Abstract

Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to measure (1) the effect of Subjective norms to purchase decision, (2) the effect of Attitudes to purchase decision, (3) the effect of Consumer Interest in the relation between Subjective Norms and Attitude toward Purchasing Decision. The population in this research are Muslims who lived in Makassar city with 156 samples as respondents. Path Analysis used as statistical tools to test the hypothesis. The result shows that subjective norms and attitudes significantly affect purchasing decisions and also through consumer interest significantly affects purchasing decisions in the consumable halal product.

Abstract

Considering the rapid competition of the world economy at this time, so the government must really pay attention to policies, climate change, and renewal of the economy, and participate in making economic policies that have a positive impact in the future. One of the micro businesses as a buffer for the national economy is the food industry which has a very large market demand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix (price, product, promotion, place) on consumer satisfaction Maros bread, to determine the effect of marketing mix on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and to determine the effect of marketing mix on loyalty consumers through consumer satisfaction Roti Maros in Maros Regency. The sample used is all consumers who buy Maros bread in Kab. Maros numbering as many as 80 people. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis. The results found that the marketing mix had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Roti Maros. The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Roti Maros. The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty of Roti Maros if mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The ability to manage natural resources and human resources is of particular concern by each government to advance the region. One process to advance this region is to increase the creative economic capacity of its citizens to produce environmental-based culinary products. The purpose of this study was to determine the culinary creative economy with environmental insight in the Mentawir mangrove tourism village community in North Penajam Paser Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology research that is oriented to subjective experiences or experiences that reveal specific phenomena in the Mangrove Tourism Village of Mentawir Village, Sepaku District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital, work environment and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior, know and analyze the effect of intellectual capital, work environment and motivation on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. To implement these objectives the data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation, using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. PLS, descriptive, hypothesis testing, Measurement Model (Outer Model), validity test, reliability test, Structural Model (Inner Model). The results showed that intellectual capital, work environment and motivation significantly influence organizational citizenship behavior. The influence of intellectual capital on employee performance, which in this study empirically, intellectual capital, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that intellectual capital provides a beneficial influence in improving employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar branch. The results of the study that organizational citizenship behavior provides a significant influence in improving employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar branch.

Abstract

One of the foreign exchange earning sectors, encouraging economic growth, increasing regional income, empowering the community's economy, and expanding employment opportunities in the tourism sector. Interestingly a tourist attraction does not necessarily indicate tourist satisfaction with the tourist attraction, which can have an impact on interest in return visits. This study aims to determine e-WOM positive and significant influence on visiting decisions, find out the attractiveness of a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, know e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on the revisit intention, find out the attractiveness of a positive and significant influence on revisit intention, as well as to determine to visit decision has a positive and significant influence on local tourist revisit intention to attractions in the city of Makassar. The population in this study is the number of tourists determined by 400 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature studies and observations, using path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results showed that directly e-WOM have a positive and significant influence on local tourist visiting decision in the city of Makassar. Attractiveness has a positive and significant influence on tourist visiting decisions. e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on tourist revisit intention. Attractiveness has a positive and not significant influence on tourist revisit intention, and directly, visiting decision has a positive and significant influence on local tourists to revisit intention in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

The banking sector plays an important role in a country's economy, because banks are intermediary institutions connecting between people who have excess funds and people who need funds. This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, BOPO on Company Value through Asset Growth in Conventional Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2013 to 2017. The results of the study found that CAR has a positive and real influence in increasing asset growth , LDR has positive and significant effect in increasing asset growth, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on asset growth, CAR has a positive and significant effect on company value, LDR has positive and significant effect on company value, BOPO has negative and significant effect on company value, asset growth positive and significant effect on company value, asset growth is not proven to mediate the effect of CAR on company value, asset growth can mediate the effect of LDR on company value, asset growth is proven to mediate the effect of BOPO on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, motivation, perception, and attitude on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly straw products among the postgraduate students of management at the faculty of Economic and Business, Hasanuddin University. The samples as the object of this study consisted of 150 students. The data are analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS 25.use in this research is path analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the research indicate that the lifestyle, motivation, perception, and attitude variables positively affect the purchasing decision mediated by purchasing interest, but there are only three variables that do not significantly have an effect on purchasing decisions, i.e. motivation and attitude as well as perception on purchasing interest.

The effect of Neuroticism on the Performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees; 3) The influence of Openness to Experiences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Employees; 4). The influence of Agreablenes on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees; 5). The effect of Conscientiousness on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 6). Direct and indirect directors extraversion of employee Performance; 7). The direct and indirect influence of neuroticism on Employee Performance; 8). The direct and indirect influence of Openness to Experiences on Employee Performance; 9). The direct and indirect influence of Employee Performance Agreablenes; 10). Direct and indirect effect of Conscientiousness on Employee Performance; 11). The effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance This type of research is quantitative research with SEM (Structural Equation Model) method which looked for the relationship between variables. While the steps were taken consisted of determining the structural model, followed by setting the measurement model, combining data and checking, pretest validity and reliability, determining the path analysis model, collecting models and analyzing with IBM-SPSS AMOS 22, testing the fit test model, if possible to re-check the model, and then interpreted the results of data processing. The results showed that: 1). The extract significantly affects OCB; 2). Neuroticism has a significant effect on OCB: 3). Openness to Experiences influence OCB; 4). Agreeableness has a significant effect on OCB; 5). Conscientiousness has no significant effect on OCB; 6). Direct extract does not have a significant effect on performance and has a significant indirect effect on performance; 7). Slim neuroticism has no significant effect on performance and has a significant indirect effect on performance; 8). Openness to Experiences directly has no significant effect on performance and indirectly significant effect on performance; 9) Agreeableness has a significant direct and indirect significant impact on performance; 10) Conscientiousness has no significant effect both directly and indirectly on performance; 11) OCB has a significant effect on performance.
