Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of augmented reality-based flashcard media on ecosystem material. And to determine the increase in science literacy of grade 5 students of SDN Bendo 01 Ponggok Blitar. This study used an experimental method in the form of a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were 40 grade 5 students of SDN Bendo 01 Ponggok Blitar with the number of students in class 5A 20 students and class 5B 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study used tests and documentation. The results of the normality test of the experimental class in this study were 0.016> 0.05 in the pretest data and the significant value of the posttest was 0.092> 0.05 normally distributed. The results of the homogeneity test can be seen that the significant value of the posttest data is 0.100, this indicates that the value of the significant 0.100> 0.05 so that the posttest data criteria accept H0 which means that both classes have homogeneous variance. The results of the independent sample t-test on the posttest data of the experimental class and the control class can be seen that the sig. (Two-Sided p) value is 0.002 <0.05. The results of the paired sample t-test on the pretest and posttest data using SPSS 30.0 can be seen that the sig. (Two Side p) value is 0.001 <0.05, so there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. The improvement of the science literacy skills of grade 5 students of SDN Bendo 01 Ponggok Blitar was obtained from the pretest and posttest assessments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the phonics method assisted by flash card media on the beginning reading ability of lower grade students of SD Inpres Morowa. This study is an experimental research type. The sample in this study were all grade I students, with a total of 32 students. The research instruments used were observation sheets, reading ability tests and documentation. With data analysis techniques using SPSS 30.0. based on the results of descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, where the teacher's activity in implementing the phonics method assisted by flash card media obtained an average value of 3.4 which means it was implemented well, then the results of the analysis of student activities obtained an average value of 3.3 which means it was implemented well. The results of the prerequisite test, namely the normality test, obtained a P-Value pretest = 0.535 which means the data is normally distributed, then the results of the homogeneity test obtained a P-Value = 0.541 which means homogeneity is met. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, which means that there is a difference in students' reading ability, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the phonics method assisted by flash card media has an effect on the initial reading ability of lower grade students at SD Inpres Morowa.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of using the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) model assisted by DINO E-Magazine on social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Demangan 2. The research design used was one group pre-test post-test. The sample in this study consisted of 24 fourth grade students of SDN Demangan 2, namely 11 male students and 13 female students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the application of the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) model assisted by DINO E-Magazine on the social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Demangan 2. This is evidenced by the paired sample t-test with t count of 3.375 which is greater than t table which is 2.068, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The significance value obtained is 0.003 <0.05. The average pre-test score of 66.25 increased to 80 in the post-test score, which showed a significant difference in average scores between before and after treatment.

Abstract

Low active engagement in learning is a challenge in the lower grades of primary school. Grade III students are still at the concrete thinking stage, so they are more interested in fun activities and are easily distracted by less interactive media or the use of devices such as gadgets. This research aims to development Truth or Dare learning media based on Board Game themed Nature Adventure on the material of natural appearance using the developer model applied using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) approach which emphasizes group cooperation, healthy competition, and active involvement of students through a fun and not boring learning atmosphere. The results of validation carried out by media, material, and language experts, showed that the media obtained a validity score of 90.5% for media, 96% for material, and 94% for language, all of which were in the very valid category. The applicability test was conducted through a questionnaire distributed to teachers and third grade students at SD Negeri 7 Kampungdalem. The results showed an applicability of 98.1% from teachers and an average of 92.1% from students. The results of the field trial prove that this media is able to increase the enthusiasm, motivation, and active involvement of students during learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Strengthening the character of cooperation in early childhood is a strategic step in building lifelong social skills. This study aims to describe the best practice of strengthening the character of cooperation through the implementation of classroom agreements at TK Negeri 1 Alalak. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the participatory implementation of classroom agreements was effective in developing children's cooperative character. The children willingly and joyfully worked together to tidy up the reading corner and play equipment after use. They were able to carry out the classroom agreements that they had created together, which fostered a sense of responsibility and togetherness. Character reinforcement was consistently implemented through habitual activities, verbal praise, symbolic appreciation, and parental involvement. These findings confirm that classroom agreements can serve as an effective strategy for instilling the value of cooperation in early childhood. This study recommends the consistent and participatory application of classroom agreements in early childhood education, and further research on strengthening other characters such as independence and responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap pemahaman dan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas II di SDN Tengket 03. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu dan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal uraian untuk mengukur pemahaman dan angket skala Likert untuk mengukur kemandirian. Teknik analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji paired sample t-test, serta uji MANOVA dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, baik pada pemahaman maupun kemandirian siswa, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil uji MANOVA juga menunjukkan signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa model Discovery Learning memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan kemandirian siswa. Dengan demikian, model ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran matematika di kelas II sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Quantum Teaching Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Subjects at Elementary School 060942 Medan Deli in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The independent variable in this study is the Quantum Teaching Model (X) and the dependent variable is Learning Outcomes (Y). Sampling using Saturated Sampling where the population used as a sample is 30 students of grade V of Elementary School 060942 Medan Deli. To determine the initial abilities of students, the researcher conducted a Pretest with an average value of 42.80 with the category of needing guidance. After the study using the Quantum Teaching learning model showed that student learning outcomes increased against the posttest with an average value of 81.87 with a good category. The magnitude of the influence of the Quantum Teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in grade V of Elementary School 060942 Medan Deli was obtained from the results of the correlation test calculation obtained by 0.803 with a very strong category, which means r count (0.803) ≥ r table (0.361). Furthermore, hypothesis testing (t-test) where t count ≥ t table is 7.141 ≥ 1.697 so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the Quantum Teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics lessons in class V of SD Negeri 060942 Medan Deli.

Abstract

Konsep IPAS seringkali sulit dicapai oleh peserta didik dikarenakan sering melibatkan konsep-konsep abstrak sehingga memerlukan media yang mampu memberikan visualisasi menarik dan terlihat nyata. Media yang mampu menampilkan visualisasi menarik dan terlihat nyata salah satunya adalah teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi sekolah yang masih minim penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan masih mengandalkan media pembelajaran tradisional seperti buku maupun gambar 2D. Selain itu, belum tersedia media pembelajaran yang mampu memvisualisasikan konsep IPAS secara nyata dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Big Flashcard berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada IPAS Materi Struktur Lapisan Bumi Kelas V serta memahami tingkat kevalidan dan keterterapan media pembelajaran Big Flahcard berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada IPAS Materi Struktur Lapisan Bumi kelas V. Dalam penelitian ini, model ADDIE digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Tahapan-tahapan tersebut terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi mendapatkan 94% dengan kriteria sangat valid, sedangkan ahli media mendapatkan 90% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Media pembelajaran Big Flashcard berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada IPAS Materi Struktur Lapisan Bumi dapat digunakan di kelas V SD Negeri 2 Balerejo. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the digital mind mapping method on students' learning outcomes in Grade IV Phase B on the topic of rules and norms in elementary school. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling consisting of 19 students. The research instruments used were pre-tests and post-tests, and the data were analyzed using linear regression analysis, paired t-test, and the N-Gain score difference test. The results of the study showed a linear regression result of 67%, a paired t-test value of p = 0.001, and an N-Gain score difference of 0.74. These findings indicate that the mind mapping method is effective significantly improving students' learning outcomes in the topic of rules and norms in Grade IV Phase B of elementary school.

Abstract

Based on the results of field observations, several problems were found, including low student learning outcomes, lack of student activity in the learning process, and the use of teaching materials that were less interesting to learn. This study aims to describe the application of contextual-based LKPD in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were analyzed descriptively through the calculation of averages and percentages. Learning completion criteria were determined based on individual and classical completion. The results of the study showed an increase in learning completion in each cycle, which was 64% in cycle I, and increased to 89% in cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of contextual-based LKPD is effective in improving the learning outcomes of grade IV students in elementary schools.
