Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, dan regulasi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang efektif mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memberikan supervisi akademik yang mendukung, serta memotivasi guru untuk terus mengembangkan profesionalisme mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kompetensi manajerial, sosial, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru serta kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam aspek kepemimpinan dan manajemen guna meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Dengan demikian, kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat berperan lebih aktif dalam menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Comparison of Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Students Taught with TGT (Teams Games Tournament) Type Cooperative Learning Model with GI (Group Investigation) in Grade VIII SMP YP-PGRI 4 MAKASSAR. Thesis, Department of Mathematics Education, College of Teacher Training and Education (STKIP) Ujung Pandang Education Foundation (YPUP).This research is a type of experimental research carried out at SMP YP-PGRI 4 Makassar. This study aims to find out whether the mathematics learning outcomes of students taught with the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model are higher than the GI (Group investigation) type cooperative learning model. The research sample was grade VIIIA students of SMP YP-PGRI 4 Makassar consisting of 34 students who were taught using the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model and class VIIIB students consisting of 33 students using the GI (Group investigation) cooperative learning model, 2014/2015 school year. The data collection instrument used is a learning outcome test.The results of descriptive statistical analysis concluded that the learning outcomes taught used the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model with an average learning outcome score of 72.00 with a standard deviation of 12.30 while the learning outcomes taught using the GI (Group Investigation) type cooperative learning model) with an average learning outcome score of 61.42 with a standard deviation of 11.26. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of squares and rectangles of students who are taught using the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model are higher than those of students who are taught using the GI (Games Investigation) type cooperative learning model.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the learning motivation of grade V students in angular material in the subject of Mathematics with the help of Polypad media. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and data analysis using Microsoft Excel software. The sample used in this study was 30 students in grade V of SDN Cibabat Mandiri 2. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 5 indicators that included 15 questions, consisting of 8 positive questions and 7 negative questions. The results showed that the use of Polypad media significantly increased students' motivation to learn, with an average motivation percentage reaching 78%, which was in the "Good" category. These results show that Polypad media is able to create more interactive and interesting learning, so that it can increase student motivation and involvement in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Kurangnya kreativitas dan hasil belajar IPAS kelas 5 disebabkan karena masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang berbasis ceramah, sehingga membuat pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif dan membuat siswa mengalami jenuh selama kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar bisa menemukan kenaikan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas 5 menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada mata pelajaran IPAS materi keanekaragaman flora dan fauna di Indonesia pada SD Negeri Kenokorejo 02 Polokarto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah interaksi dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas 2 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi tes, observasi, angket, dan dokumen. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas 5 yang terdiri dari 13 siswa. Hasil belajar siklus I mengalami kenaikan dengan hasil persentase kreativitas 38,46% dan hasil belajar 53,84% . Dilanjutkan pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan dengan hasil persentase kreativitas sebesar 76,92% dan hasil belajar 84,61%. Dengan jumlah siswa mengalami kenaikan kreativitas sebanyak 10 siswa dan kenaikan hasil belajar sebanyak 10 dari 13 siswa.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a very important role in shaping the character and noble morals of PAI students not only to transfer religious knowledge, but also to instill moral and spiritual values ​​that are expected to be applied in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the curriculum that continues to develop in the digital era, demanding an adaptive and relevant Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning evaluation system to the needs of today's students, to develop an PAI learning evaluation model that is able to align the demands of the latest curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive with a literature review as the main method. The results of the study indicate that PAI learning evaluation needs to integrate technology-based approaches, such as the use of digital platforms, online assessments, and interactive and participatory evaluation methods. The results of this study are to develop PAI learning evaluation in the digital era to increase the effectiveness of learning, strengthen the internalization of religious values, and shape students' character holistically in accordance with the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to identify elementary school students creative thinking skills in using the Canva digital application. The background of this research lies in the importance of developing creative thinking skills in 21st-century learning, as well as the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes the Pancasila Student Profile dimensions, one of which is creative thinking. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection conducted through interviews with four sixth-grade students at an elementary school in Yogyakarta. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, involving data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the four indicators of creative thinking—fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration—are present among the students. The students demonstrated the ability to generate ideas using Canva templates, develop and modify initial designs, create unique designs relevant to the subject matter, and explain their design processes, although some students still faced issues with self-confidence. The use of Canva proved to be an effective medium for enhancing students’ creative thinking abilities and promoting innovation and exploration in learning activities. This study recommends the use of Canva as a supportive educational tool to foster students' creative and digital competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the P5 Program on the global diversity dimension in instilling local cultural values in class V of SDS Amkur Bengkayang. The study used a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The subjects of the study were class V students and homeroom teachers. The results of the study indicate that the P5 program has helped students understand and implement local cultural values such as the 5S culture (Smile, Greet, Greet, Polite, and Courteous) and mutual cooperation. However, several challenges are still faced, such as the low spirit of mutual cooperation and the use of impolite language. Through the implementation of P5, local culture can be instilled more effectively, although innovation in learning strategies is needed to increase student participation.

Abstract

This study analyzes students' teaching skills on the theme "Gegenstände in der Schule" in a micro teaching course. Effective teaching is essential in language learning, especially in teaching German. This research used observation and video analysis of students’ micro teaching sessions. Data were evaluated based on teaching skill criteria: lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation. The findings show that students generally understand the material well. However, some areas need improvement, particularly classroom management and student interaction. This study is expected to offer input for curriculum development and teaching strategies in the German language program and help enhance students' teaching competencies.

Abstract

Inclusive education encourages the implementation of equitable and fair learning for all students, including those with special needs. In the context of Natural Science (IPA) subjects that require conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills, an adaptive and collaborative learning approach is needed. This article aims to examine the influence of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on the activeness and learning outcomes of inclusive students in the upper grades of elementary schools. Using a literature study approach, an analysis of various previous studies was conducted. The results of the study indicate that the Jigsaw model is significantly able to increase learning engagement and understanding of science concepts of students, including those with special needs. These findings provide recommendations for teachers to implement cooperative learning strategies as part of inclusive educational practices.

Abstract

This article discusses the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in shaping student character in the Creative dimension in grade V of SD Negeri 01 Bengkayang. The problems raised focus on P5 activities in fostering character values ​​such as responsibility, politeness and creativity. The method used in the study was a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of P5 in schools can improve student character in the creative dimension, as seen from student participation in projects, the ability to find new ideas in making projects. In addition, character values ​​in responsibility, politeness, cooperation and creativity also developed through the implementation of P5 in learning. In conclusion, P5 can be an effective strategy in instilling character values ​​from an early age, especially in the creative dimension through fun and meaningful activities.
