Abstract

Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang tumbuh di tengah percepatan teknologi digital, namun juga menghadapi tantangan serius berupa krisis identitas dan melemahnya nilai-nilai moral. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kebutuhan mendesak akan model pendidikan karakter yang relevan dan kontekstual. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana merancang kurikulum pendidikan karakter yang berbasis Al-Qur'an dan Hadits yang efektif untuk membentuk kepribadian moral Generasi Z. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model kurikulum pendidikan karakter yang mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam secara utuh dan aplikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima nilai utama dalam pendidikan karakter berbasis Al-Qur'an dan Hadits, yaitu kejujuran, tanggung jawab, empati dan kasih sayang, kerja sama, dan disiplin. Implementasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis kisah teladan dan proyek sosial, yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dan membentuk sikap positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan kapasitas guru dalam memahami dan menerapkan pendekatan ini secara menyeluruh. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan serta pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang mendukung integrasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam proses pendidikan. Kurikulum ini diharapkan mampu membentuk Generasi Z menjadi pribadi yang unggul secara intelektual, moral, dan spiritual.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Multiple Intelligences (MI) based learning model in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Saleh Children's Elementary School Malang and SLB Autisme River Kids. Using a qualitative approach with a case study type, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with key informants including PAI teachers, principals, and parents. The results of the study show that the implementation of multiple intelligences (MI) is carried out by identifying the dominant intelligence of each student, then designing appropriate learning strategies, such as visual media, kinesthetic activities, and musicalization. This strategy increases motivation, participation, and understanding of Islamic values contextually and gradually. The success of the implementation is greatly influenced by the creativity of teachers, school support, and parental collaboration. This research shows that the MI approach has great potential to build an inclusive and equitable religious education system. The implication is that policies are needed that encourage differentiating curricula and teacher training that is responsive to the needs of ABK. In addition, synergy between schools, families, and communities needs to be strengthened to create an adaptive learning environment that respects the diversity of intelligence. These findings are an important contribution to the reform of PAI pedagogy in inclusive primary schools.

Abstract

The concept of participating in a criminal act refers to the involvement of several parties in committing a crime, either directly or indirectly, such as through incitement, orders, assistance, or due to negligence. In Islamic criminal law, this act is classified as jarimah which is contrary to the principle of Maqāṣid al-Syarī'ah. The sanctions imposed can be qiṣāṣ (appropriate retribution) or diyāt (fine). This study aims to examine the basis of judges' legal considerations in imposing criminal penalties in cases of participating in premeditated murder, focusing on Decision Number 170/Pid.B/2021/PN.Pwk. The method used is normative juridical research with a descriptive-analytical approach, using primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis showed that the defendant Rasta was legally and convincingly proven to have participated in the murder of the victim Fransisco Tamalu, so he was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code. The panel of judges considered juridical and non-juridical aspects, as well as evidence in the form of witness statements, letters, and confessions of the defendant. The implications of this study show the importance of harmonization between Indonesian positive law and Islamic criminal law principles, especially in dealing with the involvement of other parties in criminal acts. This research can be a reference for judges, academics, and policymakers in developing a more fair and substantive justice approach to punishment.

Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sangatlah penting untuk di implementasikan dan menjadi tanggung jawab pada diri masing-masing terutama di waktu pandemi covid-19 saat ini. Jumlah orang yang terinfeksi virus covid-19 terus meningkat sehingga perlu kesadaran pada diri seseorang untuk membiasakan hidup sehat dan bersih. Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat perlu ditanamkan sejak dini agar kelak bisa menjadi suatu kebiasaan sehingga anak dapat terhindar dari berbagai penyakit. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang telah diajarkan dan dibiasakan pada anak usia dini di TK Kartika IX-8 Yonif Para Raider 305 Karawang terutama di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, display data, lalu mengambil kesimpulan hasil wawancara. Hasil yang didapat ialah penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di TK Kartika IX-8 sangat baik. Terjalinnya kerja sama guru dan orang tua siswa makin memudahkan untuk membiasakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada anak usia dini terutama di masa pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi pada saat ini. Selain itu TK Kartika IX-8 juga dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang mendukung dalam menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sehingga perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dapat berjalan dengan baik. Novelty yang kemudian menjadi kontribusi penelitian ini adalah habit formation dan cuci tangan merupakan kebiasaan yang baik dan perlu dijadikan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

Independence is one aspect of a person's nature, so in learning the concept of independence must be seen from the individual's own personality. Learning independence is the ability of students to realize their desires without depending on others. The purpose of this study is to find out the learning independence of students towards PAI learning during the covid-19 pandemic in grade VIII of SMPN 2 Teluk Jambe Timur. This research uses a survey method. Survey research is research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a data collection tool. covering 3 aspects: (1) awareness in participating in learning, (2) responsibility in doing assignments, (3) motivation in learning PAI, (4) video based learning methods. Data analysis was carried out using percentage analysis. students' learning independence in PAI subjects is considered good. Because in these 4 aspects, many respondents answered in agreement. With the results of this research, it can be said that students have been able to adapt to the current application of online learning. However, teachers must also always accompany students in the learning process so that students can better understand the material learned and can increase learning independence, especially in PAI subjects.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the importance of mastering the memorization of the Qur'an from an early age as the foundation of Islamic character education as well as stimulating the cognitive, affective, and spiritual development of children. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-shot case study type. The research subjects were class B students who participated in learning with the application of the memorization model. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression to measure the contribution of free variables to bound variables, as well as Spearman correlation test to see the tightness of relationships between variables. The results of the study showed that the memorization model had a positive and significant effect on improving the memorization of short letters. The value of the correlation coefficient of 0.839 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05) confirms the existence of a strong relationship. The magnitude of the influence of the learning model on memorization was shown by the R square value of 0.704, which means that 70.4% of the variation in memorization improvement was directly influenced by the application of the memorization model, while 29.6% was influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings reinforce empirical evidence that memorization strategies can be an effective approach in Qur'an learning in early childhood Islamic educational institutions. In addition, this study provides practical implications for teachers and institutional managers in choosing the right learning model to foster children's love for the Qur'an while improving the ability to memorize systematically.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects through the application of the CRH model with affective strategies in students in grade VIII-A SMP Negeri 2 West Karawang. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a class action research (PTK) design which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 40 students of class VIII-A. Data collection instruments are in the form of learning outcome tests and observation sheets of student activities during learning. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by comparing the results between cycles. The results of the study show that the application of the CRH model with affective strategies has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the level of learning completeness only reached 66.6% with the category of lacking. However, after improvements and the implementation of actions in cycle II, the completeness rate increased significantly to 82.4% with the good category. This improvement shows that the CRH model is able to create a more interesting learning atmosphere, foster motivation, and increase active student engagement. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Horay Course Review model with affective strategies is effective in improving PAI learning outcomes. This model is worthy of being implemented more widely in learning, especially in materials that require strengthening concept understanding as well as developing positive attitudes of students.

Abstract

An attitude of responsibility is one of the important aspects in the formation of early childhood character which is generally formed through the process of observing, imitating, and habituating in the family, school, and play environment. Initial observations at RA Ar-Raihan show that there are still many children who have not displayed responsible behavior, such as tidying up toys after use, completing tasks to completion, putting things back in their place, and daring to admit mistakes. Based on these problems, this research aims to improve children's attitude of responsibility through the application of the storytelling method. The research uses the PTK approach which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observation and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the development of children's responsible attitudes. In the initial condition, most children are still in the category of "not yet developed" or "starting to develop". After cycle I, there was an increase to the categories of "progressing as expected" and "progressing very well". In cycle II, the results were more optimal, characterized by the absence of children who were in the "undeveloped" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the storytelling method is effective in increasing the attitude of responsibility in early childhood, as well as making a practical contribution for teachers in integrating character values through fun and contextual learning strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the transformative role of Islamic education in strengthening religious moderation in contemporary society. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing the perceptions of Islamic education practitioners, religious leaders, and community stakeholders regarding the integration of moderation values into the teaching and learning process. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, which were then validated using triangulation techniques to ensure credibility. These findings reveal that Islamic education contributes significantly to shaping moderate attitudes among students and society by emphasizing the values of inclusiveness, tolerance, and balance in religious understanding. In the context of a digital society, Islamic education is not only challenged to provide a counter-narrative to intolerance and extremism disseminated through social media, but also to develop critical thinking skills and digital literacy that empower students to navigate online information responsibly. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of curriculum innovation, teacher capacity building, and community-based collaboration in encouraging sustainable moderation practices. This study concludes that Islamic education can be a strategic medium to promote religious moderation, social cohesion, and resilience to ideological polarization. These findings offer theoretical insights and practical implications for policymakers, educators, and scholars in designing values-based education frameworks that align with the global peace and sustainability agenda.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process that is usually carried out face-to-face must switch to online learning. This sudden change raises pros and cons in society, especially related to the effectiveness of online learning in achieving educational goals. One of the media that is widely used by teachers is Google Classroom. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of Google Classroom in learning Aqidah Akhlak at MTs Al-I'anah Kosambi during the pandemic. The research method uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires to teachers and students. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by emphasizing the experience of using the application, the level of student involvement, and the perception of teachers and students on the usefulness of the media. The results of the study show that Google Classroom is quite effective in supporting the learning of Aqidah Akhlak during the pandemic. This application makes it easier for teachers to deliver materials and provide feedback, as well as allows students to access materials and assignments anytime and anywhere. However, several obstacles were found, including limited internet networks, lack of motivation for some students, and the need for teachers' adaptation in utilizing application features. However, in general, Google Classroom has been proven to support smooth online learning and make a positive contribution to the achievement of learning goals at MTs Al-I'anah Kosambi.
