This study aims to analyze the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by MoBa Raksa media on students conceptual understanding and responsibility attitudes in elementary school. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri Susukan 01, consisting of an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected using tests, observations, and questionnaires. The test technique was used to measure students’ conceptual understanding before and after the implementation of the learning model. Observation was conducted to examine the implementation of the CORE learning model and students’ responsibility attitudes during the learning process, while questionnaires were used to measure students’ responsibility attitudes quantitatively. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tests, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent sample t-tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in students’ conceptual understanding between the class taught using the CORE learning model assisted by MoBa Raksa media and the class taught using conventional learning. Furthermore, the findings show a positive and significant effect of the CORE learning model assisted by MoBa Raksa media on students’ responsibility attitudes. These results suggest that integrating the CORE learning model with educational game-based media can create an active, meaningful, and student-centered learning environment. Therefore, the CORE learning model assisted by MoBa Raksa media is effective as an alternative instructional approach to improve students conceptual understanding and responsibility attitudes in elementary schools.

This thesis is motivated by the concern of Quran and Hadith teachers regarding the low Quran reading ability of eighth-grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sa'adah Pelawan, Sarolangun Regency. This condition is a serious problem for teachers because the ability to read the Quran is a basic competency that every student must possess. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which refers to the Kemmis and Mc Tangar model, namely with the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted collaboratively, where the researcher acted within the classroom and was assisted by the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teacher and colleagues in observation and documentation activities. The results of this study indicate an increase in each cycle. In Cycle I, the observation results of teacher activity in the first meeting were 45% and increased to 59% in the second meeting. Furthermore, in Cycle II, there was another increase, namely 70% in the first meeting and reaching 80% in the second meeting. This increase is in line with the results of student activity observations, where in Cycle I the value obtained was 54% and increased to 81% in Cycle II. In addition, an increase was also seen in students' ability to read the Qur'an. In Cycle I, there were 8 students or (53.33%) who achieved the minimum mastery criteria (KKM). In Cycle II, the increase obtained was very significant, with the number of students who achieved mastery increasing to 13 students or (86.66%). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the talaqqi method has proven capable of improving students' ability to read the Quran in Quran Hadith lessons for class VIII at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sa'adah Pelawan, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of attendance and active learning methods on the economic learning outcomes of grade X.1 students at SMA Negeri 25 Bone. Attendance and active learning methods are two critical factors presumed to influence student achievement. High absenteeism can reduce learning opportunities, while the implementation of active learning methods is believed to enhance student participation, motivation, and understanding during the instructional process. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 29 students from class X. Data analysis results showed an increase in the average learning outcome score from a pretest of 53.68 to a posttest of 83.45. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a value of t = -14.274 with a p\text{-value} < 0.001$, indicating that the difference is statistically significant. Consequently, it can be concluded that attendance and the application of active learning methods have a significant influence on improving students' economic learning outcomes. This study supports previous findings emphasizing the importance of active student engagement in learning to achieve optimal results.

This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and hand-eye coordination to the underhand passing of volleyball at SMAN 1 Candipuro. The method used is the correlational method. The research sample consisted of 20 people. The research instruments used were push-ups, throwing and catching the ball and underhand passing of volleyball. The research hypothesis: 1) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and underhand passing, 2) there is a relationship between hand-eye coordination and underhand passing, 3) there is a relationship between arm muscle strength and hand-eye coordination to underhand passing. The results of the study showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and underhand passing (r count = 0.504 > r table = 0.468), 2) there is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination and underhand passing (r count = 0.507 > r table = 0.468), 3) Simultaneously, arm muscle strength and hand-eye coordination to underhand passing (r count = 0.750 > r table = 0.468) and a contribution of 56.35%.

Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in elementary schools plays a very important role in developing students’ logical, critical, and creative thinking skills in understanding various natural and social phenomena occurring in their surrounding environment. However, in its implementation at the elementary school level, various problems are still found, particularly related to the low level of students’ creativity during IPAS learning. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Project-Based Learning model on improving students’ creativity in IPAS learning for Grade V at SDN 14 Banda Aceh, as well as to describe the level of students’ creativity after the implementation of the learning model. This research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a One Group Pre-test–Post-test Design. The research subjects involved all 22 students of Grade V A at SDN 14 Banda Aceh. Data were collected through a creativity test administered before the treatment (pretest) and after the treatment (posttest). The obtained data were then analyzed using the Paired Sample t-Test, preceded by prerequisite tests in the form of normality and homogeneity tests. The results of the data analysis using statistical software showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the alternative hypothesis was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Project-Based Learning model has a significant effect on improving students’ creativity in IPAS learning for Grade V at SDN 14 Banda Aceh

This study aims to describe teacher strategies in developing writing skills and Islamic literacy for students aged 5–6 years at Tadika Anakku Sholeh, Selangor, Malaysia. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed with data collected through observation of 12 learning sessions, in-depth interviews with the principal and three classroom teachers, and documentation analysis of 15 students' writing products. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Findings reveal that teachers consistently applied basic Islamic writing strategies hijaiyah letters, Islamic words (Allah SWT, Prophet), and daily prayers with 100% frequency. However, creative strategies such as game-based writing and copying short verses were only implemented by 33% of teachers, indicating varying adaptive capacities. Students' writing skills achieved "good" category (average 3.13/4.00) for letter formation, word writing, and accuracy, while neatness remained at "fair-good" level (2.80) due to fine motor development limitations. Supporting factors included the Islamic school environment, teacher creativity in utilizing simple media (sand, flour), and management support. Hindering factors comprised limited variety of Islamic writing media, minimal teacher training, and diverse parental expectations. The study concludes that teacher strategies represent creative adaptation where teacher resilience compensates for infrastructure and training limitations in early childhood Islamic literacy development.

Learning Pancasila Education Using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model Assisted by Adobe Flash Media in Grade V of SDN 14 Gurun Laweh, Padang City. Undergraduate Thesis. Faculty of Education. Universitas Negeri Padang. This research was motivated by field conditions indicating low student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education. This situation occurred because teachers had not implemented varied learning models and students’ understanding of the learning material was still not optimal, resulting in low student participation during the learning process. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the improvement of students’ learning outcomes in Pancasila Education through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Adobe Flash media in Grade V of SDN 14 Gurun Laweh, Padang City. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I consisting of two meetings and Cycle II consisting of one meeting. Each cycle was implemented through four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instruments included observation sheets, tests, and non-test instruments. The research subjects were the teacher and 24 Grade V students of SDN 14 Gurun Laweh, Padang City, consisting of 10 male students and 14 female students. The results showed improvements in several aspects. The teaching module increased from an average of 83.33% in Cycle I to 95.83% in Cycle II. Teacher activity improved from 82.14% to 96.42%. Student activity increased from 82.14% to 92.85%. Students’ learning outcomes also improved from an average score of 75.42% in Cycle I to 87.08% in Cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Adobe Flash media is effective in improving learning outcomes in Pancasila Education for Grade V students.

School culture plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character and social attitudes beyond academic achievement. One important manifestation of school culture is the implementation of a civilized learning culture that emphasizes ethical behavior, respect, and responsibility in daily learning activities. This study aims to analyze the strategies for implementing a civilized learning culture at SMP Negeri 22 Surabaya. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, teachers, and students. The results indicate that the implementation of a civilized learning culture is integrated into classroom learning, school interactions, and daily habituation activities. School culture functions as an effective medium for internalizing values of civility through consistency, role modeling by teachers, and supportive school systems. Despite challenges arising from diverse student backgrounds and external influences, the school maintains the continuity of a civilized learning culture through habituation, exemplary leadership, and collaboration with parents. In conclusion, a civilized learning culture can serve as an effective strategy for character building and the development of students’ social attitudes at the junior high school level.

Research findings show that students still face several difficulties in writing narrative essays. These difficulties include the inability to choose a title that matches the content of the writing, difficulty in finding and developing main ideas in sequence, the use of sentences with structures that are not yet appropriate according to the SPOK pattern, and errors in spelling and punctuation. Difficulties in writing narrative essays can be caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors include how students view the learning process, their enthusiasm for learning, and their study habits at home. Meanwhile, external factors include teachers' conventional teaching methods and a lack of support from families and the surrounding community. Therefore, more diverse writing learning efforts that focus on the process are needed so that students' story writing skills can improve. This study aims to examine the difficulties experienced by fourth-grade students at SDN 28/IV Kota Jambi when writing narrative stories. Writing is a useful language skill that requires the ability to convey thoughts clearly, use correct sentences, and apply writing rules and punctuation appropriately. This study takes a qualitative approach and uses a descriptive method. The subjects of this study consisted of 28 fourth-grade students in the 2026 academic year. Data collection techniques included story writing tests, interviews with teachers and students, observations, and document collection. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis by looking at the students' writing from various aspects, namely title determination, idea development and paragraph formation, sentence structure, and the use of spelling and punctuation.

The ability to read kitab kuning is a fundamental competence for Islamic boarding school students in understanding classical Islamic scholarship. However, many students experience difficulties due to limited mastery of Arabic grammar, particularly nahwu and sharaf. This study aims to examine the improvement of students’ ability to read kitab kuning through the application of the Al-Miftah method at Al-Awwabien Islamic Boarding School, Tanjung Pasir, Jambi City. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The findings indicate that the systematic and gradual implementation of the Al-Miftah method emphasizing the reinforcement of nahwu and sharaf rules and supported by the use of nadzam significantly enhances students’ understanding of Arabic grammatical structures. Moreover, the method fosters students’ independence and confidence in reading kitab kuning. These results suggest that the Al-Miftah method is an effective instructional approach for strengthening traditional Islamic learning in contemporary pesantren contexts.
