Abstract

Implementasi manajemen pendidikan inklusif dalam perspektif Tafsir Al-Mishbah terhadap Q.S. ‘Abasa Ayat 1–10 dengan landasan bahwa pendidikan inklusif merupakan mandat etik, sosial, dan spiritual yang menegaskan hak setara setiap individu untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang bermartabat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis nilai Qur’ani yang terkandung dalam ayat tersebut sebagai dasar penguatan manajemen pendidikan inklusif serta merumuskan model implementatif yang mengintegrasikan nilai keadilan (‘adl), kesetaraan (musāwah), dan kasih sayang (raḥmah) ke dalam kerangka manajemen POAC dan pendekatan Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka melalui analisis tafsir tematik, penguatan teori manajemen, serta sintesis literatur pendidikan modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Q.S. ‘Abasa Ayat 1–10 memberikan fondasi etik anti-diskriminasi yang menegaskan pemuliaan martabat pencari ilmu tanpa memandang kondisi fisik maupun status sosial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Qur’ani dapat dioperasionalkan melalui perencanaan kurikulum adaptif, pengorganisasian layanan inklusif, pelaksanaan pembelajaran empatik, dan pengawasan berbasis indikator keadilan serta pengalaman belajar bermakna. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai Qur’ani, POAC, dan UDL menghadirkan model manajemen pendidikan inklusif yang humanis, sistematis, aplikatif, serta mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara idealitas kebijakan dan praktik nyata di lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and provide an in-depth analysis of Islamic Religious Education and Ecological Awareness: the Transformation of Green Pesantren Education in Realizing a Zero-Waste Boarding School at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo. This study employed a qualitative research approach using a case study design. The research was conducted at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo, from September to November 2025. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the transformation toward a green pesantren is manifested through the integration of Islamic and ecological values within the pesantren education curriculum, a paradigm shift in Islamic Religious Education learning toward a green pesantren orientation, innovation in environmentally based (ecological) Islamic Religious Education learning, the implementation of a clean pesantren through sanitation and environmental hygiene management, the establishment of an Integrated Waste Management Facility, and the development of green pesantren initiatives through tree planting and garden creation.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan manajemen kurikulum berbasis kompetensi di sekolah dasar dan dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kurikulum berbasis kompetensi mengedepankan pencapaian kompetensi dalam berbagai aspek, seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum ini, karena guru tidak hanya menyampaikan materi, tetapi juga membimbing siswa untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang dipelajari dalam kehidupan nyata. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Artikel ini juga membahas berbagai faktor pendukung dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh sekolah, guru, dan siswa dalam proses penerapan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dalam implementasinya.

Abstract

The deep learning approach in the learning process of Mutiara Early Childhood Education students at SKB Kota Cilegon focuses on cognitive development, fine motor skills, and active participation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving students aged 4-6 years through three learning sessions with the themes “Air vehicles” and “Colestical Objects”. Data were collected through observations, student worksheet, post-learning evaluations, and documentation. Learning activities included writing exercises, paper folding projects (making airplanes and helicopter), and making rainbows from colored paper. The result showrd that deep learning approach had a positive impact on students cognitive abilities, with students being able to answer questions correctly during the evaluation. Students became more actively involved in learning activities, showed increased curiosity, and experienced better fine motor development through project-based activities. Visual media in the form of worksheets containing colored images proved effective in helping students acquire information quickly. However, implementation challenges remain, including limited acces to teacher training, inadequate infrastructure,and a curriculum that is not aligned with deep learning principles. The deep learning approach has proven effective in improving the quality of early childhood learning through active, collaborative, and meaningful learning experiences, although its optimization requires the support of teacher competency, an appropriate curriculum, and adequate facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance and implications of a holistic approach to elementary education in the digital era, with a particular focus on strengthening self-regulated learning (SRL) among Alpha Generation students. The urgency of this topic arises from the shifting learning characteristics of today’s elementary learners, who are highly immersed in digital technology, visually oriented, fast-paced, and require flexible and responsive learning environments. Using a systematic literature review method, this research analyzed 37 national and international articles published between 2015 and 2025. Data were collected from electronic databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, DOAJ, and SINTA, followed by content analysis to identify patterns, themes, and key findings. The results show that holistic education integrated with digital learning contributes significantly to the development of cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual competencies. Moreover, digital learning platforms provide opportunities for students to plan, monitor, and evaluate their learning processes independently, aligning with the core dimensions of SRL. The reviewed literature consistently indicates that the combination of holistic pedagogy and digital tools enhances students’ engagement, critical thinking, creativity, and autonomy. Findings from supporting data at SDN 25 Sungai Sirah Hilir further confirm that holistic-digital learning improves critical thinking skills with a moderate N-Gain score. Overall, this study highlights the importance of implementing holistic approaches in digital-based elementary education as a strategic effort to optimize SRL development for the Alpha Generation.

Abstract

This study aims to improve descriptive writing skills through a differentiated learning model for 5th-grade students at SDN 007 Long Mesangat. The type of research used is classroom action research. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN 007 Long Mesangat in the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 25 students, including 13 male students and 12 female students. The factors studied were student factors and learning outcomes in descriptive text writing through a differentiated learning model. Data collection methods included observation, testing, and documentation. Class Action Research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, which consisted of three meetings. The conclusion from the research results and discussion was that the differentiated learning model could increase the activities of teachers and students and improve learning outcomes in writing descriptive texts. This was evidenced by the achievement of students' descriptive text writing results in Cycle I Meeting I, which was 57%, Cycle I Meeting II, which was 67%, Cycle I Meeting III, which was 70%, Cycle II Meeting I, which was 73%, Cycle II Meeting II, which was 80%, and Cycle II Meeting III, which was 90%. Abstract

Peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Siswa Kelas I melalui Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) SD Negeri Kedungpane 01 Semarang.” Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas PGRI Semarang, 2025. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I, yang ditunjukkan oleh kesulitan mengenali huruf, kurang tepat dalam mengeja, membaca dengan terbata-bata, serta lemahnya pemahaman terhadap isi bacaan. Selain itu, pembelajaran di kelas masih berpusat pada guru dan belum melibatkan media serta strategi yang mampu mengaktifkan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD Negeri Kedungpane 01 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa kelas I semester genap tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes kemampuan membaca permulaan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penilaian mengacu pada empat aspek membaca permulaan, yaitu pengenalan huruf, kemampuan mengeja, kelancaran membaca, dan pemahaman isi bacaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan setelah diterapkannya PBL. Nilai rata-rata pra-siklus sebesar 2,18 meningkat menjadi 2,83 pada siklus I, dan kembali meningkat menjadi 3,48 pada siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut didukung oleh hasil observasi aktivitas siswa yang menunjukkan keterlibatan yang lebih tinggi dalam membaca, berdiskusi, serta memahami isi bacaan. Dengan demikian, penerapan Model Problem Based Learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I SD Negeri Kedungpane 01 Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the bowling game program in developing early childhood numeracy literacy skills at TK Pertiwi 1 Dukuhwaluh. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the bowling game program was implemented through well-structured planning, collaborative organization, meaningful and enjoyable implementation, and continuous program control based on the principle of continuous improvement. Children showed improvement in recognizing numbers, counting, and making simple quantity comparisons. The conclusion is that the bowling game can be an effective strategy in early childhood numeracy learning. Keywords: bowling game, early childhood, numeracy literacy, learning management

Abstract

With the development of technology in today's digital era, social media has become a very effective means of conveying information quickly, widely, and interactively. Alfamidi, as part of a modern retail network, not only focuses on product sales but also strives to build a positive and professional work culture among its employees. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the Instagram account @alfamidigemabudaya_bekasi and identify the challenges faced in the content production process. This internship at PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk aims to analyze the Instagram content management strategy implemented by social media specialists in introducing the work culture of Alfamidi Bekasi Branch employees and to analyze the tasks of social media specialists in increasing engagement through Instagram @alfamidigemabudaya_bekasi using the Uses and Gratifications (U&G) theory. The research method employed a qualitative approach through observation, active participation, interviews, and literature review during the four-month internship. The research results indicate that the communication strategy of @alfamidigemabudaya_bekasi has been effective in strengthening internal branding and fostering a sense of camaraderie among employees. However, optimization is still needed in technical aspects to make social media management more effective, professional, and impactful. Nevertheless, there are still several challenges in its implementation. The results of the study show that the communication strategy of @alfamidigemabudaya_bekasi has been effective in strengthening internal branding and building a spirit of togetherness among employees, although optimization is still needed in technical aspects so that social media management becomes more effective, professional, and has a wider impact. However, in its implementation, there are still several challenges that hinder daily content production and reduce the effectiveness of content production on Instagram @alfamidigemabudaya_bekasi. These include limited human resources and a lack of content production facilities such as cameras, lighting, and editing equipment, which are needed to produce more professional and time-efficient content, as well as the lack of social media talent skills among store employees and their workload, which overlaps with their other main tasks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the Wheel of Fortune media can improve the learning process of students at Al-Fattah Islamic Elementary School Payo Lebar Singkut. This study uses a qualitative approach, which will be implemented at Al-Fattah Islamic Elementary School Payo Lebar Singkut in the period of September 8 to October 22, 2025. The tools used to collect data are observation, surveys, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, consolidation, processing, and extraction. The results of the study indicate that the use of Wheel of Fortune media in the learning process can assist teachers in carrying out their duties. The benefits of using this media can be seen from the increased enthusiasm and motivation of students in participating in the learning process. The increase in students' enthusiasm for learning is reflected in the values ​​​​of the tasks they complete, with indicators including: students become more enthusiastic in learning, more active, feel happier, and do not feel bored in the learning process. Students also pay more attention to teachers and more easily remember the information presented.
