Abstract

  This study aims to examine the development of educational evaluation systems in senior high schools based on the Merdeka Curriculum and their impact on improving student understanding and teacher learning innovation. The method used is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources consist of primary and secondary literature, including books, scientific journal articles, and policy documents related to the Merdeka Curriculum. Data collection techniques employed documentation, while data analysis used content analysis. The findings show that: (1) The evaluation system based on the Merdeka Curriculum has holistic, sustainable, authentic, and process-oriented characteristics, with the CIPP model as a relevant evaluation framework; (2) Improving student understanding can be achieved through diagnostic assessment, continuous formative assessment, authentic assessment, portfolios, and the use of digital technology; (3) Teacher learning innovations include differentiated learning, project-based learning (P5), development of independent teaching modules, utilization of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), and strengthening learning communities. In conclusion, the development of evaluation systems based on the Merdeka Curriculum significantly contributes to improving student understanding and encourages teacher learning innovation, although it still faces implementation challenges such as teacher readiness and infrastructure limitations.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the procedure text listening skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Karet 01 Pagi through the use of Educaplay media. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart design, which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research was conducted in two cycles involving 29 fifth-grade students at SDN Karet 01 Pagi as the research subjects. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, tests, and documentation, while data analysis was performed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the use of Educaplay media was able to improve students' listening skills. The percentage of test mastery increased from 68.96% in Cycle I to 93.10% in Cycle II. In addition, teacher activity increased from 70.45% to 87.49%, and student activity increased from 71.87% to 89.06%. These results indicate that the use of Educaplay media can create a more interactive and interesting learning experience, thereby increasing students' focus and involvement in listening activities. Thus, Educaplay media is effectively used to improve the procedure text listening skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Karet 01 Pagi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze circular economy implementation efforts in the production environment of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Unit Gedangan. The research employed a qualitative case study approach using non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving production, quality control, and health, safety, and environment functions. The findings show that circular economy practices are reflected in operational efficiency rather than in a fully formalized circular economy program. The main practices include internal recovery of sweeping materials, external sweeping absorption from another unit, adaptive feed reformulation, pallet repair and material transition, external recycling of used raw-material sacks, and selective wastewater management through domestic and industrial wastewater treatment systems. These practices support material value retention, loss reduction, and waste minimization while maintaining product quality and operational safety. However, implementation remains partial because it is constrained by inconsistent waste sorting behavior, technical losses from handling facilities, economic considerations in internal recycling, and quality risks in wastewater reuse and recovered materials. The study concludes that Unit Gedangan has moved toward circular economy principles, but stronger internal policy, cross-functional coordination, operational discipline, and measurable circularity indicators are required to develop a more integrated circular production system.

Abstract

The high environmental impact of the fashion industry, driven by chemical use, textile waste, and fast fashion production patterns, underscores the need to develop more sustainable products through innovation grounded in the dimensions of planet, people, and profit. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Sustainable Product Innovation in the development of ecoprint products at ANDCraft Surabaya and its role in establishing Competitive Advantage. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with the two founders of ANDCraft and loyal customers, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling supported by snowball sampling, in which loyal customers were accessed through recommendations from the ANDCraft owners and then verified based on the research criteria. The results indicate that Sustainable Product Innovation has been implemented through the use of natural materials, environmentally friendly production processes, waste management practices reflecting circular principles, as well as design innovation and product diversification. In addition, innovation is reflected in the social dimension through education and collaboration, and in the profit dimension through value creation and cost efficiency. The implementation has proven to contribute to Competitive Advantage through product differentiation, strengthening of eco-fashion brand image, and increased customer trust, although challenges remain in digital marketing optimization and sustainability communication. This study highlights the importance of integrating product innovation, marketing strategies, and sustainability communication to support sustainable business competitiveness.

Abstract

Professional ethics of teachers is a crucial component in the implementation of early childhood education (ECE). The role of teachers is not limited to merely delivering learning materials, but also as primary role models in shaping children’s character. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers’ professional ethics in creating a conducive learning environment for early childhood. The method applied is a literature review with a qualitative approach, drawing on scientific journals and relevant books published between 2017 and 2025. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of professional ethical values—such as responsibility, empathy, honesty, and professionalism—makes a significant contribution to the creation of a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable learning environment. Such a conducive learning environment is able to optimally support children’s cognitive, socio-emotional, and moral development. Therefore, strengthening teachers’ professional ethics becomes an essential element in efforts to improve the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

The development of educational technology encourages elementary schools to create innovative and adaptive learning practices that meet the needs of 21st century education. One form of this innovation is the use of PID as both information media and learning media within the school environment. This study aims to describe the utilization of PID in supporting Deep Learning-based instruction and the TPACK approach for students at SD Negeri Jetis. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method involving principals teachers and students as research subjects. Data collection techniques included observation interviews and documentation. The findings revealed that PID was utilized as interactive learning media and digital literacy media. In supporting Deep Learning PID helped create meaningful contextual, collaborative learning experiences, and encouraged students critical thinking skills through educational videos animated visuals group discussions and project-based learning activities. From the TPACK perspective the use of PID assisted teachers in integrating technology pedagogy and learning content more effectively making the learning process more engaging active and enjoyable. The implementation of PID also increased students’ learning motivation participation and creativity in classroom activities. School support for technology integration and students’ enthusiasm became important supporting factors in the implementation of PID. Several obstacles were identified including unstable internet connections teachers’ limited ability in developing digital content and the less optimal management of PID materials. This study concludes that PID plays an important role in supporting the transformation of 21st century learning in elementary schools toward innovative interactive and student centered learning

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of school principal leadership in School-Based Management (SBM) at SDN 18 Sesetan, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the key informant Dra. Anik Poedjiastoeti, M.Pd. (Principal of SDN 18 Sesetan), field observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal that SDN 18 Sesetan possesses a primary strength in its human resources, with all 12 teachers certified and capable of integrating technology into instruction. The principal demonstrates participative and transformational leadership styles, evidenced by effective collaboration between teachers and the school committee. SBM implementation is effective in human resource management and community relations, yet faces serious challenges in infrastructure management due to limited operational funding. The study recommends funding diversification, mid-term infrastructure development planning, and strengthened partnerships with the local education office and private sector.

Abstract

Technological developments provide opportunities for teachers to innovate in learning, especially in natural science subjects in elementary schools. The purpose of this article is to determine the benefits that can be obtained from the use of PowerPoint, the challenges that teachers may face, and the steps teachers take to overcome these challenges. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects consisted of teachers and fifth-grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning observations, interviews with teachers, and documentation of learning activities. The results of this study indicate that digital learning media based on PowerPoint has its own benefits in improving the quality of science learning in elementary schools and needs to be supported by improving teachers' technological competence and optimizing digital learning facilities.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the differing legal interpretations between the Commercial Court and the Supreme Court regarding the application of the principle of simple proof in cases involving a creditor’s petition to annul a settlement agreement where the creditor did not exercise their voting rights at the homologation meeting as addressed in Decision No. 49 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2025. The research issues include the legal provisions on the annulment of a settlement agreement under the PKPU, the application of the principle of simple proof, and the judges’ reasoning in the decision. This study aims to analyze the applicable legal provisions, the application of the principle of simple proof, and the judges’ reasoning in the case. The research method used is a normative legal approach employing statutory analysis and case-based analysis through a literature review. The results indicate that a homologated settlement agreement is binding on all creditors, including those who did not exercise their right to vote. The right to file for annulment of the settlement remains possible if the debtor fails to fulfill the terms of the settlement in accordance with Article 170(1) of the UUK-PKPU. The application of the principle of simple proof should focus on the existence of two or more creditors and the existence of debts that have matured and are collectible, rather than on creditor participation in the homologation meeting. This study concludes that consistent application of the principle of simplified proof is necessary to ensure legal certainty and fair protection for all creditors.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of videography in the digital campaign by TSP Squad using a creative video interview format with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, active participation in the production process, and relevant literature review. The results show that videography implementation through visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and shooting techniques contributes to the production of informative and engaging video content. The production process, which includes pre-production, production, and post-production stages, also plays a role in shaping the final output in line with the objectives of the digital campaign.
