Abstract

Hasil belajar yang rendah disebabkan oleh pengajaran yang masih bersifat sebagai transfer pengetahuan saja daripada proses mencari pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran yang dilakukan tidak bermakna. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang tepat sangat penting, karena tidak semua metode pembelajaran dapat digunakan pada tiap pokok bahasan. POE merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang mampu mengeksplorasi pengetahuan awal siswa, serta meninggalkan pemahaman konsep yang nantinya bermuara pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model Predict Observe Explain (POE) pada siswa kelas V SD 7 Bulung Kulon. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu kelas V yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 2 pertemuan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain wawancara, observasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model POE dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif dan aspek psikomotorik. Pada prasiklus hasil belajar kognitif muatan Bahasa Indonesia hasil ketuntasan belajar 41,17% menjadi 76,47% pada siklus I dan meningkat pada siklus II dengan perolehan ketuntasan belajar 94,11%. Prasiklus hasil belajar kognitif muatan IPA hasil ketuntasan belajar 35,29% menjadi 70,58% pada siklus I dan meningkat pada siklus II dengan perolehan ketuntasan belajar 88,23%. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar psikomotorik muatan Bahasa Indonesia diperoleh presentase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I 69,9% menjadi 78,11% pada siklus II. Pada hasil belajar psikomotorik muatan IPA diperoleh presentase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I 69,41% menjadi 80,00% pada siklus II.

Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the effect of the PAIKEM learning model using jarimatics on the numeracy ability of students in grade I SD Negeri 03 Tanjung Batu. This research is a quantitative research using experimental methods with the type of Quasi Experimental Design. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely the PAIKEM learning model using mathematics (X) and dependent variables, namely students' numeracy ability (Y). The study population was all students of grades I - VI SD Negeri 03 Tanjung Batu which amounted to 376 students and the number of samples was 41 students. Data collection techniques using tests and documentation. Instruments to measure counting ability using pretest and posttest in the form of fill-in-the-blank questions. The experimental class group obtained an average pretest score of 71, and posttest of 88.88 and the control class obtained an average pretest score of 68.14 and posttest of 75.24. The results of the t test with Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and the result of t count 4.038 > t table 2.023, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the PAIKEM learning model using jarimatics on the numeracy ability of students in grade I SD Negeri 03 Tanjung Batu.

Abstract

Each school has its own unique school culture. This study aims to analyze culture and school management in realizing religious culture. The research design uses qualitative research. The location chosen as the research location is SMPN 1 Batukliang. The method chosen as the data collection technique is observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The main informants in this study were madrasa heads, teachers, and administration. Checking the validity of the data used is a member check then combined with triangulation, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the religious culture that is applied is the existence of social harmony which can be seen from the 5S attitude, strengthening the internalization of religious rituals in schools, and developing religious symbols through commemoration of Islamic holidays). School management is carried out following the management function itself, starting from planning (internal and external assessments and formulating the vision and mission of the school), organizing (job descriptions or placement of existing resources), directing (implementation of all plans), and evaluation (deliberations conducted on a scheduled or incidental basis).

Abstract

The problem of scheduling of teaching and learning at SMKN 5 Mataram was ainteresting problem. On the problem, there were the teachers who teach the same subject at the same time in several different classes. The problem will be solving by the graph coloring concept. Base on the data of scheduling, we obtain the adjecency matrix with size 195 × 195. We use the Welch-Powell algorithm to get the number of coloring graph. By the implentation VBA Macro Excel programming of the algorthm, we obtain the upper bound the number coloring is 5. So, by the upper bound we can design a scheduling without the problen which the teacher who teach the same subject at the same time in several different classes.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes for the 5th Grade of students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu, Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency by applying the Small Group Type Active Learning approach. The focus of this research is the application of the Small Group Work Active Learning approach and the improvement of social studies learning outcomes. The setting for this research was SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu, Tanete Riattang Timur sub-district, Bone district. The subjects of this study were all of 17 students of the 5th Grade, and the homeroom teacher of the 5th Grade. The data collection techniques used were observation, testing and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive. The results showed that there was an increase, both in teacher and student activities and learning outcomes in social studies subjects from cycle I with Enough qualifications and in the cycle II increased to Good qualifications. Conclusion: the application of the Small Group Work Type of Active Learning approach can improve social studies learning outcomes for the 5th Grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu, Tanete Riattang Timur sub-district, Bone district.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine whether there is or there is not influences of the cooperative learning model in exchanging partners type to interest in learning science for fifth grade students of SD INPRES 6/75 Biru who is located in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The variables in this study were the use of cooperative learning models in exchange pair type and students' interest in learning science. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD INPRES 6/75 Biru. While the sample is 28 students of Fifth Grade. Research data obtained by questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical. The results showed that the average students' interest in learning science after using the cooperative learning model of the swapping type was higher than the students' interest in learning science before using the cooperative learning model of the swapping type and there was a significant difference between students' interest in learning science before and after using the learning model. exchange-type cooperative. Conclusion: the cooperative learning model in the exchange pair type has a significant effect in increasing the interest in learning science for the fifth grade students at SD INPRES 6/75 Biru.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the importance of teaching materials as a support for the teaching and learning process, namely by using digital poster media. Digital poster media, namely electronic poster teaching materials with graphic designs that can communicate visual messages or information in a form that is not easily damaged and used by students during the learning process. This digital poster media can help teachers to improve their teaching skills through the use of interesting media by utilizing current technological developments, so that learning becomes more interactive, creative and fun for students. The purpose of this study was to produce digital learning media in the form of posters and to find out the feasibility of digital poster-based learning media in the learning process, which was seen from student responses, implementation, and effectiveness of the digital poster media. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model. The product developed is in the form of digital poster learning media on social studies material for class VI theme 9. Data collection techniques use interview sheets for class VI teachers, material and media expert validation for UMSIDA lecturers, effectiveness sheets for class VI teachers, digital poster media implementation sheets, sheets test of learning outcomes after using digital poster media, and questionnaires on student responses to digital poster media. The validation results of media experts are 84%, material experts are 94%. The results of student responses to digital poster media were very feasible with a score. The results of implementing the benefits of digital poster media obtained results of 88% in the feasible category. The results of the effectiveness data obtained results of 88% in the category of very effective and suitable for use in learning. As well as student learning outcomes increased with the acquisition of an average score of 92 above the KKM score.

Abstract

Active learning with a scientific approach can make students' understanding of concepts less than optimal. To find out students' understanding of concepts, it is necessary to have encouragement from the teacher. The problem of this research is how to influence the application of environmental learning modules based on the local advantages of Jenang Kudus on natural science learning materials on changes in the state of matter. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental learning modules based on local advantages of Jenang Kudus on students' understanding of the concept of material changes in state of matter at SD 03 Karangmalang. Mobelik, namely teaching materials that are motivated by environmental conditions so that students are more familiar with and love the potential that exists around the environment where students live. This research will be conducted in class IV of Elementary School 3 Karangmalang with 28 students as research subjects. This type of research is a quantitative study using the pre-experimental design method, type one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis. This t-test uses pretest and posttest values where the results are sig (2-tailed) <0.05, that is 0.00 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted where there is a significant influence from the application of the Jenang Kudus Local Excellence-based Mobelik module on science learning material changes in substance form class IV. Based on the results of the N-Gain test, it proved that there was an increase when the Jenang Kudus local excellence-based mobile module was implemented. there was an increase after being given treatment using the mobile module based on the local advantages of Jenang Kudus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in scientific literacy by using the magic spin board media through the discovery learning model. The research method used was classroom action research with the subject of 20 fifth grade students at SD Negeri Sendangagung. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings held on the theme of 7 event in life. The research stages consist of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the average percentage for cycle 1 was 68,41%, and for cycle 2 was 80,06% which showed an increase in each cycle. The result showed that there was an increase in scientific literacy of 11,65% by using the magic spin board media with the discovery learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan model SAVI (Somatic Audiotory Visualization Intellectual) dan model Kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning) terhadap keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa kelas IV Gugus 1 Kecamatan Gilireng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sekolah Gugus 1 di Kecamatan Gilireng Kabupaten Wajo yang berjumlah 5 dengan sampel 60 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis deskripsi dengan memberikan soal esai yang berjumlah 5 nomor. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis pada perbandingan model SAVI dan model Kontekstual kelas eksperimen A dan eksperimen B menggunakan independent sample t test diperoleh nilai signifikansi = 0,671 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa yang menggunakan model SAVI dan model Kontekstual. Kemudian hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan independent sample t test pada perbandingan model SAVI dan model Kontekstual pada keterampilan menulis deskripsi siswa, diperoleh nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara model SAVI (Somatic Audiotory Visualization Intellectual) dan model Kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning). Model SAVI (Somatic Audiotory Visualization Intellectual) lebih unggul dari model Contextual (Contextual Teaching and Learning).
