Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of badminton as a medium for social interaction and to examine its effectiveness in reducing stress among adults in the Persatuan Bulutangkis (PB) BOA, Batang Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. This sampling technique used is purposive sampling involving five active partcipants. Data validty is ensured through source and method triangulation, while data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conculasion drawinh. The results indictae that badminton activities play a significant role in fostering social interaction, strengthening relationships among participants, and creating a positive social environment. Additionally, the activity is proven to reduce stress levels, as participants reported feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and mentally relived after enganging in the activity. This release of endorphins during ecercise contributes to improved mood and psychological well-being. Therefore, badminton can be considered an effective medium for stress relaxation among adults.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and map the concept of Deep Learning within the Merdeka Curriculum framework, its opportunities in 21st-century learning in Elementary Schools, and the challenges faced by elementary school teachers in its implementation. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA was employed. Data sources include national SINTA-indexed journals, international journals, and official documents from Kemendikdasmen for the period 2023–2025. Of 50 identified articles, 15 met the inclusion criteria. The findings indicate that Deep Learning (Pembelajaran Mendalam) in the Indonesian context refers to a mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning approach implemented holistically. The greatest opportunities lie in curriculum flexibility, P5 projects, formative assessment, and differentiated learning. Key challenges include teacher misconceptions, uneven pedagogical readiness, and limited infrastructure. This article recommends continuous teacher training and further empirical research on the impact of Deep Learning on elementary students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

The mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance at PT. Makmur Technology Indonesia is discussed in the context of the importance of the manufacturing industry to economic growth. Employee performance is considered crucial to a company’s competitiveness and is influenced by the leadership style employed. Job satisfaction, which refers to employees’ attitudes towards their work, has a significant impact on performance. Transformational leadership is proposed as a solution to improve performance through inspiration, creativity, and attention to the individual needs of employees, which in turn contributes to job satisfaction and overall company performance. This study aims to analyse the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Makmur Technology Indonesia.In this study, the author employs a quantitative and associative research approach. The data collection techniques in this study were non-test methods (questionnaires and observation). The data analysis techniques in this study included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study indicate that the analysis shows that Transformational Leadership (X) has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction (Z). The regression coefficient of 0.241 indicates that a one-unit increase in Transformational Leadership will increase Job Satisfaction by 0.989 units. This effect is significant with a p-value of 0.006 (p < 0.05). Although the effect is relatively small (R-squared = 75.1%), this relationship is statistically significant.

Abstract

The Mappatabe tradition is a local wisdom of the Bugis people, embodying the values ​​of respect, courtesy, and ethics in social life. These values ​​align with the Second Principle of Pancasila, namely "Just and Civilized Humanity." However, developments marked by modernization and globalization have brought changes in the mindsets and behaviors of the younger generation, potentially leading to a shift in cultural values, including in the practice of the Mappatabe tradition. This study aims to analyze the shift in Mappatabe traditional values ​​among the younger generation in Pemusiran Village, Nipah Panjang District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, and examine their relevance to the values ​​of the Second Principle of Pancasila. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving traditional leaders, community members, and the younger generation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate a shift in values ​​within the Mappatabe tradition, characterized by a decline in the understanding and application of the values ​​of respect, courtesy, and social ethics among the younger generation. This shift is influenced by factors such as modernization, globalization, and the suboptimal process of cultural inheritance. Researchers are analyzing the impact of this shift in tradition.

Abstract

The city of Sumenep is located in the eastern part of Madura Island, where there is a great deal of land with high potential for residential development. Plumbing system design is a key factor in ensuring efficient water use in residential buildings, particularly multi-story structures. This study aims to design a clean and wastewater plumbing system for a two-story house located in Ambunten, Sumenep, Madura. The study adheres to the Indonesian National Standards (SNI). The research method employed is a literature review based on the Indonesian National Standards (SNI). The results of the clean water demand planning are influenced by the number of occupants and the activities of each individual, with an average daily demand of 60–90 liters per person. The water distribution system uses a combined pump and storage tank design to ensure stable water pressure on every floor.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership style and analyze its tangible contribution to improving teacher performance at SMP IT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the principal implements a synergy of three primary leadership styles: collaborative/participatory, transformational, and Islamic (uswah hasanah). This approach has been proven to have a positive and significant impact on four aspects of teacher performance: systematic planning, innovative learning implementation integrated with Islamic values, objective evaluation, and high levels of discipline and commitment. This performance improvement is realized through motivational strategies, educational supervision (hisbah), an appreciation system (rewards), and direct role modeling (lead by example). It is concluded that this leadership model is highly effective in creating a productive, harmonious, supportive, and religious school ecosystem, thus motivating teachers professionally and inspiring them spiritually in carrying out their educational mandate.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengantar Lapangan Sekolah (PLP) merupakan kegiatan penting bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung di bidang pendidikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan pemahaman nyata tentang lingkungan sekolah, proses pembelajaran, serta peran dan tugas guru di sekolah. PLP ini dilaksanakan di SDII Luqman Al-Hakim 02 Batam menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, praktik mengajar, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sekolah. Metode ini memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk secara langsung mengamati kondisi sekolah, proses pembelajaran di kelas, dan interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman nyata dalam pengelolaan kelas, menyiapkan alat pembelajaran, dan menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam praktik mengajar. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga memahami pentingnya komunikasi, disiplin, dan kerja sama di lingkungan sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PLP memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis, sosial, dan profesional calon guru. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan PLP sangat penting sebagai jembatan antara pengetahuan teoritis yang diperoleh dalam perkuliahan dan praktik nyata di lapangan.

Abstract

One of the main problems in this study is the low learning achievement of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 12 Rawajitu Utara. Specifically, only 45.45% of fourth-grade students and 31.82% of fourth-grade students met the Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP) with a score of 70 or above. The purpose of this study was to determine how well fourth-grade students in an elementary school environment learn when they use the Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning approach, which is based on peer guidance. By using a non-equivalent control group design, this approach is a quasi-experimental approach. In this study, 44 fourth-grade students will be involved; 22 will be the control group, and 22 will be randomly assigned to the experimental group using purposeful selection. The control group uses the STAD Cooperative Learning model, while the experimental group uses a peer-guidance-based model called Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning. A simple linear regression test was used to assess data obtained from 20 previously validated multiple-choice questions covering cognitive areas C2–C5. The findings showed that the experimental group had a higher mean posttest score (76) compared to the control group (71), and the N-Gain value of the experimental group was 0.5, which is in the moderate range, while the value of the control group was 0.4. The R Squared value was 0.412 and the significance value was 0.001, indicating that the model explained 41.2% of the variation in student learning outcomes, according to the regression test.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the use of digital literacy in the implementation of learning at SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. The focus of the study includes teachers’ abilities in utilizing digital literacy, such as accessing, selecting, understanding, analyzing, verifying, evaluating, organizing, distributing, collaborating, and participating in the use of digital technology during the learning process. In addition, this study also examines the challenges faced by teachers and the solutions implemented. The research was conducted in the 2025/2026 academic year at SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta, located in Kotabaru, Gondokusuman. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to provide an in-depth description of the use of digital literacy in learning. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.The results showed that the use of digital literacy was categorized as very good, with an average percentage score of 95.25%. Teachers utilized various digital media such as laptops and mobile devices to access applications and develop learning materials according to students’ needs. Moreover, teachers were able to select appropriate digital learning resources that align with instructional objectives and students’ characteristics.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the need for effective learning media to support students' understanding of the abstract technical material in the Basics of Computer Network Engineering and Telecommunications, particularly regarding the Measuring Instruments and Measurement element. This problem often arises when learning is conducted only through conventional methods, limiting student engagement and understanding. The objective of this research was to produce a valid and practical website-based learning media for the Measuring Instruments and Measurement element in the field of Computer Network Engineering (TJKT) at SMK Negeri Solok Selatan. Development was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model with an iterative approach. The stages included needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The research instruments included questionnaires assessing website validity, content validity, and teacher and student practicality. The research subjects consisted of 3 lecturers (2 website validators, 1 content validator), 3 teachers (1 content validator, 2 users), and 29 10th-grade students of TJKT 2 SMKN 1 Solok Selatan. Data collection techniques were conducted through a prepared questionnaire, and data analysis techniques used a Likert scale. The validation results by the system expert obtained a score of 85.24% and by the material expert 93.75%, both of which are categorized as very feasible. The practicality test obtained a score of 92.71% from teachers and 91.72% from students, both of which are categorized as very practical. These findings indicate that the developed learning media is able to help students understand technical concepts independently and support teachers in delivering material systematically and interestingly.
