Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to produce a POE (Predict Observe Explain) video product model for writing narratives for grade III students of SD Negeri 2 Sirah Pulau Padang that was valid and practical. This researcher used the ADDIE model which went through 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the validity analysis that the researcher obtained in the validation activity of the POE (predict observe explain) video learning media model, which were obtained from the three experts, namely media experts, material experts, and language experts, the researcher got a percentage value of 90.5%, including the valid criteria. While the practicality of the media based on the results of the student response questionnaire from the one-to-one individual test, small group media test, and field test got an average value of 97.3%, including the very practical criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of the POE (Predict observe explain) video learning media model is declared valid and practical and can be used in subsequent learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine contextual-based deep learning strategies for enhancing practical intelligence in mathematics learning. The study was conducted using a literature review method by analyzing various scientific publications related to mathematical foundations, latent context representation, and pedagogical implementation within deep learning-based instructional models. The findings reveal that deep learning possesses a strong mathematical foundation, including linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, and optimization, which are essential in developing intelligent learning models. The innovative representation of latent context contributes to adaptive learning that responds to the dynamic needs of learners. However, several limitations are identified within the pedagogical dimension, such as an imbalance in technology integration, weak application of learner-centered pedagogical principles, and a gap between mathematical models and educational needs that are contextual, personal, and humanistic. This study highlights that the effectiveness of deep learning implementation in education, particularly in mathematics learning, requires an integrative approach that combines the strength of mathematical foundations with pedagogical strategies that are contextual and transformative. The findings contribute significantly to the development of adaptive, reflective, and relevant learning models to address the challenges of 21st-century education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa siswa ada yang masih menyebut atau memanggil dengan nama orang tua, ada juga siswa yang masih mengejek atau mempertawakan teman saat tampil didalam kelas dan siswa masih menghina, menggosip, dan memfitnah. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh bimbingan kelompok Teknik diskusi untuk mereduksi perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Eksperimen menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan jenis The One group designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Palembang, penarikan sample menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu didapatkan 9 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengukur variable X dan Y. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisi data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diketahui Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0,008 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini adanya perbedaan nilai yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa bimbingan kelompok Teknik diskusi berpengaruh untuk mereduksi perilaku bullying verbal di SMA Negeri 8 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of 28 third-grade elementary school students through the implementation of the card sort learning strategy. The research uses a classroom action research design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which includes four stages: planning, action,observation, and reflection. The study was conducted in two cycles focusing on mathematics subjects. The results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, especially in the second cycle, where the success rate reached 89.29%. These findings indicate that the Card Sort strategy is effective in helping students actively and enjoyably understand mathematical concepts. Therefore,this strategy is recommended for use in teaching mathematics in third grade to enhance the quality of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar pocket bookpembelajaran IPAS yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model 4D yang terdiri dari: 1) Define, merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu analisis kebutuhan, analisis kurikulum dan analisis peserta didik. 2) Design, peneliti mulai merancang, mendesain dan memilih tampilan bahan ajar pocket book pembelajaran IPAS. 3) Development, yaitu validasi produk yang telah dikembangkan.4) Dissemination, yaitu penyebaran produk bahan ajar pocket book pembelajaran IPAS. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket untuk mengetatahui kevalidan dan kepraktisan media, yaitu angket validasi, angket respon peserta didik dan angket respon pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai presentase validasi media sebesar 93%, validasi materi 92,5% dan validasi bahasa sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat valid, hasil angket respon pendidik sebesar 93,3%, angket respon peserta didik uji coba terbatas 93,1% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan hasil uji praktikalitas peserta didik dan pendidik mendapat nilai 92,3% dengan kriteria sangat praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam meningkatkan sikap demokratis siswa kelas V di SDN Sukarame pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 30 siswa dan seorang guru kelas. Indikator sikap demokratis yang diamati meliputi toleransi, partisipasi aktif, penghargaan terhadap pendapat, kerja sama, dan pengambilan keputusan bersama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model NHT mampu meningkatkan sikap demokratis siswa secara signifikan. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif berdiskusi, saling menghargai, bekerja sama dalam kelompok, dan mampu membuat keputusan secara bersama. Pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan, partisipatif, dan melibatkan semua siswa secara merata.

Abstract

Disiplin adalah sesuatu yang dapat dilatih. Dengan melatih kedisiplinan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengendalian diri; kepribadian; atau ketertiban; dan efisiensi. Guru sebagai tenaga pengajar perlu dan penting memperhatikan strategi pembelajaran dalam membentuk kepribadian disiplin peserta didik. Disiplin selalu berkaitan dengan sikap, yaitu kesediaan beraksi atau bertindak terhadap objek atau keadaan tertentu. Disiplin merupakan hasil bentukan dari kegiatan sehari-hari yang dapat di kembangkan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban atas aturan atau kesepakatan, termasuk pada diri seorang siswa. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yakni: (1) Bagaimana strategi guru PAI dalam pembentukan peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran PAI kelas VII B Galesong Selatan Kab. Takalar? (2) Apa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran PAI kelas VII B Galesong Selatan Kab. Takalar? Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun instrument kunci dalam metode penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di lakukan menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Strategi guru PAI dalam pembentukan kedisiplinan dengan mererapkan beberapa metode di antaranya mentaati tata tertib sekolah, diskusi kelompok dan mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu, serta menunjukkan sikap konsistensi di dalam kelas berpengaruh posistif pada terbentuknya kedisiplinan peserta didik. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan kedisiplinan diantaranya disiplin Guru, Kesadaran Diri, dan Pertemuan dengan Orang Tua Murid. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pembentukan kedisiplinan peserta didik diantaranya adalah kurangnya kesadaran diri pada peserta didik yang dapat dilihat dengan adanya peserta didik yang masih melanggar sebuah peraturan dan juga malas dalam melaksanakan kedisiplinan, kurangnya perhatian sebagian wali murid atau orang tua dalam hal kedisiplinan, dan tidak jeranya peserta didik terhadap hukuman yang berlaku dan diberikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall on students’ understanding of fraction concepts in grade III at SDN 88 Palembang. The research used a true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was randomly selected: class III C as the experimental group and class III A as the control group, with 32 students in each class. The research instrument was a test of fraction concept understanding, given before and after the treatment. Data analysis using the t-test showed a significant difference between the posttest scores of the experimental and control groups. The experimental group obtained an average score of 81.59, while the control group scored 71.44. A significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the PBL model assisted by Wordwall had a significant effect on improving students’ understanding of fraction concepts. Thus, it can be concluded that the PBL model assisted by Wordwall is effective in teaching fractions to enhance the conceptual understanding of grade III students at SDN 88 Palembang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students to understand fraction concepts due to the use of conventional learning methods that do not involve concrete media. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a posttest-only control group design. The population of the study was all students of SD Negeri 92 Palembang totaling 294 students, and the sample consisted of two classes IV, namely class IV A with 20 students as the control class and class IV B with 19 students as the experimental class. The data collection technique was carried out through a written post-test based on indicators of mathematical concept understanding abilities. Data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA test. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a significant effect of fraction block media on students' mathematical concept understanding abilities. (2) there is no significant difference in the average ability to understand mathematical concepts based on gender. (3) there is no difference in the effect of fraction block media on students' conceptual understanding abilities when viewed from gender

Abstract

The low scores of students in mathematics occur because students are less active in learning and they consider mathematics a difficult subject. The method used in this research is an experimental method, specifically True Experimental Design with a Posttest Only-Control Design. The population used in this study consisted of all 288 students of SD Negeri 16 Palembang. The samples taken were 28 students from class IV A as the experimental group who were given treatment in the form of audio-visual media, and 25 students from class IV B as the control group who were not given treatment. Data collection techniques used essay tests to measure students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. Data analysis techniques used Two-Way ANOVA test. The results of the analysis showed that (1) there is an effect of using audio-visual media on mathematical concept comprehension ability in students of SD Negeri 16 Palembang; (2) there is a difference in mathematical concept comprehension ability based on gender in students of SD Negeri 16 Palembang; (3) There is no interaction between audio-visual media and gender on mathematical concept comprehension ability in students of SD Negeri 16 Palembang
