Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membandingkan teks hikayat dengan teks cerpen siswa fase E di SMKN 1 Koto Baru. Ketidakpahaman siswa dengan materi teks hikayat dan teks cerpen terutama struktur dan kaidah kebahasaan menyebabkan siswa merasa kesulitan ketika diminta untuk membandingkan teks hikayat dan teks cerpen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode SQ3R.terhadap pembelajaran membandingka teks hikayat dengan teks cerpen siswa fase E SMKN 1 Koto Baru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, karena data yang diolah berupa angka. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian adalah one-group pretest-posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa fase E SMKN 1 Koto Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ialah kelas X Agriter 2 yang terdiri dari 22 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan tes esai kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SQ3R berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membandingkan teks hikayat dengan teks cerpen siswa fase E SMKN 1 Koto Baru. Berdasarkan uji Hipotesis yang telah dilakukan diketahui Thitung = 5,97 dan Ttabel = 1,72 untuk α = 0,05 dan n=22. Kesimpulannya H0 ditolak karena Thitung ˃Ttabel. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode SQ3R memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan emampuan membandingkan teks hikayat dengan teks cerpen siswa fase E SMKN 1 Koto Baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Kristen Makale. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis e-book interaktif, desain pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis e-book interaktif , tingakat validitas dan kepraktisan bahan ajar berbasis e-book interaktif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan R&D (Research & Development) dan mengadopsi model Alessi & Trolip yang memiliki tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, desain, & pengembangan. Model ini dikembangkan oleh Stephen M. Alessi & Trolip. Hasil temuan masalah ditemukan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar masih belum dioptimalakan sedangakan fasiltas seperti koneksi internet sudah cukuo memadai. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1). Bentuk penyajian bahan ajar e-book interaktif yang dirancang disesuaikan dengan tujuan pembelajaran, (2) desain pengembangan bahan ajar dalam bentuk link. (3) bahan ajar ini termasuk kedalam kateori “sangat valid” dengan nilai persentase 91,1% dari ahli media, dan 93,3% pada kategori “sangat valid” pada penilaian ahli materi serta multimedia pembelajaran interaktif terintegrasi evaluasi termasuk kedalam kateori “sangat praktis” berdasarkan penilaian kepraktisan guru 95,65%, dan penilaian kepraktisan oleh siswa 94,4%, sehingga bahan ajar berbasis e-book interaktif ini dinyatakan sangat praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study developed a 2D animation learning media to enhance the learning motivation of fifth-grade students in the IPAS subject at SDN Lambang Jaya 01. The research was motivated by the low learning motivation caused by the lack of engaging and interactive learning media. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were fifth-grade students, with instruments including expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and student motivation questionnaires. The results of media, material, and language expert validations indicated a “highly feasible” category. Small group and field trials showed a significant improvement in students’ learning motivation. Therefore, this 2D animation media is considered feasible and effective for use in IPAS learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Smart Rabbit learning media based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) to improve first-grade students’ mathematical concept understanding at SDN Sukarukun 01 on addition material. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Media validation by media experts, language experts, and material experts using the CVR and CVI obtained the maximum score of 1.00, indicating excellent content validity. Practicality tests through teacher and student response questionnaires showed scores of 94% from teachers and 97.1% from students, indicating that the media is highly practical and engaging for learning activities. Effectiveness testing using a pretest-posttest design and N-Gain analysis score 0.79 demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ mathematical concept understanding, with results categorized as effective. Therefore, the Smart Rabbit learning media based on ESD is feasible and effective for enhancing mathematical concept understanding among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the circuit training method on improving smash skills in badminton among extracurricular students at SMAN 2 Sukatani. The background of this research lies in the importance of the smash technique as a primary offensive move in badminton, along with the need for a structured and effective training method to enhance this ability. The circuit training method was selected for its potential to develop strength, endurance, agility, and overall body coordination. This research employed a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 30 badminton extracurricular students, selected using total sampling. The instrument used was a practical test of smash skills, covering initial stance, execution, and follow-through phases. Data were collected through a pre-test before treatment and a post-test after eight sessions of circuit training. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS 25. The results showed an increase in the average score from 9.10 in the pre-test to 11.20 in the post-test. The t-test results revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores. It can be concluded that the circuit training method has a significant effect on improving smash skills in badminton. This method is recommended to be implemented in extracurricular training programs as it effectively enhances students’ overall performance. The findings also contribute to the development of structured physical education training strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kualitas bahan ajar teks hikayat yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas X Fase E Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Tamiang Ujung Gading, terutama dalam konteks implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembelajaran kontekstual, integratif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis karakteristik bahan ajar teks hikayat, khususnya Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS), untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesesuaiannya dengan capaian pembelajaran (CP) dan tujuan pembelajaran (TP) Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru dan analisis terhadap LKS yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru belum menyusun bahan ajar secara mandiri, melainkan hanya mengandalkan LKS dan materi tambahan dari internet. LKS yang digunakan belum memenuhi karakteristik bahan ajar yang baik, karena tidak mengakomodasi keempat keterampilan berbahasa secara utuh. Elemen menulis sama sekali diabaikan, sementara fokus pembelajaran lebih dominan pada aspek membaca. Selain itu, aspek isi, bahasa, penyajian, dan kegrafikaan LKS masih memiliki kelemahan, antara lain isi yang belum kontekstual, bahasa instruksi yang pasif, serta tampilan yang padat teks dan minim ilustrasi. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengembangan bahan ajar teks hikayat yang lebih kontekstual, kreatif, dan integratif, sehingga mampu menunjang pembelajaran sastra klasik yang bermakna serta mendukung terwujudnya profil pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of using the Pecha Kucha method (independent variable) on students’ speaking skills (dependent variable) in the eleventh grade of SMAN 10 Pandeglang in the academic year 2025/2026. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of all eleventh-grade students, while the sample was selected using cluster random sampling, resulting in 60 students equally divided into the experimental class (XI-1) and the control class (XI-4). The research instrument was a speaking test covering five aspects: fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension, which had been tested for validity and reliability prior to use. The study was conducted over four meetings, including a pre-test, treatment, and post-test. In the experimental class, the pre-test scores ranged from 32 to 64 with a mean of 44.13 and a standard deviation of 9.066, while the post-test scores ranged from 40 to 96 with a mean of 68.13 and a standard deviation of 12.539. In the control class, the pre-test scores ranged from 32 to 60 with a mean of 43.60 and a standard deviation of 7.600, whereas the post-test scores ranged from 44 to 88 with a mean of 59.60 and a standard deviation of 9.705. The findings indicate that the Pecha Kucha method has a significant positive effect on students’ speaking skills. Therefore, this method is recommended as an alternative strategy in teaching speaking, as it can improve students’ fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension in a structured and engaging manner.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effective reading speed of non-fiction scientific articles among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Ukui using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were obtained through reading speed tests and comprehension tests using cognitive aspects of reading literacy. Data analysis was performed using the formula reading speed x reading comprehension, then categorizing the KEM level at the junior high school level. The results of the study indicate that the students' KEM is very high, with an average of 124 kpm, and their reading comprehension is categorized as high, with an average of 67. These findings suggest that although students can read quickly, comprehension still needs to be improved through regular practice and strategies that balance both aspects in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi dan motivasi belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas IV Di SDN Gugus II Narmada. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 1 Dasan Tereng yang merupakan bagian dari Gugus II Narmada. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, menggunakan desain quasi eksperiment dengan tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV A SDN 1 Dasan Tereng sebagai kelas eksperimen dan peserta didik kelas IV B SDN 1 Dasan Tereng sebagai kelas kontrol, penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik multivariate of variance (MANOVA) dan N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai (sig. 0.00 < 0.05; kontribusi 43.66) untuk keterampilan kolaborasi, nilai (sig. 0,00 < 0.05; kontribusi 45.92) untuk motivasi belajar IPAS, serta nilai (sig. 0,00 < 0.05) untuk keterampilan kolaborasi dan motivasi belajar IPAS secara simultan. Hal ini menunjukkan (H₀) ditolak dan (Hₐ) diterima, yang berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap keterampilan kolaborasi dan motivasi belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas IV di SDN Gugus II Narmada.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study stems from the low level of participation by the community, parents, alumni, and local leaders in the haflah imtihan activities at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ghazali Pragaan, even though these events have strategic value for the legitimacy of education and the strengthening of social and religious networks. The objectives of this study are to describe the public relations strategies implemented, analyze their impact on participation levels, identify effective local cultural practices, and formulate evidence-based public relations policy recommendations. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, analyzed interactively following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model to obtain credible and contextual findings. The results of the study show that public relations strategies combine conventional approaches (visiting community leaders, physical invitations, and announcements through mosques) and digital approaches (WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube), which synergistically increase community participation by around 30% compared to the previous year. The integration of local cultural practices such as blessings, hadrah, and the involvement of religious leaders proved to strengthen the legitimacy and emotional attachment of residents to the madrasah. This communication model, which combines digital innovation and local traditions, is effective in building the madrasah's image as an adaptive institution rooted in community values, making it a relevant reference for Islamic educational institutions based on pesantren.
