Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan kapasitas manajemen sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus pada dua sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kapasitas manajemen sekolah yang baik berdampak positif pada mutu pendidikan. Kapasitas ini dikembangkan melalui komunitas belajar yang ada di sekolah. Fokus utama komunitas ini adalah keteladanan kepemimpinan, pembelajaran bersama antar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam proses manajemen, serta pengembangan kreativitas dalam memecahkan masalah. Selain itu, penyediaan lingkungan kerja yang sehat juga merupakan faktor penting keberhasilan komunitas belajar. Peneliti merekomendasikan beberapa hal bagi sekolah: 1) melibatkan berbagai pihak untuk menilai menilai keberhasilan sekolah; 2) memanajemen informasi kepada semua pihak terkait; 3) memberikan solusi bagi pihak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalanjan tugas pokok dan fungsinya; 4) mengokohkan komunitas belajar sebagai sebuah keluarga; 5) melakukan refleksi keterlibatan masing-masing pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan; 6) memaksimalkan kegiatan dialog, refleksi, dan evaluasi; dan 7) menciptakan suasana sekolah yang nyaman bagi semua pihak.

Abstract

Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a program that aims to shape the character of students in accordance with Pancasila values. One of the implementations of P5 at SDN Margorejo 1 Surabaya City is through the theme "Green Schools." The aim of this research is to increase students' environmental awareness by creating a green, clean and beautiful school environment. Activities carried out include planting trees, caring for plants in the school garden, and using empty land for hydroponic plants. Apart from that, students are also given education about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and sustainability through discussions, presentations and direct practice activities. Data collection was done through direct observation and interviews with descriptive qualitative research. The method used in implementing this program is a project-based approach (P5), where students play an active role in planning and evaluation activities. The results of this implementation show an increase in student awareness and participation in protecting the school environment. Apart from that, the school environment becomes greener and more comfortable. This program not only has an impact on school aesthetics, but also instills the values of mutual cooperation, responsibility and concern for the environment. Thus, the implementation of the "Green Schools" theme at SDN Margorejo 1/403 Surabaya can be an example for other schools in implementing character-based education and environmental sustainability.Keywords: P5, Green School, Environment, Character, SDN Margorejo 1. Pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Salah satu implementasi P5 di SDN Margorejo 1 Kota Surabaya adalah melalui tema “Hijaunya Sekolah.” Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa dengan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang hijau, bersih, dan asri. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi penanaman pohon, perawatan tanaman di taman sekolah, serta pemanfaatan lahan kosong untuk tanaman hidroponik. Selain itu, siswa juga diberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui kegiatan diskusi, presentasi, dan praktik langsung. Pengambilan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi program ini adalah pendekatan berbasis proyek(P5), di mana siswa berperan aktif pada kegiatan perencanaan hingga evaluasi.Hasil dari implementasi ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi siswa dalam menjaga lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, lingkungan sekolah menjadi lebih hijau dan nyaman. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada estetika sekolah, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai gotong royong, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Dengan demikian, implementasi tema “Hijaunya Sekolah” di SDN Margorejo 1/403 Surabaya dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan berbasis karakter dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.Kata Kunci: P5, Hijaunya Sekolah, Lingkungan, Karakter, SDN Margorejo 1.

Abstract

Islamic education does not only focus on the dissemination of knowledge, but also on the formation of students' character. Internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge, which include patience, respect for teachers, and sincerity, is an important component of Islamic education. However, in real life, these values ​​are still difficult to apply in formal educational institutions, such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 5 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to see how the values ​​of the hadith about the etiquette of seeking knowledge are applied in learning at MIN 5 Bandar Lampung and how it impacts students' character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. The methods used to collect data are Observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documents related to madrasah education policies. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith in learning is carried out through teacher role models, habituation of discipline and respect for teachers, and integration of the values ​​of the hadith in the curriculum. The impact of this internalization is seen in the increase in students' religious and spiritual attitudes, politeness in interacting with teachers and peers, and increased motivation to learn. Therefore, the internalization of the values ​​of the hadith about the manners of seeking knowledge needs to be continuously strengthened through synergy between madrasas, teachers, and parents to create an educational environment that is more Islamic in character.

Abstract

The learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is not only focused on cognitive understanding but also includes affective and psychomotor aspects to ensure that students can apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives. The primary goal of PAI learning is to instill faith and piety, shape noble character, and equip students with worship skills and a comprehensive understanding of Islam. Several factors influence the effectiveness of PAI learning, including the role of teachers, student characteristics, and supporting facilities. Teachers serve as educators and mentors who not only transfer knowledge but also act as role models in religious life. Moreover, innovative teaching strategies and methods are required to create an engaging and meaningful learning environment. Evaluation in PAI learning is a crucial aspect in assessing students’ success in understanding, internalizing, and practicing Islamic teachings through various methods such as written tests, observations, and direct worship practices. Therefore, effective PAI learning requires synergy between teachers, students, the learning environment, as well as the appropriate use of teaching methods and evaluation. The success of Islamic religious education is not only measured by academic comprehension but also by how well students internalize and practice Islamic values in their daily lives.

Abstract

Collaboration between vocational schools and industry in PjBL-T is important in supporting contextual learning that is relevant to the world of work. The aim of this research was to provide insight and implementation steps in PjBL-T at SMKN 1 Driyorejo , as well as practical guidance for vocational schools and industry in preparing graduates who are competent and ready to compete. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research and case studies. Research subjects were determined using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, which included school principals, deputy principals, productive subject teachers, as well as industry parties. Data were collected through document review, direct observation at school, and in-depth interviews. The success of PjBL-T depends on collaboration between productive teachers and industry. Implementation of PjBL-T includes four main stages: 1) preparation of project planning, 2) project implementation, 3) evaluation of project results, and 4) marketing of project products. PjBL-T integrates schools with industry to improve student competency through real experience in producing and marketing products according to industry standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dan kurangnya penggunaan media dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPAS sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan media animasi interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V SD Negeri 81 Singkawang. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengruh media animasi interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 81 Singkawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen . Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji N-gain untuk mengetahui peningkatan rata-rata, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan uji t satu sampel untuk mengetahui rata-rata dan selanjutnya menggunakan uji pengaruh atau effect size untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh media yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPAS sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan media animasi interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V dengan perhitungan uji T dengan hasil yaitu nilai T hitung = 28,1402 ≥ nilai T tabel = 1,73961, maka terdapat perbedaan efektivitas penggunaan media animasi interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media animasi interaktif terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 81 Singkawang dengan perhitungan uji effect size diperoleh hasil effect size sebesar 0,90 berada pada bahwa kriteria tinggi karena 0,90 berada pada 0,8 ≤ d ≤ 2.0, berdasarkan hal ini dapat disimpulkan penggunaan media animasi interaktif berpengaruh pada hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V.

Abstract

The progress of a nation is strongly influenced by education which serves as the main key in shaping the nation's civilization. Value education is an important element to be taught in elementary schools, especially in integrating the five basic values of educative, practical, theoretical, philosophical, and divine (religious) values into IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences) learning. This study aims to investigate and analyze the urgency of value education through IPAS learning in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach that analyzes various relevant literature studies. The results showed that value education in IPAS learning helps students develop intellectual abilities, skills, and moral attitudes that support the formation of strong character. This positive response cannot be separated from the implications of using fun learning strategies and utilizing technology as an interactive learning media. In addition, the role of teachers, parents, and the community is also very important for the realization of children's virtuous character. Thus, through the integration of educational, practical, theoretical, philosophical, and religious values into IPAS learning, it is expected to create a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also has a positive attitude and good ethics to face future challenges.

Abstract

Evolusi teknologi mengharuskan para pendidik memanfaatkan teknologi sepenuhnya di kelas, yang mendorong penelitian ini. Sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan diri terlebih dahulu saat terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar, dan itu termasuk memastikan lingkungan cukup menarik untuk menarik perhatian anak-anak. Peneliti tertarik pada dampak media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif QuizWhizzer terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah permainan menjawab kuis QuizWhizzer memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil yang diperoleh siswa dari kelas mereka. Dengan menggunakan desain kontrol posttest-only dan metodologi kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kuasi-eksperimental. Semua siswa kelas lima dari Sekolah Dasar Raden Fatah di Surabaya menjadi populasi penelitian. Kelas 5A berperan sebagai kelompok kontrol, yang terdiri dari 27 murid, sedangkan Kelas 5B berperan sebagai kelompok eksperimen, yang juga terdiri dari 27 anak. Kelas 5A berperan sebagai kelompok kontrol dalam penelitian ini, yang tidak mendapatkan terapi apa pun, sedangkan kelas 5B berperan sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang menerima perawatan (x). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data posttest dan observasional. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data meliputi uji T, uji homogenitas, dan uji normalitas. Kita mengetahui bahwa hasil penelitian ini diketahui karena keluaran "Independent Sample T Test" dalam Uji T pada tingkat signifikan (2-tailed), maka kita dapat menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Dengan demikian, mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila, dan lebih khusus lagi konten yang mencakup keragaman budaya Indonesia, sangat diuntungkan dari penggunaan permainan interaktif QuizWhizzer oleh siswa kelas lima di Sekolah Dasar Raden Fatah di Surabaya.

Abstract

One reason kids don't care much about learning is because there isn't much variety in the learning process, which is the premise of this study. Inadequate resources, such as social studies learning media, contribute to students' lack of motivation to study, among other factors. The goal of this research is to find out how fifth graders' interest in learning about flora and fauna is affected by using pop-up books as a learning tool in social studies class. Quantitative studies of a quasi-experimental design are what this study is all about. Fifth graders participated in the study by splitting into two groups: one that used Pop-Up Book media for experimentation and another that used more traditional teaching strategies. Questionnaires were used to gather data. We anticipate that the study's findings will shed light on how well Pop-Up Book media piques students' interests in learning and offer suggestions on how to include interactive learning materials into classroom instruction. After using Pop-Up Book, the experimental class outperformed the control class on the post-test, indicating that pupils' interest in learning had increased. Results from post-lesson surveys and subsequent analysis using independent sample tests demonstrated a statistically significant effect of Pop-Up Books on students' motivation to study.

Abstract

Students have a very important role in a campus program including in supporting sustainable management and the Green Campus program. This study aims to analyze the role of students in making a sustainable environment based on the Green Campus program a success. The researcher used the System Literature Review method from various sources related to this study. Based on the literature analysis, students function as agents of change, social control, iron stock and moral force in promoting environmental awareness. Environmental management includes planning, implementation, and supervision, with standards such as ISO 14001 and EMAS to improve performance. A sustainable environment emphasizes the optimal use of resources to meet current and future needs, in line with the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The Green Campus program in Indonesia, as initiated by UI Green Metric, integrates environmental, economic, and social aspects to create an environmentally friendly campus. The results of the study indicate that active participation of students and academics in this program is very important to achieve sustainability and maintain environmental sustainability, as well as strengthen social relations.
