Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

In the era of rapid global change, the integration of technology, adaptive curriculum, and the evolving role of teachers are critical to shaping the future of primary education. This research aimed to explore the convergence of these elements to improve educational outcomes in elementary schools. Through a literature review methodology, the study analyzed relevant academic journals, policy reports, and educational frameworks over the last decade. The findings highlight the significant impact of technology in instructional design and student interaction, especially with the use of gamification and augmented reality tools. The study also examined the challenges and opportunities presented by adaptive curriculum models, demonstrating their effectiveness in catering to diverse student needs. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the need for redefining the role of teachers as facilitators and leaders in the learning process, particularly in a digital environment. The research concludes with conceptual recommendations for an integrative model of education that combines technology, flexible curricula, and teacher leadership to address the challenges faced by primary education today. The results suggest that policy changes should focus on enhancing teacher professional development and improving infrastructure to support digital learning

This research is motivated by the low basic division skills at SDN Ngadirejo 01 Kartasura. This is due to the lack of learning media and also learning is dominated by teachers. So that student activities are limited which results in low basic division skills. Therefore, this research was conducted to improve basic division skills using congklak game media with 28 students. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has four phases consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and observations and interviews. The results of the study showed that students' division skills increased in each cycle. This increase is based on the results of the students' numeracy test. This is evidenced by the first cycle, the students' division skills, namely 31%, were categorized as lacking and in the second cycle, the students' division skills, namely 83%, were categorized as good and stated that basic division learning through congklak games had achieved the minimum completion criteria or were declared successful. Therefore, the results of the study prove that the application of congklak game media can improve students' abilities in mathematics subjects in basic division material for class 3 SDN Ngadirejo 01 Kartasura so that congklak games can be used as learning media.

The mathematical representation skills of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Sukarara are still relatively low which is caused by several factors such as the lack of learning facilities, the use of media and leaning methods that are less diverse. This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share model on the mathematical representation skills of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Sukarara in the 2024/2025 academic year. The type of research used in this study is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The data collection techniques used were observation and essay tests. The data analysis method used is the non-parametric test with the Mann Whitney U test. The Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha can be accepted and H0 is rejected, which means there is a difference in mathematical representation ability between the experimental class and the control class. In addition, the N-Gain test was also carried out with the acquisition of an average value in the experimental class of 0.787262 or 79%, which means that the Think Pair Share learning model on the mathematical representation skills of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Sukarara is effective and categorized as high.

This study aims to: 1) determine whether there is a difference in students' mathematical concept understanding ability between classes using the TGT cooperative learning model assisted by AI learning videos and those using direct learning. 2) determine how much influence the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos has on students' mathematical concept understanding ability. 3) determine how students' activities are when the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos is applied. The research used is a quasi-experimental research with a posttest-only control design. The population in the study were students of class VIII of SMP IT Al-Ayyuby. The sample used was saturated sampling. The data collection technique used a test technique in the form of mathematical concept understanding ability questions in the form of essays containing 5 questions. The data analysis technique used the Mann Whitney U-Test, Effect Size test. The results of the analysis showed that the data were normally distributed. The results of the study showed 1) differences in students' mathematical concept understanding abilities in the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos compared to conventional methods. After being calculated with a two-sample t-test with the results of t count> t table, namely 5.598> 2.015, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. 2) The TGT model assisted by AI learning videos had a high effect on students' mathematical concept understanding abilities, in the experimental class that received the TGT model treatment assisted by AI learning videos with the results of the effect size test of 1.55 high criteria. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the TGT model assisted by AI learning videos on students' mathematical concept understanding abilities. 3) Student activities are classified as active when the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos is applied to students' mathematical concept understanding abilities with an activity percentage of 85%.

This study aims to evaluate the application of the Hanifida Method in the learning of Furudul 'Ainiyah at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, especially in the Al Mawaddah, Paiton, Probolinggo area, and to analyze its impact on students' understanding of Islamic inheritance law material. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, which involves interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the application of the Hanifida Method can increase the involvement and understanding of students in the Furudul 'Ainiyah material. The use of methods that integrate theory with practice, as well as the use of auxiliary media such as diagrams and inheritance charts, makes it easier for students to understand concepts that were previously difficult to understand. However, this study also identified several challenges, such as time limitations in the learning schedule and differences in students' educational backgrounds that affect the speed of comprehension. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers continue to develop learning methods that are more applicable and practice-based, as well as manage learning time more efficiently in order to provide equal opportunities for all students to understand the material well. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective learning methods in Islamic boarding schools, especially in teaching the science of Furudul 'Ainiyah

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum at the Elementary School (SD) level presents significant challenges related to teacher competency and readiness. This study aims to critically analyze the understanding, practice, and systemic support for teacher competency in this context. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, reviewing various sources of journals and related scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that teacher competency, including pedagogical, professional, social, and personality, affects the effectiveness of curriculum implementation. The main challenges identified include a lack of in-depth understanding of the philosophy of the Independent Curriculum, limitations in designing differentiated learning, and minimal support for adequate facilities and training. Systemic support from the government and educational institutions is also considered important for the success of the implementation.

Education personnel play a crucial role in the success of primary education, yet they continue to face challenges related to competence, distribution, and professional development. This study aims to examine the conditions of competence and availability of education personnel in Indonesian primary schools, as well as to analyze the issues related to their quality. Education personnel, consisting of both teaching and non-teaching staff, play a vital role in supporting the learning process and school operations. However, the unequal distribution of educators, the shortage of adequately competent personnel, and the limited opportunities for training and professional development remain major challenges. This research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze various relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that the competence of educational personnel particularly in pedagogical, professional, social, and personal aspects still needs improvement. Equitable availability of education personnel, effective training, and fair placement policies are also critical factors in enhancing education quality. Therefore, systematic efforts and inclusive policies are required to address these issues and achieve better quality in primary education in Indonesia.

This research was motivated by the low cognitive learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN Klenang Lor I in the Pancasila Education subject, particularly the topic of rules at home and school. Students were less active during learning, the teaching methods did not meet their learning needs, and there was minimal use of engaging learning media. In addition, the learning process was still teacher-centered, which hindered student participation. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), aimed at increasing student engagement and improving learning outcomes. The CAR method consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The subjects were 19 third-grade students, comprising 10 boys and 9 girls. The study took place from February 18 to February 22, 2025. In the first cycle, 13 out of 19 students achieved learning mastery (68.42%). After improvements were made in the second cycle through the application of cooperative learning methods and the use of a game-based learning media called “Quiz Wordwall,” the number of students achieving mastery increased to 18 out of 19 (94.73%). This improvement demonstrates that the use of interactive media tailored to students’ learning needs can enhance cognitive learning outcomes. Therefore, the application of cooperative learning methods and game-based educational media proved effective in improving the learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN Klenang Lor I.

This study aims to create microsite-based learning materials of Pancasila in My Life for grade V elementary school students. The development model applied is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product is designed in a microsite-based cloud learning format including learning modules, teaching materials, literacy, LKPD, and evaluation. Validation by media and material experts shows that the product is very suitable for use, with a percentage of 86.1% each. Experiments on teachers and students showed excellent results with eligibility scores of 87.5% and 97.72%, respectively. These findings indicate that microsite-based learning materials are effective in supporting thematic learning and increasing students' interest in learning. This study offers innovative solutions in the creation of learning media that are in line with the Independent Curriculum and the demands of learning in the 21st Century.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di sekolah dasar melalui pemanfaatan media sederhana pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang guru kelas di SD 182/I Hutan Lindung yang secara aktif menerapkan pembelajaran IPS berbasis konteks lokal dan media sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan lima fokus utama, yaitu keterbatasan kompetensi teknologi guru yang masih menjadi hambatan; pemanfaatan benda konkret dan media dari lingkungan sekitar sebagai alternatif pembelajaran; kreativitas dalam penyusunan LKPD kontekstual; adaptasi modul dari internet yang disesuaikan dengan realitas lokal siswa; serta upaya guru dalam mengelola perbedaan kemampuan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa kreativitas dan adaptabilitas guru memainkan peran sentral dalam menjembatani keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran, serta menegaskan pentingnya dukungan sistemik berupa pelatihan dan fasilitasi media ajar yang relevan. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan pemerintah diperlukan untuk memastikan pembelajaran IPS yang bermakna, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan dalam kerangka Kurikulum Merdeka.
