Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of creativity of a teacher in utilizing existing media, especially based on science and technology, so that students have difficulty understanding the kaganga script in elementary schools. One example of an area that developed the Kaganga script and became part of learning in schools is the Rejang Tribe in North Bengkulu. The Kaganga script as local wisdom in Bengkulu, especially in North Bengkulu, is expected to be able to preserve local languages in teaching and civilizing local languages well so as to prevent extinction in the present and in the future. Most of the learning media used are still conventional, namely textbook-based and have not used science and technology-based media. Currently, Indonesia is having a difficult time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so learning in schools uses online learning. Therefore, the implementation of kinemaster media is an alternative solution in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of kinemaster media based on science and technology in learning the Kaganga script in elementary schools as local wisdom of North Bengkulu. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with several stages, namely identifying significant problems, formulating problems clearly, determining the objectives and benefits of research, conducting literature studies related to the problem, determining the framework of thinking, research questions, and research hypotheses, designing research methods, determine population, sample, sampling technique, determine data collection instrument, and data analysis, make research report.

Abstract

In basic education, innovation diffusion is an important process that aims to introduce and adopt new ideas, practices or technologies to improve the quality of learning. This process involves stages ranging from the discovery of innovations, information dissemination, trial implementation, to the adoption or rejection of innovations by members of a particular social system. The diffusion of innovations in basic education is underpinned by several key concepts, including the diffusion process which includes the stages of innovation dissemination, factors influencing diffusion such as innovation characteristics and social context, and models of innovative implementation such as Roger's Diffusion of Innovations Model. Overall, the diffusion of innovations in basic education has great potential to improve the quality of education but its success depends on effective implementation and acceptance by all parties involved.

Abstract

Technological developments have greatly influenced the world of education, including the implementation of the learning process in schools. However, in its application in the field, learning integrated with technology has not been implemented optimally. Based on preliminary studies that have been carried out, teachers only use conventional teaching materials which makes students not enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. The use of E-Modules in implementing IT-based learning is one solution to this problem. This research was carried out with the aim of developing a Music Ensemble E-Module Based on Project Based Learning in Elementary Schools. This research uses an R&D (Research & Development) approach with the ADDIE research model. From the results of the E-Module validity trial on the material, language and media aspects, an average score of 93.3% was obtained in the very valid category. Then with an average of 97.86% and 95.32% for teacher and student practicality responses, in the very practical category. The results of the effectiveness of the E-Module are an average of 93%, in the very effective category. Thus, the E-Module for musical ensembles based on project based learning in elementary schools has been proven to be valid, practical and effective teaching material.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the introduction to the field of learning (PLP) I in schools, towards teaching readiness to become teachers for students. Introduction to School Fields (PLP) I is a Faculty activity that is routinely held for 10 days in February. This activity is an observation process while at school, the observations made are about the condition of the school, the learning process and the culture at school. The population of this research is students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education with four study programs: PGSD, PJKR, PMTK with PBI funds with a total of 344 students and consisting of 33 schools in Pangkalpinang. Data collection used Google forms and KHS obtained from the administration of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Unmuh Babel. The data analysis technique used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive influence from the implementation of PLP I on the teaching readiness variable for FKIP students. The Kolmogorov test results show that 0.209 > 0.05, which means that the residual data is normally distributed. The results of the simple linear regression test show that 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that between the independent variable and the dependent variable there is a linear relationship.
