Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan game clash of champions sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran IPAS materi peta kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen tipe One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yaitu penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan pada satu kelompok saja yang dipilih secara random. Instrument yang digunakan berupa tes. Hasil menunjukan adanya peningkatan sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan sesudah diberikan berupa game clash of champions sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran IPAS materi pet akelas IV sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan yang menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata post test lebih besar dari rata-rata pre test. Rata-rata post test sebesar 81,10 yang berada pada kategori cukup baik, dan rata-rata pre test 63,00 yang berada pada kategori cukup. Hasil perhitungan N-Gain menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata 60,50 dengan kategori cukup efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan game clash of champions sebagai evaluasi pembelajaran IPAS materi pet akelas IV efektif digunakan dan dapat dijadikan alternatif baru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan bilangan pada anak kelompok A melalui media pembelajaran berbasis Wordwall di TK Islam Al Ikhsan Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model tindakan Kemmis dan McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A yang berjumlah 7 anak. Data dikumpulkan melalui obervasi dan wawancara kepada guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pengenalan bilangan 1-10 pada setiap siklus. Pada pra-siklus, rata-rata skor yang diperoleh anak adalah 29,28 (49%). Setelah penerapan tindakan pada siklus I, rata-rata skor meningkat menjadi 48,71 (81%) dan pada siklus II mencapai 59,57 (99%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Wordwall efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengenalan bilangan pada anak usia dini, khususnya kelompok A di TK Islam Al Ikhsan Bekasi.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is a basic educational institution that has an important role in shaping the quality of student learning. Education in the Ma'had Al-Zaytun environment is equipped with a boarding system, so that the dormitory manager has a big responsibility in guiding, educating, and motivating students to have high learning motivation. in this study is how the dormitory manager's efforts in motivating sixth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun to learn, as well as what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The aim is to determine the efforts of dormitory managers in increasing student learning motivation and identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors faced. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects involved dormitory managers, homeroom teachers, room teachers, and sixth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun. Main problem The results of the study indicate that the dormitory manager's efforts in motivating student learning are by extending students' sleep hours, making the dormitory environment a comfortable and less conflict-prone place, conducting coaching and evaluation together with room teachers, and controlling student activities 24 hours a day through the WhatsApp application. Supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, a structured dormitory program, and collaboration between dormitory administrators in awarding prizes. Inhibiting factors include student laziness, negative peer influence, emotional issues, and a lack of interest in specific subjects. Thus, dormitory administrators have been shown to make a significant contribution to motivating students to learn, although challenges remain.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of the Place Value Numeracy Board learning media (PENAT) on the learning interest of 3rd-grade students, particularly in mathematics with the topic of place value. This study employed a quantitative research approach using a Pre-Experimental Design type: One Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample consisted of all 22 students in the 3rd grade, or in other words, a saturated sampling technique was used, as the entire population was included as the sample. Data collection in this study used a learning interest questionnaire. For data analysis, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test was used because the sample size was small (less than 30 students). Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing, the Paired Sample T-Test was used. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the average learning interest score of 3rd-grade students before the treatment (pretest) was 46.54, while the average score after the treatment (posttest) was 52.09. This means that the average learning interest in mathematics increased by 11.92%. Moreover, the result of the t-test using SPSS version 26 showed a significance value of 0.008, which means 0.008 < 0.05 (H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted). However, the correlation value between the pretest and posttest data was found to be -0.276, indicating a weak relationship between the two tested variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PENAT learning media has an effect on the mathematics learning interest of 3rd-grade students, but the effect is considered weak. This is due to the lack of a strong relationship between the two tested variables, indicating that PENAT media has only a weak influence on students’ interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the use of learning media by teachers has not been varied enough in teaching and learning activities. This scientific study aims to optimise mathematics learning achievement on subtraction material for grade 1 students at UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung 1 Tuban through the use of visual jarimatika media. The scope of this study covers the improvement of understanding of the concept of subtraction and the effectiveness of jarimatika media in helping students solve subtraction problems more easily and quickly. The subjects studied were students of grade 1 UPT SD Negeri Sumurgung 1 Tuban with a total of 12 people. The method applied in the research was classroom action research (PTK) using a cyclical model consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was obtained through learning outcome tests. The research shows that the use of visual media jarimatika in subtraction material in grade 1 can significantly optimise student learning achievement. This can be observed based on the achievement of student completeness in the first cycle and the second cycle. The average student score in the first cycle was 65, then the average student score in the second cycle reached 77.5. Based on this, the use of jarimatika visual media in grade 1 subtraction material can be used as a solution to improve student learning performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in students' reading comprehension skills using the Jigsaw learning model in fifth-grade students of Kaiwatu Christian Elementary School. This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Each cycle focuses on reading comprehension skills. Prior to implementing the first cycle, the researcher first established communication with the principal and class teachers to conduct research on the application of the Jigsaw learning model in teaching reading comprehension skills to fifth-grade students of Kaiwatu Christian Elementary School, Southwest Maluku Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model assisted by E-LKPD on the mathematical problem-solving ability of class X students on the material of arithmetic sequences and series at SMK Arrahmah Papar. The background of this study is based on the low interest and ability of students in solving mathematics problems, especially non-routine problems that require conceptual understanding and high-level thinking skills. The study used a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two randomly selected classes, namely the experimental class using the CTL model assisted by E-LKPD and the control class using the conventional learning model. The instruments used were in the form of a mathematical problem-solving ability test and media and material validation sheets. The results of data analysis showed that the average posttest score of students in the experimental class increased significantly compared to the control class. In the experimental class, the average score increased from 48.17 to 81.83, while in the control class it increased from 48.50 to 76.83. The Mann-Whitney statistical test and paired sample t-test showed a significance value of <0.05, which means there is a significant difference between the two classes. This finding indicates that the use of the CTL learning model assisted by E-LKPD is effective in improving students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study recommends that teachers apply the CTL model and utilize interactive E-LKPD media as an innovative learning strategy to improve student engagement and understanding in mathematics lessons.

Abstract

Particularly at the elementary school level, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a significant role in developing pupils' understanding and character. Because of ineffective teaching strategies and unsuitable learning resources, students frequently struggle to comprehend the pillars of prayer material, which are a set of guidelines and standards. In order to boost second-grade primary school students' interest in learning about the pillars of prayer, this study intends to use the dragon snake game as an engaging and interactive teaching tool. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is employed, and data is gathered through semi-structured interviews, documentation, and participant observation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model assisted by audiovisual media on students’ learning outcomes in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject for fifth grade students at SD 3 Papringan. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a Non- equivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 47 students, divided into an experimental class (24 students) and a control class (23 students). Data collection was conducted using pretest and posttest with validated test instruments. Data analysis involved normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that the experimental class achieved higher learning outcomes compared to the control class. The independent sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. Furthermore, the N-Gain analysis revealed that the experimental class achieved an average gain score of 0.6093 (medium category), while the control class achieved 0.4483 (medium category). These findings indicate that the use of CTL with audiovisual media is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in IPAS. This study suggests that integrating contextual learning approaches with audiovisual support can enhance student engagement and conceptual understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mereduksi perilaku konsumtif pada santri PPA ibnu katsir 1. Melalui konseling individu dengan metode self-management dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampel pada tempat penelitan. Metode penelitian yakni kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain one grup pretest- posttest. Uji wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai nilai Asymp. Sig yakni 0,042. <0,05 artinya Ha diterima atau hipotesis penelitian penurunan perilaku konsumtif dengan tekbik self-management di ibnu katsir 1 jember.
