Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by visual media on student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for Grade IV at SD Negeri 060954 Medan Marelan. The research employed a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design with tests and questionnaires as data collection instruments. A total of 26 students participated as the research sample. The CORE model was implemented through structured steps that guided students to connect prior knowledge with new concepts, organize ideas, reflect on information, and deepen understanding through assignments. The results showed a significant improvement in the students’ average scores from 46.92 (pretest) to 85.34 (posttest), with 23 out of 26 students achieving mastery learning. The t-test analysis yielded tcount = 2.156 > ttable = 2.064, and the correlation coefficient was r = 0.403 > rtable = 0.388, indicating a moderate and significant relationship between the CORE model implementation and student learning outcomes. Furthermore, questionnaire responses revealed that students enjoyed the use of visual media, as it made learning more engaging, concrete, and easier to understand. These findings support cognitive learning theory and previous research showing that the CORE model enhances student engagement and conceptual understanding. It can be concluded that the CORE learning model assisted by visual media significantly improves student learning outcomes in IPAS, while fostering collaborative and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of the Islamic education system from the perspective of hadith through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA protocol. The research is grounded in the significance of hadith as a primary source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an, encompassing educational principles such as goals, roles of educators and learners, teaching methods, and instructional content. A total of 50 selected scholarly articles were thematically analyzed. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s hadiths offer both normative and practical foundations for Islamic education, emphasizing character formation, spirituality, and social transformation. The hadith-based Islamic education system is holistic, contextual, and transformative. Moreover, Islamic education has shown resilience over time due to its roots in divine revelation and the Prophet’s traditions. This study underscores the importance of integrating hadith values into the development of the Islamic education system to address contemporary global challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya karakter disiplin pada siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara penerapan aturan kelas dengan pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa kelas tinggi SDN Gugus IV Kecamatan Sandubaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 147 siswa yang tersebar di SDN 12 Cakranegara, SDN 40 Cakranegara, dan SDN 42 Cakranegara. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dengan presisi 10%, yakni 60 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen utama berupa angket tertutup dan observasi terstruktur serta wawancara sebagai instrumen pendukung hasil observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment pada taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan aturan kelas dengan pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa kelas tinggi SDN gugus IV kecamatan sandubaya. Hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi atau rhitung sebesar 0,628 dan rtabel untuk N=60 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,254, 0,628 > 0,254, kemudian jika dilihat dari nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000, 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian dilihat dari nilai rhitung atau pearson correlation sebesar 0,628 dimana tingkat hubungan antara variabel aturan kelas dan variabel karakter disiplin termasuk dalam kategorisasi tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik aturan kelas diterapkan, maka semakin baik pula karakter disiplin siswa yang terbentuk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media gambar tergadap kemampuan membaca permulaan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri 29 Prabumulih. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ekperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Populasi dan Sampel yang digunakan yaitu peserta didik kelas I SD Negeri 29 Prabumulih sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh nilai signifikan pretest 0.176 dan posttest 0,199 lebih dari 0,05 artinya data berdistribusi normal. Sedangkan uji homogenitasnya adalah 0,961 lebih dari (>) 0,05 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa data yang di uji sesuai kriteria dan data merupakan data homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan media gambar terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri 29 Prabumulih. Terlihat dari nilai signifikan kemampuan membaca permulaan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,025 (0,000 < 0,025) yang berarti bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima maka ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media gambar terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low academic achievement of students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), particularly on the topic “Forces Around Us” in Grade IV at MINU Tropodo Waru Sidoarjo. Initial observations revealed that most students struggled to understand the concepts of muscular force, friction, gravity, and magnetism, as well as showed a lack of active engagement during the learning process. One contributing factor is the use of conventional teaching methods, which tend to be monotonous and less engaging for students. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of interactive learning media based on the Kahoot application on improving IPAS learning outcomes in the topic of forces. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study involved two classes as samples: class IV-A as the experimental group using Kahoot media, and class IV-B as the control group using the lecture method. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test consisting of 10 validated items. Data were analyzed using Normality, Homogeneity, and Paired Sample t-Test through SPSS version 26. The results showed that the average posttest score of students in the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group. The mean posttest score of the experimental group was 77.68, while the control group only reached 57.50. The Paired Sample t-Test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. These findings demonstrate that the use of Kahoot as an interactive learning medium can effectively enhance students’ IPAS learning outcomes. This study recommends the use of Kahoot as an innovative and enjoyable teaching strategy to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Pancasila Education learning with the material "Mutual Cooperation in Diversity" in class V SDN Guntur 01 South Jakarta. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively according to the Milles and Hubberman model. The results of the study showed that: (1) The implementation of the PBL model in the Pendidikan Pancasila subject in class V SDN Guntur 01 was able to create a conducive learning environment and the investigation process was active and the learning resources used by students were the internet so that students could investigate problems by looking for relevant information. (2) Classically, students' ability to solve problems after learning with the PBL model can be qualified as good.

Abstract

A pastor is a spiritual leader in the Christian faith who is responsible for religious services and regularly connects with church members. Currently, issues related to pastoral services are considered one of the reasons why church members are less diligent in attending worship. Therefore, a pastor is expected to have a servant-hearted attitude. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between pastoral service and the level of worship attendance among members of the Jordan Airmadidi Seventh-day Adventist Church. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling was done using the convenience sampling technique, with a total of 65 respondents. The results show that overall, the quality of pastoral service at the Jordan Airmadidi Church is categorized as High (average score of 4.23), and the level of worship attendance is also categorized as High (average score of 3.96). Statistical analysis using Pearson correlation shows a significant relationship between pastoral service and worship attendance (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05; correlation coefficient r = 0.573). It is recommended that pastors maintain and continue to improve their ministry, especially in preaching and visiting church members. Church members are also encouraged to consistently participate in worship activities to enhance and deepen their spiritual experience.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki karakter yang sangat memenuhi untuk disebut sebagai negara plural. Pluralitas di Indosensia di satu sisi sebagai kekayaan bangsa, namun di sisi lain dapat menjadi salah satu pemicu konflik. Salah bentuk satu pluralitas di Indonesia adalah pluralitas agama dengan meyoritas bangsa Indonesia memeluk agama Islam. Sebagai mayoritas tentunya umat Islam di Indonesia diharapkan dapat menjadi pioneer dalam upaya membentuk kerukunan antar umat beragama sebagaimana semangat dalam piagam madinah. Pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang sangat strategis dalam upaya mecetak generasi Islam inklusif melalui implementasi pendidikan Islam moderat di dalamnya. Mini reseach ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library reserch. Penelitian ini menghasilkan deskripsi teoritis implementasi pendidikan Islam moderat di pesantren melalui empat strategi yaitu pertama menyisipkan (insersi) muatan moderasi dalam setiap materi yang relevan, kedua mengoptimalkan pendekaatan-pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat melahirkan cara berfikir kritis, bersikap menghargai perbedaan, menghargai pendapat orang lain, toleran, demokratis, berani menyampaikan gagasan, sportif dan bertanggung jawab, ketiga menyelenggarakan program, pendidikan, pelatihan dan pembekalan tertentu dengan tema khusus tentang moderasi beragama, dan keempat menjangkau aspek evaluasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of bullying behavior on the self-confidence of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Karekan, Pagentan, Banjarnegara, and to identify the contributing factors behind bullying incidents. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that bullying occurred in verbal, physical, and social forms. The impacts included decreased self-confidence, fear of speaking in front of the class, social withdrawal, emotional distress, and reduced learning motivation. The primary contributing factors were lack of parental supervision, emotional distance due to parents working out of town, and exposure to inappropriate social media content. Perpetrators were generally dominant students lacking empathy. This study highlights the urgent need for collaboration between schools and parents to prevent bullying and foster character development and social awareness among students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning evaluation plays an important role in assessing the success of the teaching and learning process as well as encouraging the improvement of student achievements. With the presence of evaluations, schools can determine the extent of achievements that have been made as well as the shortcomings that still exist in the learning activities. This research aims to analyze the evaluation of the learning process and outcomes of students at UPT SD Negeri 007 Bangkinang, specifically fourth-grade students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document review. The results of the research in the fourth-grade class at UPT SDN 007 Bangkinang show that the learning evaluation has been conducted thoroughly and focuses on improving all student competencies. ABSTRAK Evaluasi pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menilai keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar serta mendorong peningkatan prestasi siswa. Dengan adanya evaluasi, sekolah dapat mengetahui sejauh mana pencapaian yang telah diraih maupun kekurangan yang masih ada dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar siswa di UPT SD Negeri 007 Bangkinang, khususnya siswa kelas IV. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan meninjau dokumen. Hasil penelitian di kelas IV UPT SDN 007 Bangkinang menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran telah dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan berfokus pada meningkatkan semua kompetensi siswa.
