Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas V pada Materi Organ Gerak hewan dan manusia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan disalah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Singkawang. Masalah yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu; 1). Pembelajaran IPA yang masih berpusat pada guru, 2). Rendahya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA, 3). Model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) belum diterapkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental design, dengan bentuk desain posttest only Control Design. Populasi yang diambil adalah siswa kelas V A sebagai kelas eksprerimen 26 siswa, dan kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol 26 siswa. Jumlah seluruhnya 52 siswa yang terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 34 siswa perempuan. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan sampling jenuh. Setelah pengambilan sampel, yang terpilih menjadi kelas eksperimen adalah kelas VA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dan VB sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berjumlah 8 soal esai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA antara kelas yang diberikan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dengan kelas yang diberikan pembelajaran langsung pada materi organ gerak hewan dan manusia di kelas V SDN 2 Singkawang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data penelitian dan pembahasan secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V di salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Singawang. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran; Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL); kemampuan berpikir kritis. ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the effect of using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on students' critical thinking abilities in class V science learning on animal and human movement organ material. This research was carried out at one of the State Elementary Schools in Singkawang. The problems identified in this research are; 1). Science learning is still teacher-centered, 2). Low critical thinking skills of students in science learning, 3). The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model has not been implemented. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quasi experimental design method, with a posttest only Control Design form. The population taken was 26 students in class V A as an experimental class, and 26 students in class V B as a control class. The total number is 52 students consisting of 18 male students and 34 female students. Samples were taken using saturated sampling. After sampling, those selected as the experimental class were the VA class using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model and VB as the control class using the direct learning model. This research uses a critical thinking ability test sheet instrument consisting of 8 essay questions. The results of the research show that: (1) There is an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on students' critical thinking abilities in science learning between classes given the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model and classes given direct learning on movement organ material. animals and humans in class V SDN 2 Singkawang. Based on the results of research data calculations and general discussion, it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model has a high influence on the critical thinking abilities of class V students at one of the State Elementary Schools in Singawang. Keywords: learning model; Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL); critical thinking skills.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKemampuan 4C abad 21 terbukti sangat diperlukan mahasiswa terutama untuk angkatan 2022 yang sudah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Hal ini dikarenakan, kemampuan tersebut akan membantu selama perkuliahan baik di dalam kampus ataupun di luar kampus. Selain itu, kemampuan 4C Abad 21 akan mempermudah mahasiswa ketika menghadapi permasalahan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pencapaian kemampuan 4C abad 21 mahasiswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Sebelum tes diberikan dilakukan pembelajaran selama 4 pertemuan dengan menggunakan model inkuiri berbantuan mind mapping. Hasil dari penelitian pencapaian kemampuan 4C abad 21 mahasiswa melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan mind mapping pada pembelajaran Fisika Dasar adalah 77% mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan komunikasi (communication) baik, 77% mahasiswa berada pada ketegori kemampuan kolaborasi tinggi, 55% mahasiswa berkategori kemampuan berpikir kreatif baik, dan 55% mahasiswa berketegori kemampuan kritis kurang. Dari keempat kompetensi abad 21 yang dicapai, kompetensi berpikir kritis mahasiswa prodi Sistem Komputer memiliki capaian terrendah dari 3 kompetensi yang lain. Kata kunci: kemampuan 4C abad 21; pemebelajaran inkuiri; mind mapping; metode penelitian deskriptif ABSTRACTThe ability of the 4C of the 21st century has proven to be indispensable for students, especially for the class of 2022 who have implemented an independent curriculum. This is because, this ability will help during lectures both on campus and off campus. In addition, the 4C capabilities of the 21st Century will make it easier for students when facing problems in the world of work. This study aims to describe the achievement of 4C abilities of 21st century students. The research was carried out with descriptive methods and the data collection techniques used were, observation, tests, and interviews. Before the test was given, learning was carried out for 4 meetings using a mind mapping-assisted inquiry model. The results of research on the achievement of 4C abilities of 21st century students through the inquiry learning model assisted by mind mapping in Basic Physics learning are that 77% of students have good communication skills, 77% of students are in the category of high collaboration skills, 55% of students are categorized as good creative thinking skills, and 55% of students have less critical ability categories. Of the four 21st century competencies achieved, the critical thinking competence of Computer Systems study program students has the lowest achievement of the other 3 competencies. Keywords: 21st century 4C capabilities; inquiry learning; mind mapping; descriptive research method.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product in the form of a learning E-module, namely an E-module based on local wisdom. Then a validation test was carried out to determine the feasibility and quality of the local wisdom-based e-module. This type of research is development research or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques are by means of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The validation test results obtained an average of 3.62 which was interpreted into the valid or appropriate category. Student respondents to the e-module obtained a percentage result of 86.11% in the very good category. As well as achieving a percentage of student activities of 84.5% in the good category. Based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the local wisdom-based e-module has met the criteria of being valid, practical, effective and therefore suitable for use in science learning at school.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPraktikum merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan konsep-konsep Fisika. Praktikum sangat erat hubungannya dengan pembelajaran Fisika karena membutuhkan verifikasi, pembuktian melalui praktikum dan pembelajaran fisika penuh dengan teori, konsep, hukum, prinsip dan kaidah tentang fisika, yang semuanya itu perlu diadakan pembuktian melalui praktikum. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada praktikum matakuliah Fisika Umum bahwa tidak tersedianya standar pedoman praktikum. Tujuan penelitian adalah membuat standar panduan praktikum Fisika Umum berupa Smart Module Penuntun Praktikum Fisika Umum yang berbasis Case Method dan Team-Based Project. Jenis Penelitian adalah R&D dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang dikemukakan Thiagarajan dan Semmel.Teknik pengumpulan data berupa instrumen penilaian angket validasi materi, angket validasi media, angket validasi soal, dan angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi Penuntun Praktikum Fisika Umum yang berbasis Case Method dan Team-Based Project adalah valid dengan kategori baik dan bisa dilanjutkan untuk uji lapangan serta diharapkan meningkatkan keterampillan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif mahasiwa. Kata kunci: penuntun praktikum; fisika umum; case method dan team-based project. ABSTRACTPracticum is a learning strategy that can attract students' interest in developing physics concepts. Practicum is very closely related to learning Physics because it requires verification, proof through practicum and physics learning is full of theories, concepts, laws, principles and rules about physics, all of which need to be proven through practicum. The problem found in the practicum course in General Physics is that there is no standard practicum guideline available. The aim of the research is to develop a general physics practicum guide standard in the form of a General Physics Practicum Guide Smart Module based on the Case Method and Team-Based Project. The type of research is R&D with the 4-D development model proposed by Thiagarajan and Semmel. Data collection techniques are in the form of material validation questionnaires, media validation questionnaires, question validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Based on the validation results of the General Physics Practicum Guide based on the Case Method and Team-Based Project, it is valid in the good category and can be continued for field trials and is expected to improve problem solving skills, critical thinking and creative thinking of students. Keywords: practicum guide; general physics; case method and team-based project.

Abstract

This research aimed to produce a hight-quality cooperative learning tool with the Think Pair Share (TPS) model integrated with Huyula values, focusing on the affective aspect. This type of research falls under the Research and Development category, utilizing the ADDIE  model. The research results indicated that: 1) the developed tool is valid and suitable, as evidenced by expert validation: 2) the developed tool is practical, demonstrated by successful implementation over three sessions with an average percentage of 96.30%, and a majority of students 96.28% responding positively.In conclusion, the cooperative learning tool using the Think Pair Share (TPS) model integrated with Huyula values, focusing on the affective aspect, meets the criteria for being valid and practical. So that, suitable for use.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan guru dalam menyusun panduan praktikum IPA bermuatan karakter. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan guru yang berjumlah 10 orang guru di SD N 7 Manukaya sebagai subjek penelitian dan evaluasi peningkatan guru dalam menyusun panduan praktikum IPA bermuatan karakter sebagai objek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data menggunakan skala Gain Skor. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dari evaluasi peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun panduan praktikum IPA bermuatan karakter dari 10 orang guru, 8 guru memperoleh hasil efektif dan 2 guru kurang efektif dalam peningkatannya Secara keseluruhan rata-rata peningkatan N-Gain diperoleh hasil 0,7 dengan presentase tafsiran 72% dengan kategori cukup efektif dan kriteria skor gain sedang. Kata kunci: panduan praktikum; ilmu pengetahuan alam; karakter. ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine teacher improvement in preparing character-based science practicum guides. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The researcher used 10 teachers at SD N 7 Manukaya as research subjects and evaluated teacher improvement in compiling a science practicum guide containing character as the research object. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Researchers used data analysis using the Gain Score scale. The results of this research show that from the evaluation of the increase in teachers’ abilities in preparing science practicum guides containing character from 10 teachers, 8 teachers obtained effective results and 2 teachers were less effective in their improvement. Overall, the average increase in N-Gain was 0.7 with a percentage interpretation of 72% with the quite effective category and moderate gain score criteria. Keywords: practical guide; natural sciences; analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPantai Sampulungan merupakan salah satu pantai di Kabupaten Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan sebagai kawasan wisata. Aktivitas pengunjung di pantai ini dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pasir besi. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan investigasi sifat magnetik pasir besi dan hubungannya dengan logam berat. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis sumber mineral magnetik serta hubungan suseptibilitas magnetik dan logam berat pasir besi Pantai Sampulungan. Pengukuran parameter magnetik seperti suseptibilitas magnetik menggunakan alat Bartington Susceptibility Meter dilengkapi sensor MS2B. Metode XRF digunakan untuk identifikasi logam berat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mineral yang terkandung pada pasir besi bersifat ferimagnetik. Sumber mineral magnetik pada pasir besi dominan berasal dari proses pelapukan batuan secara alami atau litogenik. Hubungan suseptibilitas magnetik dan logam berat memiliki korelasi positif kuat. Kata kunci: suseptibilitas magnetik; logam berat; korelasi positif; litogenik; pantai sampulungan. ABSTRACTSampulungan Beach is one of the beaches in Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, as a tourist area. Visitor activities on this beach can affect the quality of the iron sand. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the magnetic properties of iron sand and its relationship with heavy metals. This study aims to analyze the magnetic mineral resources and the relationship between magnetic susceptibility and the heavy metal iron sand of Sampulungan Beach. Measurement of magnetic parameters such as magnetic susceptibility uses a Bartington Susceptibility Meter equipped with an MS2B sensor. The XRF method is used to identify heavy metals. The results show that the minerals contained in the iron sand are ferrimagnetic. Iron sand's dominant magnetic mineral source comes from natural or lithogenic rock weathering processes. The relationship between magnetic susceptibility and heavy metals has a strong positive correlation. Keywords: magnetic susceptibility; heavy metal; positive correlation; lithogenic; sampulungan beach.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0 is the era of digitalization, the era in which the man who drives the development of the country's economy has been slowly replaced by mechanical automation and digitization of technology. The role of science and technology is necessary for the success of the digitalized era of education. Technology-based modules are essential to digitizing education and avoiding loos learning. The technology that can be used to digitize education is using three-dimensional images using augmented reality technology integrated using PhET (Physic Education Technology). The research aims to implement Augmented Reality (AR) and Physics Education Technology (PhET) in the development of physical modules for enterprise materials and renewable energy. This module will be about materials and renewable energy which contains barcodes that when scanned using a student's smartphone, then will appear a real three-dimensional picture. While business practicums and renewable energy will emerge in the form of links that will later be connected to PhET and students can simulate experiments on energy change, enterprise and renewed energy. The research method uses the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research was carried out at Kesatrian 2 Semarang High School involving 50 students and 2 specialists. PhET-based and Augmented Reality learning modules applied to the experimental class can help students to improve their problem-solving skills. an evaluation of the applications already implemented in the school, which assessed the effectiveness of the use of AR and PhET learning modules on vibrational and wave material. Effectiveness can be reviewed from the response of students who have used the reviewed module from the level of comprehension of the material. The effectiveness score reaches 83%, which means that the module is developed effectively to support the process of learning activities in the classroom.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian meta analisis peningkatan hasil belajar fisika dengan pendekatan kooperatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada jenjang SMP/sederajat dan SMA/sederajat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta analisis group contrasts. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jurnal penelitian terpublikasi nasional tahun 2013 – 2023 tentang pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada platform sumber informasi publikasi ilmiah yakni portal Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel yang memenuhi kualifikasi inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif secara umum berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa SMP/sederajat dan SMA/Sederajat. Hasil penelitian tipe kooperatif yang diteliti terdapat beberapa yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika antara lain: tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), Make A Match, dan Two Stay Two Stray pada jenjang SMP/Sederajat serta tipe Make A Match pada jenjang SMA/Sederajat. Kata kunci: meta analisis; kooperatif; hasil belajar fisika ABSTRACTMeta-analysis research on improving physics learning outcomes with a cooperative approach aims to determine the effect of using cooperative learning models on physics learning outcomes at the junior high and high school / equivalent levels. The population in this study is a national published research journal for 2013 – 2023 on the effect of using a cooperative learning model on physics learning outcomes on the scientific publication information source platform, the Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA) portal. The sample in this study is articles that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of data analysis show that the use of cooperative learning models in general affects the physics learning outcomes of junior and senior high school students. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan, dan kevalidan E-Modul Kearifan Lokal berbantuan Aplikasi Flipping Book pada Materi Getaran, Gelombang dan Bunyi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil validasi E-Modul Kearifan Lokal berbantuan Aplikasi Flipping Book oleh 2 (dua) validator memperoleh nilai rata-rata validasi 3,74 dan berada pada kategori valid dan bisa digunakan; (2) Aspek kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata persentase 92,73% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Respon peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata persentase yaitu 98,14% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil yang diperoleh tersebut menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul yang dikembangkan praktis; dan (3) Aspek keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa observasi aktivitas peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata persentase pada uji coba 87,58% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil yang diperoleh tersebut menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul yang dikembangkan efektif. Kata kunci: e-modul; kearifan lokal; flipping book; validitas; kepraktisan; keefektifan ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to describe the validity, practicality, and validity of the Local Wisdom E-Module assisted by the Flipping Book Application on Vibration, Waves and Sound Material. The results showed that (1) the validation results of the Local Wisdom E-Module assisted by the Flipping Book Application by 2 (two) validators obtained an average validation value of 3.74 and were in the valid and usable category; (2) The practicality aspect shows that the observation of the implementation of learning obtains an average percentage of 92,73% with very good criteria. Student responses obtained an average percentage of 98,14% with very good criteria. The results obtained show that the developed E-Module is practical; and (3) The aspect of effectiveness shows that the observation of students' activities obtains an average percentage in the tryout of 87,58% with very good criteria.
