Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh metode kerja kelompok terhadap keaktifan peserta didik, (2) pengaruh metode kerja kelompok terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik, dan (3) hubungan antara keaktifan dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada materi tumbuhan kelas V SD Negeri Gunungjaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental tipe pretest-posttest with control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Gunungjaya sebagai kelompok eksperimen (14 siswa) dan SD Negeri Indrajaya 01 sebagai kelompok kontrol (15 siswa). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi keaktifan dan tes kognitif (pretest-posttest). Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas Levene, dan uji-t independen dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) metode kerja kelompok berpengaruh positif terhadap keaktifan peserta didik dengan 85,7% siswa kelompok eksperimen mencapai kategori baik dan sangat baik; (2) metode kerja kelompok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 71,42 menjadi 82,26 dan N-gain 0,50 (kategori sedang); (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara keaktifan dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik.

This research aims to determine: (1) the implementation of learning using the Brainstorming method assisted by Pop Up learning media, (2) students' creative thinking abilities before and after the treatment in the experimental class, and (3) the effect of using the Brainstorming method assisted by Pop Up learning media on students' creative thinking abilities in the IPAS subject for grade V at UPT SPF SD Negeri Kompleks IKIP 1. The research problem is based on the low creative thinking abilities of students in IPAS learning, which have not been fully facilitated through learning methods and media that encourage student activity and idea development. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research population consists of all grade V students at UPT SPF SD Negeri Kompleks IKIP 1, totaling 62 students. The research sample was determined using Purposive Sampling technique, with class VB (31 students) as the experimental group and class VA (31 students) as the control group. Research data were collected through observation of learning implementation and creative thinking ability tests in the form of pretest and posttest. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the Independent Sample T-Test. The research results show that: (1) the implementation of learning using the Brainstorming method assisted by Pop Up learning media is in the very good category, (2) students' creative thinking abilities in the experimental class improved from the sufficient category on the pretest to the high category on the posttest, and (3) the Independent Sample T-Test results indicate that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value at a 5% significance level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Brainstorming method assisted by Pop Up learning media affects students' creative thinking abilities in the IPAS subject for grade V at UPT SPF SD Negeri Kompleks IKIP 1.

The low level of students’ participation and appreciation of art at the elementary school level remains a challenge in arts education, particularly in traditional music learning. Arts instruction that is limited to intramural activities often fails to provide meaningful and sustainable learning experiences for students. One effort to address this issue is through culture-based extracurricular activities, such as angklung. This study aims to describe the implementation of best practices in angklung extracurricular activities to enhance students’ participation and art appreciation at SD Muhammadiyah Kronggahan. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving extracurricular instructors, students, school administrators, and related stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of best practices in angklung extracurricular activities supported by mandatory participation policies, regular practice schedules, certified instructors, adequate facilities, and strong support from parents and the community successfully increased students’ active participation and fostered their appreciation of art and local culture. These outcomes were also reflected in students’ consistent achievements in various regional competitions. Therefore, well-managed and professionally implemented angklung extracurricular activities can serve as a model of best practice for strengthening arts education in elementary schools.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan regresi linier sederhana dalam penelitian pendidikan dasar melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pencarian dan seleksi artikel ilmiah dari database akademik terkemuka, dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi tertentu, serta analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi penggunaan regresi linier sederhana dalam studi pendidikan dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi linier sederhana sangat efektif digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel, seperti pengaruh faktor lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai bidang penerapan, termasuk evaluasi program pendidikan dan analisis faktor penentu keberhasilan belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa regresi linier sederhana merupakan alat statistik yang relevan dan mudah diterapkan dalam penelitian pendidikan dasar. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti dan pendidik dalam memilih metode analisis statistik yang tepat untuk studi mereka.

This study examines the integration of Aristotelian ethics and Bugis philosophical values in the pedagogy of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in the local context of Pinrang, South Sulawesi. The main problem of this study lies in the limited EFL learning model that systematically accommodates local ethical and cultural dimensions, so that learning tends to be technical-linguistic oriented and does not touch the formation of students' character. This research aims to construct an EFL pedagogical framework based on virtue ethics and Bugis local wisdom as an alternative to a more humanistic and contextual learning paradigm. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with the method of philosophical inquiry through conceptual analysis and literature studies of relevant classical and contemporary works. The findings of the study show that the concepts of phronesis, arete, and eudaimonia in Aristotelian ethics have a conceptual correspondence with the values of siri', sipakatau, and sipakalebbi in the Bugis tradition. The integration of the two frameworks results in a conceptual model of EFL pedagogy that is oriented towards the development of communicative competencies as well as character building. This study concludes that a philosophical approach based on local values has the potential to enrich the philosophy and paradigm of EFL in the context of language education in Indonesia.

Feminisme adalah suatu trend peradaban yang mengarah pada persamaan disegala bidang kehidupan, tanpa diskriminasi karena perbedaan jenis kelamin. Ia adalah cikal bakal atau induk dari gerakan-gerakan pembebasan perempuan. Apa yang diharapkannya, adalah bagaimana perempuan dapat mengaktualisasikan dirinya secara utuh. Untuk perjuangan jangka panjang, gerakan feminism diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan dampak positif dan meminimalisir dampak negatif sehingga perempuan dapat mengaktualisasikan dirinya secara utuh. Feminisme dengan berbagai definisi dan dasar yang berbeda dirumuskan sebagai perjuangan menuju keseimbangan hak antara laki- laki dan perempuan. Secara garis besar, ini mengacu pada kesadaran seseorang untuk mencegah sub-ordinasi terhadap perempuan. Sifat dan aktivitas feminisme dibedakan menjadi empat jenis, yaitu. feminisme liberal, faminisme radikal, feminisme marxis, dan feminisme sosialis. Perkembangan teknologi digital, globalisasi informasi, dan perubahan sosial yang cepat telah melahirkan disrupsi yang berdampak langsung pada perilaku keberagamaan dan orientasi nilai peserta didik, termasuk munculnya kecenderungan spiritualitas individual, relativisme moral, serta melemahnya otoritas keilmuan dan nilai-nilai transendental dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan merevitalisasi nilai-nilai transendental seperti tauhid, adab, akhlak, dan tazkiyatun nafs sebagai formulasi arah baru pendidikan Islam kontemporer yang relevan dengan tantangan era digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan melalui analisis isi terhadap literatur primer dan sekunder terkait disrupsi sosial, nilai spiritual Islam, dan dinamika keberagamaan generasi muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai transendental dengan kesadaran kritis mampu membentuk paradigma Pendidikan Islam Kritis-Transendental yang tidak hanya memperkuat spiritualitas, tetapi juga membangun kemampuan analitis peserta didik terhadap bias media, hegemoni narasi digital, serta krisis moral. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penguatan nilai transendental berkontribusi pada stabilitas psikologis, ketahanan moral, dan pembentukan karakter etis di ruang digital. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan urgensi reorientasi pendidikan Islam menuju model yang adaptif terhadap disrupsi, namun tetap berakar kuat pada fondasi spiritual dan transendentalnya.

This study aims to analyze the social order on Jl. Pintu Air Sisingamangaraja, Medan Kota District, by examining the social structure, interaction patterns, economic activities, and dynamics of community life formed in this densely populated urban environment. Using a qualitative approach through field observations, interviews with community leaders and local residents, and documentation reviews, this study attempts to provide a comprehensive picture of the developing social relations, the level of cohesion among residents, and the influence of the physical conditions of the environment on community social behavior. The research findings indicate that the social order in this area is formed through a combination of cultural factors, the informal economy, and the proximity of settlements that encourage intensive social interaction, but also give rise to several challenges such as spatial irregularities, economic competition, and diversity of social backgrounds. Nevertheless, the community is still able to build forms of social adaptation through kinship networks, neighborhood cooperation, and mutual cooperation practices that serve to maintain social stability amidst the ongoing changes and developments in urban areas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII dan IX SMP Negeri 2 Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 380 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebanyak 66 peserta didik yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket skala Likert dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment dan koefisien Cronbach Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS melalui analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry yang meliputi inquiry terbimbing, inquiry bebas, dan inquiry bebas yang dimodifikasi berada pada kategori sedang. Minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam juga berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar peserta didik, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,716 menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry memberikan kontribusi sebesar 71,6% terhadap minat belajar peserta didik, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Makassar.

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in second-grade students at SDN No. 100615 Sigalangan in the topic of integer arithmetic operations using the RME Model. The methodology applied in this study is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model which took place in two cycles, involving 19 students from second grade. The results of the study showed significant growth and overall achievement. The successful implementation of RME learning by teachers obtained an average score of 3.51 (Well Met), supported by very positive student responses with an average reaching 88.42%. The improvement in learning outcomes is seen from the surge in the percentage of classical completeness which increased from 52.63% (Cycle I - Poor) to 94.73% in Cycle II (Very Good Category), with an average post-test score increasing to 90.52. Therefore, the implementation of the RME Model has proven effective and successful in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of second- grade students at SDN No. 100615 Sigalangan.
