Abstract

This study aims to described aspects that are applied in the civilization of  religious culture, describing the technical steps, supporsing factors and obtacle factors that are used among students of SMK country 1 Bengkulu City. This study uses an ethnographic method or strategy. While the data collection process uses techniques; observation, documentation and interviews.The results showed that the religious culture program was implemented through intracurricular programs (practice of worship, reading and writing the Qur'an), co-curricular (3 S culture, shaking hands culture, duha prayer, zuhur prayer in congregation, tadarrus al-qur'an). The physical form of religious culture in SMK country 1 Bengkulu City is the presence of a prayer room and its infrastructure, religious slogans and motivation.

Abstract

- The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of services in the Karang Dapo State Middle School library. This research is an evaluation research with a qualitative descriptive method. One of the evaluation models that will be used in this study is the discrepancy evaluation model (DEM) or the inequality model. The research subject is the Head of Libraries, Librarians. Data collection techniques interview, observation, and documentation. The results of research on circulation services at the Karang Dapo Public Middle School Library apply member registration services, borrowing and returning books, rules, and making circulation statistics. The results of the assessment with the national library standard found that the reporting and maintenance aspects had been implemented while the collection management aspects had not been implemented in accordance with (SNP). On the results of the evaluation of reference services in the library, the service provides information and provides assistance in searching collections. The implementation of reader services related to facilities and infrastructure applies to aspects of the building, location, storage furniture and other equipment. Meanwhile, those who have not implemented national library standards are in the area aspect, work furniture and media equipment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe program management at One Roof 56 Public Middle School in a remote area of North Bengkulu. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Research data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Research data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the researchers showed that program management at One-roof 56 Public Middle School in a remote area of North Bengkulu had been carried out well. The North Bengkulu One Roof 56 Public Middle School needs to realize solutions in dealing with obstacles in order to improve the quality of education in schools and realize expectations and increase the attractiveness of the community

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the perspective of Indonesian language teachers in the Freedom to Learn Policy at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah. Data collection techniques used documentation and interviews regarding the Freedom to Learn Policy which consisted of four main points, namely school assessment, competency assessment, simplification of lesson plans, and zoning-based new student admissions. Data analysis techniques with stages, namely data collection, data transcription, data identification, data classification, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) Indonesian language teachers have a good perspective on the Freedom of Learning Policy as the subject of school assessment, but the implementation of school assessments still needs improvement according to the Freedom of Learning Policy, (2) Indonesian teachers have a good perspective on Policy Merdeka Learning is the subject of competency assessment and its implementation is in accordance with the Implementation of the 2022 National Assessment, (3) Indonesian language teachers have a good perspective on the Merdeka Learning Policy on the subject of simplifying lesson plans, but teachers still use lesson plans in K.13 format, and (4) Indonesian language teachers have a perspective that is less supportive of the implementation of Zoning-based student admissions in the Freedom to Learn Policy.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe and to analyze the diversion of policy of senior and vocational high school by department of education and culture at Bengkulu province. This was a descriptive quantitative research and the data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research showed that since the diversion of senior high and vocational high school authority management from district and municipality government to Bengkulu province government has been done. This diversion authority policy gave significant effects to honorary teachers and temporary government workers from district and municipality government to Bengkulu province government. The supporting effects were required such as sufficient funds and equipment, and also the obstacle factors were the lack of personnel in the education and culture department at Bengkulu province. Needed to be recommended were the increasing of service of administration by empowering the function of education and culture sub-units and an intensively coordination among schools and education and culture sub units with its education and culture expert unit

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of school quality management between Senior High School Number 1 and 5 Bengkulu City. This research method is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Bengkulu Province; 2) Policy planning involves school principals, school vice principals, teachers, and committees to formulate policy plans; 3) Implementation carried out by each school in accordance with the plan, namely compiling curriculum structures, competency standards, learning load estimates, making syllabus, and making educational calendars, establishing competence standard and fundamental competence, selecting appropriate learning materials; 4) Quality evaluation is determined by: curriculum structure, competency standards, learning load estimates, syllabus making, management evaluation, and assessment evaluation according to the 13 revisions of the curriculum, as well as reviewing policies that are found to be non-conformances.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe (1) the use of software in managemen information system. (2) the use of hardware in management information system. (3) utilization of internet network in management information system (4) and user utilization of management information system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the data obtained in the study, it can be concluded that. (1) The Software uses specific application that have been determined and can be operated easily and has standards according to the insructions in the user manual. (2) The hardware in this sim is a computer that automatically connects to the internet quickly and is easy to use, can input, process, store and publish data in the form of relevant information from the results of data processing. (3) The internet network provides the information and knowledge we need and makes it easier for us to communicate with each other even remotely. (4) user, is a user of all management information systems, which processes, processes data and presents information

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the authentic leadership of the school principal and school climate on teacher commitment to public elementary schools in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire instrument. This study used a sample of 160 people from elementary school teachers in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive cluster random sampling. Calculation analysis in this study to determine the hypothesis using the help of the SPSS version 22 application for windows. The conclusion from this study is that simultaneously authentic leadership and school climate together influence the commitment of teachers in schools. Partially, each variable (authentic leadership and school climate) significantly influences the commitment of elementary school teachers in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe: 1) The effect of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance in learning 2) The effect of teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning; 3) The influence of the principal's supervision and teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning. Quantitative research method with associative approach. Saturated sampling (census) is that all teachers are taken as a sample of 50 people. Data was obtained through research instruments in the form of questionnaires, and data processing using SPSS Vers.22. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance in learning, this was proven by the t test. (2) there was a positive and significant influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning, this was proven by the t test. (3) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance in learning, this is evidenced by test F. From the results of the study, it is concluded that there is an influence of the principal's academic supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance in learning at SDN cluster one Rawas Ulu District.

Abstract

The research design used in this study was descriptive-qualitative. The problem to be studied is what is the innovation, creativity and responsibility of entrepreneurial leadership towards the policies implemented?
