Abstract

This research aims to examine the economic values of citizenship through an edupreneurship approach as a strategy to improve the welfare of teachers in Indonesia. Teacher welfare is a fundamental issue in educational development, as mandated in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which states that the economy shall be organized as a joint effort based on the principle of kinship for the greatest prosperity of the people. This is in line with Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, which emphasize the strategic role of teachers in improving the quality of education and welfare. Edupreneurship as a form of educational innovation is seen as capable of providing new opportunities for teachers to develop entrepreneurial skills based on knowledge, creativity, and civic values oriented towards economic independence. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review through the analysis of various references, including scientific articles and relevant previous research reports. The results of the study show that there are three important aspects in the implementation of edupreneurship, namely: (1) opportunities, in the form of opening up space for teachers to integrate entrepreneurship into educational practices; (2) challenges, which include limited skills, policy support, and access to resources; and (3) implementation, through curriculum integration, training, and the development of collaborative networks. Thus, edupreneurship not only strengthens the economic value of citizenship, but also has the potential to improve the welfare of teachers in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the drill training method on underhand passing skills in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 15 Jakarta. This study applies the pre-experiment method. Pre-experiment, in the context of quantitative research, is defined as a very complete research approach, where the method meets all the criteria for testing the relationship of cause and effect. In the context of this study, a quantitative approach is used to determine the effect of the drill training method on underhand passing skills in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 15 Jakarta. drill training method. The average (mean) score of students during the pretest was 66.85, increasing to 81.38 in the posttest. This indicates an increase of 14.53 points. Second, the results of the normality test show that the pretest and posttest data are normally distributed with Shapiro–Wilk significance values ​​of 0.427 for the pretest and 0.056 for the posttest, respectively. Furthermore, the results of the homogeneity test using Levene's Test also showed that the data had the same variance or Third, the results of the paired t-test (Paired Sample T-Test) showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results with a calculated t value of 32.757 and a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 (<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted to be homogeneous, with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.282 (>0.05). Overall, the results of this study prove that the drill training method has a significant effect on improving volleyball underhand passing skills. Thus, this training method can be used as an effective learning alternative for physical education teachers and extracurricular coaches to improve students' basic technical abilities, especially in volleyball.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of metacognitive strategies on students’ fluency in oral communication at SMPN 20 Bulukumba. The study employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, involving class 8A as the sample, consisting of 31 students selected through cluster sampling. The data were collected using a speaking test administered in three stages: pre-test, treatment, and post-test. During the treatment, students were trained to apply metacognitive strategies, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating, to improve their fluency in oral communication. The results revealed that students showed a notable improvement in fluency after the implementation of metacognitive strategies. They became more confident, spoke more smoothly, and reduced hesitation when expressing their ideas. These findings indicate that metacognitive strategies effectively enhance students’ fluency by promoting greater awareness and control over their speaking performance.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of human resources (HR) within a nation. However, Indonesia continues to face the problem of low reading interest among students, which negatively impacts their learning outcomes and overall competitiveness in the global era. This study aims to determine how the use of Big Book media can improve students’ reading interest in Grade V at SDI NW Tanah Abror. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, involving observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data from 22 students and one teacher. The findings reveal that the use of Big Book media successfully increases students’ enthusiasm and motivation in reading activities. The colorful visuals, large fonts, and engaging illustrations within the Big Book make reading more enjoyable and interactive. Students actively participate in class discussions and demonstrate improved comprehension of the texts. Moreover, the frequency of library visits has increased since the implementation of Big Book–based learning. The study concludes that the Big Book is an effective medium to foster reading interest and literacy development among elementary school students. It not only enriches students’ learning experiences but also helps build a stronger reading culture within the school environment

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk megetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar Dan Motivasi belajar terhadap Prestasi belajar Siswa Kelas XI MPLB Di SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia pada tahun pembelajaran 2025/2026. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI MPLB Di SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia yang berjumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa: (1) persamaan regresi Y = 1.782 + 0.366 X1 + 0.682 X2 (2) secara parsial Penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar dan Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan masing-masing dengan nilai Sig <0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 (3) secara simultan Penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar Dan Motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (36.785 > 3,12) dan (4) nilai R2 adalah sebesar 0.620 artinya kontribusi dari Motivasi belajar sebesar 62.00 % yang dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel yang masuk dalam persamaan. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar Dan Motivasi belajar terhadap Prestasi belajar Siswa Kelas XI MPLB Di SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia T.A 2025/2026.

Abstract

ResearchThis research is entitled The Effect of Service Qualityand Promotion on Customer Loyalty at Senja Karawang Cosmetics Store.The factors tested in this study are service quality andpromotion as independent variables. Meanwhile, consumer loyalty is thedependent variable. The research method used in this study isquantitative. The population in this study is the residents of Karawang Regency.Sampling in this study used the simple randomsampling technique. The analyses used in this study included validity testing,reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, andhypothesis testing, which included t-testing, F-testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The resultsof this study indicate that service quality does not have a significant effecton customer loyalty, while promotion has a significant effectwith a significance level.

Abstract

Khasanah Bakery is one example of a bakery that has grown rapidly in Karawang. Khasanah Bakery competes with other bakeries by offering a variety of products and services. Competition in the culinary field is very high, ranging from roadside stalls to large, luxurious restaurants. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of food quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at Khasanah Sari Bakery, Unsika Branch, Karawang. Using an associative quantitative approach, this study involved 100 respondents who had purchased bread at the store as the population and sample through saturated sampling technique. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, and F and t hypothesis tests. Based on the study, food quality and brand image are equally important and have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Khasanah Karawang Bakery. Good quality and a positive brand image will increase purchases and build customer loyalty. Keywords: Food Quality, Brand Image, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to answer the researcher's assumptions by examining the influence of brand ambassadors, consumer trust, and the decision to use Allo Bank services among the general public. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through a questionnaire on Google Forms. The study was conducted with 100 respondents. The analysis method used multiple linear regression with the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that brand ambassadors have a significant influence on the decision to use Allo Bank services. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that good brand ambassadors from a brand and influencers promoting Allo Bank can increase influence, trust, and the decision to use services. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to these factors in an effort to increase customer usage decisions.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that multiculturalism is real, unique, and interesting to study, as well as the processes by which it occurs, creating a safe and peaceful atmosphere. Xaverius High School in Bukittinggi is the only school with a multicultural student population consisting of various ethnicities, such as the Minang, Batak, and Chinese. Furthermore, the students attending the school come from various religions, such as Islam, Catholicism, Protestantism, and others. The type of research used is field research, also known as qualitative research, in which the researcher directly interviews or observes the object of study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which is research that is not intended to test a specific hypothesis, but rather to explain the truth about a variable, phenomenon, or situation. Qualitative methods are a particular tradition in the social sciences that fundamentally rely on observing and relating to humans in their language and terminology. The results of this study are, firstly, the social interactions that exist in SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi such as interfaith communication, tolerance, and cooperation between Islam and Christianity in Bukittinggi. Secondly, the religious learning that exists in SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi. Thirdly, the implementation of multicultural theology in SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi. So, the practices that occur in SMA Xaverius Bukittinggi show that multicultural theology can be implemented in a real and harmonious way in the world of education, especially if all elements of the school have the same vision, namely making diversity a unifying wealth. Theological values ​​of love, justice, and respect for others have become a strong foundation in creating a peaceful, equal, and mutually respectful learning environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to outline the principal's instructional leadership strategies for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 006 Rantebulahan in Mamasa Regency. The principal's leadership style, motivating and impeding elements, and attempts to overcome implementation obstacles are among the topics covered. This study used a case study design and a qualitative methodology. Documentation, in-depth interviews, and observation were used to gather data. Teachers, administrative staff, and the principal were the research subjects. The Miles and Huberman model, which comprises data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, was used to examine the data. According to the findings, the principal is crucial in defining the school's goals and objectives, planning lessons in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum, enhancing teachers' methods, and creating a supportive learning environment. Parental involvement, instructor zeal, and government policy backing are examples of supporting variables. Limited resources and an early lack of curriculum understanding are among the difficulties faced. Through internal training, teamwork, and the provision of pertinent learning materials, the principal overcame these difficulties.
