Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, promotion and price on purchasing decisions of Wardah products among ITB ASIA Malang students. This type of research is a quantitative approach research. The population in this study were ITB Asia Malang students. The sample collection technique in this study was Purposive sampling. In this study, to determine the size of the research sample using the Slovin formula. In this study, the sample taken was 85 people. The questionnaire trial consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests which included: normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and there were F tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial). The analysis technique in this study only used multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that: product quality The product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The product quality and price variables together have an effect on purchasing decisions.

The rapid development of this technology affects the quality of education in schools, especially in learning. Through available facilities such as smartphones, networks, projectors, and so on, teachers and students can collaborate learning activities with technology to create a climate of learning. teachers and students can collaborate learning activities with technology in order to create an effective learning climate. learning climate that is effective, efficient, and conducive learning climate. The lack of utilization of history learning media in class X SMAN 1 Badegan which is only limited to Power Point and PDF media, this is what encourages the use of history learning media. and PDF media, this is what encourages the conduct of this research. This research by developing learning media in the form of motion graphic videos based CapCut with the local history material of the entry of Islam in Ponorogo in the 15th century and the development of cultural acculturation in Ponorogo. The research method uses the Research and Development model of Sugiyono. The results of this study show that motion graphic videos as a history learning media has the potential to be applied. With a percentage of 92% for material experts and 80% for media experts. For media testing of students on a small group scale gets a percentage of 83% and for the large group 81%. From the results and validity test the motion graphic video learning media based on CapCut with material on the local history of the entry of Islam in Ponorogo in the 15th century and the development of cultural acculturation has the potential to beapplied in learning history class X SMAN 1 Badegan.

This research aims to improve the development of Moral and Religious Values abilities in students at SDK Bejo through the implementation of religious values. Type of Research The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection uses interview techniques, observation and data collection (documents). The documents collected function as supporting data. The validity of the data can be seen when conducting interviews and observations, namely by checking all activities carried out by educators and students in instilling Catholic religious values in classroom learning. In this research, the teacher invites students to tell stories, play character building roles, get children used to praying before and after studying, praying before and after eating, this increases children's understanding of the religious teachings they adhere to and the religious values they adhere to. provide an example to students and instill characters who are honest, caring, polite, respectful, by providing motivating stories to students, at SDK Bejo. The results of this research show that cooperation between teachers and parents is very important in developing the ability of Religious and Moral values in students at SDK Bejo. The value of religion is to grow faith and love for God. These values are very necessary to become the basis for early childhood in carrying out activities at the next age stage. In general, there is a positive impact that has a big influence on children's religious development, namely children become more diligent in reading the Holy Bible, praying more diligently and knowing God better.

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the results of applying mother tongue-based story telling techniques in increasing reading literacy in class V students at SDK Majamere. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this research were 19 grade V students at SDK Majamere and the object of the research was increasing reading literacy through story telling techniques based on their mother tongue. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, tests and documentation. In this research, a posttest instrument was used which was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Data was analyzed using quantitative data to determine the posttest results, while qualitative data was used to analyze the observation sheet. The results showed a significant increase from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I the average class score was still low with an average of 40.27 and a completion percentage of 21.06%. In the implementation of cycle II, the results increased, namely a class average of 85.78 and a completion percentage of 78.94% with an increase in the class average from cycle I to cycle II of 45.51. Story telling techniques based on mother tongue can be said to be effective in increasing students' reading literacy and deepening understanding of the content of the texts they read.

This research aims to evaluate the pedagogical competence of lecturers at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. This research is qualitative research with emphasis on the CIPP evaluation model. The data in this research was obtained from documents, interviews and research questionnaires. The focus of this research is lecturers' pedagogical competence in managing a safe and comfortable learning environment, effective student-centered learning and assessment, and student-centered feedback. Based on the results of research assessing the capabilities of lecturers at Buana Perjuangan University through the CIPP model evaluation, the results showed that the pedagogical competence of lecturers at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang, was very good. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan awal pengembangan bahan ajar sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan instrumen penelitian berupa analisis dokumen penilaian, wawancara, dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data awal diketahui bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas IV mata pelajaran IPAS di SD Negeri Kramatjegu 1 masih rendah. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan oleh materi pembelajaran IPA yang kompleks, terbatasnya jumlah kalender akademik, dan kurangnya variasi bahan ajar sehingga memicu partisipasi aktif dari siswa. Bahan ajar yang sering digunakan adalah buku teks pemerintah dan handout dari berbagai penerbit. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan metode Game Based Learning yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran IPAS sehingga hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkatkan dan menurunkan tindakan bullying.

Thematic methods of da'wah in Qur'anic interpretation have become a significant approach in enhancing the understanding and delivery of Islamic teachings more effectively and relevantly in the context of modern times. This article aims to explore the advantages of thematic da'wah methods in Qur'anic interpretation, focusing on a critical analysis of their contributions to Islamic teaching and preaching. Through the thematic approach, Qur'anic verses related to a specific topic are collected and comprehensively analyzed, resulting in a more holistic and thorough understanding. This study identifies several key advantages of the thematic da'wah method, including the ability to systematically link verses, enhance the relevance of da'wah messages in contemporary contexts, and facilitate deeper understanding of specific themes in the Qur'an. Moreover, this method allows interpreters to integrate various scientific disciplines in their interpretation, producing a richer and more multidimensional exegesis. Thus, the thematic da'wah method in Qur'anic interpretation not only enriches the exegesis literature but also makes a significant contribution to improving the effectiveness of Islamic preaching. This research examines the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and academic supervision on teacher performance at the Raudhatul Athfal School, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. Some of the problems faced regarding teacher performance include the teacher's inability to prepare lessons, manage the class well, and use varied learning strategies, which leads to boring learning for students. The purpose of this research is to determine and test the influence of: (1) leadership style on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction, and (5) academic supervision of teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach, and data is collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.2 and structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, (2) leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, (4) academic supervision does not have a positive effect on satisfaction teacher work, and (5) academic supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance. The implications of this research indicate that improving leadership styles and effective academic supervision can contribute to improving teacher performance, although academic supervision does not directly affect job satisfaction.

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to map the global research trends on organizational culture within educational organizations. The analysis identifies a significant growth in scholarly publications on this subject, indicating an escalating academic interest over time. The research output is geographically concentrated, with the United States, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia emerging as the predominant contributors to the literature. Through the examination of these publications, the study delineates the central themes and evolving trends that characterize the current discourse on organizational culture in the educational sector. The findings suggest a dynamic field of study with diverse areas ripe for further investigation. This work not only provides a valuable overview of the existing research landscape but also serves as a guide for future scholarly endeavors in understanding the complexities of organizational culture in educational settings.

Pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter dalam setiap mata pelajaran terkesan hanya menempelkan butir-butir karakter. Salah sati cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui pendidikan karakter terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang berfokus pada pembelajaran IPA materi Tata Surya kelas VI. Tujuan untuk mendiskripsikan efektivitas metode Snowball throwing berbantuan audio visual guna meningkatkan kerja sama dan pemecahan masalah materi tata surya kelas VI. Sampel yang digunakan SD berkategori baik, sedang, dan kurang sebanyak 3 SD dengan tehnik rundom sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, angket, dan tes. Proses pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 16. Pembelajaran yang telah teruji valid, reliabel, praktis dengan skor rata-rata 4,30 kategori sangat baik. Tes Kemampuan Kerjasama dan Memecahkan Masalah (TKMM) untuk kelas kontrol 0,439 atau 43,9 % lebih dari 5% dan kelas eksperimen adalah 0,585 atau 58,5% lebih dari 5%, t hitung 7,25 > t tabel 1,67. Dapat disimpulkan dengan menggunakan metode snowball trhowing berbantuan audio visual guna menigkatkan kerja sama dan pemecahan masalah materi tata surya kelas 6 lebih baik.
