Abstract

The digital transformation in education has necessitated the adoption of technology-based learning methods, one of which is e-learning. This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning usage intensity on students’ academic achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. The research employed a quantitative correlational approach, involving a population of 210 students with a purposive sample of 60 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the intensity of e-learning usage and documentation of students’ academic scores. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of e-learning usage and students’ academic achievement, with a correlation value of r = 0.512 and a significance level of p = 0.000. These findings suggest that the more actively students engage with e-learning, the better their academic performance. Intensive use of e-learning also strengthens students’ self-regulated learning and higher-order thinking skills. This study recommends the structured implementation of e-learning in schools and encourages further research with broader variables and a mixed-method approach. E-learning should be optimized as a long-term learning strategy to support the quality of secondary education in the digital era.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape, particularly through the implementation of e-learning systems that enable flexible, remote learning. However, a major challenge persists in evaluating students’ essay-type answers, which are still predominantly assessed manually by lecturers. This manual process is time-consuming, subjective, and inefficient. To address this issue, this study aims to develop an automated evaluation system for essay assessments using machine learning techniques. This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, involving several stages including problem identification, data collection, system design, validation, testing, and refinement. The system was built using web-based technology and implemented supervised machine learning algorithms, particularly Random Forest and Naive Bayes, trained with previously assessed student answers. The evaluation focused on the system's accuracy compared to manual grading. The results indicate that the Random Forest algorithm achieved the highest accuracy rate of 88%, with strong precision and recall scores, suggesting a high level of consistency with lecturers’ assessments. A functionality test involving 25 students and 10 lecturers showed positive user responses regarding the system's ease of use, speed, and perceived usefulness in the learning process. This research demonstrates the potential of automated essay scoring to improve efficiency and objectivity in e-learning environments. While limitations remain, particularly in assessing complex logical reasoning and cultural context, the system lays a strong foundation for future integration with NLP models and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The findings contribute to the development of more modern, responsive, and scalable educational technologies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan prinsip Adaptive Governance dalam peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa di Desa Kendang Dukuh, Kecamatan Wonorejo, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung maupun menghambat implementasinya. Desa ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan struktural, seperti rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, terbatasnya akses terhadap pelatihan, serta lemahnya koordinasi antara pemerintah desa dengan pihak di tingkat atas maupun masyarakat. Kondisi tersebut menghambat efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dan layanan publik yang responsif terhadap dinamika sosial ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Adaptive Governance sebagai kerangka analisis, penelitian ini menelaah sejauh mana praktik tata kelola yang inklusif, partisipatif, dan adaptif dapat diterapkan dalam konteks desa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat inisiatif untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip adaptif, pelaksanaannya masih terbatas akibat kurangnya kapasitas kelembagaan dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan. Namun, terdapat peluang penguatan melalui program pelatihan berkelanjutan, pemberdayaan komunitas lokal, dan peningkatan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memperkaya diskursus teoritis mengenai Adaptive Governance pada tingkat desa, tetapi juga menawarkan rekomendasi kebijakan yang aplikatif bagi perbaikan tata kelola desa yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The limitations of conventional PAI material learning used by most educators are the dominance of the one- way lecture method, the lack of space for discussion and real problem solving, and the lack of development of critical thinking skills and collaboration. The PBL model can be used as a breakthrough for PAI educators, especially to link lessons and daily life related to norms or values that need to be developed, made explicit and connected to the context of daily life. This study aims to determine the implementation of the PBL model in PAI in overcoming conflicts between students. This type of research is field research, in the field qualitatively through scientific methods with data collection techniques and techniques in analyzing data that are done clearly. While the research approach used is a case study approach where this research is exploratory case study research. The data collection technique in this research is through in-depth interviews. The results of this study show that the steps in the implementation of PBL in PAI lessons at SM IT IMBOS are planning and problem identification, problem recognition and discussion, information gathering and research, and presentation and evaluation. While the implications of PBL learning itself are for the development of critical thinking skills, improving collaborative skills, deep understanding of the problem, and developing and implementing plans. Furthermore, the supporting factors faced by PAI teachers in implementing PBL are institutional support, training and professional development, adequate facilities and infrastructure, collaboration between teachers, and student enthusiasm. The inhibiting factors are low motivation of some students, limited resources, lack of understanding and skills of teachers. The application of PBL in PAI subjects at SMIT IMBOS Pringsewu has the potential to provide positive implications for conflict management among students. Through PBL, students develop the ability to identify, analyze, and formulate solutions to complex problems in religious and moral contexts. They learn to link theory with practice in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievement of learning outcomes of 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Kei Besar on dynamic electricity material using the cooperative learning model of Think, Pair and Share type with the help of PhET media. the subjects of this study were 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Kei Besar totaling 30 students. The results showed that the achievement of students' learning outcomes in dynamic electricity material before using the Think, Pair and Share type cooperative learning model assisted by PhET media was in failing qualifications with an average achievement score obtained of 32, 82, after learning by using the Think, Pair and Share type cooperative learning model assisted by PhET media experienced a good improvement. This can be seen from the average achievement score of the final score of students 82.91 which is in good qualification. Thus it can be concluded that using the cooperative learning model of Think, Pair and Share type assisted by PhET media can help students of class IX SMP Negeri 9 Kei Besar in achieving better learning outcomes on Dynamic Electricity material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas media pembelajaran video kongres pemuda Indonesia di Yogyakarta ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Sungapan Kecamatan Sedayu Kabupaten Bantul. Aspek yang diteliti yaitu, 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Efektifitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan subyek penelitian yaitu Guru dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji paired sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah mendukung pembelajaran dengan jumlah siswa kelas eksperimen 20 dan siswa kelas kontrol 17, 2) Pelaksanaan penggunaan media video kongres pemuda Indonesia di Yogyakarta meningkatan minat siswa SD Sungapan Kec. Sedayu Kab. Bantul dari hasil nilai rata-rata postest 88 di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata 83, 3) Efektifitas dapat ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa menggunakan media video, yaitu dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil uji paired sample t-test pada nilai pretest dan posttest di peroleh Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000. Nilai sig. 0,000 kurang dari kurang dari (<0.05) maka ditolak dan diterima, artinya terdapat perbedaan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen 88 dan rata-rata posttest kelas kontrol 83. Hal ini menunjukkan media video kongres pemuda Indonesia di Yogyakarta efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS.

Abstract

The efficiency of implementing the technology-based learning model) in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) course for class VIII at SMPN 18 Lau Maros was assessed in this study using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) technique. A total of 13 female students and 18 male students participated in this study. The aim was to analyze the implementation of TBL and its effect on student learning achievement. For two cycles, this study used a four-stage CAR cycle (planning, action, observation, and reflection). Documentation, interviews, and observations were used to collect data. After implementing TBL, the results showed a significant increase in student learning achievement. Only 57.65 was the pre-cycle average score (18.75% of students met the KKM). Cycle II reached 84.06 (81.25% completed), while Cycle I increased to 75.31 (62.5% completed). Meanwhile, six students (18.75%) were still below the KKM (75). In summary, this study shows how well the technology-based learning (TBL) paradigm works to improve the academic achievement of Islamic Religious Education students in grade VIII. Each cycle experienced significant improvements, but more efforts are still needed to ensure that every student meets the KKM. This finding has significant consequences for creating more innovative and successful Islamic Religious Education learning. For children who are left behind, individual support is needed, along with the creation of more engaging educational resources that consider the unique needs of each student.

Abstract

Mathematics is often perceived as an abstract subject and disconnected from students' everyday lives. Through the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach, it is expected that students will be able to understand mathematics, specifically the topic of data presentation in a way that relates to their daily experiences. Furthermore, Liveworksheets-based E-Worksheets (E-LKPD) are needed to support 21st-century mathematics learning. The purpose of this article is to develop Liveworksheets-based E-Worksheets using a Culturally Responsive Teaching approach in mathematics instruction. The method used is Research and Development (R&D). The results of this development show that: (1) the validity of the Liveworksheets-based E-Worksheets using the CRT approach reached a validity percentage of 90.87%, which falls into the "very valid" category, and (2) the practicality of the product reached a practicality percentage of 95%, categorized as "very practical." Therefore, the developed Liveworksheets-based E-Worksheets using the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach are valid and practical for use in teaching the topic of data presentation in Phase D mathematics at SMP Negeri 6 Tegal.

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between learners and their environment, so that there are changes in behavior in a better direction. The learning process is experienced throughout life and applies anywhere and anytime. This study aims to identify the analysis used by teachers in implementing mathematics learning and student involvement in understanding student communication of learning materials. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, in-depth interviews conducted with two class teachers and one counseling teacher and 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Sragen and documentation. Document analysis will be analyzed thematically. Thematic analysis involves identifying, mapping, and interpreting thematic patterns or motifs that emerge from the data as well as data triangulation, member-checking, and reflective analysis. Based on the results of the author's observation and reflection journal during mathematics learning in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sragen, the teacher was seen actively approaching each student individually, providing explanations one by one after the material was presented on the blackboard, guiding students personally in doing guided exercises, and ensuring that each student understood the material individually.

Abstract

Karakter dibangun sejak anak usia dini pada pendidikan dasar yang dapat memperkuat generasi muda dalam menciptakan masyarakat dengan nilai-nilai kebangsaaannya. Perkembangan teknologi yang terus berkembang tanpa batas hingga memasuki digitalisasi 5.0 dapat memudahkan segala aktifitas sehingga membuat fenomena modernisasi yang memberikan pengaruh terkikisnya karakter bela negara termasuk dalam melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merangkum berbagai sumber yang relevan tentang Penguatan Karakter Bela Negara Melalui Proyek Berbasis Budaya di SDN 004 Teluk Durian, Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di sekolah SDN 004 Teluk Durian Proyek berbasis budaya di sekolah telah melibatkan peran siswa eksplorasi budaya lokal, seperti seni tari, pantun, cerita rakyat yang dikemas dalam proyek-proyek pembelajaran. Kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk pembelajaran di kelas dapat menggunakan cerita rakyat, permainan tradisional seperti batu gulik, goloh Panjang, dan gasing serta lagu-lagu daerah sebagai media yang terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek berbasis budaya di SDN 004 Teluk Durian memiliki dampak yang positif terhadapa penguatan karakter bela negara bagi siswa.
