Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of role-playing methods on communication skills in children in TK Labschool IKIP PGRI Jember. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle through the steps of Planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study focused on A2 group of 15 children. The results of this study revealed that children's communication skills have changed significantly in a positive direction. This can be seen from the change in average grades of students who increase and have a score of four stars (capable), cycle I grades get four stars (capable)13.3% and cycle II average score of 86.6% so it can be stated that role playing methods can improve the communication skills of children of group A2 in Labschool IKIP PGRI Jember. In conclusion, the method of playing the role of efektfif improves the communication ability of children in TK PGRI Jember significantly. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the data and information and views on the condition of the standard achievements of educators and education personnel in Tolitoli District. This research applies qualitative research approach descriptively, using survey method, respondents as many as 36 people spread in six subdistricts in Tolitoli district, sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. The results of research, standards of educators and education personnel consist of academic aspects and competencies of educators and education personnel. The results of the questionnaire by 36 respondents consisting of high school education level obtained an average score of 3.5 from the ideal score of 4, achievement of 86.4% categorized very well. At junior high school level obtained an average score of 2.9 from the ideal score of 4, achievement of 71.3%% is categorized quite well. At elementary school level obtained an average score of 29 from an ideal score of 4, achievement of 73.7% is categorized quite well. In conclusion, overall, each level of education meets the achievement of the standards of educators and education personnel in accordance with the national standards of education with a fairly good category. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of social media functions as a means of home learning publications in PAUD Istiqlal Jakarta. This research is a qualitative study with content analysis based on website, data in this research was obtained from the official website of Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta which is located in www.web.mij.sch.id. Social media data was obtained from Instagram (@kelompokbermainistiqlal, @ra_istiqlal), Facebook and Youtube (Istiqlal Jakarta Play Group, Raudhatul Athfal Istiqlal). The results showed that the management of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube as a function of publications started from (1) publications of theme submissions every week, (2) publications during the online learning process, (3) publication of reports on the results of learning activities at home from parents, and (4) publications of workshop activities / seminars online. In conclusion, social media flatform becomes an important means utilized by PAUD Istiqlal Jakarta in an effort to convey information and publications about home learning. This is also done in order to maintain communication and improve the quality of distance learning (PJJ) between teachers, students and parents. Keywords: Social Media, Home Learning, PAUD Istiqlal

Abstract

This study aims to find out the management of public relations (PR) towards the implementation of student internships as an implementation of the KKNI 4.0 curriculum. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used in this study are semi-structured interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis in this study used miles & huberman analysis model. Analysis consists of three flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of the study obtained 2 main aspects in the contribution of public relations management to the implementation of student internship programs, namely the public relations aspect by the Public Relations Bureau and aspects of the curriculum by the head of the study program. Both aspects are the main capital for universities to determine the success of student internship programs. In conclusion, the contribution of public relations management by the public relations bureau together with the study program in the student internship program has been good, so that the implementation of internship activities with related stakeholders runs smoothly. Abstract

This study aims to find out the planning and implementation of Individualized Education Program for ABK (visually impaired children) in PPKn learning in SLB N 1 Bengkulu city and how the final results obtained after individualized Educarion. This research is a type of qualitative deriftive research. Data collection tools using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data display, verification. The results of this study showed that ppkn learning planning in SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu city can be carried out well if there is careful planning at every stage. The implementation of PPKn learning in SLB Negeri 1 Bengkulu is the implementation of RPP that has been prepared before. In the process of implementation, students with special needs get the same treatment as students in normal schools generally. In conclusion, the final result of Individualized Educational Program (IEP) for ABK (visually impaired) in PPKn learning, depending on the ability of each child, so that each child has a different end result. Abstract

This study aims to see the achievements of Bidik Misi Scholarships of students during the Covid-19 outbreak at Prof. Dr. Hazairin University. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. The population and samples used in this study are all students who received Bidik Misi Scholarships in the academic year Odd 2019/2020 and Even 2019/2020 who were studying as many as 219 students. Data collection technique is a documentary technique, a tool used in the form of a stuffing format designed in such a way that it can record all the necessary data. This research data is quantitative data that is analyzed using descriptive analysis and categorized based on Academic Guidelines. The results of the study, the achievement of students who received Bidik Misi Scholarships in the academic year 2019/2020 judging from the average cumulative achievement index of students in the Odd semester is 3.31 and the average cumulative achievement index of students in the Even semester is 3.24. The average academic achievement score of students seen from 219 students who received mission objectives decreased by 0.07 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The decrease in the index of learning achievement of mission-aiming students has been seen in the Aquaculture program wherein the odd semester before the pandemic the average academic achievement was 3.8 and the average academic achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic was 2.7. In conclusion, the percentage of cumulative achievement index of the average recipient of Bidik Misi Scholarships during the Covid-19 outbreak at Prof. Dr. Hazairin University in the category is very satisfactory or above 2.75. Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of self-regulation, self-effect in online learning of students of Muhammadiyah University Tangerang. The sample in this study was as many as 150 students from the Education Study Program in the Covid 19 learning period this year. Sampling using non-probability sampling method using convenience sampling approach. As a result of the study, there was an influence between self-control and online learning which was 68.34%, then between self-affectation and online learning gave a score of 58.34%, and self-control and self-effect together influenced online learning with a value of 70.34%. In conclusion, between the variables of self-control and self-effect that simultaneously give the strongest influence on online learning of students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Abstract

This study aims to determine self-regulated students in participating in the instructional process in the network (online) in TK IT Al Mawaddah Muara Rupit. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method in the form of a survey that uses a questionnaire as an instrument of data collection and data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics. The sample in this study were 27 respondents. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study, 81.5% of students were independent to wake up by themselves and then make the bed. 100% of students bathe themselves and wear their own clothes without the help of their parents, 70.4% of students remember today's lesson without being reminded by their parents, 77.8% of students do their own schoolwork, and 74.1% of students do their schoolwork on time without parents reminded. Even so, there are still students who do not have much independence to carry out all their activities so they still need help from their parents. In conclusion, the independence of students at TK IT Al Mawaddah Muara Rupit in online learning is good enough because almost all students are starting to become aware of the independence that must be done as students or early childhood. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Android-based digital teaching materials in science learning for students with special needs. This research is a qualitative research which conducted on respondents, namely students with special needs at the Special Secondary School level. Data collection was carried out using test instruments. Data collection was carried out by giving tests to students and questionnaires to teachers. The collected data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The analysis is carried out by providing an interpretation of the data obtained so that it becomes clearer and more meaningful. The results showed that Android-based digital teaching materials were causing an increase in students learning outcomes in this subject by 83.3 percent. The study showed that android-based digital teaching materials effectively used in science learning for students with special needs. Further research is needed using more varied media and a wider scale of research. Keywords: Teaching materials, android, students with special needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of constructivism theory in learning at the secondary school level and to determine the effectiveness of constructivism theory in learning. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach (literature study). Meanwhile, the measuring instrument used in this study is the essence of constructivism learning theory and the efficiency of classroom learning. Data is collected from relevant data sources such as books, articles, journals that examine the issues under study, data analysis is carried out by organizing data, describing it into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing which ones are important and which will be studied and draw conclusions that others can understand. The results obtained show that the implementation of constructivism theory in education can be practised with various models, including a learning model with basic problems and an inquiry learning model. Because these two learning models are considered to be more effective and efficient in developing children's cognitive to construct their cognitive building and it is assessed that children will be more able to understand what they are learning. In conclusion, constructivism theory is very effectively implemented in learning. because constructivism theory provides opportunities for every student to build their knowledge without having to get knowledge from the teacher in their class.
