Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi financial distress PT Mahaka Medika Tbk selama periode 2020–2024 dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dan Ohlson O-Score. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT Mahaka Medika Tbk mengalami kondisi financial distress yang signifikan, khususnya pada periode 2021–2022, yang ditandai dengan nilai Z-Score berada pada zona distress serta probabilitas kebangkrutan yang tinggi berdasarkan Ohlson O-Score. Meskipun terjadi perbaikan nilai Z-Score dan penurunan probabilitas kebangkrutan pada periode 2023–2024, perusahaan belum sepenuhnya keluar dari kondisi financial distress, karena nilai Z-Score masih berada pada grey zone dan indikator arus kas operasi serta profitabilitas menunjukkan kelemahan struktural. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perbaikan kinerja keuangan yang terjadi lebih mencerminkan fase early recovery yang bersifat rapuh (fragile recovery), bukan pemulihan keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur financial distress di Indonesia dengan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan simultan model Altman Z-Score dan Ohlson O-Score memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif dalam mendeteksi risiko kebangkrutan, khususnya pada sektor media yang mengalami disrupsi teknologi

Abstract

Mental health is an essential aspect of life, particularly for correctional inmates who face high psychological stress. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a group counseling-based guidance and counseling program in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression among inmates at Class III Rangkasbitung Prison. The study employed a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, involving active collaboration between researchers, prison officers, and inmates. The sample consisted of 32 early adult inmates selected through purposive sampling, and psychological conditions were measured using the DASS-21 instrument. The program was implemented through several stages, including needs analysis, collaboration, program planning, delivery of classical guidance, group guidance, group counseling, individual counseling, and evaluation. The results indicated a significant increase in participants categorized as normal across all three psychological variables, alongside the reduction or elimination of moderate and severe categories after program implementation. These findings demonstrate that guidance and counseling services are effective in strengthening mental health, managing stress and anxiety, and reducing depression among inmates. The program highlights the importance of correctional institutions as rehabilitative spaces that integrate punitive and psychosocial development aspects and is recommended for sustainable implementation as a model for mental health intervention in correctional settings. Abstract

This study analyzes the literature on the Implementation of Moderation in Varios Differences in Islamic Organizations by offering an innovative persuasive approach to religious moderation to increase the sense of Moderation in living life.The reseach uses the Systematic Literatur Review approach with the she stages of determining the theme sarching,selecting literature, analyzing and interpreting, drafting preparation, and dissemination of result. The research conducted used 15 articles from a selection of 30 studies on four things, namely, implementation, challenges, innovation, and evaluation. Although various Islamic organizations, such as Nahdatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, play an important role in promoting religious moderation through education, interreligious dialogue, and social activities, there is still a narrative of Extremism. Asystematic evaluation of these programs is aalso important to measure their effectiveness and impact on social harmony, so that it is hoped that it can create a more harmonious and respectful society in the midst of diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the cognitive and emotional challenges experienced by students in digital era learning from an educational psychology perspective within the context of an Islamic secondary school. The rapid integration of digital technology into education has significantly influenced how students maintain attention, process information, and regulate emotions under increasing academic demands. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in depth interviews, classroom observations of digital-based learning, and document analysis, and were analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings indicate that students face substantial cognitive challenges, including reduced learning focus, digital distractions, and increased cognitive load due to media multitasking. In addition, emotional challenges emerged in the form of academic stress, performance anxiety, mental fatigue, and fluctuating learning motivation. These results highlight the crucial role of teachers as learning facilitators and psychological guides, as well as the role of schools as regulatory and supportive environments in managing digital technology use. The study underscores the importance of low-distraction instructional design, emotional regulation support, and the integration of Islamic values to promote students’ psychological well-being and learning quality in the digital era.

Abstract

Self-confidence is a crucial aspect in elementary school student development, particularly in fostering courage, independence, and active participation during learning. Initial findings at SD Negeri 1 Weleri, though, showed that certain fourth-graders still struggled with self-confidence, demonstrated by their reluctance to share thoughts, anxiety when presenting, and passive engagement in class. This highlights the necessity for teachers to offer increased support and encouragement to help students acknowledge their strengths. Consequently, this research seeks to thoroughly investigate the self-confidence levels of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Weleri, assess the strategies teachers employ to nurture this confidence, and pinpoint factors that either aid or impede its development within the school setting. A qualitative research approach, utilizing a descriptive design, was adopted. Participants included fourth-grade teachers, the school principal, and the students themselves. Data was gathered through document analysis, direct observation, and detailed interviews. The validity of the data was established through source triangulation and participant verification. An interactive data analysis model encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion formation was used. The study’s findings are expected to enhance teachers’ understanding of how to create a secure, comfortable, and encouraging learning atmosphere, enabling students to feel appreciated, express themselves freely, and develop self-confidence as a crucial component of their overall development.

Abstract

This research aims to deeply examine the history of the SD 2 Honggosoco educational institution, describe the process of implementing arts and culture learning, and analyze the supporting and hindering factors in the implementation of arts and culture learning. This research uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach. The research subjects are the fifth-grade teachers of SD 2 Honggosoco. Data collection techniques were carried out thru observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the implementation of Arts and Culture learning in class V at SD 2 Honggosoco has been carried out according to the planning, implementation, and assessment stages based on the Merdeka Curriculum, with the application of project-based learning that actively involves students in art practice activities. Factors supporting the implementation of Arts and Culture learning include student enthusiasm, teacher creativity in using teaching methods and media, and school support in providing simple tools and materials. As for the inhibiting factors found, they are the limited learning time, inadequate art practice facilities and materials, and the lack of teacher training regarding the implementation of the art and culture learning model. This research is expected to serve as a basis for evaluation and reference in improving the quality of Arts and Culture learning implementation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This type of research is a Pre-Experimental design study using a one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP IT CHENG HOO consisting of 1 class consisting of 9 students. So the sample in this study was taken from the entire population of 9 students using a total sampling technique. The results of data analysis showed that the pre-test score of eighth grade students was 8, increasing to 8.78 in the post-test score of eighth grade students. After the use of podcast media, there was a difference between before and after treatment on the listening skills of eighth grade students of SMP IT CHENG HOO. Based on the results of the hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, which showed that the significance value was smaller than the significance level (0.014 <0.05) then H_0 was rejected and H_1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there are similarities in the pre-test and post-test values, which means that the use of podcast media is effective in the listening skills of eighth grade students of SMP IT CHENG HOO.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of school environmental management as a strategy to increase student learning motivation at Budi Asih Elementary School, Bandung, based on George R. Terry's management theory, which encompasses the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study used a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and structured interviews with the principal, teachers, and students. The results indicate that school environmental management has been implemented, but it has not been running optimally and in a structured manner. Planning is not yet written down, organization is still informal, implementation is inconsistent, and supervision is not supported by a clear evaluation and reward system. Nevertheless, a clean and comfortable school environment has a positive impact on student learning motivation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of management functions systematically and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan konstruktivisme dengan metode eksperimen terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 13 Medan pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI Jurusan Bisnis Ritel di sekolah SMK Negeri 13 Medan yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest dan Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan jumlah populasi 34 siswa. Hasil analisis data menggunakan hipotesis dengan mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh pendekatan konstruktivisme dengan metode eksperimen terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pendekatan kosntruktivisme dengan metode eksperimen yang memberikan dampak positif dalam pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pendekatan ini dapat mendorong siswa secara aktif, membangun pengetahuannya secara mandiri melalui pengalaman dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of educational services has become a major challenge for local governments in the era of regional autonomy, particularly regarding the effectiveness of bureaucratic performance. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Education Office bureaucracy in Purwakarta Regency in supporting the improvement of educational service quality. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document review. Research informants included structural officials, staff of the Education Office, and educational service users at the school level, selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that the Education Office bureaucracy has implemented programs to improve service quality through procedural simplification, policy adjustments according to local needs, and coordination with educational units. However, challenges were identified, including limited human resource capacity, suboptimal internal coordination, disparities in service responsiveness across regions, and irregular outcome-based performance evaluation. The study concludes that strengthening the performance management system, enhancing human resource capacity, and improving cross-unit coordination mechanisms are crucial factors in enhancing bureaucratic effectiveness and service quality. These findings provide a basis for developing strategies to create a more responsive and sustainable educational bureaucracy.
