective of national defense to strengthen national resilience. The primary objective is to identify how the concepts of leadership and entrepreneurship can contribute to shaping a more resilient national character in social, economic, and political contexts. The methodology employed includes literature studies, interviews, and surveys with relevant stakeholders. The results indicate that the synergy between leadership and entrepreneurship can enhance the ability of the younger generation to innovate, make effective decisions, and contribute to national development. Recommendations proposed include improving educational programs, fostering intergenerational collaboration, and utilizing technology in national defense education. Through these measures, it is expected that national resilience will be strengthened, and Indonesia's youth will be better prepared to face global challenges.

The development of information and communication technology has brought us into the digital era, where information can spread quickly and widely. This progress provides many advantages, such as easy access to information and increased social interaction. However, the digital environment also presents major challenges in the form of the spread of hoaxes and disinformation. This false information not only confuses the public, but can also have negative impacts, such as damaging public trust, triggering social unrest, and even influencing political decisions. This article aims to provide a comprehensive review of the spread of hoaxes and disinformation in the digital world. One of the main factors driving its spread is the low level of digital literacy among the public. In addition, social media algorithms that prioritize sensational content and economic motives behind the spread of fake news are also significant driving factors. Through literature analysis and case studies, this article emphasizes the importance of digital literacy, regulation, and cross-sector collaboration. Individuals, society, government, and digital platforms must work together to combat this phenomenon.

University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) "Veteran" Indonesia has a philosophy reflected in its motto "Widya Mwat Yasa," which comes from Sanskrit and means "Knowledge to be dedicated to society." This philosophy emphasizes the importance of knowledge not solely for individual interests, but also for the welfare of society, the nation, and the state. UPN "Veteran" also has a strong identity as a "campus of national defense," inheriting the spirit of patriotism and devotion from the independence fighters. UPN "Veteran" students are educated to develop their academic potential while internalizing national defense values such as nationalism, discipline, and social responsibility. The philosophy of "Widya Mwat Yasa" serves as the foundation for implementing the three pillars of higher education: research, education, and community service, with the main goal of producing graduates and alumni who are not only academically excellent but also contribute to solving social problems. Service to society is an important aspect of education at UPN "Veteran," as reflected in various programs such as the Community Service Program (KKN) and community empowerment and service activities. With this spirit, UPN "Veteran" remains committed to producing competent future generations who are ready to contribute to the progress of Indonesia.

Corruption is a significant issue that impacts various aspects of society, including economic, social, and political spheres, particularly in Indonesia. Anti-corruption education is viewed as a strategic solution to foster awareness, attitudes, and behaviors against corruption, especially among the younger generation, who are the future leaders of the nation. This study aims to examine the impact of anti-corruption education on the behaviors of young people and to evaluate effective pedagogical approaches for enhancing their awareness and understanding of the dangers of corruption. Previous studies have demonstrated that anti-corruption education improves students' awareness and understanding of principles such as honesty and integrity through both formal educational programs and applications within family settings. However, several challenges—such as a lack of governmental support, limited funding, and inadequate human resources—remain significant barriers to its implementation. This study also seeks to identify effective pedagogical methods that can be integrated into Indonesia's educational curriculum, including group discussions, simulations, and project-based learning. By employing interactive and participatory approaches, this research aims to provide strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption education programs. The findings are expected to support the development of curricula focused on building the character and morality of Indonesia's younger generation, empowering them to become agents of change in eradicating corruption in the future.

Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of demoralization of the nation's generation which occurs due to the low level of moral understanding that has not been obtained since early childhood and the decreasing intensity of Pancasila values in PAUD institutions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the character education model in inclusive PAUD at Alam Ramadhani School. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with a single case study. Data collection techniques using observation and structured interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation of the inclusive PAUD character education model at Alam Ramadhani School is oriented towards strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5) including six dimensions, namely religious values, diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, creativity and innovation with learning activities referring to project-based activities starting from from introduction, contextualization, planning, action and reflection aimed at capacity building for early childhood. Where in practice P5 activities use nature as a medium and learning resource by directly involving all students including ABK. Keywords: Character Education Model, P5, Inclusive PAUD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategis supervisi dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Studi pustaka atau review literatur digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku, artikel, jurnal, dan dokumen relevan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, terutama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Supervisi membantu guru dalam memahami dan menerapkan kurikulum secara efektif, meningkatkan kompetensi profesional, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Selain itu, supervisi juga berperan dalam mengatasi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi kurikulum, seperti kesiapan guru, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan dukungan lingkungan. Dengan demikian, supervisi yang efektif, baik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah maupun pengawas, menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.
